Very pleased , easy to use and strip down to clean and empty. A good selection of ends, very portable, flexible and easy to use.
Too early to assess battery Longevity but you seem to get a lot done with one charge.

Trust me there is no other vaccum as good as this one. We paid triple the price for Dyson and the battery wasn’t the best.

Then we got shark and we were disappointed as it’s not the best for hair.

Tineco has been the best one so far. Literally reviewing after a month of use. We love it. And it’s the best one in the marke

Purchased 6 months ago whilst on offer to use on stairs, car and difficult to access areas
But, I find I use it as primary vacuum cleaner over old Dyson
Collection container needs to emptied every 10 minutes or so.
    Battery life 20-25 minutes
I have cleaned filters every 2-4 weeks
    So far so good

This is an excellent vacuum. Easy to disassemble and reassemble. Excellent suction and battery life. I got a spare battery but hardly ever need it. Four bedroom house. Brilliant on the cat hair too. Two years on with daily use I’m still as happy and it’s considerably cheaper than the usual suspects .
Can’t recommend highly enough. ( no, I’m not being paid)

I compared it to my Dyson at the beginning and the only downside was the bristles were not as stiff and the brush head is wider but everything else is as good and better for a much better price. So yes, I recommend it, especially the battery life.

I have recently acquired two long haired white cats and this cleaner is remarkably good at picking up hair and general young cat debris, both from laminate and short pile carpet. Good for the stairs too.

Overall longevity not yet tested and am aware of need to wash filters: no big deal for me.

    A good recommendation from Which?

A great piece of kit overall, the best cordless vacuum we have had, and we’ve been through a few. Quality construction, with a good selection of tools. The filter dust cleaner is a clever unit in itself. And substantially cheaper than much of the more vaunted competition. I do not hesitate to highly recommend it.

When we first had this item is was excellent. Now after 10 months the suction works then when you stop the machine it drops the dirt out of the head of the machine.

We use it to collect dust & small items on a painted concrete floor so I can’t comment on carpets/rugs.
Seems to work fine in normal mode but we use the boost function as it’s only used for short periods.
So far, ideal for the job, light, compact & good value.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThere are lots of things to like about this cleaner. First, the item is very lightweight. I struggled with previous handheld cleaners due to weight but this one is light enough for me to hold and manoeuvre easily. I also like that you don’t have to hold down the on switch with your finger. There’s a little clip that easily locks the switch in the on position thereby allowing you to make your hand more comfortable on the handle. I like that it comes with its own wall dock and this carries the crevice and brush tools that come with the cleaner. Also supplied is a smaller upholstery tool which I used to vacuum cushions, beds and stairs. The tools easily lock into place and change over is a very simple click process. Suction power is good and it certainly does pick up well. The bin is easy to empty and is easily removed from the cleaner for a more thorough clean when necessary. The cleaner also comes with an additional filter and a filter cleaner which is a great idea. However, it does take a little while to empty and clean the the bin and the filter and the manufacturer does recommend that this is done each time the cleaner is used so I am finding this to be a bit of a bind if I’m completely honest. However, it is a small price to pay I suppose to ensure good suction power, which the cleaner does provide. Battery life is only 20 minutes and even less if you use the max power mode which does diminish the battery very quickly. An additional battery is probably a good idea, especially for someone like me who vacuums daily (sometimes more than once!). For the price, it is a very good little cleaner. I have used it to clean the car and whilst it’s not perfect for the car, I must say it’s a lot better than my last one. If, like me, you don’t want to pay the high price demanded by Dyson for their product, I would recommend giving this one a try.

This vacuum is perfect for regular cleaning of our hard floors as well as rugs. Suction is really good, there are lots of tools included for all jobs and the battery lasts well. Easy to wall mount too. Lightweight.

Great suction, good battery life and easy to handle. Lots of tools included.

I have been using the tineco for the last 6 months. For the price it is good quality comes with really useful attachments. Doesn’t take too long to charge. I can do the whole house on one charge. However could do with a bit more suction sometimes the suction does not pick up stubborn fluff (sock fluff in particular) even on extra full power ! However we do have thick carpets. The light on front is great for seeing bits you may miss. It is lightweight and comes with a handy storage unit. Emptying is easy too.

