Just be careful not to over tighten the stews when installing.
As this was the first time I fitted a top fixing seat, I was a bit flummoxed at first, but with swivelling the fixings almost 360, I finally worked out how to make the seat, sit perfectly on the pan. It is comfortable, sturdy and nice looking, plus a good price.
Would definitely buy again! The shape & sturdiness is just what I wanted!

Chosen for it’s reasonable price, this is actually well made and was straight forward to fit to an older version toilet pan.

Does exactly what you’d expect . Closes slowly and quietly also is very easy to remove and clean.
The product is slightly lighter than our last seat but I imagine if it was heavier it wouldn’t close softly
I would say it’s a little tricky to fit, the soft close mechanism made it more awkward and I didn’t get it spot on straight
Anyway my wife didn’t notice so it passed quality control
One other thing was the instructions said to use the short bolts for an internal fixing but they wouldn’t hold so I ended up using the long ones and once I got them tight I didn’t play around with it in case they started failing

The seat is well made and feels solidly constructed.
Most importantly the soft close works really well which I have found is not the case with some other products. The easy to remove seat makes cleaning very straightforward and easy to do.
Delivery was quick (next day) as promised.

Could do with a dimension for the width at the back of the seat – some WCs have a ridge (as does ours) which meant the seat is positioned more forward than ideal, and has a small overhang at the front as a result.
A few months after ordering this seat it became dangerouslyoose. I contacted supplier in the hope they would send new fixtures for securing the seat but they have agreed to replace the whe seat

I love the soft closing toilet seat. It is a substantial seat and does not slide from side to side like some of the cheaper ones. Would highly recommend it.
There is only one use for this product and it is comfortable to sit on. I love that the whole seat can come off for cleaning and the slow close lid is so quiet.

This was easy to install, and the top down fitting has meant that it hasn’t slipped like my last seat did. Only concern is that it can be a little loud when closing, albeit a creak rather than a thump!
Only just fitted so not stood the test of time.
However, the top fix design saves you from putting your head where the sun doesn’t shine. Very sturdy and easy to fit, just follow the instructions and take your time aligning the seat with the toilet before finally tightening up the screws.

After 5 minute check and decided to Top fit the item and it was easy to fit although it appeared the plugs were too proud but when screwed up all fit perfectly. Easy to clean and appears sturdy.

What a brilliant seat. Easy to fit and very well made and a soft close. Bet we have all bought seats that look cheap and move, but this is best for me yet. Looks expensive and you can clip off the whole seat for easy deep clean. I would definitely buy again. Well done to the manufacturer.
Sturdy seat that is easy to fit due to fixings being at the top using a screwdriver. Stainless steel fittings make it more hygienic for cleaning and does not discolour like plastic. Did not have any movement once fitted which is a bonus.

