BBQ cleaning wire brush
This bit of kit worked really well. Dipped soapy water first and straight on to the hot grills, all Burt residues cam off with little effort I was very surprised. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic
Its big and a bit clunky, but it cleans grills like nothing I’ve ever used before. No bristles in your burgers, takes a few minutes to get the grill really clean. Absolutely the best there is and reasonably priced.
Excellent grill brush for deep cleaning after cooking.
This grill brush is brilliant for cleaning cast iron grills. After reading suggestions of dipping the brush in hot clean water and then applying it to the hot grills it made short work of removing even the deepest carbon build up. However as a brush for cleaning “mid cooking” between different meats etc the water dipping and scrub isnt an option for me if I wish to maintain heat in my grill. Without water it isnt anywhere as effective. As a deep cleaning brush you cant go wrong, you will however need another bristle style brush for mid cook cleaning. If you are a BBQ geek then this wont matter.
Good quality
I am a dedicated griller over charcoal for 40 years now. I like this grill cleaner which for me oozes effectiveness, quality, sturdiness and longevity. It feels nice in the hand too. All makes for a happy griller!!!!
fab bit of kit to clean your bbq grill

Heavy duty piece of kit - very effective
This item was recommended to me by an experienced barbecue cook and I have to say it’s a good piece of kit that takes an awful lot of muck off the grill bars if you use it while the grill is still hot. It’s surprisingly big and heavy and very robust. If you use your barbecue frequently this saves a lot of labour and keeps yoru grill bars clean.
Great product, but not for all BBQs
I’ve left a mixed review on this one, as a great product in principal and seemed like a great idea. On getting down and dirty with my grill though I have gas ‘V’ griddle plates and the shape of the wire doesn’t fit in the V’s, hence the knock down on part of my review. Such a shame as I can imagine it working very well on your more traditional BBQ grills. Maybe some more images and dims required around the shape of the ‘brush’.

Nice and weighty
A very sturdy and weighty grill brush. Its construction means that no small sharp iron filings are left on the grill to get into the food unlike other types of grill cleaners. Good size and robust construction, very happy with the product.
Good solid BBQ tool
Very sturdy and has a solid feel. Good grip and well made. A little difficult to get in the gaps on the griddle, but it could just be me using it for the first time needing more practice!

BBQ cleaning tool that works and does not leave dangerous wire bristles in your food !
It requires more pressure to clean the grill bars and cleans to a limited depth, but it does the job and avoids dangerous wire bristles in your food.
It’s not much use for cleaning your tools such as spatulas etc so these still needs cleaning with a coarse cleaning pad or something similar.
Nonetheless I would recommend as it does the job and looks like it’s built to last , I’ve used it regular for most of the season and it’s still like new .

Doesn't get clogged like a brissle brush
A very sturdy well made brush with stainless steel coils to clean the grill, stiff woven wire frame holding them in place and a solid plastic handle affording a good grip in use. Using a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water it did shift the grease and loose material from my weber grill and gave a reassuring sizzle and a stinging belt of vingear steam straight to the eyeballs. Easy to clean after use with some soapy water and the reassuring rusting of the steel wire holding the coils in place gives off a proper metalic odour that appeals to the caveman in me.

At last a decent grill cleane
I use my bbq A LOT, and get through loads of brushes. They are generally hard to clean and aren’t very efficient . This however is great. As its bristle free, it doesn’t flatten, there’s no wooden handle or brass, so completely dishwasher proof.

Better than a wire brush!!
First clean seemed pretty good! Although better than a wire brush as you don’t get bits of wire left over stuck to the grill then crunches on next time you cook… the brush does collect food bits itself so it then needs a bloody good clean!!

Only used a couple of times but all seems good. Tip do as they suggest and use water and white wine vinegar with the brush.
Very strong and uses stainless coils instead of bristles.
Once you have broken up the muck use cloth and 50/50 water and vinegar (or half a large onion) to wipe away the debris.
Especially suited to hard baked on debris.
Can skate over the grill if you do not wet it enough or do not give enough pressure.

