I have it for a bit now and love it. Use every day. Worth every penny. Easy to clean and fill. Can not live without it now.
Do not buy this product.The machine itself is easy to use and very good at cleaning hard floors, however that’s where the good part stops. If anything goes wrong with your machine it then becomes the most unhelpful company to deal with. So much for the 2 year warranty, they just make you go round in circles , email after email until you eventually give up .I think that’s the plan all along
I got it on a sale for half the price and it’s so worth it. Not sure if I’d pay full price though
Really pleased with this. We have all hard floors and two hairy dogs. It cleans brilliantly. Could do with a larger capacity water tank. But it’s easy to top up and empty waste water and worth the effort to keep clean, which is important as has a tendency to smell if left. Would recommend.
I love this product. Picks up dog hair at the same time as cleaning the floor. The cleaning product smells really nice too.
I got the ifloor 3 – and I did not expect it to work as well as it does!!! It’s fantastic – sparkling clean hardwood floors, and it really gets into the area rugs too. I did a small test as you’re not supposed to use it on carpets, but I’ve got very short pile ones and it works brilliantly. The self clean function is brilliant and it’s so satisfying to see all the dirt come out. So happy with this

It cleans the floor really well and the vacuum is good enough for the floors to dry within 4-5 minutes. The self-cleaning functionality is what makes this a great little cleaner.
It make me love to cleaning my house. Even is not a perfect one, but It really does what it say.100% Recommended.
Pros
1. Very light weight, easy to lift and pick up to take and use round the house
2. The charge time is good. I regularly do a large lounge diner, a kitchen and a decent sized bathroom and the charge lasts through this every time
3. It is close to effortless to manoeuvre, the motor almost pulls it along, so its quick and easy to cover a room
4. It cleans reasonably well, some areas you need to go over a few times as you move but its quick and easy to do this. It does have a high intensity function which is also good
5. Its reasonably good on laminate, and also my multicoloured stone tiles, and it absolutely exceptional on our white polished stone bathroom tiles. Even the grout is now white like new where it was grubby before
6. The self clean roller function tells you when the roller needs cleaning and there is an automatic process to do this.
7. The cleaning fluid is reasonably priced and a bottle lasts a good while
8. Its a great looking device! a really lovely design
Cons
1. Be aware that after each use you have to clean the filter, roller and tanks. The first time you do it, it seems onerous, but actually once your used to it, it only takes a couple of minutes and is worth it
2. Being honest, my laminate isnt quite as clean as when i used a corded steam mop. That said, its good enough and much less effort. For me the balance is worth it, but if your a perfectionist, give it some thought
3. I bought this in part to avoid vacuuming before i clean my hard floors. Whilst you can do this, you do end up with quite a bit of fluff in the dirty water tank. Its not a problem and does no damage, but i have found myself giving the floors a quick vacuum first to avoid this
4. It has smart controls, these are useful and clear once you get used to them, but its worth familiarizing yourself first. Im not someone who usually reads manuals first, but did find myself having to check what each symbol meant the first couple of times i used this
Overall i’m really pleased with it. We have a mix of hard floors, and we have kids, dogs and this has made keeping the place clean much easie
if you have pets, kids or messy family, you need this in your life. rechargeable means its always ready to go, easy to clean in picks up all the wet mess left by dogs, cats and everything else, what did I do without this wonderful bit of kit.. 5* item and worth having around the house for those small emergencies
Fab product, we have hardwood floors & 2 dogs it’s perfect for sucking up little accidents, also used it on our rug, leaves our floor sparkling clean, thoroughly recommend it.
We use this hoover daily – super useful when cleaning up all sorts of mess created by little kids. Works well on both laminate and hard wood floors.
After about 8 months we are experiencing issues with suction, currently in process of dealing with tineco support who have been very helpful so far. Will update the review following the outcome of the warranty claim.

