Necessary Supplies:
Natural fiber fabric (light colour)-wool, rayon, cotton, vicose, silk.
Tips:
- Apply dye within 72 hours after mixing. Dye left unapplied after 72 hours will begun to lose concentration and will result in noticeably weaker colour intensity.
- Do not add water to dye until you are prepared to apply it.
- Make sure excess dye dust is removed from work area. It is invisible until it reacts with water.
- Create new colours by blending dyes.
- Place fabric on a raised wire rack while dyeing to avoid unwanted blending of colours.
- Do not allow dyed fabric to rest wet on other items.
- Always use gloves when working with dyes.

Fun Creativity
Great kit, easy to use, very effective, good mid and quantity of colours.
Made TShirts and tote bags with kids 10, 9 and 4 years, all enjoyed doing it were able to do most of the project themselves.
Only lost a star on the review as plastic aprons would of been good included and although the gloves provided for adults were good a few small size for children would of completed the kit.

Superb little kit, first time tie dying and wasn’t holding out much hope. But the result was amazing. We opted for starting with a wet t shirt and left the top wrapped in a bag for 8 hrs for the magic to happen. Picture attached which was taken after the top had been rinsed and washed. The colour remained vibrant.

I bought this to spruce up some t shirts I had, and the results were really good. Nice bright colours that have lasted in the wash. Defo recommend for abit of fun or something to do.

We had great fun, creating indivdual tshirts. Plenty of dye, we made 3 tshirts each & still have 6 full dye left over for another time. The kit gives you everything you need except plastic bags to keep the dyed products in to cure. Colours came out well. We left the dye on overnight for approx 18 hours.

I bought this item as a gift for my brothers birthday, and he loves it!
My only complaint (possible due to how we used it, but we followed the instructions) the ink comes out like oil when separating with water; it comes out sometimes as droplets that slide right off the tops. May be due to the tops we used, but they were just white cotton. We will try it on different tops.

Very vibrant, lovely colours, stayed well after I let them set for 18 hours and washed them on a delicate cold wash (I found they could also be washed at 30 and stayed vibrant)

The children had been asking for a tie-dye set and we finally got them this very complete set as a craft activity to battle lockdown-boredom and to keep them off the iPads for a bit. I didn’t even know what tie-dye was until I realised that my kids would be wearing the same awful bleached garments as the hippie children in my class from the early 70’s.. bummer.. next thing they will do is hugging some trees. We also bought 6 of the cheapest white t-shirts we could find on Amazon, that actually happened to be a decent quality (Fruit of the Loom). The set has a wide range if colours and comes with elastic bands for different patterns. We selected this set because came with a handy storage box but also because it include a protective cloth and thin plastic gloves.
We had to offer quite some parental assistance not to let it derail into a messy project. So we were all wearing protective garden gloves, put hard plastic covers on the ground as protection and had lots of wipes at hand. The tie-dye process is actually quite straightforward, you just mix some water with the bottle, find some willing children’s hands to shake. It comes with thin plastic gloves and a table cloth, and rubber bands. However you need to have some plastic bags at hand for the overnight soak.
The instructions say that this set can dye over 30 shirts, perhaps but it depends on the brightness of colour you prefer. I would say it is probably closer to half of that if you want bright coloured shirts.
Would recommend this to long haired unconventional people, those that reject established society, or that live in communal societies, and that advocate non-violent ethics. And then of course every decade or so it will briefly be highly fashionable to walk around in these pretty atrocious shirts.

An absolutely amazing product my daughter has had endless fun recreating tshirts, leggings, pillowcases and canvas bags, gives her a great sense of pride when she sees the finished item. My daughter is 8 and was able to follow the instructions fully.
Lovely Coloured tshirts
My 9year old son and I got out this dye kit and an old white tshirts on a rainly lockdown day not expecting much than a colouring project.
The product is well packaged,handy gloves(can fit even Hulk’s hand), a plastic mat to cover our table, good sized bottles with colour powder to which we added water and did the swirl trick on the old tshirt using a large spoon and tied few of the many supplied elastic bands on the tshirt. Then we applied different colurs from the bottles and let the tshirt to dry.
The next day morning we almost had forgotten about the tshirts when we noticed the bright coloured lump sitting on the table. My son eagerly released the elastic bands and Voila what a beautiful colourful tshirt it was!!
My 9 year old boy loves his multi coloured tshirt and wore it proudly in his zoom class.
There is plenty of colour left in the bottles and am sure we can get atleast 10 more fabric pieces coloured.
If I am to find a drawback with the product the only trivial issue is not having a piece of fabric(like a fabric bag or piece of cloth) to try the dye on to start with. Apart from that Perfect mini project for children and adults to do and show off.

