So easy to use straight out of the box well made due to wet weather not had I prolonged flight yet but did try out basic set up and all works

A great drone at a great price
Super strong but lightweight and compact carry case. Easy to set up – beginner mode really useful. Great tuition videos linked to flying app so we picked up the basics pretty quickly and easily. Had fun with our first flight and can imagine getting amazing video footage as our skills progress.

This is the first drone I have ever flown and wow it was so much fun! Really easy to set and use. The 4K video was fascinating and now I’ll be taking it everywhere with me. Delighted.
Premium quality
First impression is very good. Built quality feels premium, better than expected. I’m really impressed with the overall experience. Before I bought the HS360S, I bought a cheap one for 30, I instantly returned as it felt very very cheap and one of the motor stopped working from first fly.
I would definitely recommend the HS360S over any other cheap ones.

Love this little drone! Easy to fly and good picture quality. The return to home feature is also very handy! Just need a dry day to have a proper play around with it.

Amazing quality
Having just received my HS360S Drone. Immediately impressed by packaging, carry case also Drone and controller.
The simplicity of using the instructions is the best I have seen. Downloading the app for use on my phone was very straight forward. So far everything has operated exactly as stated. From charging the batteries through to the first flight.
Considering the price of this Drone, I am exceptionally pleased with the quality and ease of use.
I will be recommending to family and friends.
Easy to lea
Got this just before Christmas, wish I had got it sooner. Very easy to control and it holds position very well even in a decent wind.
For an entry level drone you can’t go wrong.
Good drone
This drone is good value for what you get,it comes with a good controller and nice carrying case, i haven’t owned a drone before but I find that it is quite easy to fly, it hovers well and takes good photos, it is easy to setup and connect to your phone. This drone is a cheaper option than some other brands but I find that it still does everything I need it to, and it is good that you don’t need to have a flyer id.
Excellent beginners drone
Took the drone for its first flight found it so easy to set up and get flighting, Drone is easy to use and has good control, loved the control to phone charger function, Did notice a slight drift on drone when hovering, But have seen videos where the drone doesn’t drift while hovering, so will need to look into the instructions book more as I know most drones have a two stage calibration setup gyroscope calibration and the geomagnetic calibration ( compass calibration) But instructions do say to use in a open space, and drift isn’t a major issue.
Definitely a very well made drone, and so simple to use.

Looked at a lot of different drones in this price range to choose my first ‘proper’ drone and chose Holy Stone because of the positive reviews on the web. Really impressed with the build quality and the spec of the camera for this price. Everything packed into one quality carry-case is an added bonus and the ‘quick-start’ guide is easy to follow. Up and running in no time and looking forward to learning more ofthe tricks from the built-in features in the flying software. Would definitely recommend this model to other potential buyers.
Excellent customer service
I bought hs360s off Amazon flew perfect first time I flew it, I put it away went to fly it again and would not find satellite or recalibrate I contacted holystone who tried talking me through a few options, that couldn’t resolve it so the offered to send me a replacement free off charge thank you holystone amazing and I will definitely be getting an upgrade in the future

Ii am new to drones. After buying some cheap and useless Chinese made ones (1 refused to work another worked but would not connect to my phone…so no cameras worked) I splashed out on (for me expensive ,200) a Holy stone H360S…
Best money I have ever spent. Have only been using a few days so far but with the ability to have it on beginner (making flying more forgiving) all is going well so far.
The instruction manual is great , it’s a proper manual that explains every step thoroughly and understably. (The Chinese idea of an instruction manual is 2 small bits of paper with writing so small you need a magnifying glass to read them with very little in the way of instructions)
The drone is very steady in flight and can survive quite a bump (or in my case the odd crash or two)
So yes this DEFINITELY gets 5 stars
Bought this drone to compliment our adventures in our campervan on our Youtube channel, and so glad that i did, it is way better than expected. I have seen a lot of videos and heard a lot about Holystone drones been very good value with fantastic customer service, so really Holystone was always top of my list as abrand for a drone. This is my first drone and i am still going through a learning curve with it, but it is getting easier everytime i fly it. Only two negatives for me at them moment, number one, only one battery and number 2 no gimbal, so videos are a bit shakey, but really as it is my first drone and i can up with that until i become more experienced. I would like to try the HS720R as that has a gimbal on it, so if i changed this drone it would be for that one. All in all very happy with it and Holystone as a company.
Keep it in learning mode if you're new to drones
After having a cheep drone with no GPS this one’s a treat to fly, holds nice and steady even with some wind. Would recommend it for any getting there first done and it won’t break the bank.