Good tool better for thinner grill bars
The brush is slid heavy and sturdy, but unfortunately didn’t live up to my expectations, (perhaps they were to high) it cleans the top and bottom ok but doesn’t get to in between the bars very well having said that I’d prefer this to using a wire brush, which sheds its bristles easily, probably perfect for the thin grills but mine are quite thick

This is the best customer service I have ever received...
big and robust, but doesn’t really get all the crud off unless you follow some specific guidelines and have some white vinegar to hand. Personally, for that annual clean down, it’s worth it, but it may be more expedient with a wire brush. HOWEVER, the customer service from Russ and the team is the most attentive I have ever received and really worthy of note. I wish all companies had their outlook on customer service, if they did, complaints would be a thing of the past. Bravo!

Very effective BBQ grill cleaner !
This is a very well made tool and specifically made for scraping off burnt on grill residue from your last meal. The clever design of twisted coils does scrape further around the grill bars than the usual cheaper wire brush method, and looks as though it will last a great deal longer than they do. A helpful follow up email advised on using it on a hot grill wet with a vinegar water mix, but I have been too full/comatose directly after consuming our BBQ to attempt this so far.

Easy and safe way to clean the grill!
Used for the first time this weekend.
Relatively new BBQ, only used 3 times so it’s pretty clean already but using this brush made things much quicker than removing the grills, soaking and scrubbing in the sink.
I was concerned it might scratch up our enamel coating but it all looks good!

We love a BBQ in our house but no-one likes cleaning it!! I can’t stand to open the lid of the BBQ and know I’ve got to clean it before I cook so always clean it when we finish, even though this really is a tedious task. Anyway as I’ve normally had a glass or two of wine by the time I’ve finished eating I want the cleaning of the said BBQ to be as quick and painless as possible so I have tried numerous brushes/scrappers/sprays, none of which really make the job any less tiresome. So I was a little sceptical of the claims that this brush would be any different BUT I was actually very pleasantly surprised. It really does make the job of cleaning the BBQ a whole lot easier. The recommendation is that you soak the brush in a water and white vinegar mixture and then while the grills are still hot give them a good scrub with the brush. The metal bristle things really do get all around the grill slats and the water/vinegar soaked brush causes steam to make the job easier. There were no teeth jarring bits of metal left on the grills ready to catch you out next time you use the BBQ as this brush doesn’t appear to shed. So far I’m actually really impressed, still not my favourite job but certainly quicker and more successful.

This is one strong BBQ brush!
Really pleased with this brush – its different to the ones Ive had in the past. I’d read about broken metal bristles with the regular type of brush so I was keen to find a safe alternative and this one ticks all the boxes! You do have to press down a bit harder than normal but by angling the brush head it really gets in between the grate bars well. Oh and the tip the seller gives about dipping the brush in a mixture of water and vinegar really works. Happy with the result! Recommended and a great price too.
If cleanliness is next to godliness then me and my BBQ are en route to heaven to say hello to the big man. This is the BBQ brush of all BBQ brushes and my Weber kettle grill has never looked so good.
It looks like a beast, and it works like a beast. Despite a few seasons (ahem) of residual marinade and cooking juices on my grill this brush has managed to cut through all of that and left me with a sparkling metal finish once again.
As you’d expect this works best when you use it on a hot grill before and after cooking and the multiple tiers of brushes really work brilliantly together to mean the whole cleaning job only lasts about 20-30 seconds.
I’ve bought cheap Homebase equivalents before but this was worth searching out and investing in. Feels like it will be with me for the long run.

Been looking for a strong BBQ brush for a while, my last one snapped in two! This one from Mountain Grillers looks really strong and durable and will hopefully last ages. it doesn’t have the traditional wire bristles so its much safer with no risk of broken metal getting into your food. What I really like though is the fact it’s long so it will definately stop me from burning my fingers on the hot grill when Im cleaning it. Great purchase, and great value for money.

Tough as old boots, sturdy handle and no matter how hard I scrub clean after a bbq, no little bits of metal break off, get left on the grill and then end up in my next meal.
