40X-2000X magnification with 100X oil immersion objective
OMAX compound biological microscope offers eight level magnifications from 40X to 2000X. The microscope has 5X, 10X, 40X, and 100X objectives.
Coarse and Fine focusing
Coaxial coarse & fine focus knobs on both sides. This ergonomic designs helps adjusting the focus easily to achieve your desired result.
Variable LED intensity transmitted illumination
Transmitted illumination can be found in this product as it has a LED light of which the intensity can be customized depending on the situation. It also lasts much longer than a typical halogen bulb.
Mechanical stage with adjustment handle
The double layer mechanical stage gives you full movement of your sample for scanning purposes, or centering purposes. The entire stage moves in the X, Y, and Z dimensional axises.

The pictures were sharp and clear, easy to use. I’ve tried another expensive Omax digital microscope, but the resolution was not good like this one. This is a good digital for its price.
We home school our young kids, and this item was such a good find! Our boys are looking forward to each lesson about biology. Product works are advertised. I would recommend it, and would buy again.
Buen microscopio aunque cuesta mucho ms el micrmetro no tiene la sensibilidad al movimiento esperada ,se me apagaba a los minutos de usar y me cambiaron la lampara ,aqui en sgo del Estero ,Argentina no hay tecnico oficial de la marca pero me solucionaron la relacion precio-calidad muy muy buena
My kids and I love this microscope. If you hook it up to a computer the image looking through the eye piece isn’t in focus with the camera to the computer. It is close but not in sync. So I find what we are looking at in the eye piece and then pull away and focus for the computer. Taking snapshots through the computer is easy and has helped in sending questions to my vet and other falconers. The kids love looking at pond scum through it. Lots of little crawlies in pond scum.
any thing larger than the 10 lens and my calibration slide is skewed horrible with aberrations. And my images are blank at high resolution, only working at 1024×768. Will call customer service to see if they can help and revise review later.
Attached is a low-resolution capture of a calibration slide with .01mm divisions. And another with the same slide using the 40lens, nothing I can do to make the whole image sharp. Nice if we can get her up and running, waay beyond warranty but only the 5th time I have (tried) to use it.
UPDATE: You can’t use auto white balance at the highest resolution + my 40 & 100 objectives may be dirty. I don’t know if this will help or not, still need to check. Thank goodness an online search pulled up a real manual! MD82ES10
This is a great microscope. The camera and software worked first time, no hassles. It does what is says and for the price its an absolute bargain. hat more can I say. The family love it.

I wish the picture was a little more clear, but otherwise works very well when I am showing my class things under the microscope.
Great magnification, just like in my old school microscope, maybe even better because it has a camera all in it – its awesome! Looks great from my Mac via Photobooth, not as good as the oculars but playing with the light and depth helps
The first week: Great product but it does take some getting used to so be sure to play with it a little to get used to how everything works!
Tip top quality. I worked in a research lab with microscopes and this is just as good, especially for the money. Everything worked first try, even the software for my Win 7 laptop.
This is a great microscope for the price. For me, it has worked well as a microscope and connected to a computer. It is a wonderful tool for students to use. The power and resolution is great. I have had it for several years and it continues to work fine. I would like to find a source for extra bulbs, but the original keeps on working.
Good quality for the price, I am having issues with my USB working – sometimes does, sometimes doesn’t, and I’ve only had it 1 week.
Product seems good, I just am not a good user of it.
Well-engineered both mechanically and optically. Absolutely no slop in the gears. The computer interface with my computer was seamless. This replaces a 100-year old brass monster that was lost to Katrina. I was quite happy to find something of this quality at a reasonable price.
Exceeded my expectations for the cost. It reminds me of the ones I used in college, but those didn’t have a USB camera which is a definite plus. Feels and works like the high end ones. Magnification is terrific. The software installed easily on my Windows 10 PC and my daughter and I were off looking at the prepared slides. She loves taking photos and movies of what we see. Well worth the money and I recommend buying some prepared slides as well as blank ones to make your own.
