Takes a lot of figuring out but it’s a very good camera for the price – though like all SIM cameras it can be glitchy. I use mine at a remote location I need to keep an eye on and having figured out the motion settings so it doesn’t go off whenever there’s a shadow – which was pretty hit and miss – it is very reassuring to be able to check in whenever I need to. I’m running it of a12v battery and solar panel and it is quite power hungry and doesn’t cope with voltage drops that well – but it’s about half the price of anything similar and I’d recommend i
In my opinion these cameras are 1st class easy set up I’m delighted with them I bought 2 well worth the price
Arrived quickly but opted for a version with a solar panel
Unboxed the camera and inserted sim before powering it on alongside a micro sd card, I then downloaded the app from the Google store and set up an account, once the account has been setup you just click add in the top right corner and scan the guid on the bottom of the camera and Volia … Its done!
Motion detection works very well and the event recording works well too. Camera quailty is good. You have to rememeber the higher quality camera you use over 4g the more data it will use.
Settings on the app are limited but you can directly connect to camera via ip for more in depth settings including onvif etc.
I will be buying more of these for projects in the future.
Really good for the money especially when the competitors are asking triple the money for the same thing!
