So our first one was cracked, immediately sent another which arrived today! All good and very happy with the overall service.
Having a “proper” roof on the conservatory so replacing the existing ceiling fan that just blows the hot air around – useless in this hot weather. This tower doesn’t have the multiple speeds and modes of some others that we considered but doesn’t have a silly price either. It was easy to assemble the base to get it running. A bit of a wobble when it starts but the base is stable. Noise values of 40-50 db depending on speed so not obtrusive. No clicking or whirring from oscillation mode. Even at low speed there’s a good breeze. The remote seems to be temperamental – not sure where to point it to make it work consistently. The blue light display on the top is very faint, we thought it was faulty – in bright daylight only the temperature is readable, probably a benefit at night. So far a good buy.
This dose what I want but the best thing it is quite as well. Which is good at night time. I also like the way it make gust of wind.

Just love this fan, 3 speed setting all very adequate and quiet. Great having a remote..the style looks nice too. Prefer this tower fan than the telescope type.

WORKED OK WHEN i TRIED IT OUT BUT HAVEN’T YET HAD THE WEATHER TO NEED TO PUT IT THROUGH IT’S PACES!
However, I contacted the seller who were extremely helpful and efficient in arranging getting a replacement sent out to me and for the faulty one to be picked up so within 48 hours of receiving the original fan my replacement arrived.
The fan itself is of great quality and quite sturdy. It works well and the many different settings are great. I also love that it comes with a remote. I picked it up in the Prime Day sales so for the price paid I’m very happy so far.
I’ve only had it for a day but fingers crossed it remains in good working order!
