Dug down around 10″ with a few passes cut through roots throw up bricks rocks, cleared an area 6×6 metres and is solid even after the heavy abuse I have given it 10/10

Used this little workhorse today in a very rock and rooty garden, it is a beast, punching well above its weight.
10/10 for performance and 10/10 for cost, digging by hand would have been back breaking.

    So easy to put together.

This is one beast of a machine.
Used it on some very rough ground full of well established brambles (stimmed first).
It rips the bramble heads out with ease along with all other major roots (ivy etc).
Yes I will need to rake the ground to remove the rest of the smaller roots and yes the tine shaft does need unclogging (with this ground I would expect nothing else).
The machine takes off like a rocket once it hits the dirt which is great but it is a pity there is no speed variation. I am no light weight but it almost took my arms out of the sockets on the first contact.
A great machine and worth every penny.

Recently moved to a rented house where the garden had been neglected for 15 plus years, after cutting everything back and alot of weedkiller this has been a fantastic rotivator to buy, had made a big task much easier, slightly tricky to pop together but easy to use

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolute workhorse

I bought this machine because digging my neglected garden by hand would be impossible.
It’s easy to assemble. The instructions are not the clearest, but it’s obvious how it goes together.
It has a decent length of power cable.
The ground I was working was very overgrown with big tufts of grass. I had to cut these off by hand as the long weeds wrapped around the tines and took some clearing. This is more to do with my garden than any shortcoming in the machine.
It made short work of the hard compacted soil. After two passes it produced a fine soil. You do need to hold on as it’s a powerful tool.
A great piece of kit that saved loads of hard spade work!

Decent product and powerful. Easily turns soil and breaks up compacted ground. Well recommended.

Was going to buy the Hyundai which was 60 more but as it was only for one job I decided to try the budget option (with exactly the same specs as the Hyundai one)
Heavy clay soil, compacted by gravel over 20yrs. I had to break in to large lumps as the tiller had nothing to grab hold of but once I had it turned football clumps of earth in to golf balls very quickly. It bounces around whilst it does the job and throws rocks and stones backward with surprising speed but other that that I couldn’t be more impressed.

This is a great product, wish we had bought one years ago. We have a huge garden that has been continually worked on for years and left dormant due to the back breaking work. This was set up very easily on the day it arrived (and it arrived a day early!) and used that night. I ordered this and my husband and his friend weren’t amused at the thought of an electric Rotovator but are both equally impressed with the torque produced. This whizzed through a really dried out, stoney, full of weeds patch in no time. Excellent product and would definitely recommend.