The functions you get on the app for the drone are great. It can follow you, come back to you. Go on a point to point route and loads more.
A great little drone for a first-timer.
First impressions: The HS360S is clearly a quality product, well designed and built, supplied in a fitted case, with a good instruction book.
I was able to get it set up, calibrated and airborne without any problems.
The remote control and app are easy to use, and the flight appears to be stable. I haven’t yet had the opportunity to try all the higher level control functions, but the return-home and ‘catapult’ work as they should.
Video and still photos look good on a phone, but the jpg images are somewhat lacking in detail when viewed on a larger screen.
A good beginner’s drone at a very reasonable price!

Holy stone hs360s drone . Very well protected in the packaging. Open the box to find a well secure zipped carry case . Unzip the case to find all you need, the main neatly folded drone , the hand controller, a quick start guide , main drone battery, main instruction book and all the cables you will need . After a quick charge of the controller and drone battery not forgetting this gives time for you to read instructions how to fly the drone . Download the app connect it all up and then the fun can begin O not forgetting to insert the micro SD card in the side of the drone . Very easy setup of the drone GPS then up we go . You can use the app to control the drone with easy to use on screen buttons and controller. So easy to get great results of both video and or photos. Brilliant drone well done Holy stone love it . It will be of great use at a family wedding next week .

High quality. Great value
So I am new to drone flying and bought this as a model suitable for beginners that had the fail safe gps system to return to home, follow me and maintain its position. I was really struck with the quality of the build and the instructions. Having received it at the start of the week I haven’t been able to fly it until the weekend. When I took it out for its first flight, I took my children with me and the weather wasn’t ideal so we made it quite a short flight but the controls were really intuitive and easy to use. The software has some brilliant features including the ability to have a beginner mode which creates a Geo fence to stop you flying too high, or too far away with the drone. The control has two different modes. Ideal to make sure that the control is intuitive to you and the drone also has a feature of being able to use it in headless mode. When I started flying it it was in fast speed mode, I’ve been able to switch it to low speed mode to allow me to practice and get used to the way that the drone behaves in the air. This is an excellent design of drone, and I am really pleased to purchase would recommend this to anybody new to drone flying.

This product is definitely one for the budding remote aerial drone enthusiast. It’s small in size, which lends it considerable portability but with the same features and quality that you’d expect from semi-professional drones. The controls are simple to use and reasonably easy to master, plus battery life and flight time characteristics are competitive with other drones in this price range, all whilst retaining a decent level of durability supplemented by the possibility of 3D printing replacement parts. A great product all round.
Drone is excellent – I purchased a HS720 for my son We found the drone to be great quality and it has similar characteristics to other more expensive drones. It carried out all the functions as advertised
There is an excellent tutorial on the company’s website. It takes you through all aspects of operation of the drone, and this was extremely helpful and a must !!
What has impressed me most though is the customer service I received recently. Having had an operational issue with the drone, I contacted HolyStone’s customer service and provided details. Their follow up was immediate and they asked for pictures of the issue which I sent. The following day they replied with a satisfactory solution.
I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend purchasing one of their products.
Good aspects are – The drone is easy to fly with about 2 minutes to set up time.
– good battery. I get some time get up to 22-24 minutes max
– good 4k photos and a relatively good video camera. 4k at at16fps – 2.5k at 25fps
– some good features like follow me, waypoints, orbit flight, and tracking.
– The controller has good range. And is simple to operate.
– Good return to home.
– Good protective bag.
Bad aspects are – A limited wi-fi video transmission of round 150m between drone and phone.
You will have to be close to the subject to film them.
– As there is not image stabilization, video my be jumpy, if the wind are more than 5m/s.
– Video lighting is some time off or colors are not washed out.

Literally cannot lose it!
My 12 year old is very happy with his purchase. After losing connection on the SYMA X300 and having it fly off on it’s own, safety feature and strong connectivity was very important. This didn’t disappoint. Flew it today when the battery was running low, lost connection but the safety feature kicked in and drone went back to the take off point using gps guidance. Very happy and would recommend.

