Great product for the price – packaging not brilliiant but all arrived ok. Decided to buy an extra one for good measure 🙂
So, at almost 400 I expected the boxes to arrive as if it hadn’t been dropped from the back of a low flying plane, very bad packaging. My husband then assembled the bench which he said was easy to do but then we found the missing corner which is most annoying as it’s been cut incorrectly at the factory. Should’ve read the reviews. I looks nice round our new tree but it’s not cheap or perfect sadly.

Very nice tree seat. Great value for money. Looks like a much more expensive tree seat. Easy to put together and fits together nicely.
Came in 2 boxes which arrived a few days apart so don’t worry if half of it appears missing if just one box arrives at first!
Great tree bench, sturdy & looks amazing. Very please with purchase.
HOWEVER – my German is not good enough to translate the various notes that came with it, and the packaging was awful.
Three Large single-thickness cardboard cases, which the shipper had to cover in tape to keep from collapsing.
That it all reached me without damage or lost parts is a miracle.
Amazon had the cheek to send me an advert the following week for the same product 20 cheaper . Very insensitive!
Really lovely, such good value for money, would highly recommend this to everyone considering a tree bench, well worth every penny

The company tried their best to replace some parts but they arrived broken as well, but I did get the bolts. I am capable of mending the broken seats with dowels and glue, and I have to make the front wooden bracket as they could not supply this part. At least 6 of the seat support sections have all the glued joints loose and I am having to open these up and reassemble them with new glue.
I have still chosen to keep the bench as it is a very good looking seat for the price, and I am capable of mending it. The company refunded me 30 to compensate for my troubles and I am sure they would have given me a complete refund if I had asked.
It has all been a lot of trouble and will be a lot of work to complete the seat. If you can’t repair it then this is not for you.