My girls love this set. It did t shorts really well and they are their favourite t shorts to wear. I was also able to tie dye an old jumper that my daughter loved but got mud stains that I couldn’t get out on. It transformed it so she can still wear it and I get asked all the time where it was from! Great lot and lots of fun to do for kids that like crafting

Great for a crafty afternoon (or lockdown)
My daughter and I loved tie dying her old pe tops. Super easy to use. Shame that once open they need to be used within a few days so we only used a handful of colours…as a result we passed them on to her school friends who managed to make use and pass on again. We have plenty of colours remaining for another go soon.

This is brilliant, came with cover for table, disposable gloves and lots of elastic bands to create different shapes on dyed t-shirt. My daughter and myself have lots of fun creating different designs on our tie dye clothes

Great quality dyes but the bottles in the particular set are very small and I felt I didn’t get my value for money as I went through the dyes very quickly. There is less in the box than what you think
Fun for all the family to do....
Very easy to do!! Stains hands so make sure you use the gloves even when taking the bands off 6 to 8 hours later. Kids loved it. Weve used on plain white socks a d t shirts up to now. Would purchase again.

Absolutely brilliant, I would recommend these to anyone who’s looking to do some tie dye. My kids and ourselves had a load of fun creating tops. Just make sure you’ve got the kids screwed on properly and put your finger over the cap lip before you shake and you shouldn’t have any issues.

Super good kit for dyeing
A super easy and fun kit to use, I’ve used it a bunch of times and the instructions are clear and simple and everything you could need for the dye is included. I’ve dyed clothes and linen and both turned out great.
Colours stay!
Great kit, lots of colours and they stay in after washing. I use the wet method where I use damp clothing then after dying leave for at least 12 hours (24hrs is better) rinse with cold water then wash on low 30C. Best results using 100% but still works well on 50% cotton 50% polyester.

Good product – kids had a great time tie dyeing their tea shirts . Only issue I had that one of the bottles were damage , resulting in dye causing a lot of mess.
Fun and with really good results!
They are just as described. Very nice and bright colours. Easy to use, you just need to add water to the colour powder inside the bottles and start tie-dying! I comes with some basic instructions and some ideas of how do different patterns. The box includes with some plastic gloves (need to avoid staining your hands!), rubber bands that can be re-used between projects and a plastic table cover. I just used half of the bottles in the box and I tie-dye 7 adult size t-shirts and 4 tote bags. I’ve washed all the t-shirts after that a good few times and the colour is as bright as the first day. I would definitely recommend it, it was a great entertainment during quarantine!

Apparently tie dye is all over Tik Tok so my daughter had to have a kit so I ordered this one.
Comes in a well made handy case with everything you need, including gloves and a table covering. T shorts came out really well after following the easy to read instructions and kids very happy.
The only down side is the inks wont last long if you fill then up each time you use the kit, would suggest decanting some of the powder rather than mixing up a whole bottle for 1 t shirt.

Great tie dye ki
Except tie dye kit! Works super well. Takes a bit of getting the hang of. You really do need to let the colours sit for 6-8 hrs for best results. Too my friend gave me. Soak in cold water and vinegar to set colours. Saying that though the first time I didn’t use vinegar and it worked just fine. Have washed the dyed t-shirts a few times now and no fading.
Vibrant colours
This tie die kit is one of the better kits i have brought, the colours are very bright and there is a variety of colours to choose from. Its simple and easy to set up so the kids can help with filling up the bottles. I would recommend this product.