Definitely recommend, especially for people like me who avoid hoovering.

My last hoover was heavy and the wires would always end up getting tangled. I couldn’t vacuum my steep stairs and carrying it upstairs was a strain on my back.

This, by contrast, is a dream. Light and easy to use. Good suction. Cordless, so easy to do upstairs, the car etc. I find myself grabbing it to quickly just hoover the rug or do a quick whiz round a room. Helps me stay on top of it, rather than putting off the task I didn’t want to do.

This is my first cordless vacuum cleaner. It seems to have good suction for smaller dirt, does not pick bigger dirt so we’ll.

I have had charger batteries during hoovering my 3bed house.

It’s very convenient to use on staircase, it does what it should do.
My only problem is I did a lot of research on YouTube before placing this order.
I was disappointed with some of the accessories, they are different from what I was expecting.

Hopefully the suction remains good after weeks/ months of use.

This is a lightweight, quiet and efficient vacuum cleaner. It comes with a docking station and essential tools. Our corded vacuum is a Miele, but I think this is actually better. The light really shows up where you need to hoover. I can get round the whole of our little cottage on one charge and it recharges quickly. You do have to pull out the dust into the bin with the little tool provided, but considering the price, this is no big deal. I absolutely love it.

Probably my new best friend. I had reservations about my Hero before buying, but after looking at the competition and the reviews I decided to go for it. It is light and glides across all my floors, soft and hard and the front lights alert me to objects like hair pins etc. As I have a cat the hand held device is great on soft furnishings and stairs. I can hear the radio, phone calls as it is quiet and not irritating like other Hoovers I have had in the past. Great value! Lovely azure blue and white. Strongly recommend, particularly if you have mobility issues and need something easy to use.

I bought the Tineco A10 in August and I am very happy with the product. It works perfectly and has good suction which has not diminished. The different brush heads made it very versitile. It’s great around the house. I did have an issue with the large brush head but Tineco custome support were really helpful and quick to respond. They figured out the issue quickey and shipped me a replacment part . Couldn’t ask for more really.

I love this cordless vacuum. Why did I struggle with that Dyson for so many years? This makes light work of all hoovering – including stairs which were my bugbear. The battery life is really good – so far, I’ve never run out – and it recharges quickly too. It sucks better than my Dyson, and loads better on cat hair. I strongly recommend this product. I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know the company Tineco, but I needn’t have been. The product is strong and well-made, really effective and great value for money.

I’ve used the Tineco A10 Hero for a few days now on some very dirty second hand carpets. It’s true that the the dust container had to be emptied many times, but the fact is that it extracted a lot of dust and dirt, so I was happy to do it. Emptying is easy. Make sure you also clean hair from the brush too after each use. The battery life is exactly 20 minutes for a full use. If you use turbo mode, it reduces by about half.
The one con with this machine is its weak plastic parts. Very thin plastic that makes me very careful how I handle it. Because of this, I don’t think its worth the 150 I paid.

  26. ElissaPlatt says:

The suction power on hard floors is adequate and better if used on the higher power setting. It’s so quiet and easy to empty.
In these respects it is far superior to the more expensive brightly coloured alternatives
Excellent value for money with only one down side, hence 4 stars, the wall holder and power supply are separate a d the power lead needs to be inserted into the power head on each occasion it is hung up to store.
If the hanging cradle incorporated the power conector, that would be 5 stars

Bought this to replace my old Dyson. Given the price I thought it would be less effective than the Dyson. I was wrong, it is much better than the old style handheld Dyson’s. The lights on the brush head is genius. Such a great idea and really hilights the dust and rubbish on the floor. The only negative with the device is the remobale brush on the head. The plastic screw housing is made of plastic and it has become very difficult to unscrew. The plastic is soft and gets damaged easily. This is a design flaw, so it makes it very difficult to remove tangled hair from the rotating brush head. It’s a pain and I suspect it will be problem at some point in the future.

I am really pleased with this vacuum cleaner. It’s much cheaper than a Dyson and does the job just as well. The light is a great addition- you can really see the odd crumb or bit of dust that you might otherwise have missed. I don’t have room in my utility room to hang the whole thing on the charging unit, so I just plug in the hand held motor, sit it on the worktop and put the attachments in the cupboard .

