Perfetto
Termometro fatto molto bene, temperatura precisa e app ben fatta. Si collega immediatamente e funziona benissimo, si possono personalizzare i vari preset. Attenzione alla cottura, dopo aver tolto la carne dal fuoco una volta raggiunta la temperatura desiderata, la temperatura continua a salire di 4/5 gradi. Consiglio quindi di impostare l’allarme a 4 gradi in meno della temperatura desiderata e tirarla fuori.
Esempio: nel mio caso un Tbone di 4 cm di spessore con cottura al sangue (circa 50) l’ho tirata via dalla cottura a 46. Nella fase di riposo (3/4 minuti) la temperatura ha raggiunto i 49/50 desiderati.
Ottimo termomentro per BBQ
Ottimo termometro per BBQ con applicazione dedicata che ti consente di impostare il tempo corretto per il tipo di cottura e di carne che stai cucinando – anche su due canali differenti.
Si integra anche in HOME ASSISTANT tramite integrazione INKBIRD, consentendo cos di monitorare la cottura dalle tue plance dedicate anche fuori dalla portata del bluetooth! Ottimo!

Parfait pour les cuissons au bbq
Je m’en sers pour les cuissons lentes au bbq. C’est trs pratique et facile d’utilisation. En revanche il a tendance se dconnecter trs voir trop facilement. Il faut rester vraiment ct pour rester connect. Le bbq dans le fond du jardin et le tlphone dans la maison c’est compliqu et l’application envoie des alertes toutes les 30sec car il se dconnecte tout le temps. Donc un peu agaant force. Mais sinon fonctionne parfaitement!!

Great burgers! Love the app. Wires fit through air fryer. Only negative no <zero temps displayed
Just had my first burgers in my tower air fryer with this. Beeped at 75 degrees (as recommended by app) and they taste brilliant! Only negative is the thermometer doesn’t display less-than-zero temps so I thought it was broken when I put the prong into frozen burgers. The app is really nice allowing you to select the meat you’re cooking and beeping when it gets there. The wires are thin and worked fine through the edge of my tower air fryer.
Works great for the price
No idea how accurate it is but it has allowed me to cook 2 smoked pulled pork shoulders, the Bluetooth range connection can be weak losing connection at times but it reconnects easily