Superb Fun Produc
First time for the kids to tie dye, fabulous activity, brilliant product, great instruction – follow these to protect your work area, messy play but the end results are very rewarding. This set does not include t shirts or the plastic zip lock bags to store the tshirts in overnight but you can pick them up yourself . Whatever items you want to tie dye you have to buy yourself or just use old clothes / bags / socks that you may have already. The 7 t-shirts we made where aged 9 -12 years old with two being aged 6-7. We still have 11 untouched bottles of tie dye left over for more fun. Delivery from the vendor was great. Definitely would order it again, in fact I already did. hope this review helps

he dye bottles are pretty small, you definitely can’t make as many items it says you can. everything you could need for this is in the box. there is a lot of colours but a fair few bottles are repeated colours. i personally ended up with a couple bottles to spare because they were repeats of colours i either didn’t use or i already used. however the dyes are very vibrant and look quite cool. i dyed a few shirts a few months ago and they have kept their colours even though they’ve been washed quite a bit but i can see certain colours fading or blending into the others. overall i’d say it’s quite expensive for what you’re given and you could definitely get it cheaper somewhere else but it comes quicker than other sets i’ve brought in the past.

Where I live, it is impossible to come by these tie dye packages, but this one delivered so fast, and it was in such a great condition, that now I don’t even need to find them in my area (or wait for them to become available). It is great fun even for adults, and it works beautifully. For those who love crafts, creatice activities, this is a perfect product :), and this is a great place to get it from. Definitely 5/5 stars.
easy to use , lots if colours
we managed to do 4 age 5 and 3 age 14-15 tshirts, 4 hoodies medium adults and a sweatshirt and have 4 left over as my little one hid them ?? cant say im a born artist but my kids love the ones they mad ha . pitty price went back up i wanted to order another set . I really like the 15 range would have paid 20 easy.

This excellent piece of kit gives you loads of colours that give excellent results every time! Fab quality a little expensive if not on offer but still worth it. Kids had great fun in lockdown changing up their clothes so it was worth the money!

Highly recommend this kit.
Instructions aren’t very detailed so ended up watching YouTube videos with step by step instructions. The gloves in the kit were massive and far too big for children so I used some of my own. Apart from that the kit is superb, everything you need, great amount of colours and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed making, especially the big reveals 24hrs later. Kept us entertained on rainy lock down days.

This is the second time I have ordered this product as my 9 yr old granddaughter has enjoyed the craft of tie-dye. She has become an expert now and the designs are amazing. Also bought a book this time around so she can get more ideas for tie dyeing. She made me a beautiful shopping bag and matches my jeans with the colours! Arrived two weeks early too. Brilliant dye set!
Such a great product and hours of fun! We only used 7 of the 18 colours to start and boy did they go far. Using the wet method we soaked the clothes and went to work dying baby vests, muslins, T-shirt’s, jumpers and pillow cases. The colours are really vibrant and when watered down we made some great pastel shades, using a spray bottle gave a really great effect too. Everything you need is in the box and definitely use outside as it can get quite messy.
My sisters and I decided to to tie-dye some of our clothes over the weekend and I have pictured the results,
The kit is very easy to use and comes with easy to use soft squeeze bottles that allow you to distribute the dye evenly on your clothes, as well as rubber bands for tying the clothes up and putting them the base for the designs, gloves, a protective mat and instructions,
The only criticism I have is the instructions which were pretty vague and gave different values for how long the clothes should be left in their bags before washing. However a simply google search stated 12-24 hours is best, so we left them for 24 hours before washing them,
The only tip I would recommend is washing the clothes (if new) before applying the dye as it doesn’t seem to absorb well on new clothes, so one of the hoodies didn’t turn out very well,

Really bright colours! I even halved the dye powder that came in the bottles to save some for another time and it still came out completely vibrant. I would suggest even using a 1/4 to make pastel colours, or just going with half then washing it a couple of times to fade the dye. Some colours have doubles, but others don’t. But since you can practically use half of the powder it comes with and still get a good colour pay off, you can get a lot of uses out of each one. Also, I had some dye left over and used it after the recommended 72hrs. It still worked, so not sure as to why they say to throw it away after this amount of time.

Really surprised by how good this kit was! I’ve actually just ordered another!
Instructions were ok but we got a lot of ideas from Pinterest, so have a look on there if you’re stuck.
The dyes are nice & bright & the colours haven’t run.
Definitely do this outside tho as can make a mess. My daughter 9 loved it she struggled a bit with putting the bands on (they need to be really tight) but absolutely loved the results.

