I just put our canopy up for a week long holiday. We will see how durable it is. It was a fairly easy job other than 2 things. Getting the center to latch was really hard. And second which probably explains my first difficulty, I didn’t get the supports for the awning routed through the holes in the canopy top properly so I had to take them apart at the end and fix it. I’m glad there were wing nuts on them. The instructions weren’t clear on this subject at all and the video doesn’t really show either of these steps clearly. I can only guess that if I had the awning supports routed properly that there would have been more slack in the top and it probably would have just clicked into place the first time. Now that I know how to put it up; I know how to put it up. I guess that’s how it goes. If you buy one of these, they seem to be a good value to cost, just pay special attention to the corners of the cover and make sure that it is correct BEFORE you try to push up the center.

We thought product defective but after reading other comments and reviews we figured out the problem. So my biggest complaint is with the directions-many important steps are left out. Our canopy is up now and looks good and we will not be returning after all.
Really liked this canopy for what we use it for. We use it during our summer 4-H horse program. The audience faces the West sun and the awning gives additional shade and coverage. Made our neighboring canopy dwellers jealous! I have several that asked for a link to where I got it and others that threatened to steal it!
I really like this canopy. The extra 6.5 feet of shade is amazing. The setup is a little tricky, because the instructions are not clear. But it’s a canopy. It’s not hard. The only thing is setting up the awnings, that’s probably the most time-consuming part. A normal canopy is assembled in maybe 5 minutes. This one is going to take at least 10 because of the four screws you have to deal with when setting up the awnings. Then you have the pole that goes through the fabric that goes between the awnings arms. Other than that, it’s like having two canopies with all the extra shade.
Tldr: the awnings are a pain, but worth the hassle.

Es ist sehr stabil gebaut und die Qualitt fr den Preis absolut empfehlenswert. Die Fen knnen stufenlos beliebig hher oder niedriger eingestellt werden. Auf der Innenseite der Abdeckung befindet noch eine Art Sonnenschutz Schicht, sodass UV Strahlen nicht durchdringen knnen. Wenn man den Pavillon mal nicht mehr braucht, kann man es auch sehr einfach wieder abbauen.
If you are looking for a good tent, this is the one.
Worth every penny
The learning curve ion getting the popup top put on takes a bit as well as finding the levers. Putting back in the bag was easier than other shades.
I do love this product, it is fairly easy to set up, and after a full summer and fall of use the canopy has ripped, but all I want to do is find a replacement so I can continue useing it, and cant find a replacement anywhere. So disappointing!!!
After two days, the canopy was weight down with rain water and the frame broke in 5 different places. $200.00 down the drain.
Only used it once before a gust of wind took it up and brought it down causing it to bend at the awning point.
This gazebo’s assembly was very straightforward and easy. It is of great value for the price that it’s at, being very large and sturdy. The side flaps added additional use and protection from the sun. This gazebo is great for the beach, the backyard, or even a outdoor party. I highly recommend buying this, it has been of great use to me.
This is an excellent canopy value for your money. It’s sturdy & easy to set up. Canopy fabric is durable, not flimsy. The side awnings are a genius idea. I had it set up outside, sandbags filled & attached to the frame for 2 weeks with no issues. Then a powerful storm blew in & flipped the canopy over into a thorny desert plant with no damage to the fabric at all. The frame was snapped in four places however, I believe from the weight of the sandbags making a crash landing. Lesson learned is to stake it down with heavy duty stakes! I still heartily recommend this canopy.

I really wanted to like this canopy, and if it came with everything, I probably would have. Unfortunately, I will be returning it.

I got this canopy for a beach volleyball tournament. It’s in 5 days, of this review, so there’s no point in me replacing it. I’m sure if it had all the parts I would have kept it. I don’t know for sure, but this might have been a unit that was laying around and cherry-picked for parts. I normally don’t return items, but if I’m spending close to $200 I expect a brand new unopened product.

They sent me a new one, just in time too! The return and replacement was very easy. New canopy was 100x better. No damage and all pieces accounted for. I play a fair amount of beach volleyball and use this canopy every time. People love, always ask where I got it from.
The canopy is sturdy. Also bought the walls and that was great because we could close off the canopy to protect from moisture. It does take 2 people to put up but it is pretty simple. The back awning had a pole with one hole missing which caused the back awning to be more of an angle instead of straight out. We were not sure but thought it might be a design decision as the angle protected our merchandise but getting wet from the rain. OVERALL LOVED THE PURCHASE. We have an event in April may buy some more!
The canopy was easier to set up than I thought it would be. The canvas doesn’t fit back in the carry case. The case has wheels. The zipper looks sturdy but I know others had issues with it breaking. The zipper is on the side with the wheels which could cause the zipper to break due to the weight.
We love this gazebo canopy, it is sturdy and has allowed us to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. The only complaint I have is the canopy fell apart after just 3 months. I was taking it down one day before a storm and it ripped as I unattached the Velcro. I am trying to get a hold of the manufacturer to see if we could get a stronger canopy or a replacement.
Two posts on this tent broke. Is there anything you can do about them. I have attached pictures for your reference…

The canopy is very well made and extremely sturdy! I would highly recommend. Worth the price.
It is perfect for our backyard. The awnings can be dropped to block the evening sun. More important is the customer service. The canopy arrived with a broken piece. We sent an email and picture and they sent us the replacement part in a timely fashion.
Got this for our camping trip. It was super easy to set up, love that the sides come down for extra shade. The bag has wheels so it was easy to move around. It came with sand bags but I didn’t need them the stakes worked well.
Very nice pop up tent. Very easy to put up and assemble. After buying the first one we bought another one.
A little disappointed with this, the wheels on the bag have broken already and the canopy is starting to come apart, so far it’s nothing Serious but questioning how long this unit will last.
Happy with this product. Not water resistant – but does the job on a sunny day and for light rain.