For the price this vacuum is excellent. The suction power is very good and the whole assembly is lightweight and manoeuvrable. The battery however doesn’t last as long as I would like but it still manages to clean my 2 bedroom/ 3 reception room cottage on full power on carpets and normal power on vinyl flooring before a recharge. The filter cleaning tool is a useful addition as is the charging wall unit. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is the dust collection unit needs emptying too often but I can live with that.

In the past I’ve had/used various Vacuum Cleaners of different makes and model types – Bagged and Baggless, Upright and Cylinder but never have I had the opportunity to try a Cordless. I researched various makes and models (and to be fair we swayed somewhat by this particular make is a ‘Which Best Buy’). Tineco is relatively unknown in the Uk though I feel their fortunes will change similar to what’s happened with ‘Shark’.
I was surprised at how light and manoeuvrable A10 is, it’s suction may not match that of some corded Vacuums but for the amount of mess myself and my son make it’s ideal. It’s a pity it only comes with one battery however additional batteries are available for under 40 each, which is very reasonable.

This vacuum is brilliant! I’ve always bought Dyson models, but my last one wasn’t that great on suction, but this Tineco model is fantastic, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s well made and all the bits fit neatly together. It also has led lights which I initially thought I didn’t really need, but in fact it’s so good as it highlights all the dust, especially under sofas, so you don’t miss anything. Also, the docking station not only holds the Hoover obviously, but also all the other bits that come with it. Took the old Dyson down the dump yesterday and so pleased I bought this vacuum at a respectable price…. 5 stars!!!

I did a fair amount of research when trying to buy a cordless vacuum. Short of it: if you want to spend under 300 and you’re not sure which Dyson competitor to get, this is perfect.

After using my parents Dyson for a while, I was quite surprised by the poor build quality, clunkiness, and battery life. We already had to replace the battery once. This however has thoroughly impressed me. There are aspects of the body which i think are a bit cheap, but certainly no worse than Dyson. Overall I think it’s very well thought out.

Suction is good. Don’t expect the same as a Henry. But then I don’t get that power from the Dyson either. However the suction of this Tineco, combined with the brushes in the mini and full size brush do an excellent job of picking up dirt. And when using the crevice nozzle the suction is better anyway.

As people mention, it does have filters that require cleaning and replacement. However I don’t think you necessarily need to do it when stated, as your usage may vary. I also think the Dyson could do with the same level of maintenance, I just don’t think they mention it. You can buy filters on ebay for this one.

Thoroughly recommended and will update review if necessary.

I am really impressed with this product – so far. It is brilliant at picking up, getting into corners and under furniture. I managed to vacuum my entire 4 bedroom house in one charge. I did nearly the whole thing on low power and only used the maximum button for one rug. It is lightweight and all parts click together pleasingly. I can clearly see why this is a WHICH Best Buy. However, I have had many cordless models overs the years – bosch, aeg etc and mostly they start off well but after about a year something goes wrong and they stop working as well, and the product is deemed “not worth fixing”… Which drives me mad for the environment apart from anything else. Well I’m happy that this vacumm works astoundingly upon first use, and has a two year guarantee. Additionally it looks like all the parts can easily be bought individually if something goes wrong after then.

It is very lightweight and easy to use. Good suction on carpet and hard floor. So lovely not having a cable trailing round. The only downside is that I have worn holes in both my thumbs from holding it. I must have very soft skin! Guess I will just develop calluses!

Purchased the Tineco A10 about 8 months ago having been a lover of Miele corded vacuum cleaners. Hardly used the Miele since as this thing is amazing and so easy to use. Actually enjoy hoovering with it — how sad is that? Just recently the dustbin broke (as it fell to the ground) and I couldn’t find a replacement online in the uk. I reached out direct to the supplier who instantly issued me with a replacement bin free of charge. This is excellent service and end to end, it only took 3 days from enquiry to getting the thing. Excellent customer service from Tineco and Chobin the guy who sorted it! Highly recommended with great after sales service.

A very good vacuum for the price – lived up to the ‘best buy’ recommendation of ‘Which’ magazine. So much better than much more expensive alternatives that I have used.

Love this hoover, suction power better than expected and ideal for a flat due to wall mounted docking station & can do a 2 bed on max power with a bit of battery left.