Great fun and creative
Bought this as an activity for my grandchildren aged 5 and 8. They loved it and were very excited to see the final product. What’s more – l am hooked and looking for more projects. The only white cotton item l had to dye was my thermal vest which turned out great.

Really vibrant colours, everything turned out great, although on one shirt the red ran and turned the white areas pink – but I might not have mixed it well enough. Very good price for how many projects you can make.

Expensive but kids loved it!
Absolutely so easy to use! My kids had a blast using the dyes to create funky t-shirts. Due to the hot weather they are sleeping with flats sheets overnight so they tie dyed them too. Soo pleased with the results!! There was enough colour included to tie dye 4 t-shirts and 2 double flat sheets

This was a good set my 7 year old loved it when it came the next day. My self was not aware it was ordered intill then because my 7year old order for her self 26 pounds later. lesson learnt put a lock on phone so she can not go buying stuff. Got to love kids

Really really happy with this product. It is pricey but it is worth it as you get a great selection of colours. All the colours are really vivid, including the black and yellow colours.

This was purchased as a lockdown activity for my 2 daughters along with some white T-Shirts.
They had great fun trying out different designs and techniques to make some great T-Shirts, one design is shown above.
The kit came with everything needed to make 10 T-shirts with some dyes still to be used.
My daughters watched some videos on YouTube to get some ideas and then experiment with some ideas of their own.
Would definitely recommend this set as it kept 2 teenage girls happily and gainfully occupied for several sessions of crafting during lockdown.

What is a girl to do in lock-down? I know, I’ll get everything out of my closet that is white and tie dye it! So far, today, I’ve given an emerald green viscose top a khaki combat feel, a peach viscose square neck vest top a boho chic face-lift, done 4 other cotton tops and a white silk Phase Eight ruffle sundress that I love but never wear a complete makeover. They are all very different and I love them all. I was a little worried before I started about the silk and viscose, but no need. Also, apart from the items with metal parts, I microwaved them in cling film for 1 minute, turned over, gave another minute, filled the sink with warm water, swilled, threw on a 15 minute quick wash alone with with a couple of face cloths just to ensure the item didn’t remain stuck to the side of the washer being a one at a time job, and literally in around 25 minutes per item, it was on the line drying. Had a lovely day and tomorrow I start again… So, for tomorrow, I’ve ordered a pack of 5 Fruit of the Loom tee’s in white and 5 various white leggings – all different but I’m pairing a tee and leggings to do sets. I work from home so these will become lounging / night time / easy wear sets in a variety of styles and colours, mainly pastels I think – If I get time I will update with pictures after they are all finished.
The colours are strong and sharp. I filled each bottle with water and then used extra bottles I had to create my using mixes. I put about a third if the mixed bottle into a new bottle, with the same amount of water again and seriously, it was still sharp – the pigment is great. No need to use the bottle with the amount of water instructed – this will literally double – maybe more. If you wanted to use it as pastel shades you could probably take an amount of the mixed bottle and four times the amount of water, I kid you not… I tested on a piece of white cloth for colour and it pretty much worked came out that colour. Definitely worth doing a few test pieces using colours you are not sure about.
So today was 6 tops + dress. By the time tomorrow is over I will have added 5 tees and 5 leggings which I will mainly do in pastel shades but only because that is my preference.
I also bought 1 bottle of Liquid Rit dye as I wanted to experiment with that too and I did mix with this too and it mixed fine – e.g. I had a colour called kelly Green… I added blue to this to make teal and a touch of black for the khaki camo style… so mixing with your Rit if you have it is fine. I assume this is typical with other dyes for natural fibres. Buy it – and have some fun. It’s a fab fun kit and will keep you happy for days.
Love this product! After looking around decided to pay a little more as I wanted a good outcome for my first time doing tie dye and this product did not disappoint! Comes with everything you need, but I opted to use string instead of the elastic bands that were included. Colours turned out super bright! Only downside what was the violet colour ran a lot so in the process of rinsing the products after 24 hours of being sat the violet colour ran onto another T-shirt whilst it was in a bucket (wrapped in cling film) waiting for its second rinse, however the majority of it did come off the other t-shirt in the wash. I decided to rise them three time’s each, pre wash on a 14 minute machine wash individually and then put them all in together on a standard wash with about ten colour catchers on and the dye has not ran since! Only warning is that is was super messy and I ended up getting a bit on the paving slabs which is get to come out so I’d suggest using a plastic sheet on the floor as well as the table especially if kids are using this as the dye kind of flys out of the bottle