Very impressed with product as I have a tineco cordless floor vacuum so wanted another cleaner for washing floor got another make up stairs which is heavier to and noisy and rubbish this tineco one is brilliant very quite and powerful and does a good job well worth the money
I have used this twice now and its fab. I have a tiled floors downstairs and its cleans beautifully. Easy to clean. Couldn’t be happier!
This machine went wrong after a couple of months and there is no way of contacting Tineco other than email and they just fob you off asking same questions wanting a video then simply not replying!! No help from Amazon whatsoever!!
Having previously been the owner of a 50 steam mop, the price of this was obviously a sticking point but the reviews were great so made the jump. Glad I did. Our floors have not been this clean before. We have a dog with big hairy paws that are like sponges so when he gets wet, the floor gets dirty. My daughter also uses a power wheelchair which brings in dirt on wet (and dry) days. My wife did the floors with the old mop a couple of weeks ago (it’s a right old rigmarole, with cables, bendy mop and the pad gets dirty and spreads the dirt and not really remove it). I did the whole house on one charge and one and a bit clean water tank. Our whole Edwardian terrace house is hard floors throughout and it still had charge left. The dirty water tank was full of disgusting water. Job well done! The unit is quite big and the base station takes up a fair bit of space but it’s worth it for the clean floors. I’m really happy with this product. Can’t say much about longevity but it’s built easily as good as our two Dyson vacuum cleaners (and 2 Dyson fans). No product is perfect for everyone but this so far is perfect for us.
Cleaning our hard floors used to take 30 mins to vacuum and then steam clean them, the tineco wet and dry vacuum does the job in less than 5 mins.
It’s light and easy to manoeuvre and the self cleaning function is very effective and easy to use. Filling and emptying is really easy. remembering what the icon indicators took a fair bit of referring back to the manual as it’s not immediately clear what function each icon represents.
As you can see in the video the vacuum makes light work of muddy puppy paw prints and loose grass and dirt on our marbled porcelain tiles.
Its suction can handle more substantial chunks tooI used it to pick up small shards of broken glass after our puppy knocked over a drinks glass and the vacuum picked up the lot.
A couple of tips, I hope are helpful:
We have had to take the roller out after each use as it can get smelly if it doesn’t dry quickly. The machine comes with one roller, so I bought a spare so it’s always ready to go.
The roller doesn’t quite go to the edge so you lose about 2-3 cms of cleaning around the edges of your room, although the suction is pretty strong so it still tends to pick up dust and grass at the edge.
Overall a real timesaver!
My wife is happy with the result. Finally she stopped complaining either she spent too much time clean the floor, or I did not do it. Peace of life. Really worth the money.

This is the best cleaner i have ever had 10/10 its light easy to use and the suction is amazing. It cleans its self. I bought a vax less than a year ago but i like the tineco that much after trying my daughters i had to have one! Brilliant. Does anyone want to buy a vax lol
OK I Bought this to replace the VAX One I had bought that Packed up on Day 2 Of Owning it. This Is Far Better at Cleaning and Its Self Cleaning Function is Great . Only issue i had was i Used some Fabulosa Lemon Sherbet Disinfectant with the Cleaning Solution that Comes With this Cleaner because it Makes the Kitchen Smell So So Fresh the Only Issue is it Makes the Fluid Foam and This Makes the Cleaner Leak Fluids Out of the Dirty Water Tanks When in Operation. Once I Stopped Using this Highly Scented Disinfectant the Problem Stopped. All In All this is A Great MACHINE & to be Fair Knocks Spots off the Competitors.Battery Life Is Ok i Can Clean the Whole Downstairs in Around 25 Minutes as THIS Machine Pulls the Device Along so Its Self Propelled as it were. It Distributes the Solution at it Own Pace so No Need to Keep Pressing on a Trigger to Allow Cleaning Solution to be distributed. So Far So Good I’m More than Pleased With its Performance . I Should Of Bought this Before Buying the Vax that Lasted only 2 Days.
I have tried many floor cleaners – I needed to replace my old trusty vax hard floor cleaner with the spinning brush bottom which they no longer do. I had a bissell which scratched the limestone floor, a vax platinum, ditto on the scratches, a karcher floor cleaner, which leaked water out and had a tiny waste tank then I found this fairly unknown brand. It is brilliant and I have sold another 2 for tineco by recommending to my brother (loves it) and father in law (also loves it). It lasts a long time on a charge, cleans brilliantly, the water is disgusting!! And the self clean feature works well (its scary that there’s so much dirt trapped in the roller). It is easy to use and not too heavy, its made well. Some times its a bit fiddly to get the clean tank in and out but other than this super happy!
So impressed with this year. Made light work of cleaning my sealed wooden floor. Wished found this years ago. Definitely recommend, self cleans, excellent. Arrived from Amazon within a day of ordering.
This is amazing even for extremely muddy brown floors. I bought a 30 mop and it was not it. I spent over 1 hour cleaning the floors before this and 20 mins later looked the same. Now the garden has been fixed and even when it’s a complete muddy mess I don’t use max mode. I don’t spend more than 15 mins for sparkling floors. I would recommend this to anyone with dogs or kids. But. Are you ocd or a perfectionist this won’t be good enough for you. But for those without ocd I will recommend this forever. It is the best purchase of my life. I only wish we didn’t have carpet upstairs. But that is renting life. 🙂

