Perfect sturdy compact desk!
This has exceded our expectations, simple to put together and very strong and sturdy when it is. It looks Great in a small box room.

Firstly it’s well machined so all the bolts fit as they should and the instructions are easy to follow during construction, took about half an hour to build as all parts a labelled. Made a good solid desk
Solid desk and was easy to assemble
I assembled this desk by myself, 5’8″ slightly overweight balding man managed to assemble desk on his own, easy to follow instructions, victory!
It looks decent in the flesh, solid desk not too wobbly. I have it sitting on carpet floor and you’d have to crash into to make it really wobble. I got it as 2/3 fake wood : 1/3 black style and it does look good. I will look for some other ‘vintage’ style furniture, book cases etc to compliment this.
Pleased with desk
Desk arrived well packaged and had it put together in fifteen minutes. I’m good at following instructions so had no issues using the supplied ratcheted Allen key tool (which I have kept as it is excellent) desk appears study and looks a million times better than the previous MDF desk it replaced. Only slight niggle is is corner plastic protectors they are useless and best to bin them before they fall off. Great desk 🙂
Working from home
I just bought this desk for working from home and it’s a perfect fit for a home office – exactly like picture I would say easier to put together with 2 people but would highly recommend

Good value for money
Strong and light desk. Good looking as well. Not too big and not too small. Can fit 2 big monitors, keyboard and mouse. Like the fact that there are more screws and bolts in case you lose any it’s quite handy. Easy to install only thing I would improve the installation instructions with a more step by step phase.

he table is pretty good and stable and i like how they give extra parts aswell but one problem is setting it up and its a hassle since the instructions isnt that clear for me since im pretty dumb but i love the table and definitely worth it!!

Didn’t come with any instructions. After some fumbling and faffing, I was able to complete it to a good standard and it looks quite nice. Not the sturdiest thing in the world but good for the price.
The desk was worth its value the delivery was not!!
I really like the product but it was NOT delivered to my flat it was left outside the main reception of our complex and my manager was not happy. I wouldn’t have been able to collect it from there as I have a disability. Perhaps you should rethink who you want to be a courier for your products you’re paying them for a sloppy job!!
I Think it's Worth The Money & Really Good Quality & Nice Looking Table
I am working on this table as I write this review. I have made it my work desk after I moved to my new apartment. Its been a year & this table has been serving me well. nothing has broken off or has stopped working. The drawers having a hard textured layer as inner soles for the drawer, they hold medium heavy stuff well too. I’ve almost everything that I need to have on or in the desk drawers nicely. If anything, I’d recommend to add 2 more drawers like the ones already present under them instead of the little shelf that’s there. That would be more useful than the shelf.
I think the table is worth the money.
Hard to put togethe
Sadly it took us over 2 hours to put it together. It does not feel stable or sturdy but it looks amazing. Value for the looks. Instructions are a lot to process but you get there in the end
To be honest, kids doing Design& Technology as alevel can mold better metal than this… Apart from this, It took me less than 9mins to assemble on my own(160cm), and I really like the finishing of the wood pieces:)
Easy to put togethe
Brought for my BIL, who is redecorating his bedroom.
The desk was easy to build and came with simple instructions – my BIL (20) was able to put it together independently and with minimal fighting/mum butting in, since the instructions were clear to follow.
It seems nice and stable, also a nice quality wood and smooth finish.

Minor niggle
I bought this desk as a gift for my neighbours. He works from home, she is about to start her BEd course and they have 2 young children who will, eventually, have need of it. It was put together, very easily, apart from the niggle. The drawers, cardboard covered with fabric, are very sturdy, but we have had to bend the tops of the legs slightly outwards, in order for them to fit on the provided shelves. He, being an engineer, had no problem carrying out the adjustment. That was why I could only give 4 stars.. I think the problem is that the drawers are manufactured by an outside body, and nobody from the parent company bothers to check their measurements before they get packed with the rest of the bits.
But my neighbours are delighted with it and, therefore, so am I!!

