Instructions for use:
How to retract:
Way 1:
Use one hand to grasp the ladder by holding the tube higher than the rung you are about to retract, and unlock the latch button one by one. Retract the rungs from down to top.
Way 2:
Hold the two tubes with two hands together and press the two thumb buttons and the ladder will retract smoothly. Do not put your fingers on the rungs or between the rungs.
How to extend:
Extend the rungs from the top to down, one by one, and make sure each rung is locked completely.

Extend easily, sturdy. Difficult to close as I have arthritis

Great idea, decent price, but once ladders are extended its really hard to lower, two people required, felt safe to use, climbing wise, even at top, happy with ladders when used as steps, once again, hard to lower down back into storage position, two person job again.

Looks and feel sturdy, BUT, a little worried on several matters;
1) The instructions are difficult to read (type face is very small) and a diagram unclear, plus it appears the translation, from presumably Chinese, is literal so again a bit confusing at times.
2) A set on wheels came with the kit but no instructions.
3) A couple of user instructions do not correlate to actual practise.

Very lightweight, easy to use, Doesn’t take up much room in our Shed. Very Sturdy when fully extended.
Fit for purpose
Great product delivering value for money. It’s not as sturdy as a conventional ladder but seems safe. Great to reach high places and loft. Best of all, it collapses to 75cm and can be stored in cupboard for immediate access and use. It’s heavy but that’s expected given the materials used. Highly recommend it.
I’d seen many people using this type of ladder and wanted one but not at a horrific cost. This ticked the boxes. It’s a well made, sturdy ladder. It’s not for ” professional ” use as I think for that you would need to pay more and get a better grade but for domestic use and lighter work jobs it’s ideal. Easy to extend, lots of different heights, it really is proving to be versatile. The fact it squashes down to minimal size means it stores quickly and easily.
If I had one minor recommendation, it would be that the feet were ” adjustable “. They are non slip but don’t pivot to match the floor level so in some instances the whole foot isn’t on the ground. Technically speaking when fully extended you should have someone footing the ladder anyway but just an observation to turn this from a good product to a great produc
Very strong but watch your fingers putting them away!
These are very strong and sturdy when up, very surprised how good they are. But, when putting them down they will have your fingers off if you give them a chance.

Good ladder with lots of good uses.
It can be a little difficult to extend or collapse on your own to best to have someone help with it.
Also, when used as an A frame it is only stable when used at full extension of 2.5m. (When the rungs aren’t extended and locked in to place they can move when means the ladder can fall over).
It’s a great asset to our ladder collection!
Good ladde
These are good and sturdy for the loft and getting on top of caravan for cleaning gutters a little les sturdy once fully extended but I never need that height good size for storage but take care when collapsing ,not a problem just a small warning .

A great all rounder.
Super ladder in all respects. Very easy to use and long enough for me to reach my gutters, on a two storey house. Small enough when closed to put in the boot of my car. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and I paid a good price also, much cheaper than any store here in Dublin. Recommended!
Big ladder, little storage space.
Not the easiest ladder to use but the most versatile. It takes up very little space when stored. Practice before you use. Make sure locks are engaged before getting on ladder. As long as you check all the locks are engaged, you will discover it’s the best ladder for your home.

