I have used one that someone paid 1000 dollars for and I knew this wouldn’t be like that one. It matches the price point for sure though! I thought I would be looking wistfully at one for years and then bam I looked this up. It is just amazing!
I love it. My sister borrowed my first one and loved it so much made me order her one too. I love playing my playlist from the unit and dont have to get off to change anything i can do it while standing using the remote. Definitely value for money.
It’s just as says. Very powerful. Easy to attach the ropes on the side metal clip underneath. Only thing shame power lead not longer. But deffo a good buy.
I’ve used for about a month. It jiggles everything so I assume it is working like it should. I use 10 minutes every night. I haven’t quite figured out how to use it for my arms without feeling like my brain is shaking loose but I love the machine
This machine is a lot heavier than it looks! It was tiring to carry up stairs but still doable alone. I’m terms of getting it started it’s really simple. You can just plug it in and use it immediately. But I had to read the manual to figure out all the different programs that it offers. It has 5 programs that rotates through different vibration speeds. Once you stop using it, it goes to sleep which is great for power saving. The remote is pretty good. It needs 2 AAA batteries which is not included. And you need to point the remote to the machine to use it. In terms of vibrations, it works really well. You can use it for up to 20 minutes at a time and the default is 10 minutes. It doesn’t make me feel too tired afterwards but after using it for long periods of time, my feet feel a little numb and tingly similar to after a long run. All in all it does what it’s supposed to do and no problems so far! Been using it for a few days now! Also it was delivered on time, 2 days after ordering!
I used to go to a GOGA studio in my town that had vibration machines. I loved it but it went out of business. So I though I would try one of these little home versions. It works great! Easy to use and store. I weigh 180 and 5’9″ and I fit on it fine and it seems to be made of good quality. Haven’t used the resistance bands yet so can’t say about them. I definitely would recommend. I am 79 years old and it makes me feel better.
This product was dropped somewhere in the process but by the way it was packed it did not damage it at all. I received it in lighting speed. This little contraption is pretty fun to use. I want to try all of the positions on the vibe board. It looks really nice. I only was on it for 10 min for the first time.

Strong vibrations. Auto shut off. Remote works while I have the board under my desk. Can quickly shut off if a call comes in. Was surprised by how strong it is. Like the suction cups and the resistance bands.

Bought for relief from lipedema pain in my legs. Works well for the pain. Wish it had more instructions on types of stances etc but all in all happy with purchase

This purchase more than met my expectations. Sturdy construction. Easy to use. Twenty minutes per day and I can feel the muscles in my thighs are firmer. I love the way it makes me feel. Definitely has increased my blood flow in my lower extremities and strengthened my core.
This is great. I don’t exercise as I should. So I just step into this little device for 10 min. in the morning it gets my blood and lymph circulating. For which I’m very grateful

I purchased from a local store clips , changed the clips for stronger ones. I love the machine. I didn’t realize I had so much fat attached to me lol. It shakes as if i would be jogging.
What a fun machine! Great for anyone even people with disabilities because you can sit in a chair and put your feet on it. Not only do I get a good workout its also helping with my summer time swollen legs and feet from the heat. Not recommended right before bed, gives you all kinds of energy!
I like the equipment but the instructions sucked still not sure what all the #’s mean. I just go by the minute count down …..?
This product works great to increase blood flow though the legs and feet. Helps keep ankle and leg swelling down in the legs of the elderly. You do not even have to stand on the platform to get these benefits.
Also noticed a little better balance control
The machine works great but the back of the remote was missing. I have put rubber bands around it to make it work. You can’t operate it alone without remote so it’s kinda a big deal BUT I love the Plate thus far! I have used it every day. My legs itch from the increased blood flow every time.
I finally found the exercise machine without too much pressure with my legs and foot compared to thread mill.
Doesn’t help with weight loss but it’s a good way to targets cellulite
All my strength just was totally zapped until I went into physical therapy at the rehab center where I gradually built it back up.
I had previously looked at vibration platforms and now decided this was the time to get one.
Thank goodness I listen to my buddy who had one, who said to start off SITTING IN A CHAIR and putting my feet on the platform. I put the program on Level 1.
OMG this baby will shake you up GOOD! I could not believe the amount of vibration that alternating from low to high. It not only shook my feet and legs but I could feel it all the way through my ARMS!
I have now experimented with SITTING on the platform itself at Level 1. I assure you I feel it!
I have held off using it after the initial experiences until I get the green light from my physician to continue its use.
I sure hope that happens because I miss my workouts!

Not a review about the results in my body. It is about the machine itself. It is really strong, it vibrates great, it is sturdy and built with good materials. The remote works with it. It is a lot better quality than I expect on the price. It is excellent.
I won’t be able to use because my knees. But I believe for people that can and younger it is a great choice.