Very pretty and good quality
I love how it has a bit of a vintage look to it, suits to every style in the house. It doesn’t take up much space, it’s very spacious. Assembling was very easy as every component was marked with a number/letter and on the manual it showed which components should be joined together. This saved up a lot of time and stress while assembling it. More companies should start doing the same! Also, I always had problems with furniture companies giving not enough of screws to assemble, meanwhile they gave extra screws inside which was a very positive surprise. Definitely recommend getting this desk.

Cheap but sturdy
You are getting what you pay for with this in terms of material quality, but it did assemble into a sturdy desk that, for the money, is very good. It’s laminated wood and relatively thin walled metal, but it makes a solid desk and the rubber bumpers for the corners are a welcome bonus.

Desk is great, easy to build etc. Only thing was one of the runners for the drawers looks like it’s been hit with a hammer as it was all bevelled.

You get what you are paying for if you can’t order from IKEA
For the price it’s a good desk. I would advise the 120cm, the 100cm only fits a laptop and monitor, keyboard and mouse but not much else. Be careful when assembling, there were small mistakes on the instructions they provided such as telling you to use the wrong screws. For 70-100 it’s decent value if you want something delivered quick with Amazon Prime.
Suits my needs
I’ve bought this to serve as a makeup vanity and it’s great for that with the two big drawers and bottom shelf. The worktop is a good size and is great for the my needs. Easy to assemble, true to color, good value.

The desk is exactly as described, and easy to assemble. And good value for money.
The only downside, the drawers can only be placed on the right side of the unit. With a couple of extra screw holes, it could be assembled in a hat the drawers could be either side.

Bought this desk to set up my office for working from home, perfect. Drawers are nice extra storage, good sized desk.
Practical desk
The desk is compact and practical, it’s great that it has 2 drawers and the storage space at the bottom.
I must admit it was not easy to follow the assembling instructions, all we got was a page with different pictures of what the desk is supposed to look like. Not really easy to follow or make out which piece goes where!!

It’s looks really good once all set up. However, assembly was very difficultly. The screws and the holes didn’t match. The wooden dowel broke twice and I had to order stronger ones separately. Sturdiness is ok but the desk needs to be against the wall. I was assembling it myself so took me a long time, would recommend having an extra pair of hands!

Good looks and good quality, especially for the money
This is a good quality desk for the money. It’s fairly sturdy although I wouldn’t try to stand on it or anything like that. I have not had the quality problems with the drawers not fitting as a few other people have reported. Mine is the widest variant, at 160cm, and it easily holds my laptop PC and two 24″ monitors.
It was tricky getting the holes in the top to line up with the holes in the frame when I was putting it together, but assembly was easy apart from that.
Easy to assemble & great size.
I bought this to replace a cheap 2nd hand desk I bought for work during lockdown thinking we would be back in the office full time after about 2 months….. Sooooo 2 years later… fortunate to now have the opportunity to work hybrid I needed an upgrade.
This is the perfect size desk which is spacious enough for a large monitor, laptop and document holder. The 2 drawers are deep and the depth of the the desk, certainly big enough to know Im going to need a black bag to empty them of all the nonsense Im no doubt going to fill them with.
Really easy to follow instructions, handy if you have a moody teenager at hand to hold bits up while you’re fiddling with an allen key.
All in all a great sturdy desk with plenty of space with the added bonus of a handy hook for your headset for those meetings you pray are not going to be video calls when your commute was 10 mins before log in and there was a traffic jam in the kitchen!
Great desk very happy
I needed a desk to work on for my new room because it didn’t have one so I bought this and I’m very happy I did. It totally does the job. I know it isn’t the most amazing quality but for the price it’s a very nice desk, love the quality and colour of the wood surface and I like to put my printer on the bottom shelf and slide it out whenever I need it. Plenty of space for a laptop, big monitor screen and stationery.

Quite surprised at the good quality of this desk. It went together nice and easy although be careful with the screws there are a couple of long ones which I forgot about and tried to screw one into the chipboard shelf where it should have been a shorter one. My fault for not paying attention.