Weigh
The ladder is a very sturdy item, but it is heavy to lift if you happen to be an older person. Fortunately the supplier provides a pair of casters that can be fitted to the stabiliser bar and this makes it easier to move around. It is a little tricky extending the ladder rung by rung but I found that this is best done with the ladder on its side. I believe the ladder is well made and worth the 90 I paid.
Sturdy and safe
Not as sturdy as a fixed ladder but what do you expect. I felt confident on them, as confident as I do at heights. Easy to extend and retract but mind those fingers.
Versatile space saver ladders.
I like these ladders, versatile , good height, easy to use and takes up little space when folded down. Locking action seems safe and reliable. Gave it 4 stars as it can be a bit wobbly at full height however having said that I’ve used them fully extended and did not have a problem.
If you are competent and confident using scaffold equipment then this is a good buy.
I needed this product to do some roof repair work. This works well as a step ladder or plain ladder but I needed to get up to my chimney over a pan tile roof. I wanted something more versatile and adaptable than a ridge ladder and this product worked better than expected. The central hinge locks at a good range of angles which allowed this to anchor very safely over the ridge of the roof. As a ladder (both halves end to end) it does flex more than a conventional ladder at the full five metre height which means you are pressed close to the wall surface if working at the top, that’s ok for brief jobs but I wouldn’t recommend it for sustained working. At shorter lengths it is very sturdy. There have been a few negative reviews on here critical of the safety of this product but with a bit of common sense and an appreciation that any scaffold equipment carries some element of risk, in the right hands it is quite safe.

It’s compact and height ajustable. Can be straight or A frame and can cooe with stairs. It is quite heavy but that makes it sturdy and extending or collapsing it I find needs 2 people. Dies everything I need from it though.

One word of advice is to read the instructions carefully as when you recollapse this ladder each rung section collapses very quickly.If your fingers are in the way,they would be at the very least crushed.
The advantage of this ladder is you can use it for any height up to it’s maximum.It is not heavy and can be stored easily.

Very pleased with the ladders. Take a bit of getting used to, putting them up and down but each time I use them it gets easier. The instructions are very poor though.

bought these for painting , they are so much better than conventional ladders because you can drop them down to a smaller size for manoeuvring round to next spot , so no bumping holes in walls with them etc , they collapse down small enough for storage and moving them , when sitting on the very top (2.5 m up) they are stable and i don’t worry about standing on the top with a tin of paint in one hand etc … the best bit is definitely the versatility .

This is great for getting into the loft. Sturdy and it’s packs away nicely. You need to be careful not to trap your fingers when unlocking and locking each rung of the ladders

Space saving and versatile.
For space saving storage it’s fantastic, takes some time getting used to but worth it.Also very amusing watching someone working out how to use it for the first time.
Good quality ladde
Very good product, easy to extend and to close but when closing make sure your fingers are around the outside supports and not between the rungs else you will have flat fingers lol.
Seriously though it is a very good extending ladder and does what it says on the tin.
The product is heavy and seems to be of good quality – it does wobble as you would expect from a telescopic ladder but not as bad as I thought it would have.
When your up top and you look down you see a big bow in the middle which is a bit unnerving but feels solid enough. I weigh around 76Kg and you can see the bow in the pictures.
It looks and feels sturdy
Bought this to access loft as it was difficult to get a normal ladder in. I extended well into the loft space making it easier to get on and off from the top. If extends and locks very easily and collapses just as easy but do keep your fingers out of the way.
Compact for storage, practical for use
Been using this for a few weeks. On the whole, the ladders are exactly what I needed. Nice and compact when not in use, but practical and reasonably sturdy in both A Frame and Extended ladder configuration (although I have yet to use them fully extended)
These are quite heavy, but that’s just inevitable as part of the telescopic design, so not a complaint – just an observation. Takes a bit of dexterity to extend, and pack away again, partly because of the weight and partly because of needed to hold both catches in each rung when putting it away. But again, that’s not a complaint – its just a part of the necessary design, and a bit of practice doing it makes it easier.
All in all a good product. But if you don’t want something heavy or that’s a bit fiddly just go for a standard A frame or extendable ladder and accept the storage downsides.
Good value for money in my opinion.
I Will use this ladder to access the roof of my caravan. Very good size to store. only problem is to secure unused steps when moving position.
Ease and practicality
This has to be one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. This is a superb ladder. Lightweight but extremely sturdy. Easy to operate and takes no space up at all. You could put it into the boot of your car and still have plenty of room. Cannot recommend enough. Well done to the makers.
Be careful when reducing each telescoped step
Very easy to assemble (extend) and reduce to carry size but be very careful when sliding each telescoped step down – it slides fast and will guillotine any fingers in the way- warning!!! When fully extended it was more bendy/flexing than I expected so a more vertical position is required. Light to carry and easy to store
Took a little adjusting too
Having extended the ladder partially, attempts to pick it up and move it to position it can lead to further extension occurring. If the strap had a bit more velcro on this could be avoided or just extend the bottom rungs rather than the top ones… (unextended rungs increase the step height obviously, so you probably want those at the top where you aren’t stepping anyway!)