The fitting kit is the best I’ve had supplied with a toilet seat to ensure no movement.
This toilet seat was fairly easy to install but read the instructions first! It is very easy to clean as you can take the seat off with the help of the release button but most of all it is very sturdy
Arrived promptly. The seat once measured to the toilet bowl was relatively easy to fit and I like the fact you can easy remove it to clean and tighten and re adjust if needed, appears sturdy and appears more robust than some I’ve had. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I had a top fastening only type toilet, the instructions (which I wasn’t great at figuring out) was quickly resolved by a quick you tube video and voila easy peasy.
This is the fourth toilet seat of this make I have bought, and I’m very happy with how they look, the slow close lids and the ease of removing the seat for cleaning. I would recommend this toilet seat to anyone wanting a well made and strong toilet seat.
So easy to install takes minutes. So easy to clean I love that you can remove the seat with the button makes it really easy to clean and you can get to every nook and cranny unlike with a normal toilet seat. So sturdy doesn’t move at all when you sit on it like I’ve found with other seats feels sturdy. Also looks nice and modern with the grey rubber shoppers and closes lovely and quietly. I’m now purchasing another for my parents. Best seat I’ve ever had. highly recommended.
Title says it all. Very impressed with the quality. Easy to fit. Could top or bottom fit. An added bonus. We chose bottom. Easy to remove for cleaning. So far so good. Providing seat stays tight and doesn’t work loose, (always the acid test), I don’t think I could find a better seat with such good value for money.
No complaints about the product or the instructions both good. The top-fixing holes in my wc were 18mm diameter and I had to purchase alternative black rubber fixings to get a wobble -free fit. No criticism of this product itself, but it was a leap of faith becaue none of the replacement fixings actually stated that they were suitable for 18mm holes. So I purchased a multipack for about 12 with a selection of top fixings, and the black ones fitted perfectly. I hope this hleps someone.
Top fitting bowl plugs did not fit
Seal did not lock in place easily.
Good quality and relatively easy to fit. It took some time to adjust to the correct position, mainly down to my inability not the product
Biggest issue was getting the old seat off.
I had to replace my old pine wooden seat as it was visually past it’s best , this toilet seat seemed to fare well in the reviews & I love soft close seats. I nearly had a coronary taking off the old seat – it used to slide a bit so it’s fair to say I over tightened it ! Oh it was great fun being on my back looking up at the pan pliers in hand trying to budge the damn thing . Anyway that done I set about putting the new one on with her indoors moaning she was dying to go – so no pressure ! I struggled a bit as one of the plastic gromets refused to fit in flush unlike the other one for some reason but I perservered & eventually I was happy it was lined up properly & set about screwing it down & with that the gromit was forced in too & everything was perfect . Er indoors loves it & I love it too – it hasn’t slid about – unlike my top quality pine one used to . I find it comfortable to sit on & visually it looks great in my white bathroom . Having read a few reviews about the lid breaking I will treat it as fragile so no sitting on that & I’ve told the other half the same but to me it looks solid . Overall very happy – so far !
I read lots of reviews re toilet seats & am very glad I went for this one. Being a 78 year old arthritic grandmother this was very easy to install. Took me all of 5 minutes. You have a choice of top or bottom fittings. I went for the bottom fitting. It looks ver smart, closes soundlessly is easy to clean & fits perfectly.
A woman of a certain age, I had never fitted a toilet seat before and approached this with some trepidation. I needn’t have worried. It really was easy to fit (I opted for the top fitting) and it took me less than 10 minutes. It is comfortable, doesn’t slip and is the softest close loo seat I have ever come across. Top marks all round.
The instructions were clear, apart from one bit about turning one of the pieces to fix it into place – I found I didn’t need to do this and it still fixed firmly. Easy to click off for cleaning right underneath the hinge area at the back. Nice and bright white, actually made a big difference to my bathroom after my old broken wooden lid

