My Porsche
In the first week my computer froze and needed restart twice, but after updating graphic card driver it seems to be fixed.
I am surprised that such a powerful computer can be so small. It’s amazing. It runs like a Porsche.
Going from a HUGE cabinet to this tiny little thing looks like a very good choice. Highly recommended!

This product supports 2 monitors (one of the reasons I chose it), one via HDMI and the other via DisplayPort. The Dport is labelled ‘++’ meaning is it dual mode, active or passive. But it is NOT. It REQUIRES an ACTIVE connector.
It took me 3 days and multiple chats with Amazon tech team to get to the bottom of this. Venoen’s own support team were less than helpful. I asked three times for an explanation of what I needed to look for in a connector cable, and they couldn’t explain it.
There is no information on their sales page about this issue. But be warned, if you want to use the Dport, make sure you’re using an active connector.
I have one now, and both screens are working.

A very quick, compact mini-PC and excellent customer service from the Chinese firm; Venoen. Delivery time from China was approx 3-weeks. The fan can be quite noisy and you will need to buy a separate DVD / SD disk / card drive. Just enough USB ports etc for my use. I purchased my first PC in June 2021, which I was very pleased with for the first 3-months, but then it developed a problem and eventually failed to boot-up. It tried to boot-up and every few seconds the blue start-up light flickered and the fan tried to turn, but then everything stopped and the process continuously repeated itself until I unplugged the PC. The Venoen customer services Team (Tracy), were excellent and suggested many possible fixes, but nothing worked. I requested a replacement PC, which arrived a few weeks later and then I returned the broken PC to China. Tracy arranged for the cost of my postage to be refunded via Amazon and I am very happy with the new PC, which is working very well. Tracy has been excellent and I was amazed at how frequently and speedily she replied to my emails, including during mornings, evenings and weekends.
Best computer I ever had
Incredible nice computer. Excellent replacement for notebooks with docking stations. Ideal for programming/virtualizing machines. Unmatchable price comparing to notebooks. Pros:
* Excellent performance cpu and memory;
* Price
* No trouble with tons of drivers (like Dell computers).
* Good cooling system. Silent and efficient
* Multi monitor support
* Very small
Cons:
* only 1 HDMI output. For other monitors, need use of DP or usb 3.0
* no USB 3.1 port
* not the best option for some modern games
Note: my package was missed by post service. The seller offered full refund or send other unit. The sales service is has quality and cares about the product reputation. Rate 5 easy.
Amazing value
Fantasric little computer, fast and effective especially loading up dwg files.
Computer molto piccolo e compatto, proprio come lo volevo, mi avevano detto che questo tipo di computer soffriva di surriscaldamento, ma con questo mini PC, non ho mai osservato episodi di questo tipo, i venditori sono sempre super disponibili. Consigliatissimo.
Great, compact mini compute
Very pleased with this product. Runs very quickly. Really neat, small compact size. Great i7 processor with 16GB ram. Windows 10 Pro works great.
Very happy with this. Got a lightning deal on top of the money off voucher.
I bought it to act as a Plex Server (and assorted media applications) recording from a HDhomerun quattro tuner. The route is: tuner records, then converts to HEVC/h265, then moves the completed file to an external hard drive for Plex to serve up… And it works brilliantly.
To not take any chances with heat, I’ve told Windows to limit CPU to 88% so it doesn’t want to go to into any sort of turbo mode. This is very effective at keeping temperatures down. And the added benefit is that the fan is barely audible.
The processor is very capable of decoding and encoding all the popular formats of today. It transcodes really well at speeds high enough to be able to stream real-time whilst transcoding.
Other than the Plex usage, it’s got everything you need. Lots of USBs, two Ethernet, WiFi, loads of room for upgrading ssd and ram (though I didn’t need to as 16gb ram and 256gb nvme is fine for my use).
Note – the ssd arrived partitioned into two 128gb chunks. It’s easy enough to get freeware that will join them back up to one 256gb partition if you need to. I left it as is.
In short, I couldn’t be happier with this. i7 chews well through all tasks. Very nice mini pc and extremely capable. At 350, I got a bargain. Full price I’d be tempted to put one together myself and save 50 quid. It arrived 3 days after ordering.
Good machine
I expected to be able to install an additional SSD but the unit does not accommodate it. Otherwise it’s all good.
This computer is really fast and permits the control of many parameters. Took a while to come from China but worth the wait. The seller is very nice and responsive.
I wanted a small powerful server that I could run 24×7. The power of this is amazing. I replaced the preinstalled Windows 10 with Windows Server 2019, set up Hyper V and put in a couple of high capacity NVMe SSDs (yes, it was 2 NVMe slots!). Now I run several server VMs at around 60w power usage. Much better than my 400w machine. Can believe the power and size of this device. Awesome!
Great speed, welcome change for us from a 5 year old laptop.
Took one star because of following issues:
Old styled hardware look
Very tight USB slots
Had for 3 months still working well just could do with adding memory to it at some poi

Excellent little machine. So small it’s hard to believe it could be any good…. but it’s fast as and very good.
This is a great little pc. Bought on offer it is very well specified and is very fast taking the place of an i7 laptop. It is almost silent and with a tiny footprint is perfect. It did require an evtra lead to add the second monitor, a DP++ which I had never heard of. I bought one and it didn’t work! I emailed customer services from an included qr code in the box, and they advised I needed an ACTIVE DP lead, a day later and it works perfectly. We had several emails between us as I got to grips with DP terminology, and each was answered surprisingly quickly, within an hour usually!! Very impressed machine and and even more with the support. Highly recommended.
BEST ONE ON THE MARKET FOR THE PRICE
VERY FAST GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND
It is well made mini PC but I am afraid a lifespan of the processor may not be long, as an average temp is around 60 C degrees. i7 Intel processor in the desktop does not normally reach more than 30 degrees.
