Good quality, a lot of adjustment to get good coverage of both light and detection. Easy to install.

The quality of materials / build is not great but the product does work well. The sensor has both horizontal and vertical adjustment so is easy to set and makes the unit a good choice for mounting above a garage door. The low glare lenses reduce light output so the level of illumination is roughly equivalent to 200 w halogen bulb. The unit illuminates a double drive well but you need something brighter for a large garden.

The four stars are for the customer service from Safield Distribution – so good to deal with a company that cares for their customers.
The loss of one star was for a faulty sensor on an otherwise excellent light.

Powerful light. Can’t comment on ease of fitting as electrician did that, but he didn’t make any comment so it must have been ok. Pity so many lights are made of plastic these days as quality varies. This one seems ok though.

To date the lights are working great. I have recently had problems with other lights failing in inclement weather. To date these are working fine. Well recommended

These LED twin lights with motion sensor are brighter than expected. The sensibility of sensor (on mine) is not very sensitive, only light up when getting very close to it. Although a little pricey but very impress when is on (see the pics) and very easy to install as well, I would suggest sealant round the edge between rough brick wall and unit (after installation) for rain protection.

Motion sensor LED twin lights, brighter than expected!

Easy to fit. Bright white light, does not dazzle you. Good range and spread of light. Took my time deciding which light to buy, but I made the best choice with this light.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI needed to replace a Biard fitting which only lasted 14 months before the LED unit failed. A shame really as in my opinion it was one of the smartest looking security lights out there. I searched high and low for a suitable contender and decided upon a twin lamp unit so as to light up part of my garden previously uncovered by the previous single lamp fitting. There are many! The few reviews available that I read about this one all declared a quality look and feel which alerted my curiosity. I was worried that the 46W output would not be enough as it is shared by the two lamps. It is not the cheapest unit out there but has a two year warranty and I know Amazon would accept a return if it was not suitable. The unit was easy to mount, I already have a junction box and so fed a round three core 0.75mm into the provided cut out. I think flat twin and earth would not be the best to connect up inside the lamp. In test mode I was able to set up the timer, I have never been impressed with these dial type settings. It remained at 30 seconds until I turned the dial almost a third of the way which then gave a minute of light. The lux setting I set to full darkness which operates the lamp at dusk. The sensitivity is excellent and the more you tilt it upwards the bigger the sensitivity area. I needn’t have worried about the power, both lamps seem to give off more light than my previous single 50W fitting. It looks stylish although not as much as the Biard fitting which was slim line with a full glass front. This one is plastic but at least there is nothing to corrode. I applied a little silicone to the heads of the fixing screws so hopefully it should be weather proof, the fitting is IP54 rated which is more than some.
I shall update the review if either the lamp/lamps fail or water gets in!
