Had issue with a few items from 48 place setting but was sent 2 full place settings when reported and all good, great communication and quality is good. Very happy with service and quality.
Love this set of plates and they look nice on the table. Purchased one set for ourselves and one for our friends. On one mug there was a small chip and 2 small plates had some smudges but the seller was very kind and professional and replaced them quickly.

This is such a colourful dining set. I smile each time I use it or even open the cupboard. I have the mugs on display on my kitchen shelf which adds pops off colour as I enter the room each morning. Brilliant.

I really love this dinner set, the quality is excellent and the colours mix and match so well. One of the cups had a chipped rim and the seller didn’t just replace the damaged item, but today we received 4 replacement cups. Excellent customer service.

We bought the 32 Piece multicoloured set which are lovely and red is a favourite of my partner and she loves the. We did end up with 3 that had slight chips that was not due to poor or substantial packaging. Reaching out for support we were sent a full set of the red after I mentioned it been the best colour.
Outstanding on all counts, I would have included pictures but they are packaged away for our new house but will add later.

Bought the 16pc tropical set for my girlfriend for Christmas and we both absolutely love it. Design is lovely, colours bold and structurally they are very solid. Despite being packaged well, unfortunately one of the mugs had its handle break in shipping. I contacted the seller who responded the same day to say he would send a replacement. The replacement arrived a couple weeks later and rather than just replace the mug I received a whole orange 4pc set! Fantastic customer service, and a high quality product at a great price.

Bought these to replace our miss matched old crockery, very happy with the set, solid and good quality, the bowls are slightly bigger than our last set, so I keep adding to much breakfast cereal.
Also the bowls don’t fit the rack as easy in our dishwasher, 3rd world problems that don’t affect the product, so very pleased otherwise.
One of my bowls came damaged, i contacted the seller and got replacement really quick. The dishes are good quality overall, although one got little scratched but it is fine.

Really pleased with the dinner set. It looks more expensive than it is. It did take a long time to arrive but that was Hermes fault and the seller was very apologetic. Also, one side plate was broken but seller replaced with a pack of 4 plates so I now have some spare. The only other thing is that they are a bit too large for my dishwasher, I didn’t measure them so my fault but my husband has managed to bend the internal spokes back so that they can go at more of an angle. Overall very pleased.
The set has excellent quality and beautiful vibrant colors. The delivery was fast and consumer services is excellent.

We bought this crockery for our caravan as it lovely and bright. We had a problem with a flaw on one of the mugs. I contacted the seller…their Customer service was brilliant. They apologised and said they would replace it with four more mugs and they arrived the next day, at no extra cost….In this day and age I feel that a lot of businesses just ignore any customer issues, and everything is blamed on Covid! The product is sturdy, looks great, and definitely fits the bill. Full marks to this Seller…I won’t hesitate to purchase from them again!

Love the mixed blue colours, and the hand made artisan look. I have open plate racks in ny kitchen, so these really enhance the overall look. Really sturdy and think they will last a long time. The other benefit is that i can order extra pieces if required. Extremely well packaged and arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.
When I received mine I was slightly disappointed as a number of them had little pin pricks without glaze, or bit of glaze missing around the edges slightly, and a few knobbles here and there, but mainly one plate had very faint black markings and made the set seem odd. I spoke to the seller and they promptly replaced the four plates free of charge, so now I have extra (also the original delivery was practically next day despite saying it would be a week).
My only gripe is the replacement set were all fine but a slightly different shade of red. You can only tell side by side and I know batch to batch this will happen. However, given they look so good, and I have a few extra plates, I’m happy with the price I paid for what I got as they look great.
Note that the bottoms of the plates and bowls are not fully glazed, there is an unglazed rim of the “legs”, however they don’t scratch the plates beneath. The plates are very durable and should t scratch with light use of a normal knife, however use a sharp steak knife and you will see some slight scratches in the glaze.
Would I recommend them? Yes, if you get any problems replaced (which it seams they will sort) or if your lucky enough to get an immaculate set which I doubt is possible unless I was just unlucky.

