Brought this Bulb for a second Hand Lamp exactly as described. Does the trick put the bulb in & it worked. Cheap enough & came the next as stated via Amazon Prime had Bulb for over a Month now still working as expected. I’m pleased with the product but as always time will tell.
Great Temperature!
Bought these to use in those over-the-stovetop extractors as the previous lights had broken, these are just the perfect temperature to make the place feel cozy! Good brightness as well and so far they haven’t given me any problems.

Comprei para substituir lmpadas de halognio num exaustor de fumos de cozinha. Inicialmente tive algum receio relativamente ao “ambiente” em que iriam funcionar “calor, humidade, gordura”. Mas para j tudo bem… Vou esperar mais algum tempo para aferir a real durabilidade.

Tengo ya unas cuantas de stas, y ms que tendr si el precio de la luz sigue disparado hacia el infinito, a la velocidad de ella misma.
Emiten una luz muy blanca, apenas se calientan, y ya se deduce de ah que el ahorro energtico debe ser considerable, en comparacin a las de incandescencia.

Habe vor zwlf Jahren meinen Spiegelschrank im Badezimmer gekauft und nun den ersten Birnenwechsel vornehmen mssen. Da es die einfachen Glhbirnen nicht mehr gibt, kaufte ich blind die LED Birnen. Vor zwlf Jahren war es gewiss kein Standard, diese Schrnke LED kompatibel zu bauen, wie die heutigen Deckenfluter. Glck gehabt, die LED Birne passt und der Schrank leuchtet wieder. Wie konnte ich nur ohne LED Birnen leben? Das Badezimmer von zwei Metern Lnge und ein Meter fnzig in der Breite erleuchtet so hell, wie die Beleuchtung einer Deckenlampe. Es ist ein warmes, angenehmes Licht. Die Stimmung hellt sich sofort auf, statt gedrckt zu werden. Das Bad wird damit zu einer Wohlfhloase, wo die Tageszeit keinerlei Rolle mehr spielt, weil man das Licht nun gern anschaltet. ber die Langlebigkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, da die Birne frisch gewechselt wurde und es die erste LED Glhbirne im Haushalt ist. Doch das warme Licht ist Grund genug, die letzten Glhbirnen von vor zwlf Jahren aus der Fassung zu drehen, um sie durch LED Birnen zu ersetzen.

Great replacement LED bulbs.
I replaced a hall light and needed two new bulbs, these are great – very low wattage and give a bright, warm light in the hallway (not that pure white LED light). Arrived prompt & well-packaged via Amazon Prime. I can’t rate their longevity yet but I’m hoping for a long-life from them too.

They’re bulbs.
They fit as expected.
They produce light when switched on and don’t when switched off.
They didn’t blow up when I first used them.
They haven’t died on me after a week or so.
If you need bulbs this size and shape they’ll do you fine.

Prese per sostituire quella di base fornita sulla cappa della cucina di IKEA. Funziona benissimo e consuma 1/10 di quella originale. fa una luce calda piacevolissima e la luminosit intensa, quasi direi pi di quella originale.
Il prezzo del pacco da due per mi sembra un po’ alto se comparato con i pacchi di maggiori di dimensioni, per esempio da 8 lampadine.
Tutto sommato mi sento di consigliarle, vedremo nel futuro quanto dureranno.

These are great, bright bulbs. I wanted dimmable bulbs and these are non dimmable but that’s my fault for missing that in the description.
Much more than 10% brighter!
Bought as an experiment to replace a couple of ‘corn-cob’ LEDs of a couple of years ago for a cooker hood. These bulbs are very much brighter, despite an alleged increase only from 5 to 5.5W. Improved technology, improved design or poorly-controlled testing I don’t know, but I’m happy with the results!
Longevity star-rating is, of course, a complete unknown, as they have been in place for less than a week.

Bright and efficie
Bought to replace traditional tungsten bulb in my daughters moon lamp and I have to say its very bright which is exactly what we wanted. The fact its LED also means we no longer have to worry as much about it overheating and its far more efficient on energy consumption too. Good value, very pleased.

GOOD LIGHT
Not much you can say about light bulbs. Good light for a small bulb, but I’m waiting for this size in a long life format, I don’t want to buy throw away stuff of any type but when you have no choice, you have to.