Awnings are a very nice feature for shade and privacy.
Stitching on one of the fasteners came out immediately which was disappointing, but not a major issue. Otherwise would be 5/5.

The product was great. Its made if durable materials and is very easy to setup.
I think this is a quality product. The set is mor difficult than they portray. I purchase this because of the “easy” set up. Time will tell as we this. I do like the leg extension part. It allows you to set up on uneven surfaces because each leg is independent with no preset holes for extension.
First time putting it up was a little tricky but after that it’s easy. 1 person can do it in 10 minutes.
What is not so good is that after putting it up and down 3x, the carrying case already has holes in it. The material is too lightweight for the weight of the unit. If you are looking for multi put ups and take downs you will need a new carrying case, it’s really too bad.

Got the canopy and set it up. takes a little time, helpful if you have more people. Only problem i have is the carrying case has a small hole about the size of a pencil. Would like to see if I could get it replaced but have no information to contact any one.

This canopy is a fantastic product! The one I had before was from a different manufacturer and broke in two places the first time I tried to set it up. This canopy is sturdy and extremely well-made. The canvas itself is high-quality and I love the feature of the additional shade from the awnings. I found no problems or issues in setting up the canopy and the takedown was just as easy. I highly recommend this canopy! You’ll get great quality and value.

Tent itself is pretty sturdy and easy setup. Gig bag looked solid but zipper ripped after just 1 use. Doesn’t affect function of tent at all just need to be sure to carry upright so everything won’t spill ou
The frame is fantastic. Delighted with it’s weight. Very heavy for a pop up. The additional bags for weights were a bonus. The frame is very sturdy and can be adjusted to any height. It would be handy if there were measurements marks for heights on each leg so you don’t have to keep standing back and looking to see of it looks level. On arrival the case that it comes in was perfect on the outside. However,when we opened it we noticed it was not new. The feet had all been scrapped and marked.some corners were scrapped and there were marks on the pole. I was very disappointed about this. The cover is ok quality. The stitching lenght is large which will make it rip easily in time. I am handy with a sewing machine so i will be able to fix. But I shouldn’t have to. One of the pegs is not stitched on correctly so i need to fix that also. The canopy sides are a nice touch.
Used this only a few times so far, but appears to be sturdy and much better than our last one.
Hope to get many years out of it.
Had the gazebo up for a couple of week in wind rain and snow, I never had a problem with it.
I loved this canopy.. It is perfect for me.. Many people liked it and ordered it too because of me.. I have had it up since Dec. and it has faded and looks thin now.. Big problem today I noticed that the roof at the very top is ripped and has a BIG HOLE.. I am so disappointed and need the fabric replaced. I hope someone can help me..it is just not ok to rip in only a few months. We do not have awful weather that would have caused the damage..
It’s the complete package, but it’s heavy. Assembly is much the same as any other canopy, recommend two people just for ease and speed. First one showed up broken, replaced without issue. Look for cracks upon opening. I also recommend using water jugs in the weighted bags instead of trying to fill them with gravel as that will, undoubtedly, spill.
There are some engineering and manufacturing issues. Some of the elastic loop straps were already loose upon arrival and the top isn’t designed very well to work with the swing-out sides. If I’d payed $300+, I’d be upset but this is a great price for a canopy of this size so I only knocked off a star.
Really easy to assemble – nice sturdy frame and comes with sandbags too.
Easy to out up with two people, has bags you can put weights in to hold down the legs and guy ropes. The side extensions are a good touch too. The kits quite good quality for the money.

I like the versatility of having the sides that can provide extra shaded area or you can put the sides down and have added protection if there is a bit of wind. I love that there is a easy roll “suitcase” to store the canopy when not in use. Everything fits together so easily and takes down with no problem. Great product!
This is an easy to erect sturdy gazebo bought so that we could extend the summer season. Despite high winds, the gazebo withstood a rough patch of weather. It is fairly easy to erect and dismantle by 1 person, although better with 2 people

It’s sturdy and so easy to put up. The carry bag is good with wheels. I love it so much better and stronger than ones I have before.
EDITED: reached out to seller and they are sending me a replacement travel bag! Updated as above. It has been perfect for our outdoor preschool, and we have used it for 6 sessions so far!
I got this canopy for camping, it goes up easy as long as you have atleast 1 or two others to help(but same goes for all other pop up canopies I have owned) it held strong in mild wind and rain. the seam needs to be sealed for complete water proofing.

Seems to be decent. First time we set it up we noticed that some hardware was missing on the frame. I emailed MasterCanopy and never got a response.
The issue is the quality of the fabric canopy and stitching. The stitching seam overlapped and was stitched to the side of the canopy. For the price of this canopy, there should be better quality control.
There is also no way to contact the manufacture to request a new fabric canopy or to address the warranty of the product.

MasterCanopy contacted me about the bad awning cover and offered to send me a replacement cover at no charge. I received the replacement cover this weekend! I am pleased with the response from MasterCanopy in fixing this issue!! We (and my Son’s soccer team) still love the canopy and the additional shade that it provides!