I bought two sets, so able to serve eight people. The colour is extremely attractive, the smaller/dessert plates are a good size as alternative dinner plates for children and/or weight watchers. The large dinner plates are generous, as are the soup dishes, in fact I am delighted with this purchase, I could not be more pleased.
Products arrived in less time than stated. Unfortunately one of the cups had a broken handle, notified customer service and within four days had a replacement set of four.
I loved the look of this dinner set as soon as I saw it on Amazon and when it arrived, it didn’t disappoint! I love the minimal pattern of a few paint spatters and the fact that one of the colour options was to have four shades of blue crockery in one set!
It arrived earlier than stated , well packaged, and when I wrote to the seller to say that one of the dinner plates has a tiny scratch on it (probably during the firing) they immediately sent me a replacement, no messing, no fuss. I really can’t comment on their durability as I’ve only been using them for a few days, but another plus point about them is that they stay hot for aaaages which is great for keeping your meal warm when you pre-warm the plates/bowl.

I bought this set simply for the colour because they matched the colour of my tiles, but having said that I was pleasantly surprised. It’s stoneware and I thought they might be thick and heavy but they weren’t. Really happy with my purchase.

The set arrived packed in a well protected fashion. The plates are heavier than I thought, really large and wash well in the dishwasher. The four colours are cheerful. I bought a set of 4 to start with and will definitively buy another set soon. The soup/cereals/salad bowl are deep and well formed.
Lovely dinnerset I brought 2 sets as I set isnot enough for us, the only set back I have found with it, that’s the where you cut food on the plate it leaves faint knife marks, cour does not fade in the dishwasher, and holds heat very well

This dinner set was a Christmas present for my daughter, she absolutely loves them but unfortunately she dropped a side plate and to replace is quite expensive. You can’t buy single so to replace 1 plate is going to cost 25
These plates are absolutely gorgeous, I purchased 2 sets in this colour but then realised I preferred the lighter blue. Their customer service swapped them free of charge, no questions asked, arranging for a courier to pick them up from our house due to the strict January lockdown. Totally amazed by the customer service and very pleased with the dinner set!!

I was a bit duovirus on this purchase but what a surprise I got. Wife’s choice of colour but when arrived I noticed the quality of all the pieces and the blackspray is top class. Great useful set, 32 pieces. Cream is a lovely colour with flecks. Seems very sturdy. There was a small crack on one of the desert plate edge. I contacted the customer service and a few days later I received a replacement. Fantastic!
For the price the quality is great, not all the plates are exactly the same size, some are slightly bigger than others but for what you pay it is good value, and i am very happy with it.

This dinner set is the first time i have payed over the odds and its true you pay for what you get. This dinner set looks good and feels well made over the moon with the product and would recommend .
Absolutely beautiful and strong. Just had a bit of paint chipped off when they arrived on a mug and 2 plates. I’m not massively fussed and I need them but for the price, I feel they should be in extremely good condition on arrival.
Bought a load for my sister’s birthday. She just loves it. What you can’t see in the photo is that it’s not solid colour, but actually a lovely cherry red with black speckles and edging. Pricing was a bit silly. I wanted three sets (each set 4 of everything). There was a special offer 5% off. However if I ordered all 3 sets in one go I only got 5% off one set. Duh! Put in three separate orders though. Result, and made the delivery packages smaller and easier to handle as well. Delivery was very quick indeed, much faster than advised, so nephew had to hide the packs in his room for weeks:)

After a little back luck with the shipping (the seller responded promptly and helpfully to my email and rapidly dispatched a replacement shipment when it was established the first one “was lost”) the set arrived today and, oh my goodness, i’ts just beautiful. I’m absolutely thrilled, and so is my 15 year old son who is finally starting to get more involved in the kitchen.
Honestly, there’s nothing like really good crockery to enthuse a reluctant cook!
The colours are, actually, much richer than in the images (I thought, anyway), and matched our existing set perfectly. Everything that arrived was a good size and weight – solid and heavy, but not TOO heavy – and evenly glazed and made.
It was, I’ll admit a little bit of an adventure getting them, but now they’re here I’m absolutely delighted – and excited to serve lunch on them later!

The main reason for my purchase was colour, yet they are a darker blue than the pictures.
This was somewhat disappointing, but they are still a nice set.
In the first day of use! We had a scratch on one. Now, no hard utensils had been used on it, so this was also very disappointing.
I enjoy using them, and for the product you get, they are a bit over priced.
he set came tightly packed in the box, no damage on the way, only one very small scratch mark on one side plate (less than 1 cm) can’t really see it unless you go looking! Lovely design, I got the red set, would highly recommend this.

This dinner set is bright and vibrant of fantastic quality with a very sturdy feel to them. They have a beautifully hand finished appearance which gives them an earthy back to nature vibe. When set out they have an air of the Mediterranean which is exactly what I was hoping for. Extra fast delivery, fantastically packaged.
