A truly great investment and hours of play for the little fans of messy play
A very practical play item, a bit on the pricy side but worth it. The size is universal and works with a number of round tray tables, like the one i have from Amazon too. It is sturdy and the walls are high enough for my son to fill it with water and play indoors with minimum splashing. From the moment it’s out of the box you can tell it’s great quality. It came with a digital book of messy play ideas, which we are yet to try, but in the meantime son loves filling it with bouncing orbeez and kinetic sand. I’d now like to purchase the lego base plate mat to go on top to complete it.
Brilliant tray
I am so impressed with this sensory tray,it is the perfect size and easy to store away.My little boy loves it already.Only negative the box was delivered ripped and looked abit worse for wear. I didn’t send back as the actual product was fine inside just didn’t look good for the price. Overall I would Definitely recommend.
Perfect for sensory play!
My 7 year old got this for her birthday from a recommendation from my sister. We use it for her kinetic sand and it’s perfect to keep it in and contain it all. Looking forward to using it for other sensory play too. Fab product.

I love this item, with non slip -and non scratch- pads below and a tray top lid which can be used for play. The sections within are removable also. Very useful for messy play and small bits.

We’ve played with this numerous times now in different ways. I never write reviews but felt like this one needed it. It’s extremely durable and well made, washes so well, and there are endless ways to use it. At first I thought the price was way too high, now I’m buying a second one for my littlest little to play with, too! Can’t say enough good things. Super worth the investment. It’ll last a lifetime.

I bought this to use for work and it has not disappointed its nice to look at, easy to clean, when setting up a provocation for the children it gives me lots of variety in set up.
Item was not cheap but the quality of product was worth it and it will be used for many years to come.

I love the sorting trays and it allows for so many ways to play with, in between play times I pop up the lid and put it under the table. Love that it’s non slippery too. My kids love it and I can’t wait to try out sensory plays of all sorts

We use the tray, lid, and compartments for play and storage. Absolute love it. Takes around 600g per sensory base in each compartment to fill to the top. It is huge!
Great sensory play tray
Exactly what I needed! The inserts are a prefect edition. Has a lid so can be sealed and saved for a later date. Fits perfect on our tuff spot and helps to keep the play inspired!

The children loved it, we put different items in the sections, feathers, sand, moulding soap, pasta lollypop sticks and different tools, the children played with it for ages. Easy to clean. Also used the bottom part with water and the sections we put water and food colouring in and watched what happened when we dropped bits into the big water tray. Fantastic and so many used. Used also when we did pizzas, I used the sections for the different toppings.

Lots of play value
Bought for 1 year old, I can envisage lots of play opportunities for this, easy to use, fill with different themed items, neat to pack away, clean etc.
Arrived promptly and well packaged.
My only complaint is I didn’t realise it was made in China. I prefer to buy UK made items (more sustainable and environmentally friendly) and would like to be able to see this information on Amazon’s listing.

I bought this and have it stashed away for my sons birthday but took it out for a look and so far im impressed. I have a lot of play trays incl, a tuff tray, but was looking for a smaller one I could use indoors and store easily when I came across this one. the compartments and lids are so great, as it cuts down on having to find storage for multiple trays. It is lovely and sturdy, very good quality. I cant wait to get using it.

This Play Tray is sturdy and excellent quality. Very easy to clean and compact. Would highly recommend for children who love playing with sand, water beads, rice ect. Lots of imaginative play. Bought this for our grandchildren.. first to try was our little granddaughter who is a year and a half and I filled it with rice pasta and lentils and popped some scoops into it and she was happy for hours.. I love the versatility of this and how it might appeal to all different ages.. it’s educational and fun .. really pleased with it, at first I thought it was expensive but now I have it I think it will last for many years and we will get real value for money ..

Perfect tray for sensory play
I had been wanting to get the tray for a while. Now it is here I’m so excited. I love the multiple functions of it. How the lid becomes a shallow try, a board for rolling and cutting play doh or craft making and even a whiteboard. The main tray is lovely and deep, perfect for filling with all sorts of messy fun whilst being deep enough to ensure it won’t just spill out as soon as their little hands go in. The compartments are fantastic and have so many uses to add in education, snacks, messy play, small world, crafting and much more. The ebook is full of fun creative ideas and recipes for all ages as is their Instagram page so give them a follow. It came with easy to follow cleaning and care advice. This tray will be used for years with endless fun possibilities. This one is for my daughter at home but I could definitely see them in my classroom too! Completely worth every penny.

Ever since I discovered sensory play and small world play for myself on Instagram, I have been looking for the right play tray for a long time – it should be easy to clean, look good and offer many possibilities. Then, by chance, I came across the Play Tray by Inspiremyplay and was immediately thrilled. It took a while until I could order it (I come from the EU and ordering was only possible via Amazon). It was delivered very quickly and then we could get started. The Play Tray is suitable for babies/toddlers, but also for older children. Whether playing with dry materials, with plasticine, with Kinetic Sand or with wet materials – there is no limit to the creativity and fun. The trays are super suitable for a play invitation with many different materials. We have already ‘brewed’ a magic potion in them. I still have many ideas and am looking forward to implementing each of them. Cleaning is also super quick and easy. I recommend it over a large sink or in the shower/bathtub.

It is made of high quality materials and holds up to little ones! It has been lovely seeing our children explore many different learning opportunities using the tray and our 2 year old will happily sit and explore the tray for ages!