Good solid seat once installed, the big bit was installing it, as you are fitting it to porcelain its difficult to know just how tight you can go with the fixings. On mine I tightened them as much as I was comfortable with but that was not enough, I had to go that bit extra.
But all said and done once fitted it’s doing its job perfectly, so much so that it is even in use right this very moment 😉
A bit plain white…but that’s what to be expected. Be nice if decorative trims came in gold also.
The seat was easy to install and very sturdy. One click to easily remove for cleaning. Top fixing option so much better than the bottom fixing.
However, after about 3 weeks the soft close function on the seat failed and behaved no better than an ordinary toilet seat. There was no problem with the lid, it was just the seat that failed.
An email to the manufacturer was quickly answered and after sending a video of the seat closing a replacement was sent free of charge so I am very pleased with the response and customer service.
The new seat has been installed and is working perfectly although it was only fitted a few days ago so time will tell if my original seat was just an individual, or an on going, product fault.
So difficult to give an overall rating until I have a longer time using. But I think 4 stars is fair due to the excellent customer service and rapid replacement.
For the people that have given bad reviews saying that it breaks, well that’s crazy I’m a hefty 20st fella and if my fat behind can sit and not break it then I think your doing it wrong oh and the lid isn’t designed to be sat on its there to stop the water from splashing out. Finding a white soft close toilet seat was like looking for a needle in a haystack! The prices varied from cheap to ridiculously expensive but this one was middle of the road. Arrived in a box informing my neighbours of my new purchase as it was left by the front door for all to see. Was packaged really well and the instructions were not translated very clearly but after some trial and error I was left with a sturdy (very slow soft close) toilet seat. Not plastic or flimsy – would definitely recommend.
Although its a perfectly good toilet seat I was again frustrated that this ‘fits most toilets’ waa utter crap. Second toilet in a row was a nightmare to install. Wanted to do the botton connections but the bolt is too short and cant find anyone who does a longer one. I dont understand why toilets arent standard. This shouldnt happen and drove me nuts. Hated doing to top connections as I dont feel it is very secure and with my last toilet i spent ages strengthening tightening and general having to do things to keep it working. Which is a ridiculous state of affairs. So good product but crap connections as I keep finding with toilets.
Very decent quality and brings us into the 21st century of toilet seats. We got two but unfortunately one was cracked but we had no trouble at all getting a refund.
They should add to the instructions that the best way to slot the seat on is to measure between the holes on the seat and then move the spindle things you put on the bowl so the distances match. Obvious maybe but we don’t all fit toilet seats every day.
The plasplugs chipped a small amount of china from the base of the holes as I drove them very gently with a hammer – but I got away with it.
The unit is dead easy to remove.
It’s very stable, does not move about so far. Rock solid. Very little flex in the seat, not noticeable in use at all. If you put your hand on the front and sit down you can feel a little amount of movement but it’s pretty rigid actually.
Very easy to line up to where you want it, loads of adjustment.
Very easy to install. Only had it a week so can’t comment on durability or whether it will move around over time. It seems slightly smaller than my previous toilet seat- or is my toilet pan larger than the average??
It was very easy to fix and you have options and fittings to either screw from under or on top depending on your toilet. Once fitted its quite light but sturdy and well made and the soft close works well. Old toilet feels new again.
like its soft close and i really like you can remove with one button to clean better behind it, in the box you get toilet seat, two types of fixings one to do top and to do bottom fixing you look at diagram and work out which is which and then install accordingly. really easy to do and sit on nice and tight so no wobbling about after fitting. really pleased.
The item arrived promptly. it was pretty easy to install though it gives the ability to adjust exactly how it lines up – so that it can be fitted to different sized bowls – and I found that it slipped from the precise position I had set. so getting it absolutely right is a bit fiddly to get it right. Nonetheless it performs as required and the fact that I have not bothered to adjust the positioning indicates that it is not a big problem.
Does what it says on the tin. It would be nice to have some indication on the installation instructions what the maximum torque should be before the fixing bolts would break or a typical porcelain bowl might crack. I say this because once fitted I find mine moves a little more than I’d like but that could be because I’ve not tightened the bolts enough. Problem is, I dare not go any tighter for fear of one those aforementioned outcomes.
The instructions supplied were clear and I fitted very easily in about fifteen minutes. In fact, it took me slightly longer to get the old seat off the existing WC pan than it did to fit the new one. The only slight niggle I had was that the nylon plugs supplied for the holes in the WC pan (to receive the top fixing bolts) needed a very slight adjustment to get them to fit.
I like the idea of being able to remove the entire seat so that seat and pan can be cleaned properly.
All the packaging was recyclable, with the exception of the small plastic bag containing the fittings. I am very happy to recommend this and great value for money compared with the one it replaced.
A very comfortable throne to escape from the kids and spend some time alone with your phone (I’m here now) – the old seat used to leave a red ring on my cheeks after a bit but this elevates this problem and leaves me with the only red ring I’m supposed to have. A doddle to fit and quick release for easy cleaning with the jet wash, the only way a blokes bloke knows how to clean!

As described, a sturdy easy to fit seat. A perfect replacement to to my original seat fitted at the expensive bathroom upgrade a few years ago. I bought it on the high recommendations of other fellow amazon shoppers. I am sometimes wary of delivery dates but this company also gets my praise as it only took a few days to arrive and I was kept well informed of when it would be delivered. We have only tested it for a few days but it works well and more important , my wife is delighted with this product as it finishes off the bathroom after our recent revamp of grout and loose floor tiles etc.
This has been built for quality and it seems profit isn’t the most important thing on the manufacturers mind.

Fittings spot on, looks like bolts covered in anti-rust material. Plastics is almost as hard as wood and pleasantly comfortably shaped.
Soft closing hinges feels really solid and reliable. (You can see bay the way it closes and opens) . Mind you, I will comment on this matter later, if anything changes.