Reliable, compact table
It was fairly easy to put together and very sturdy.
Stable and sturdy. Well designed
For our house this was a perfect table for an all in one computer. Not so good for a PC Tower. Everything was in the package including spare screws. Be careful assembling the 2 part top but the pegs are std 4mm if they snap. I assmbled it alone and was straightforward and the instructions were good.

My home office
I bought this just to try my luck, and honestly I’m very pleasantly surprised, it hold everything I need it to (two screens and two laptops) plus all the other crap I stack on tables! There is not a lot of wobble-ness except when I bounce my leg, ive filled both drawers, no issue to open or close them! It was pretty simple to put it together myself, right at the end my sister helped me out with putting the tabletop to the frame, there were 2 screw holes that weren’t aligned unfortunately but I’ve had no issue because of it thankfully!

Definitely need an extra person to help set up but other than that a great desk. Had no issues with it since it’s been set up. Plenty of space to have two monitors of required and the storage is handy too. Storage is a little basic but if you don’t desperately need to lock things up it’s useful.
Stunning desk
Came in one big box packaged really well. All parts. Clearly labelled and bagged. Instructions 8 out of ten some small parts ie support bracket head phone brackets was included in the instructions. An extremely sturdy desk. A single mum put this together on her own. The tools are included. I just used a rubber mallet at the end to complete the desk top bit that connects in two parts with wood pegs before screwing it secure. Led lights bought for underneath. The two draws that come with it are fabric but really sturdy and about 60cm long good for storage. My son loves this desk he bought a xxl mouse mat in black and there is a border around that shows the top of the desk off perfectly. He bought the biggest size. His computer chair arms fit under the desk with space. Deffo buy again from this brand thankyou everyone
Perfect for my needs
Easy to assemble, my nephew said! Lots of spare bits which we didn’t need. All lined up with screws and holes. The drawers are really long and hold loads. And the 2 colours looks great.
Very easy to assemble, it took me about 30-40 minutes by myself. Instructions are simple and clear. Very sturdy when built and looks great. Drawers are plenty big enough for a4 papers/notepads. The desk itself is deeper than most available which is an added bonus. Overall Very pleased & excellent for the price.
Sturdy and easy to assemble
This desk is just amazing in colours and structure. I ordered the 160 cm desk as I had more space in my home and I wanted to treat myself and I am so happy with this! The desk is huge and sturdy, was veeery easy to assemble as I was alone and I did it in less than 40 minutes. The materials are more than fine for the price paid, and on Amazon, I saw that there are also some drawers that can be paired quite nicely of the same colour of the desk.
All almost good
Desk arrived in time and well packaged. Assembling was straight forward with items adequate labeled (if you need it).
Only two smaller drawbacks
1.) The “zips” for the draws bottom. They are far to small and the slight pressure from the box-frame made the zip split. I kept the zip handle in the middle of the zip and placed the draw bottom over it. It still holds the draw together, but should be stronger. This has so far not caused issues with the draws and as long not heavily loaded – should not. The sturdiness 3* is due to the draw design and does not reflect on the Desk
2.) The bag holder (attached to the frame points outward and in my case can not be attached/used, due to space restrictions. A design (holes allowing to screw it on either way),where you can choose to point it inwards as well as outwards would be better.
Brilliant desk for money
Love the desk its good value for money and feels pretty sturdy, Assembly was ok, did it on my own, its recommended 2 people, but i was fine, I’ve done a lot of flat pack assembly over the years.
Ive been a lot more productive and recommended the desk to colleagues already.

I use this as a model workbench and it is really sturdy and well made. Lots of space in the drawers and handy clips to attach bits and pieces too. Very pleased.