Do A Good Job At A Competitive Price
We have been on something of a crusade of late to replace our halogen bulbs with LEDs. These bulbs, from the Amazon Basics range, come at a decent price and, having tested them against much more expensive LEDs, performed very well. They produce a nice warm glow, not too clinically white, and at least as bright as the 40 watts they claim to be equivalent to.
LEDs normally claim a life of between 15,000 and 40,000 hours. These mention a 15 year life so you are not only saving on the cost of energy but also by not having to buy regular replacements. Now LED bulbs have reached mass market prices they really are a must buy and these particular bulbs certainly do the job at a very competitive price.

Good, basic product at a good price. Standard screw fitting, and I’ll get back to you in a couple of years on how long lasting they are!
Good bulbs
I love LED bulbs they give a clear light with no warm up time (unlike spiral and stick bulbs) and stay cool (unlike Halogen’s). These bulbs fitted my floor lamps and give a nice warm white light not a harsh blue tone that you can get with daylight white bulbs. I can’t comment yet on their longevity. They come packaged in a cardboard box and in cardboard holders inside the box. This is much preferable compared to the sealed plastic hanging units bulbs usually come in and that are both bad for the environment and almost impossible to open. Decent price too. Great.
Having just tested a very similar offering from Philips, we were not expecting these to come out of this looking good, but they do. These are a pair of small screw-in bulbs that arer idea for small lamps. The light they prioduce is a bright white, parhaps a little too white for subtle lighting, but they should be good vaue if they last as long as claimed. So far so good – none have failed. They dim, which is a big plus for a low-energy bulb, and they certainly don’t seem to get as hot as some bulbs we’ve tried.
These are far cheaper than the Philips option, which is the key decision-making point for these bulbs. If we could find Philips ones at this price, we’d buy them, but we can’t.

Environmentally friendly
This is a pair of bright, low-wattage and long-lasting (around 15,000 hours). At the time of writing the Amazon page for these bulbs wasn’t shown but if it is it would be interesting to see how much these bulbs cost in electricity per year (on other AmazonBasics bulbs they list this with figures less than 1 which is good value).
They are A+ energy rated which means they are energy efficient so not using much energy. Plus the packaging is easy to open and made of recyclable cardboard which is also good for the environment.

I have replaced the bulbs throughout my home with LEDs to save money, and this bulb is the perfect replacement for the small size screw-in bulb (E14) in a couple of bedside lights. The bulb produces a warm white light which is exactly the same as the light colour of incandescent bulbs. However, the bulb uses only a fraction of the power. The bulb is of sturdy construction and looks like it will last a long time.
If you’re thinking about swapping to LEDs, I would recommend it because the initial outlay should be repaid reasonably quickly for two reasons:
(1) you’ll save money by not having to replace bulbs so often (LEDs are estimated to last tens of thousands of hours); and
(2) you’ll save money from much lower running costs (this bulb uses only 4W compared to the equivalent incandescent bulb’s 40W).
Some general points to bear in mind when considering buying LEDs:
* When buying LED bulbs, always check the bulb’s light colour: ‘warm white’ (2700-3000K) is equivalent to regular incandescent bulbs and at the other extreme is ‘daylight white’ (6000K) which is a bright blue stimulating light.
* LED bulbs can come up a little bigger than incandescent or halogen bulbs which is something to bear in mind if your lampshade is small or close-fitting. Check the product dimensions online.
* It seems to me that brightness measurements are a developing area. I don’t know how manufacturers measure lumens; perhaps they have some sort of lumen meter or perhaps the lumen value is simply calculated based on Watts. However, having tested lots of different bulbs from several different manufacturers, the lumen output of lightbulbs of the same wattage can vary.
* LED lights barely heat up so they’re fine to use in lamps that curious little hands might grab!
At the time of writing this review, no price is shown so I am unable to comment on value for money.
Brilliant Bulbs
You just cant’t go wrong with these bulbs. They give off a really nice natural light. White and warm..ish. But not that annoying yellow. Ideal for reading ceiling chandelier type lights or table lamps. Being LEDs they should last for just about as long as they’re in place and they’ll cost you around a tenth on the cost of running your old style 40 watt bulb. No brainer!

Ordered as replacement for some Ikea lamps and I don’t know what to say really other than they work, they’re the right brightness for bedside lamps and that they came well-packaged to avoid any damage. A bit over-packaged if anything but that’s the Amazon way.