Liked this lightweight cleaner immediately once I’d worked out how to put it together and emptied the box. Lots of tools and for once easy to put on and take off. Love the lights on the front and usually don’t need the max button. I found emptying the dust compartment very regularly is important to improve suction. Don’t find it particularly easy to get everything out though. Have mainly laminate floors which it works well on. Kept old heavy cleaner for upstairs carpets.

My vacuumed arrived quickly and was simple to put up the docking station. Suction is great….much better than the corded one it replaces. The hand held is great for the car and sofa but a bit clunky for fiddly bits in the car. The battery hasn’t run out whilst I’ve been using it yet…I recharge after most uses. I’m really pleased with it as it’s easy to keep clean and to clean the filters. It’s great for my small 2 bed house. Happy customer.

I started off liking it and took care cleaning it. One day I hoovered, emptied and put it away only to find the next time I took it out that the insides were missing, obviously when I opened the canister to tip out any debris I had also lost the entire insides…..What a terrible design for that to even be a possibility of happening!!! To this day I have no idea how. It is however a lovely little lightweight vacuum

I am really pleased with this purchase, the suction on carpets & laminate flooring is impressive and runs on normal for 30 mins. I haven’t really had to use the maximum power because it has vacuumed everything up in norm, but when I tried maximum was really powerful. My normal electric powered vac is a Miele so I am used to good suction, so as this Tineco is cordless I am really happy and using it daily. I find the weight OK, but my Aunt who is 93 felt it was too heavy for her. The whole cylinder comes out easily so I clear it completely after every use and is fully washable and as it comes with two filters easy to wash & use other whilst drying. Can’t find a negative – has made my life easier !

I’ve used this a couple of times and I’m very pleased with it. I haven’t used it on full power Asif seems to be coping well without it. It’s quite light in weight and I love the fact that the battery is detachable so you don’t have to carry the whole thing to the nearest power point. As I’ve not used it on full power the battery lasts long enough to give a good clean to a couple of rooms and the hallway. Charging time is not too bad taking about three and a half hours although the battery wasn’t totally discharged. I’ve tried it on stairs and it performs well with no trailing leads. It comes with lots of attachments and the bin is very easy to empty. This is a Which best buy so I had no hesitation in buying it. For the price, it’s a great little machine

Bought this as it was a “Which” best buy and it does not disappoint. We do not have pets or small childern so opted for this model although others options are available. The range of tools which come with it are easy to clip and unclip, lift the lid on the top of the wall bracket so a second battery can be stored conveniently. Some may feel that the debris container is a little on the small side but I don’t find this a a major drawback. Using the suction on the lowest setting is adequate and have yet to use it to its maximum. It is a revelation roaming from room to room without the need to constantly unplug the cleaner, find a suitable socket and ensure that you do not trip over the trailing lead. I can go from room to room, from hard floor to carpet with ease. It is extremely light compared to my usual cylinder clearner, something that needs to be considered as we age. I was so pleased, that I purchased a second one a few days later to keep upstairs. Why or why did I not purchase a cordless cleaner before.?

This vacuum provides excellent value for money. The suction is great, and very good even for the plethora of cat hairs that my indoor cats leave about the house. Some may find it irritating to have to empty it so often, because it doesn’t have a huge capacity, but the emptying mechanism and the way the filter easily pops out makes it not such a chore. You are provided with two filters, so you miss out the irritation of having washed the filter and it not being dry. All the attachments are useful.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI purchased this battery vacuum after checking the brand out using the ‘Which’ reports, it comes top of the best buys above the Dyson due to its value for money and performance. I have not been disappointed so far, it works brilliant in every way so far. It has some features the Dyson does not have like the ability to lock the power on so you don’t need to hold in the power trigger all the time and the charging station allows a spare battery to be charged as well.
So far i am very impressed and glad i didn’t go for the more expensive Dyson..