The materials are cheap, but that really isn’t surprising when it cost under 90.
I was concerned about how strong it would be when I unpackaged the parts and saw the frame was made from very thin walled tubing, but once its fully assembled its surprisingly study. Be careful while assembling because I think it will be very easy to bend something or strip threads if don’t keep everything properly aligned.
75cm is far too tall and doesn’t fit me even with my chair at full height. I suspect they added the adjustable feet after the design was finished and it made it too tall. I’m considering removing them from my desk as it will reduce the height by a couple of centimetres.
the fabric drawers are useful for storing some stationary and cables in but I wouldn’t trust them to hold anything heavy. They’re a snug fit inside the desk frame but thats probably better than if they were too small as they will be better supported on the rails.
The instructions that were supplied with the desk were for a different model so there were some differences in the parts that were used, but in general it used the same construction so it wasn’t hard to figure out how it needed to go together.
Would I buy it again? Probably not. I would probably spend more and hope to get something better quality.

Smart little desk
For the price I was a little wary about buying this desk, but on the whole I really quite like it. I’d read mixed reviews regarding the drawers but I haven’t had any issues.
My main gripe is because the top is two different pieces, they don’t sit totally flush which is annoying when using a mouse.
Good desk, really nice materials and nice style
The desk is not too difficult to assemble, the components are not too heavy and it looks really good. I am able to put both my 27 inch monitor and my 15 inch laptop on its side. A great purchase for the price
For the price this is an absolute bargain. I have purchased similar looking desks previously for twice the price, and those have been made of flimsy and thin plywood. This desk has a strong metal frame with solid wood panels and secure fittings… once correctly assembled it is incredibly sturdy yet surprisingly light. It’s solid and spacious, plenty of room for multiple laptops on top, space for a pc tower or Xbox in the side storage, and large and spacious drawers.
It can easily take my monitor arms with 24 inch monitors attached, once clamped on there is little to no flex and it feels secure. As it’s solid wood there is also little risk of crushing the wood with the clamps (an issue with my old desk) which is fantastic. The rigidity of the frame combined with the light weight also makes it really easy to transport, and the rubber feet do a great job of protecting my hard wood floor whist allowing for adjustment on the non-level ground – very handy!
This is a great looking, stylish, sturdy and useful desk. And the cherry on top: I had issues with assembly when I initially built the item, but after emailing the seller I was provided personalized and patient support to correct my assembly mistakes. In addition, the minor damage sustained during delivery was quickly resolved.
The only negative is my atrocious cable management. Ruins the great look of the desk!

Looks great, was easy to build, only snag is maybe the material drawers are more difficult to slide in and out, but they look great and do work fine so no problems there. was built in under 30 mins and looks suoper modern whilst providing excellent value for money!

Very nice desk plenty sturdy enough. There could be some sense of a key system though. I’d put my top on and couldn’t put the away braces on as the frame underneath was upside down.
Ordered this on 30th June and arrived on 2nd July, that’s just two days since I bought it.
What attracted me to buy this HOMIDEC desk were the colours of the table and the drawers on the side. The matte black and the coffee brown colours side by side compliments the aesthetic of the desk, which were the colours I was looking for to match the dark and natural theme of my room. I also like the glossy patterns of the black table, it gives a unique look.
The grey coloured drawers are useful to store any items laying around the desk, making the workspace look cleaner. The drawers themselves aren’t the best quality since they’re made of fabric, which over time can have loose fabric peeling off. But I do like how big the drawers are, enough to store items like USBs, keyboards, cameras and books.
It was easy for me to assemble the desk, nothing was difficult, although the manual could have included real photos of the parts so that it could be easier to recognise and assemble the desk. Luckily each parts had a number tagged on them and you can follow the steps through the manual.
Underneath the desk, I can manage the cables by tying the cables along the desk’s support bracket. And by the end of the table, there’s a hanger to put headphones on, keeping it clear of sight from the desk.

I initially ordered this based in Northern Ireland however they messaged to say was not in stock and would be near a month i was happy to wait. They did offer alternatives. What i liked was i didnt have to keep checking as they informed me when it was back in. Colour is great and for the price it looks even richer 🙂 thanks again

Complements my conservatory-stylish & elegant!!
This was such a fab buy!! Now I’m having to work from home it is small enough not to be intrusive in my conservatory & the wood effects match my wood flooring perfectly! The drawers are material unfortunately as I was hoping to paint them white to match the rest of the room & I was concerned they would be too flimsy to hold my work books & note pads but actually they are pretty sturdy & everything fits in just fine. Looks very elegant & a good height so the chair I ordered fits under perfectly! I love the discrete place to store your earphones too. I give it 5 stars & would highly recommend it, especially at this bargain price too!!