I could not love this more. I’m a serial mop and hoover buyer, with a large open floor plan with very light grey tiles and 9 dogs (don’t ask me what I was thinking). This machine cleans the floor and hoovers in one. It’s changed my life. We used to argue who was going to mop/hoover, now we argue who gets to use the machine. Genuinely don’t know how we lived without one for so long. Game changer. Get one 😉
This is amazing, so easy to use and set up, never thought my floors weren’t clean until we got this. Would highly recommend we have LVT and on the first use the water was brown so it shows how much it actually cleans
We have tiled floors throughout our flat and this is great , only use it wet so I can’t comment on it as a hoover , my floors have never been so clean , what was a tedious job of hoovering , mopping , waiting for the floor to dry is now done in next to no time in one go , wish I’d got one years ago
It is a great multi purpose cleaner.
The battery didn’t last long enough for my big house, so a 2nd battery option would be highly recommended.
I gave this to someone with a small house and purchased a cleaner with mains electric.
But would definitely recommend for small areas.

Great product, makes life easier. My only grumble is it doesn’t “mop” to the edge, misses half an inch. Even with this wouldn’t be with out it in my life now

Brilliant. Better than others on the market in my opinion & I’ve tried a couple. We have a dog who constantly messes up the tiled kitchen floor and it’s brilliant. Clean quality is very good and dries quick! Easy to clean once you learn how to do it a few times.
This is a game changer! I still have to vacuum around the skirting board edges a few times a week, as it has about an inch gap that it leaves, but for everyday use, it is amazing.
I absolutely love my floor cleaner. Saves so much agro not having the vacuum/sweep and then mop. We have quite a lot of tiles and vinyl downstairs and this little godsend has been perfect, especially during lockdown where everyone is in the house all the time. We are a family with two young children and two cats so all the muddy footprints can get a bit much but this floor cleaner has made me more inclined to clean the floors more often. I’d definitely repurchase this again.

I really love this, it makes my porcelain tiles shine. Its easy to clean and use. The suction pulls the head along almost as though its hovering. The battery lasts for me to clean the whole of my downstairs.
Very little but easy assembly. Fantastic cleaner (although slightly embarrassed colour of water afterwards). Left small gap near skirting boards. Would highly recommend

