Easy to wire up, well packaged so arrived in good nick, always a worry of mine.
Previous reviews had mentioned lower grade cables which concerned me, so was happy to see they’d uprated them.
Powered it with 2 12v 120 amp marine batteries and all works.
Had to turn off the house mains to do repairs and used it to power my drills etc, all worked fine.

Works well running induction hob, toaster and 700 eatt microwave. eats fair bit of battery power but, with enough solar and engine charging works
As others have pointed out once you add a more substantial pair of cables this inverter is brilliant.. i have it teamed with 2x 155ah Lithium’s and it handles everything thrown at it with barely a whisper. I do like Renogy kit as i have a pair of their standalone suitcase panels as well which are extremely well constructed.
Used on m 12Volt solar set-up. Very good inverter, howver I would advise that if you are going to be pulling anything like the stated 3000W from it, that you upgrade your battery to inverter cables to something a lot more substantial to the ones that are supplied with it as the supplied ones will get hot.
The inverter is quiet in operation, it does have a couple of fans but they are pretty unobtrusive when they come on. All in all this is a very good, quality inverter.
Used to power a 48 inch led smart tv. My only criticism is it doesn’t have an led screen to show what wattage it is using and what voltage the battery is at. Very good inverter though.
This is my stand by solar power till main installation next month – very capable equipment easy to install and matched with the battery a impressive use of the free energy that sun gives us all – charge for free with a panel and run an electric fire at night ! Or use home power as normal when tied into your house ring main Just be aware it’s finite don’t draw it all off in one go ,, you can budget it to last a few days or cut out the most costly devices like a big juicy kettle or run an immersion free hot water ; shower great stuff –

4 good quality.cables But their short so needs to B close to battery bank& circuit breakers unit performs flawlessly no heat issues But don’t use cheap breakers

Good reliable invertor. So far so good I’ve had it for 6 months and it’s working really well.
Compared to another brand which I went through 3 invertors with.
Connected to my battery and solar panel and powers my portable battery Rey charger, laptop and monitor easily enough.
On a very sunny day with no clouds it can power my large fridge freezer. But powers hedge trimmers and other power tools easily enough. High volume alarms beeps once it cuts out.
Hopefully it lasts well into next year and beyond.
Great product again from Renogy except for the BT-1 not providing the control I was expecting currently unable to use the UPS function this is due to my current motorhome electrical 230V setup not an issue with Renogy 2000W Pure Sine Inverter still allowing to use more appliances via the LiFePo4 Renogy 100A x 2 batteries, overall a thumbs up from me….
The product was easy to install works quietly and powers all tools in workshop it has replaced a Chinese inverter that was rated much higher than it was capable of the renogy inverter does exactly what it says perfectly well done renogy