Bought 2 of these for my home office and i can’t recommend them enough. Plenty of space, really easy to assemble – comes flatpacked including the required allen key needed to assemble the screws. Took me about half an hour to assemble.
The only criticism i have (if i was being picky) is that the drawers are sort of fabric with card in and not particularly sturdy. It doesn’t bother me to be honest, the drawers work fine and they still look nice.
All in all pretty happy with the desk. The only problem I had was one of the parts labelled ‘F’ had the holes aligned incorrectly and were factory drilled in the wrong side. I decided it was too little of a problem to go about returning or exchanging so made the required modification myself. It is certainly something to consider if any reader decides to purchase this in the knowledge that you may have to drill a hole through fairly thin sheet steel. The drawers are fabric as stated but as I already knew this and didnt really need anything particularly substantial it was ok for my requirements.
The finished desk looks exactly as the pictures show it and is dimensionally correct as per the description. Make sure you follow the rules about not fully tightening the bolts until it is almost fully assembled. This means you can make any minor straightness adjustments while still flexible and you will end up with a good result. The hook supplied as a headphone (or any other accessory) holder can be attached to either the left or right side of the desk. There are extra screws so dont be worried about left over bits and pieces.
Remember you get what you pay for so dont expect a piece of sturdy oak or something like that.

Beautiful desk. Was easy enough to put together. Only had 1 small issue with a screw that wouldn’t go in to designated hole. Possibly hole to big as screw wouldn’t grip. But it doesn’t make a difference to the desk as it is very sturdy plenty of other screws so you wouldn’t even notice. The drawers are actually a lot bigger than I expected. Very long and deep. Lovely desk. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful looking desk and can’t wait to start working at a proper desk!
However, not all straight forward. One of the metal struts was damaged, had to request another piece. This was sent out for free, though coming from China, it took 10 days. In the meantime, I put the drawers in (I didn’t realise upon purchase they were made of cardboard and material). These were a bit of a pain to build, then one got jammed and ripped slightly when trying to slide it out (thankfully, not noticeable). Ended up with a ridiculous amount of screws etc left over afterwards. Absolute waste, but I suppose I could always use them for something else.
Also, why does flat packed furniture always ship with the worst diagrams to instruct? Why do these companies not use photos? (especially that big Swedish company that definitely aren’t short of money!)
Good sized desk
It’s a good sturdy desk, I put it up on my own , easy enough to do. Love the two colours of the desk and the drawers are handy. Very Impressed with this. good size for my spare room, as working from home.
Nice little desk
Worked great for our son during remote learning, wouldn’t recommend if you work from home more than a day or two a week but for an odd day or for kids it’s great, looks nice too

Very easy to build and is lovely in colour, the only downfall is the material of the draws are a little flimsy but I knew this would be the case when buying.
Great desk for the price. The drawers are really rubbish though, they don’t fit properly, one is wider than the other. One just about fits but rubs on both sides, the other I have to wedge in, I have tried both slots so I know one is larger than the other. The rails that the draws sit on are slightly pointed up. I don’t think material drawers are a bad idea, but they are if they are too big! The desk itself is good for the price sturdy and smart. I think in the long run I will cut shelves of MDF in place of the drawers as they aren’t going to last long. All in all good for the price but not great quality. If you’ve got the cash to spend on a nice desk don’t bother. If you are looking for a desk that’s cheap and good for your posture choose this one. This has plenty of foot space and desktop space. It’s quite tall, so best paired with an adjustable chair for DSE health and safety.
Sceptical because none of the reviews matched the listing but with Amazon as back up I thought I’d take a punt. Really pleased I did, easy to put together, all tools supplied and is a cost effective way of creating a work from home space in lockdown. High enough for an office chair to fit and good height for using a laptop on. Packaged well too.