Much better than my Dyson V6, its lightweight, cleans really well on all surfaces, and so far the battery life has been enough to do the house with power to spare, it also comes with a great set of accessories. This good news does mean that the filter fills up with fine dust in a couple of weeks.
2 Niggles: there is a button for increased power, but it doesn’t latch, so you switch up the power, but as soon as you take your finger off the trigger and its back in standard power mode. The second niggle is the filter. Great it comes with a spare, but it seems that the way to clean the filter with the “special supplied leaning holder” is to effectively suck the old dust back into the vacuum to fill up the new filter. fortunately, I have other vacuums so can get around this strange thinking
    Overall really great VFM

This is a very handy lightweight cordless stick vacuums cleaner which you can simply whip out off the cupboard and dash around the rooms before your mothers arrives. . It comes with all the accessories you would need – even a holder to hang it up out on the wall out of the way. The suction power is not quite as high as a mains powered cylinder cleaner and the dust receptacle is quite small so needs to be emptied after each major session. The cleaner comes with various accessories, is a lightweight and very easy to use. You can simply walk around the house cleaning, no cords, no dragging the cleaner out from behind the door etc. The battery needs to be charged and discharged a couple of times before it reaches full power. We have a biggish house and one charge I can easily do the downstairs , the staircase and the upstairs hall but then it starts to run out of power. Probably about 25 minutes of use. Lights on the battery tell you how much power you have left. I bought a spare battery (available on Amazon) and is is a moment’s work to swap over and continue doing the rest of house. Great for getting under beds and furniture. We have a long haired dog and the cleaner picks up the hair pretty well. It is a bit of a faff having the empty the cleaner after each use and the dust receptacle feels a little brittle and flimsy but time will tell on that. An amazing machine for the price and I actually enjoy doing the cleaning.

I decided to purchase, as it is a recommended Best Buy by Which. A compact Battery operated vacuum, comes with plenty of extras, including a wall mount, which also accommodates 3 attachments.
So far the suction power has proved excellent. Also has easy clean filter by using a ‘ novel’ attachment for cleaning, which can also be washed.

This is a very good vacuum cleaner better than its main rivals because it has been designed so that it is easy to operate and has lots of hidden features like the bottom filter cleaning tool with spare filter, to the easy access rear filter. The refuse bin clicks open and shut easily and the central bin assembly comes out easily with a quarter turn, the bin itself also clips off, in other words much easier to maintain than a Dyson. The power on lever is a good addition and stops finger ache, the boost function automatically changes back to normal power when you stop the power. All round a very good product at an excellent price.

Reasonably priced machine . Light weight , suction can pick up the dirt in my boat . The odd system of changing filters after you’ve used the hoover to clean them , is a bit weird and pointless . Just a gentle brush would remove the dust from the filter . On the whole , a good value hoover , which is a dank sight cheaper than all the big names . Even on Dyson or shark deals , this hoover is a great buy .

When I unboxed it, I thought it kind of looks and feels like a child’s toy. It is very light and quite small. I wasn’t expecting it to have such great suction power. Every time we use it (which is daily now), it lifts shocking amounts of dirt off the floor, even when I was convinced the floors weren’t dusty.

It’s super easy to assemble and use, but it will probably need a lot more maintenance than your old Henry the Hoover to keep it in peak working condition. You really need to clean the tank and the filter after each use, otherwise it will all get clogged up on such a small unit.

The battery life on this is more than enough for our modest London flat. It’s probably not suitable for big houses or for people who aren’t very fastidious about recharging things after every use.

Black Friday purchase at a good price. Compared to a Dyson it doesn’t have as much suction, but at less then half the price I cannot complain. Plus it has some great features the competition doesn’t have.

The motorised head is great and the built in light is superb for hunting those missed spots.

It comes with the motorised brush, crevice tool, curtain/upholstery brush and a mini motorised head. Also included is a replacement filter and a filter cleaning tool, which is brilliant.

We used to have a James and it’s such a relief to be able to grab Tiny (our colloquial name for this hoover) and do a quick wizz around.

The battery isn’t great, but I can hoover the entire bungalow before it gives out.

I like the fact that the battery is replacable, unlike others if there is a battery fault it’s a repair job. With this hoover you simply need to buy a new battery.

Any cons? Only one which is the motorised head bungs up with floof and hair. A cleaning tool is included but it does wrap tight.

    Get this over the competition.

I find the suction power much better than the bagless corded vacuum cleaners that I’ve had before. It’s reasonably quiet and has lights, so that you can vacuum at night, without much disturbance. I got a very good deal on it, at over half price, so it was a bargain.