Started to prime the motors in a very big field with no restrictions & it just took off & a bit away it hit a very large tree only to find it bashed up changed the blades & was going to try again but decided not to & return photos were good & so was the video the amount of time in the air ! I would buy again defo for photo and videos are great a wee bit off with stability but for the price it’s good

Build quality is excellent. Looks and feels good. Managed to crash it on the first day – it was at high speed – the main body of the drone had only minor scratches on it.
Customer service is outstanding! They had it replaced with no fuss and in no time. Special thanks to Danni and Doris! They went above and beyond.
Fantastic after-sales customer services
I purchased a HS720 drone and test flew it for a couple of times. It happened for each flight that it lost control in some way with unknown causes and crashed to the grounds. I was not sure if it was because I was lack of operating skills or something else to learn from.
I contacted their technical support for help.
I received a quick response from Valentina of Holy Stone Customer Support. She prepared a list of trouble shooting including the flying environment, conditions of drone etc. I replied with details to each of her question.
To my surprise, she offered me a new replacement in her next email and placed an order straight away with no delay. She contacted me again to say that the HS720 was not available and offered an upgrade version of HS720E, a version with better camera and twin batteries.
I bought the drone with the intention to fly it on my holiday next week. I am so happy that it has arrived today, just in time before my departure.

This drone is great for beginners as well as accomplished flyers. Very functional, great camera and video. No regrets delighted with my purchase.
I absolujtely love this drone. I have had a few ‘cheap’ alternatives and while they were fun to play around with, I really wanted something a little more advanced. When Amazon had this on offer, it was too good an opportunity to pass up.
In the box is a nice quality carry case that contains everything. The drone itself, the controller, battery, chargers, documentation and other cables. A nice surprise was a full set of replacement blades as well. All really neatly pakaged.
On taking the drone out of the case it is clear it is a quality pieve of kit. It feels sturdy and well built. The prop arms fold out and lock in place with a satisfying clunk.
Setting the drone up is simple. There is a short calibration sequence you need to complete which takes no more than a couple of minutes and is clearly documented, then you are good to go. Don;t forget to take off all the protective film covering the various sensors and camers. Then, simply download the Ophelia GO app, connect your mobile phone to the drone’s WiFi hotspot, and you are good to fly. A quick press of the LOCK button to initialise the drone, then a tap of the ‘auto take off’ function on the control and the thing will hover perfectly stable at around 3-4 feet. Controlling it couldn’t be simpler, especially if you have any model flying experience at all. The drone is very responsive while still feeling very forgiving of slightly more abrupt input. My first flight was in a steady breeze and it handled it very well indeed. The camera is fantastic, especially for a drone at this price.
Yes, at around 500g with the battery you will need to do the CAA registration (9) and sit a 40 question, open book multiple choice online test (which is very straightforward – you need 30 correct out of 40), but this is well worth it!
If you have been considering this drone but, like me, were hesitating wondering how it would match up against more expensive rivals – give it a go. You will definitely be surprised!
Great beginners drone with good functionality
I bought this as I wanted to be able to check my solar panels and roof/chimney of a tall farmhouse. It’s easy to set up and use, and as stable and easy to control as expected for a beginners drone at this price. I’ve been really pleased with its responsiveness and clarity of view, and have also used it to help look for dogs when they run off across the fields!

Crashed tons of times now and all it has is scratches, really surprised with how much abuse this thing takes from hitting walls! Battery last about 25 minutes and easy to control.
Easy to learn and good battery life
I tried a non gps drone as a starter and it really was impossible. Within a short period of time, doing the test etc, I was airborne and having fun.. it’s simple to use a has a good battery life. The functions, follow you, back to base etc are really useful and easy. I found the app easy to learn too. Really enjoying it.
Any fool can fly this drone
Bought this drone for roof surveys after a big storm,it’s paid for itself in the first week.Really easy to fly,the range and elevation can be preset,the return to home button gives me confidence.

