This was bought as a replacement for our aging but working Zanussi Chest Freezer of 269lts.
This one at 429ltrs is just outstanding!!
Amazing its lightweight and we managed to get it to its place of rest – it fitted perfectly. Had to stand it on its head for part of its journey – needed to remove the living room door. glided it into the hallway and then carried it into the kitchen.
Only one word of warning – although I am sure it said couriers to unpack and leave – they said they not allowed to unpack ?? maybe I didnt select that option on the delivery. They seemed miserable also!!
But the product is brilliant! and now slowly being stocked up!!
A quiet running machine.
Easy to position in the garage. Energy efficiency not know until it’s been running for a couple of months – hoping that it will be more efficient than our previous older freezer. A very quiet running motor. This was provided with one basket. I have been able to purchase two more baskets to enable easier access to the bottom of the freezer.
Great freeze
Bought this as secondary freezer and so pleased with it. Capacity is excellent, surprisingly quiet and very quickly got down to -18 temp when first installed. Has a digital temp display at the bottom. Overall I’m impressed with this freezer.
This seems to be a good purchase – the counter-balanced lid is a good feature. Plenty of space – as with most of these things more baskets would be useful, but it isn’t frosting up too fast and it’s quiet and doesn’t seem to be guzzling power.
Lovely freezer. Bought to replace the old one who after measuring the consumption with a meter was found to consume 45 pounds per month in electricity. This one will pay it self back in less than 9 months by its efficiency. We have it under the staircase and after closing the door you cannot hear it at all when working.

Had this freezer a while now and it works perfectly and is a good size, located in the garage with no issues

No internal ligh
Nice freezer smaller than I thought it would be even after measuring it against old one. Only fault with it is there is no internal light so have to keep switching ceiling light on .

Freezer arrived dented on one side. It has a very thin flimsy carcase and the cabinet lid is too thin to place anything on the top. The feet are only a couple of cm high which can be tricky when moving it on an uneven surface, in my case the garage concrete floor. The freezer has a bright interior light with 2 freezer baskets and a lock on the door. Temperature panel has a very quick fast freeze feature. I consider the price of 289 to be extremely good value for money and would certainly recommend.

I have had no reason not to give the item a 5 star rating, easy install, great functionality and great maneuverability. If anything changes, I’ll update.

The only complaint I would make about it is that there is no permanent temperature display you have to push a button to see what temperature the chest freezer is at, also there is no light of any sort on the display so you do not even know at a glance if its working. The control panel is at the bottom of the chest so although easy to see not so easy to get to to keep checking the temperature. A permanent temp display would be a great improvement.

Nice design, controls lockable against child tampering/accidental changes. Manual says suitable for an outbuilding down to -15C. The temperature can be set colder than -18C, We have ours on -26C.

If I need to move it from my business premises it will fit in the boot of the car, quite light when empty.