I’m so glad I purchased this! I have become obsessed with tie dyeing now. I haven’t found any issues at all with the dye. Lovely, bright colours, which blend really well! Very pleased with the results of my two shirts! (I’ve ordered more white tops, because I just can’t stop!) I find that you can’t go wrong with tie dye. And I think it’s rewarding when you see the outcome 🙂
Absolutely amazing value for money. Its fun and really easy to do. The results were amazing and I am really really pleased. I bought the set for my daughter as she wanted to try and make some tie dye clothing for all the family. It was really simple to do.
The bottles come with powder and all that you need to do is add water to the fill line and shake to mix. As there are multiple bottles of some of the same colour eg pink I decided that I would use the second bottle diluted. I used the first bottle of pink at full strength then when it came to the second bottle I put the powder into a jug and added 2 bottles worth of water and mixed before filling the 2 bottles back up. This made the dye go twice as far and I have to say the colours were still very vibrant.
I pre washed all the whites to get rid of any shrinkage and applied the dye to the clothes straight out of the washing machine when they were damp. Once the dye was applied I put the items into food bags and left for a minimum 6 hours. For the items I wanted to be more bright and vibrant I left these overnight and in total balit 18 hours.
I have to say for the cost of the dye and the cheap white clothes I got from a local supermarket I have to say each item of clothing worked out to be around 3/4 each for the tshirt and dye etc looking at what I’ve been able to create for this price I’d say its more than worth it!
I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to buy again.

So this kit is fantastic and I’m really pleased with the results… however I had this in my basket a couple of months ago and it was below 20, Amazon have increased the price 3 times since a woman on Instagram posted the kit and directed people here buy it.
That’s taking advantage and not on. Don’t be greedy Amazon.
Brilliant. Everything you need in one box
Brilliant. Loads of pretty colours, plenty of gloves and rubber bands, and a lovely big table cover. The amount of water added to the powder effects the depth of the colour so by starting dark and adding water inwas able to make dark and light shades too.
The colours are REALLY bright so make sure you have bleach or water them down 4x more then what it is in the bottle. If you have a spare white piece of fabric, test it on that first so you can see the colour. You get loads so good if you make mistakes like me. I wish there was a brown/camel colour included. Chuffed with how mine came out!
Excellent tie dye kit - don’t hesitate to buy!
Would highly recommend, this kit is excellent – all that needs saying! I’ve been a tie dye fan for years and this kit is comprehensive including lots of gloves (adequate thickness that can be reused), thick plastic covering and lots of elastics bands. The variety in dye colours is fab and the amount is crazy! I’ve had to buy more stuff because I have so much left over. Also comes with clear instructions and tips and tricks on how to create different patterns. Happy customer!
Very messy – would highly recommend actually wearing the gloves! Great fun though, dyes come in a handy box with simple instructions. Really pleased with the intensity of colour. Only downfall, the amounts of dye are quite small so be cautious when dying bigger garments to make sure you have enough to cover the front and back.

Lovely range of colours. Good instructions. Gloves absolutely massive, hard for children to do the project with the XL gloves. Each colour can only be used for 72 hrs once mixed. Nothing to dye is provided with the set, you’ll need to separately purchase fabric / t-shirt etc. I would recommend this set. Photo of my daughters creation!

The Kit made a great gift for a 12 year old who was keen to get started and had to be persuaded to leave it till Boxing Day.

Yes abit messy, just make sure you’ve got stuff covered and plenty of kitchen roll. Plastic table cloth is provided and plastic gloves but I’d invest in some rubber gloves as they allowed dye to seep in at seams !!!!

Good range if colours , we used 6 colours , 3 bottles used up completely on 2 large tshirts but I think we went abit mad with amount we put on !!! Other 3 bottles made up will make another tshirt .
Overall very impressed and would purchase again.
