Saves time cleaning baking trays
Roasting veg, cooking pastry, biscuits etc. nothing sticks and the sheet can be washed in the dishwasher.
I’ve been trying to make small changes to my routines to reduce my impact on the environment. Flasks for water and coffee at work to stop using plastic bottles etc and now want to reduce my use of foil. I mostly use it for cooking bacon in the oven. Looked up these baking sheets and thought l would give them a try. they are great. I used one for the first time last weekend. The bacon cooked just as well and the sheet cleaned up good as new. I’m sure l’ll find lots of other uses now l have them.

Very useful and eco friendly
These are great for swapping out grease proof paper for a more eco friendly option. There is only one fault and its that they can be a bit difficult to get oil off, but apart from that, a great buy.

I purchased these as I was fed up with buying greaseproof paper and the mess left behind. So far I have been more than happy with these liners. Nothing sticks to them, they are easy to clean and so far are lasting well. They seem to be a very durable product and I will certainly buy them again if and when I need some more.

Totally non stick, great for baking and Isomalt creations
These have worked well for me so far – they have been great for cookies and for Isomalt sails. They are very simple to clean, seem to be good at high temp in the oven, and in the freezer, are easy to use and store.

Used several times for baking cookies and I am very pleased, so far. The sheet wipes clean easily, doesn’t stick, keeps the baking tray clean and is stiff enough to use to transfer the cookies to the cooling rack in one move. Can’t yet comment on durability, but it looks promising.

I was dubious about these mats after my wife mentioned them but after using them for a week they are super easy to wash and it’ll save me a small fortune on foil and baking paper. I’ve not had them for long enough to give 5 stars for durability but they seem pretty well made. Overall a good purchase

I have used these sheets for years. They save so much time and are first class. I bought another set recently as I now enjoy making larger batches of all my baking iems.

So far, so good. A little awkward to clean as they are very flexible, and haven’t had/used them long enough to test durability, but they seem like they will stand the test of time. Great for inbuilt ovens that seem to be a bit smaller than stand alone units

Wanted to find an alternative to baking sheets. Silicone texture is lovely – really nonstick on all fronts. Sadly, I do find it quite hard to wash; less so for cookies & vegetables, but certainly for meats. I’ve used it with lamb meatballs & turkey burger patties & the meat juices just stay on for ages, sometimes requiring several washes.
Wish I had found these before!
After years of buying so called non stick baking trays and having to replace them after a short time as the non stick wore off after a few months, I then used baking paper but that could only be used once.
Noticed many chefs were using silicon sheets on their baking trays so thought it worth a try.
I wish I had looked at the measurements , as the largest is more sized for a baking sheet rather than a standard sized baking tray, but I got round it by using it folded in half, still works well.
A great buy and will save money , as well as the environment because I am no longer using the baking paper. The sheets are easy to wash after each use. Now, if someone could produce round ones for cake tins , that would be great!

I bought me and my mum a set and we both love them, I cut the biggest one down as it’s too big for my trays, they are easy to clean and now I don’t have to scrub my trays after food sticking to them. Would recommend.

Great mats, dont know why I haven’t got some before. Nothing sticks to them, chicken wings have always been a nightmare to clean up after. Not anymore, and they clean really easily.

Did the job perfectly. Pick up smells of washing fluid a bit, smell gets embedded if you dishwash so avoid that.

Although I do love these, they were too big for my oven trays – but I cut them down and it doesn’t seem to have effected the quality of the product – still work just as well.

Cleaning is easy peasy
Amazing product! I couldn’t believe how easy it is to clean. Literally you need to put it under running water and it’s clean! Can’t comment on the durability as I had it for a week or so, but I think it’s gonna be a favourite tool in our kitchen.

Really like these. Have used them several times now and nothing has stuck. Washed in hot soapy water and they are like new. I like the fact that there are 2 sizes in the pack, but I don’t think I would cut them to fit as some people have. All in all, good value and so far, so good
Great for biscuits
I make iced biscuits and these were definitely worth buying. Reusable so much less wastage of baking paper and the time spent cutting it to size. My biscuits also come out super smooth with less spreading and more evenly baked.

Silicone Baking Mats
I have used this as an undermat when finishing off an Omelette under the grill, also grilling Tomatoes. This washes up so easily. I leave the larger mat in my grill pan which catches any cheese or similar dripping through. I haven’t had chance to use it in the oven yet, but this seems a very durable product.
Brilliant non stick produc
These are brilliant. Very easy to wash and use. Used them to bake scones, cook frozen scampi, chicken etc. Definitely do not stick. Wish I’d bought them years ago
I have been meaning to buy mats like these for a while but was not sure whether they would be good quality and suitable for what i needed but i am delighted to have purchased those!
I have been using them on a very regular basis mainly for baking bread and/or biscuits-cookies and they are perfect for the job.
Also, they look like they could last forever , let’s hope they do.

At last – I can make florentines without them sticking to the tray or baking parchment! These silicone baking mats are the business! No need to grease the surface, and the mats are easy to clean.
Good product for the price.
Reasonably priced silicon baking mats. They wash well, and no food sticks to them during the cooking process. If I was being very picky, I would say that the only problem lies with the larger of the two mats. It overhangs all of my baking trays, and can get in the way a bit. I’m considering trimming it down to a more manageable size.

Things don’t stick to them and makes life easier and you don’t need baking paper. Have cooked bread, roasted vegetables, pastry on them with no problem releasing items.

Does the job well
I’ve used it a few times and it provides an excellent non-stick surface and I’m happy to be cutting down on the baking paper I used to use previously. The 2 different sizes it comes in are also very handy.

I haven’t actually used them yet but have washed them and intend to use them for making cookies. I will try putting things like battered Fish on in the Oven but haven’t tried yet so can’t comment. Compared to others I have seen they are very reasonably priced.

I’ve not had chance to use yet, but first impressions I found the baking mat to be of a very good quality.
I’ve used them once for some cookies, they were great. I was asked to write a review so I am. I cannot vouch for their durability yet bedcause I haven’t had them long enough to use them enough but I reckon they will be great for a long time because they are really thick & you can see some cross weave type material underneath the silicone mat.
I cooked sausages bacon tomatoes and mushrooms on the large mat it was so Easy to clean afterwards. The smaller mat was used to bake biscuits again really good nothing sticks and cleaning is so easy.

These mats are brilliant! I usually use tin foil but wanted something reusable and these are just right. They are a good price and they look as if they will last a long time. They are easy to clean and store as they fold neatly into a drawer.

Good quality, good sized and think I’ll order more
Ordered these and was sceptical they’d be any good, well, brilliant product. Make cookie and lay them on the sheet, you need to put a metal tray underneath and straight in the oven . No greasproof or baking paper needed. When done, wash them dry them and roll up and place into a drawer.

Definitely a great product, the size is great and it folds away really neat and small. You do need to place something hard underneath it when getting out of the oven but it cleans very easily afterwards.