Perfect for my needs.
Easily to store, light and stable. They give me a chance to get up a clear the guttering etc, without having to carry un-widley ladders about. Very easily transported inside the car/ truck and dont take any space up in the garage.
I occasionally need to carry a ladder for work and this was a far cheaper option than buying an entire roof-rack system for my new car. I didn’t know telescopic ladders came as long as 5 metres and I was concerned it wouldn’t fit in the boot (it does) or wouldn’t be as practical as a standard extension ladder (but it is). Seems very sturdy, only slightly more bendy than a normal ladder, and though a bit heavier when setting up, more versatile too.
Watch you don’t drop your fingers when closing the latter😂
Definitely what I wanted when ordering a ladder the only thing wrong was it had some screws missing but after contacting the seller he offered to refund the cost of the screws or send out replacement ones which we were happy with not easy to set up but once you done it a few times you get the hang of i
The ladder is great once you get it up.
There are so many many parts that it does take a while to erect. You can do it on your own, but it is probably quicker with two people. Where this ladder really comes into its own is when its folder and the small space it occupies!
It is heavy and I guess you would want a ladder to be sturdy, but that being said, it is also very portable.

Heavy to move around when it’s folded , foot of the ladder was hard to screw and aline the holes . But just what we needed for our needs .
I bought this ladder to access the roof and high areas of my motorhome without the need to stand on the roof. I have a padded hood that I hook over the top of the ladder to avoid marking the paintwork. All the concerns I had before use were totally unfounded and I’m very pleased with this purchase. The alternative would have been a tall stepladder, but transporting this and using it on uneven ground would not have been as easy as the telescopic ladder alternative.
Great ladder – I’ve used it for a couple of months now and it’s never been anything other than safe and secure. Yes it bends like all telescopics but that’s just how they work. Nice light, but above all cheap and safe, telescopic ladder. If you haven’t already got one like this for quick jobs then I’d go for it – it’ll change your life!

fantastic ladders, does the job, but can do with more strength to control the flex, but that’s totally on the locked ring when it folds.
Purchased this ladder because it can be used as a straight ladder or as a step ladder. There are comments about its weight and it might benefit from a set of retractable wheels, however I don’t believe that the weight is excessive and have found it to be easy to move around while painting ceilings and walls.
The ladder is very sturdy, particularly as a step ladder but in my opinion it doesn’t work quite as well as a staight ladder as it does tend to bow a little. I have no qualms about using it fully extended as a step ladder and have used it as a straight ladder three quarters extended, but because of teh bowing I’m not sure that I would be so comfortable using it at full extension as a straight ladder, even though I am sure it would be safe.
Until you get used to the opperation it is easy to get your fingers caught when folding the ladder down as the steps only lock into place when they are extended. It would be nice if you could lock them in place when concertenered down too as it would make folding it down a little easier.
That said this is a great purchase and I am very pleased with it and I would hesitate to recommend it to other people.
Ladder arrived today and was I impressed with how robust the item was. It does feel a little heavy but this is a large ladder that reaches 5M. Have practiced using he ladder, takes a little while to get the hang of things but all worked OK. As posted for other telescopic ladders you need to care when folding the ladder to ensure your fingers do not get trapped. As already stated the ladder is heavy at 19.5KG and will therefore fold quicker than you may expect! All that said once practiced at using the ladder I think it is a quality well made item. Does not occupy loads of space in the garage either. Will use to paint the outside of the house over the coming weeks, will let you know how it all goes.
