The comfort is amazing for just using to sit by my laptop, I just wish they could of given
easier support and instructions for.

If I compare to the expensive chair I have at the office, versus this chair at home I prefer my office chair.
Great customer support is a big win for this chair, I bought 4 of them already, as regular office chair, I had some problem installing casters on on of the chairs and they send me a whole new base and 5 casters via dpd.
comfort is really subjective but all my employees love them. also someone mentioned that the piston can be higher, I agree, but not a problem for everyone, Im 6ft and I replace the feet of one chair with high solid glide and it now fits perfectly, no need for higher pistons.
also i wish the armrest is a bit softer. I ended up buying armrest cushions for all the chairs.
bottom line, it is a decent comfy chair, but additional arm cushions and taller feet will make it a lot more enjoyable.
This chair is good for people who are 5 foot 5 inches. Any taller and it wont work. The gas lift is quite limited. So you sit hunched up. So I contacted the manufacturer SIHOO. Their email is in the booklet. They replied right away. Sent me a fix. Problem solved. Amazing after sales service.
You wont be disappointed.

Bought this for the home office and it’s great. Very comfortable and nice back support.
We have wood floors so I just purchased flat leg castors to replace the wheels.
I’ve been using this chair since February and it’s comfortable, easy to assemble, good quality. Great for the price I paid. To top it off the customer service is fab, they helped me with getting a longer gas lift so the chair lifts up higher. Will be recommending to family and friends.
Came well packed etc ( heavy) assembly is a doddle .
For me it’s overpriced , comfort ? Nothing special , it’s very low as well and I could be
faced with spending more money on a gas lift .The back support is so stiff I’m worried I would damage it but it’s certainly nothing
like the video ..

Since this review and have to be fair , The customer service sent out a replacement gas lift and it solved the issue of height so add more points .
As I have had this a while now it’s is very comfortable and the higher lift solves a lot of issues

The seat foam isn’t the deepest, but I can’t feel the metal base and don’t notice any discomfort after sitting on it all day.
The arms are plastic, so not the comfiest to rest your elbows on, but I wouldn’t consider that a deal breaker.
Generally, I’ve been pretty impressed. The chair is quite easy to put together, requiring only a handful of screws to be tightened in some pretty obvious holes. Once assembled, the chair is quite comfortable with a reasonable range of height adjustment, recline options and support. The ability to fold up the arms is very handy as it all but guarantees that the chair will be able to slide fully under the desk, saving valuable floor space.
Naturally, I can’t comment on the longevity of the chair but nothing about it seems alarming in terms of quality and I have no reason to suspect it will fail in an unreasonably short time.
Good value for money. Easy to assemble, l managed in a about half an hour. Stylish, comfortable with good support.
Good for office as they seem to be built to last, but not for extreme use as gaming.
They could also be more comfortable, the back is too much laid back position.
The lumbar support is great. Been using for the past 2 weeks and no back pain. I love the rocking function too. All in all I’m extremely pleased with my purchase!!
Update July: the arm rests just drop down themselves, there is no way of tightening them that I can see to prevent that from happening.
Past the initially confusing checklist on the assembly manual (it covers 3 different models and not in English), it is quite straightforward to put together. The chair is comfortable and quite stylish.
I have this in white/grey. The quality and finish looks fantastic. Adjustable stiffness is a gamechanger. Foldable arms works like magic for small room office. Not heavy and chunky like other office chairs in market.
Skeptical when I first bought this because it was not a known brand but I’m glad to be wrong.
Fab chair for the price. It’s stylish, easy to assemble and provides good back support. It’s surprisingly light and although components seem quite flimsy it somehow works well when assembled! The chair is high enough for my desk (I’m average height). The sliding back positioning support could go a bit higher if I’m being picky – but overall very happy with this purchase.

This one was straight forward to set up & didn’t take too long. The product is very comfortable, I am usually at my desk for long periods of time and I don’t feel pain after sitting in it for too long.
One issue is that this product might be too small for tall people, I’m 5″4 and I feel like this is the perfect size for me.
Not sure how good back support is, as I’m yet to use it. Will update if anything to add.