The only downside it that there are lots of different bits and pieces, which are a bit of a pain to store and hard to work out what’s what.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAbsolutely love this Hoover for the price I paid. I have been looking for a good but reasonable priced hoover for a while and couldn’t seem to find one until this. It is brilliant for my small house. The suction power is very good and has different modes from low to high which I love when dealing with carpet. It is very light weight and I love the way you can change it to a handheld hoover for going up the stairs, which I love that I am not dragging a whole hoover with me and battling with chords. Although the only thing if you have a big house the battery life does not last extremely long but it suits me as I have stated previously I have a very small two story house (two bedrooms) and I get around to all rooms with extra battery. Amazing hoover and would highly recommend if your not willing to pay the price of a Dyson or shark.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI ordered this on my sisters behalf as she has just moved to an apartment which is fully carpeted. She said I could try it out first!
I am impressed with it and would recommend for an apartment or small house.I don’t think the charge would last for a larger area as it is only 25mins. It picks up well, is manoeuvrable, goes under low couches and beds and is very flexible. Another review said you had to pull out the dust and fluff from the bin but I found you could just open the flap and tip it out. It is lightweight overall but I am not that keen on the weight distribution with the motor being at the handle end as that seems heavy to me. I’m used to a GTech where the floor takes the weight of the motor.
That is a minor point and overall I would recommend.

We needed a light weight vacuum as we found our conventional one too heavy to carry upstairs. We were instantly impressed with what the A10 extracted from our carpet using its power brush. The suction was enough for the job and the filter system worked more efficiently than any before. The only drawback is the battery life which would be OK for a small flat but needs a recharge for a 3 bed house. Spare batteries are listed but not available when last checked on all retail platforms

This stylish cordless vacuum performs well on most surfaces – we have carpet, hardwood floor, and stone floors. The light useful for seeing the dirt in dark corners and the head swivels well into tight spaces and under furniture. Battery lasts about 25 minutes on standard power setting which was enough to do a quick clean of our 3 bedroom house. It is light and easy to handle and recharges reasonably quickly (haven’t timed it). For the price a very good vacuum.

I am so pleased I purchased this Cordless Vacuum cleaner, living in a bungalow means that I can now clean right through on one charge. I was very suprised how much suction power it has, changing the heads for every job is so easy, it is particularly good for getting up close to the skirting board and into small area that I found difficult with my conventional upright. Being lightweight is great for me as I am in my early eighties and found my upright heavy to lift out and take from room to room, now I am so much happier doing my cleaning.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAs I have moved out now, I needed my own vacuum cleaner and was really interested in any cordless ones as my parents owned a dyson vacuum cleaner which was really easy to use and convenient- this vacuum cleaner is just as good, and in some areas even better! The suction power on it is great and more than enough to clean anything up whether on carpets or hard floors, comes with loads of useful accessories, has a nice LED light that lights up the floor as you are cleaning and just looks and feels very high quality overall. If you want a great cordless vacuum cleaner but don’t want to fork out 300+ on a dyson, this is a fantastic option. I will say though, on the max power mode, the battery doesn’t last too long so maybe won’t be suitable for a bigger household.

Likes. Its light and extremely manoeuvrable (the head twists and it’s small enough to get under furniture. There’s no cable to plug in and drag around. Stairs so easy when you use it with the small head and no long stick.
Dislikes: No good for someone who isn’t organised and forgets to charge the battery in advance. Finding out how to empty the cylinder was quite fiddly and the capacity is very low so needs doing often. Filter gets very clogged up with fine dust. But these dislikes would be the same for all cordless I imagine. The huge advantages outweigh these drawbacks.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersSo I purchased this vacuum in the October sale- paid half the rrp with Prime Delivery. Waited days then weeks then it was returned to Amazon- Hermes never attempted delivery once but kept fobbing me off that it was out for delivery!
Ended up re-ordering same item and had endless conversations with Amazon Customer services to ensure that I would get the second one for the original price I had paid!
Prime delivery with Hermes, again resulted in another 2.5 week wait of so-called undeliverable attempts (not once was it attempted again!!!)
I ended up contacting Tineco themselves and informing them of the delivery issues- their customer services were brilliant and contacted me every time within half an hour of sending an email.
The second vacuum appeared at long last yesterday (4 weeks after original order!)- dumped over our gate- in a battered to bits cardboard box (that looked like it had been dragged to Dundee and back for a month!)
Luckily the vacuum was perfect inside!
Part charged on arrival which was a boost. Charged it and used it today on laminate in my flat.
I have a dyson and shark stick vacuums for our main house- I am sorry to say that I’m not that impressed with the suction of the Tineco.
Yes it is much lighter than the Dyson and the Shark- but I just found the suction pathetic!- had to use boost just to hoover up the laminate.
It will be adequate for my studio flat- but I don’t think it would cope with our country home with 3 Labradors!
Slightly disappointed after waiting that length of time and a bit of a let-down in performance!

