Bought this to retrieve items from awkward places that my arms cannot reach. So easy to use and lightweight too.

This is a great lightweight picker which obviously you don’t have to be too heavy-handed with but now I am disabled it has saved my bacon many times. If I do end up breaking these I will be buying some more

I had two I got from a shop that were German made and sublime. They don’t stock them often and I am dangerous and break them . I have bought numerous so my best ones are only used where they are safe .
These are the best so far . Do easy to use and lovely and light . Can get them in behind furniture easy to retrieve crap . I bought the eight pack to spread all over the house . They are smashing . Only drawback is the end turns round a bit easy but that is an advantage in some situations and only slightly annoying when I am trying to get funny shaped heavy jars Overall really really good I will definitely be back for more eventually .

Nice and light, still strong, can pick up a good variety of stuff. Very handy when you’re physically disabled and dropped something very small too.

Bought this to pick up things my naughty little one threw out of the flat window. It is easy to use and sturdy enough. Satisfied.

The item was just as Described on website, and price was also very good. The service from start to Finish was excellent and arrived very quickly when ordered.

Although intended for litter picking we use have a large fir tree which drops an amazing amount of fir cones onto the lawn, our poor little mower will not cope with them but this grabber makes it easy to pick them out without bending too much.
Perhaps a bit longer one would be nice.

Lightweight and easy to use ,come in handy when you keep dropping things and can’t get down, helpful .

I’ve had a much more sturdy one before, but that one cost over twice as much. Value wise at less than 7quid this has to be best grabber I’ve seen. It does exactly what it should, is very lightweight and the closure at the tip leaves very little room and so far it has picked everything up I’ve needed it to. I have already recommended it to two people who can’t bend like myself..

Bought two; one for inside (picking up the kids mess, Lego bricks, sweet wrappers etc) and one for outside (loads of rubbish gets blown into my garden on bin day). They work fine, pick up tiny things and they grip really well.

Does what it says. It is quite short though and definitely not for heavier items like a couple of items of clothes, plant pots, heavier books etc.

Not strong enough for somethings you need to reach and lift.

I have just had an operation on my spine and was unable to bend to pick things up off the floor. so useful, it is lightweight, is able to grasp most things. It can pick up clothes and damp towels from the floor, but it struggles with anything heavier than that. Practice will show you how to move things around to make it easier to pick things up. It has made my life so much easier, hadn’t realised how many items i drop on the floor during the course of the day !!!

Nothing special about these pickers but they are decent for the money. One star lost because one of the pickers has something not quite right with the rat het mechanism so feels a bit jerky to use. It still works though.

I found that this item was good value for money, is easy to use and fulfilled my need.

My kids liked theirs. Theyre easy enough to use. Only downfall was the delivery time… It was late and having children moan everyday about them not being here yet is a pain in the neck!

Worth it for the price but mine where not a pair as they differ from each other. There is better out there but at more than twice the price. If you are on a limited budget then worth it as they do the job that they are meant for.

It would have been perfect if it had a magnet on it.

I purchased this to use in a pond. It is very light weight, just not that sturdy. Either the handle or grippy thingy spins a little when you use it. It does have a nice little magnet on the end that helps picking small metallic things up.
It does what it does reasonably well.

Very light and easy to use, however the trigger is a little stiff for little hands. Bought these to get my child interested in looking after our environment and he struggled to pull the trigger with one hand. The grab claw also tends to go on a little walkabout once it’s got something, making it difficult to drop into a bag. However for the money paid, they’re perfectly functional.

THIS IS VERY EASY TO USE AND I CAN NOW PICK UP MOST THINGS I DROP WITH EASE. IT IS NOT AS STURDY AS I WAS EXPECTING BUT I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT AS YET

The litter picker is easy to use and grips products very well.
My only concern is how long it will last as it would appear fragile to heavy use however time will tell and I will enjoy using the litterpicker in the meantime.

It’s a useful gadget, and does what it promised. Pity it arrived broken – poorly packed in bubble wrap, with one of the two claws broken off in transit or when pushed though our letter. I repaired it with Araldite epoxy, and it works again, but it should be shipped in a box, not just bubble wrap!

Worked much better than I expected and am very pleased with it.I easily picked the smallest litter with no problem at all. Its light has a good positive feel to the trigger. However it does needed to be handled with care and clearly is not intended for heavy duty industrial work

I understand this is a new company and the only comment that I want to make is that they need to review the way the dispatch department who pack them. There is an over enthusiastic use of that awful brown tape . This resulted in a lot of the sticky brown tape having to be cleaned off the metalwork

We use it for collecting litter as we take our exercise walks in the lanes near our house. It’s very lightweight and easy to use. This is the second of these we have bought as we broke the first one by trying to force it over an empty 1 litre plastic bottle which was too big for the jaws. This caused the plastic gears that work the jaws to break – entirely our fault but worth knowing. They litter picker is more than adequate for its intended purpose just don’t try and force it. We bought another straight away so clearly we were happy with the product.

I got fed up constantly going to the shed and grabbing my knee pads and then bending over and picking up leaves and stones and the like in my garden. Had a eureka moment, not sure why I never thought of this before but decided to purchase something that would do the donkey work for me. This devices does exactly that , I don’t need to strain my back anymore and pick up any litter the kids have left behind or any other garden litter, just get this out my shed and a waste bag and job done. What took me 30mins to clean-up my garden now takes a streamlined 10mins, so I have more time to ponder in the garden and think about my next batch of plants I wish to plant and the like. Overall its a great device and has a number of other uses and for the price its a steal. Well done whoever invented this gadget and I strongly recommend this to the elderly.

It has worked well on its initial outing and I filled 4 large rubbish bags with litter, including bottles and tins. As to longevity – this remains to be seen – but omens are good!
If it was any sturdier then it would not be light enough.

Sturdy good value for money quickly sent but unfortunately one was bent when it arived. I ordered two. One was perfect but the other one although still operational the stem of it is bent. So I think you need to pack a bit of bubble around it not just in cardboard box. .

I have used this litter picker to collect litter locally and have found it a great bonus in not having to continually bend down. It seems to handle most shapes and sizes of litter including single pieces of paper, both easily and efficiently. My only concern is that the construction may not be as strong as it could be but for occasional litter picking that would not matter.

Only just received this not had a chance to use but was asked to put a review. It’s very sturdy and feels like it will last. If you have painful hands then you may find the grip handle a little hard to use. It’s not the lightest one I’ve had but as I say it does feel like it will last.