I love this machine, I thought our floors were clean until I used this machine. Great battery time. Super easy to use. Easy to clean. My only criticism is that you cannot get into tight corners and theres about 2cm round the edge that it doesn’t get to. But all in all a game changer.
This cleaner makes cleaning my kitchen floor a breeze.
No more getting out a mop and bucket and having a shopping wet floor! This cleaner has it all on board! Just fill the small water tank, add a careful of the cleaner, then run the cleaner over the floor. The dirty water is collected separately so the floor is not being cleaned using progressively dirtier water. The dirty water is sucked up leaving the floor only slightly wet meaning it dries very quickly.
The self cleaning function is very useful too- cleaning the mop roller after use at th touch of a button.
I am very pleased with my purchase and would thoroughly recommend it.
I am really impressed with this machine. It is simple to use yet very efficient. It sweeps and washes at the same time and is very quick drying. We have recently had a large tiled extension and my wife wanted a cordless machine in order that she didn’t have to keep changing the socket position as she cleaned. The battery hardly ran down even though the entire floor and hall were cleaned.
It has symbols that indicate if more clean water is needed or if the dirty water tank is full. It also has a self clean symbol if the roller has become too dirty/dusty.
We also bought another filter and roller as these should be cleaned after each use, and we prefer to have one spare.
If there is one small downside, it can’t get right up against the wall, but this is easily rectified with a damp cloth.
All in all would definitely recommend and well worth paying a little bit more
We have used this item several times now and find it very easy to use. The item comes with spare filter, one comment found mentioned getting spare parts. Well all that is needed it to go to the Tineco site and there is a parts section we ordered spare roller and filter which arived within week even though the site stated about month delivery.
The device carries out a self clean after use when you place it in charger and press the relevant indicator.
Overall we are very happy with the device and would recommend the item
I was sceptical at first, but this honestly does what its says. It doesn’t use alot of water and the floor dries really quick. It doesn’t get really stubbon stains off but I just spray cleaner on the really dirty parts before I start to clean my floors, by the time I get to the stubborn stains that ive let soak it cleans them and the excess water perfectly. Its made my life alot easier. I do sweep the floor quickly before using it just incase there’s any bigger bits ( like dry dog food that my dog takes all over the house) that might get stuck in it. It will suck up normal dirt and dog hair with no problem. It also cleans itself which is good. All you need to do is to rinse the dirty water tank and filter, which only takes a minuate.
It has a charging stand which is easy to use and the whole thing is smaller than I thought it was going to be and its also not very heavy.
If you are looking for something to make life easier then buy it because its worth it.
I have had the hoover now for about a month. It works well and very easy to clean out. The only problem I have is that I have. German Shepard dog and it is too much hair for the machine to cope with. So I need to hoover first with a dyson.
then use this one to wash the floor, which is still very good.
Absolutely love this wet and dry vacuum cleaner and I don’t know how I ever lived without it. It cleans well and it’s super easy to use. Love the fact that it’s cordless and the self clean function, I used to dread cleaning the mop or the steamer cloth, so happy I don’t have to ever use them again. With this cleaner, all I have to do is just refill the clean water tank and empty the dirty water tank. I can’t recommend it highly enough, in fact, I even bought a second one for my mom 🙂

As a single parent with children and pets and a disability that affects my mobility i have found this cleaner a life saver
I’m very house proud and used to have to Hoover then mop then hoover again as we have two dogs and this was the only way to get floor really clean every day

Great suction and I’ve found it actually works on carpets too – you can see the results of how well it cleans inside the cylinder take care to empty and use the self clean button every day especially with pets which i do

It picks up all the fluff etc.. might have given this product a 5* if there was steam. But it’s cold water.!
It does leave the floor streak free and clean.
I’m happy with this product but would have been happier if it was using the steam too. Maybe the company can work on that.
Very handy for cleaning the kitchen floor, whether the whole floor or ad hoc spills- much easier and more efficient then a brush or mop!
Works ok. Not over great suction. Battery duration is not over long. Charging is not very quick. Battery does not appear to be replaceable so is a future concern and if it is replaceable will probably cost a fortune. Not over strong and seems lightweight.

Great floor cleaner, easy to use, light and recommended if you have a lot of wood or laminate flooring. Easy to clean after every use and not too bulky for storage.
We have tried numerous other options to provide similar wet cleaning for tiled floors and this device so far has been superb. We cant comment on long time life yet. but what we have seen in terms of its efficacy is second to none. Very good, very light and easily manoeuvrable with a solid build quality.

Sadly had to return this item. I contacted the UK customer service to find out where to buy additional cleaning solution, given that you can only use their recommended solution, and it is unavailable.
I looked at most of the different makes of this type of machine.i thought I knew which one I was going to buy,when this one popped up it’s a wee bit more expensive than others but when you read the reviews then there is only one choice,easy to set up I have seven dogs so I get the odd puddle.this machine cleans really well it’s light so easy to use.i would highly recommend this machine.it really is second to none.read the reviews you can’t go wrong.
We have a hardwood kitchen floor that is a nightmare to clean all the time scrubbing away at it, however with this I’m now able to grab it as soon as a mess is made, no wires in the way as its sat on charge and I can clean it up straight away, no stains to get off and no getting down on my hands and knees to scrub. It’s a really compact unit so don’t expect to do a massive surface in one run but it’s great for a one of quick clean or to pick up spills.