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersI love the cordless vacuums anyway, however, I ordered the Tineco, not really expecting much. my last cordless was GTECH, and I wasn’t too impressed with that. but I am very impressed with this Tineco A10 Hero.
impressions start with the packaging which was very concise and well packed, then the actual product is certainly lightweight but very powerful, and quiet – which I like.
all the accessories that come with this product was great. even cleaning tools to help keep the parts clean and clear from dirt and dust.
I have a hard floor, and rugs – the Tineco had no problem with either surface.
    very impressive machine. love it.

This is a really good vacuum cleaner, and I’m glad I bought it. I picked it on the strength of a which review, and I’m glad I did. It comes with all the bits you could possibly need, and it all fits on the docking station (although I haven’t yet wall mounted it!)

The vacuum is a good weight – I can hold it easily while cleaning a room – and the long stick bit is a good length (I’m 5’2″). It is very effective and sucks stuff up well without needing to be on max. It also handles well – there are little wheels on the main vacuum head that help you move it around. The head even has little lights that help you see the muck!

All in all a very good buy for the 154 I spent.

Golden Review Award: 29 From Our UsersPerfect little vacuum for what I need. Wanted something to clean the laminate floor, tile floor, and carpet under the beds (my main hoover won’t reach under the beds). This is perfect. Very good at picking up fine dust that a lot of machines miss. It’s also great for hoovering the mattress and soft furnishings. I will be able to clean inside the car with it too. There’s a dust brush as well which is great. Well worth the money. Even the colour is nice! One thing that could be better is the clip on the dust container – it seems a little flimsy and I wonder how long it will last. Other than that this is a marvellous vacuum cleaner and I’d thoroughly recommend it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersEverything about this lovely vacuum cleaner is so well designed. All the parts fit together really well with a positive click. It is well made and sturdy but light enough to take around for quick clean-ups. I love the filter cleaning attachment which uses the vacuum itself to clean the used filter; you then always have a clean filter ready to use. The instructions are clear and easy to understand and the wall mounting bracket is really clever. Everything fits onto the bracket so it’s all available all the time – unlike most vacuums where you have to rummage in a bag or box to get the bit you want. Above all, it cleans really well. We have some hard tiles some rugs and carpets and it gets bits up off all of them. Obviously it’s not as good for power as the Dyson or Miele that we also use but so much easier. While not too heavy, the main body is quite a bulky boxy shape so doesn’t fit quite so well in narrow gaps as a really small “car” vacuum but the long tube will get into any narrow space. All round a winner for me and a few minutes before breakfast daily means the hall and kitchen are always bit and crumb free!

Golden Review Award: 62 From Our UsersPositives:
-Cleans carpets and hard floors brilliantly
-Great value. Appears to be similar performance to Dyson V7 but a lot cheaper
    -Light, easy to use

    Negatives:
    – Emptying dustbin : you have to pull dirt out manually. Some other cordless vacuums have a better mechanism which pushes dirt out.

    – Long hair gets wrapped around brush roll. A cutter is provided to manually slice out the hair from roller (see pic). Some other brands have anti-hair wrap design. Shame this model doesn’t have this.

    – It has a special method to clean dust off prefilter without having to rinse it and wait for it to dry. You remove the filter, put it into a special holder, attach it to the vacuum, and vacuum it clean. That’s great, however the dust is then transferred to the clean filter inside the vacuum. So you’ve just juggled the dust from one filter to another.

Cleans brilliantly. Great value. Not great for ease of cleaning/maintaining vacuum