Great chair. Very happy with it. I’m 6’3 and the adjustable lumbar support doesn’t adjust high enough for where I need lumbar support. It has a more limited adjustment area than I’d expect, only designed to be adjusted up/down slightly. Otherwise, couldn’t fault the chair really. Light, sturdy, comfortable and looks good (i.e. exactly as pictured)
Easy to assemble, light and comfortable.
It did have an annoying squeak after a week or so but retightening the underside seat bolts appears to have cured it. SIHOO after sales service did offer to help – credit to them – but I think problem has now been resolved.
I put it together myself (I am not strong). The instructions were easy to follow and the process of assembling took approximately 15 to 20 minutes, mainly because I took my time.
The chair is comfortable, feels a little flimsy, but that’s because the previous chair was a solid monster. I find it comfortable and very easy to maneuver.
I’m happy with my purchase & would recommend this chair for home office use.
The chair is nice and light but am finding that it constantly sinks.
The chair is very easy to build – I did it myself in about 20 minutes. Everything is put together by just pushing in or by simple Allen key bolts. And the bolts of different lengths are supplied in separate compartments, so there’s no annoying process at the start of sorting all the jumbled bolts out! But even though it’s easy to build, the build quality is really good. The plastic seems to be good quality, the mesh feels sturdy, the casters are smooth and quiet, and the mechanisms all work exactly as they should.
Comfort is good. The seat pad is a good level of firmness, and the adjustable lumbar support is useful. The only aspect I find a little uncomfortable is the height of the arm rests, which are fairly low down and cannot be raised, so if you’re tall your arms may not reach them. But even then, I’ve found that I can half-lower the arm rests and, although I can’t put full weight on them, I can at least rest my arms while typing.
And as for the height – I honestly have no issues with it at all. I am using it at its max height, but it is entirely adequate for me – I doubt I’d want it any higher. So my biggest concern just wasn’t a problem at all.
Overall, I’m really pleased with it, and would happily recommend it.
My expectation was not very big, but I have to say I love my chair now. Working from home was made super comfortable and Good to my back now! It came in a parcel and was mounted with 6 screws (if I remember correctly). Super easy and beautiful. Can only recommend!
Also for the delivery, it arrived only in 2days which is surprisingly fast.
To sum up, I cannot say that it is the best desk chair in my life but I would say, with this budget it could be the best one.
To small but when contacted seller they supplied a free issue longer gas lift. Now love the chai
Actually…. nothing. The office chair arrived 4 days before the suggested delivery date. I was impressed. The office chair was well packaged. I was impressed. Putting it together was childs play. I was impressed.
As for the nitty gritty of actual use: This is a great replacement for my old and worn out office chair.
Am I impressed? Yes I am. Great office chair, great price. It does what it says on the tin ….as they say.

Good chair for working at home. It’s got very basic adjustments. It’s comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. But don’t expect to sit down and think wow so comfy. Good and does the job. Worth the price and easy to set up.
I love this chair, it’s the best office chair I have ever had for comfort. I wish I had this chair in the office but I have it at home instead. The seat is really comfortable, I love the way the arms lift up so that I can push the chair under my desk as this is used a small room.

The chair itself is great, comfortable, good build with good materials. Assembly was pretty straight forward. The base and back support are really comfortable and you can lounge back and it feels great. My only complain is that some of the parts came a little bit dirty. I’m guessing the dirt was either from storage or it was at display on a store maybe? Most of the dirty patches came off with a wet cloth but some remained as in stained into the materials of the chair, not to terrible though.
Easy to set up. Seat padding could be increased for more comfort. But overall it works.
Hubby got this for my office. Its such a lovely addition to the space. It’s lightweight, easy to assemble and just so good to look at, and use!!! It blends seamlessly with the white theme we were going for and is so supportive. It’s worth the price.

Overall the chair is reasonable quality – I can’t imagine you’d get a better chair for less than three times the price of this one.
The only downside for me is the seat height – I’m just under 6′ tall – at full height, it’s just a touch too low. Swapping out the supplied castors for some taller after market ones sorted it.
warning: I’m 5’11 (180cm) and would probably have it an inch higher than the max if I could.
So I couldn’t recommend for taller people but otherwise it’s a great chair.
Seller very polite and good comms, gave discount due to delay because of shipping problems that weren’t their fault.
This one took five minutes to put together and is in two parts, so easy to carry upstairs ( not heavy but with the mechanism altogether could be a pain).
The wheels are great and so is the amount of movement allowed, the mechanism allows you to easily rise and lower the seat, plenty of bounce no jarringon your back when moving toward and away from a scree
For me the chair was the right height but my partner wanted it a little higher.
No problem, we contacted the company who recommended a replacement higher gas lift with instructions how to remove the old one. Even better, they refunded me for the replacement.
Another tip, one of the arms was slightly loose, so I just removed the plastic cover with a screwdriver tightened the bolt on the arm and replaced the plastic cover.

I have a back problem and researched office chairs extensively before buying this one. Checked Argos, IKEA and Amazon. Decided on Amazon. I chose this chair because of the positive reviews from others and because they said it was easy to assemble. The chair was delivered sooner than expected, had all the bits, was super easy to assemble and looks great. Really good chair!
So be careful about the measurement and, if too short, case I’d recommend to buy another model from SIHOO!
I purchased this chair for working from home. It arrived quickly and putting it together was very easy. It feels sturdy and looks smart. I was looking for a comfortable chair with lumbar support snd it ticks both boxes. Arms rests can be pushed up which is an additional bonus. The seat is firm but comfy. I haven’t tried the tilt back feature yet but in overall I am happy with my purchase.
After months of looking at loads of different types and styles, I finally settled on this one.
It’s aesthetically pleasing and looks VERY premium, especially considering the cost.
But the quality doesn’t end with the looks, the build is solid too. Every part (castors, gas strut etc) carry a nice weight and feel sturdy too.
The foam base is firm, supportive and comfortable, but when I say firm, I don’t mean rock solid. It’s the right balance.