First time flying a drone, so was bit nervous, very easy to set up and take flight, just try outdoors first in open space.
Stable flight, camera quality is ok, video is ok, I can’t comment too much, as I am still learning to fly the drone smoothly.
I would recommend it though as a good place to start.
Very disappointing but Holy Stone provided suppo
I had to return this for a refund. It would lose video feed a short time after take off – control of the drone was ok and the phone was still connected so this mystified me; RTH unreliable – occasionally dropped out of RTH mid-flight and then the drone zoomed away; flying distance and height limited by “low (drone) battery” but still 3 bars lit on rear of battery; prone to sudden lurches to the left when hovering. I was not in Beginner mode. GPS 13 satellites. The final straw came on an automated RTH when, after starting the final descent, it suddenly veered left and crashed. The app also seemed to have an issue with maximum distance. Out of beginner mode, set it to max – but on reopening settings it always showed minimum 15m. It would fly beyond 15m so the real max distance was could not be determined. You get what you pay for and my experience based on the HS720 is pay a bit more and buy a drone from one of the major manufacturers.
UPDATE: Holy Stone sent me a replacement drone. Their customer support was exemplary. Clearly they have a vested interest in having bad reviews removed or updated but, to be fair, they did not rest until I was satisfied. So I now have a fully working drone. To be completely honest, the app needs a serious overhaul, even a complete re-write. But maybe that will be forthcoming. Otherwise though, you can have confidence that you will receive a nice drone and, if necessary, reassuring support from the company.
Very good drone, I must confess
Excellent drone and appears exactly as on the picture. I had it flying for an week and one day it was in the air with low battery for and went out of my control as the remote could not do anything. After using emergency stop of the rotors to avoid injury to others, the drone dropped by free fall and one of the arms got broken. Overall, I recommend this seller for keeping their words to replace the drone withing the warranty offered. I’m exceeding grateful as this drone is so costly to lose in just a week.

Top quality drone
This is a top quality drone for the price. Excellent pictures and videos and lots of functionality.
What blew me away was the speed at which this drone flies. It also has incredible stability. I have flown it in reasonable wind and it is motionless. All this with the added advantage of a storage case.

I had it just under a year,
Awful device takes of flies picture quality perfect.
But it has a life of its on doesn’t respond when I want to turn left or right has a habit of dive bombing.

Excellent drone for the price having good fun with it …although it does fall into the legacy drone category and A3 flying rules in the UK ….it’s wise to get the A2 c of c flying test to fly this drone in the UK . But great little drone .
Blew my mind
I’ve flew a few drones and wanted something better but not confident enough to go crazy on price and was at first disappointed the drone had a slight fault but after a few emails to and from holy stone fault was sorted top marks to customer service!!!
Then the fun begun am not 100% sure what I want from flying and this drone is filling my needs if I want to take videos or pictures of my family or even just have the drone follow me while walking the dog it does this with ease of use and if you want to get aerial shots it has the height to get some amazing views
But am also interested in flying alone this drone blew my mind it’s not a racing or stunt drone but fast enough for me to practice my flying skills and controlling it at a fast pace if I choose to go racing/stunt flying in future this is proving to be a very good tool to practice with!
So am getting best of both worlds the wifi camera has a slight delay on movement but am happy looking at drone footage while flying it threw obstacles instead of watching drone
My flying skills have improved but as you could imagine I’ve had some amazing failures i crashed into a massive rock at full speed expecting it to be in bits by time I got there i was shocked it had slight cosmetic damage nothing more also i crashed into a sand dune and it was half buried in wet sand took it home let it dry got hover cleaned it no probs except one rota had more sand in and wouldn’t turn aswell got hover on it again and bingo back to normal so build quality is tough and is built with top features such as return to home that actually works very well and got me out of a few sticky situations
If this is your price range I’d be shocked if you find any better than this all-rounde
For less than 250 you can have a high-quality drone with the same features as the leading manufacturer. The camera quailty, excellent, the usability, excellent, build quailty, excellent. It’s easy to set up, has a smart carry box, battery life is what it states on the box. This will be a great for all the budding you tubers out there

The set up was straight forward and easy, once I got the drone up in the air it was very simple to fly, The picture quality for the size of drone what’s excellent.

I have been been looking to do something special this summer .Saw people uploading their drone videos and ordered this as a new hobby.quite happy to fly and quite amazing how it is completely keeps me engaged for whole day. I use the GPS and dronr is easily following while i go outdoors and easy to fly. i recorded mountains , lake and all surroundings.

Nice tidy little drone. Doesn’t have the range of a DJI mini but it’s great for the follow and path features that you don’t get on the DJI. All in all good value for money.
