Slimline, bright & versatile
This is a great LED lamp. I have a tall sealed terrarium & on not so sunny days it needs LED light to thrive. This little lamp is perfect. Non obtrusive, provides light at many levels of brightness & colours. A great buy!
Good ligh
Pleased with this light which I use for crafting. Like the fact it doesn’t take up much room on desk. Light and easy to move around. Like the different brightness options.
Best lamp for nail techs
The best lamp I’ve ever had ! It’s so easy to move it around while working on nails, the light is powerful , I love the brightness feature,and the timer .
The quality is amazing , looks very slick and yea overall very very happy with the purchase.
It does exactly what is says it will do, but better.
What I really like is the timer function, I like to read before I go to sleep, and I often fall asleep with my bedside lamp still on in the morning. This is perfect.
Does the job without breaking the bank
This is a stylish and functional lamp. The build quality is good, light temperatures are well defined, and it is easy to control. I use the lamp for a better picture in video calls, to light up my desk, and as an ambient light. I’d recommend.

Pretty happy with the purchase it can easily be plugged in near my monitor because not very big, and its powered by USB, it also has one you can use to charge things on the base as well, and I like that you can change the colour and dimness.
This lamp is a great replacement for my old desk lamp that bit the bullet. It works really well and the way you can tilt and swivel it means that depending on what I am working on, I can always make sure I have the right light to it. The varrying brightness and colour warmth is handy, but not used as frequently, as I mainly just keep it on the warmest colour and a medium bightness, but the feature do work well when I have thought I needed to change them.
Love this lamp.
I do a lot of 3D modelling and when appying decals, painting or general cleaning up of the parts I can have this lamp right over my work. It does a good job. I would have liked it to be rechargeable to move around more easily but it wasn’t billed as such so that’s down to me. Be aware that the base is not very heavy so there are positions you can’t use and the upright bar doesn’t go back beyond 90 degrees so the only way you can get the lamp low is forward and too far forward or to the side and it will tip.
All in all though, I am pleased with it.
Perfectly Acceptable
Bought as needed a replacement and didn’t want to pay silly money for something that is a basic function-able item. I needed to change things round a bit as USB lead powered (short lead).
No complaints ----- but!
Works well and extremely easy to find in the dark — I use it as a bedside lamp. Perhaps somebody will explain just why I have received a full credit due to returning goods —– which I didn’t. Alternatively, please put me on the ‘Full Credit Every Time List’ ——— I like it.
Compact study ligh
bought for my son for his desk. nice and compact so as not to get in the way. Has an additional port at the rear to allow you to plug in (and charge i assume) another usb cable. Possibly this may have been better placed at the front or side instead as may be fiddly to access on a regular basis

Bought for use when doing detailed craft work. Adaptable height of light bar is useful, as is the choice of warmth of light. Still needs an annoying cable plugged in to wall where I use it but I can live with that.

NB this is a USB light.
Not clear from the instructions how to prevent sleep mode from cutting in, so the light turns off unpredictably. Also the light level is a bit touch sensitive when turning the light on, I often have to adjust the brightness. NO SAVED SETTING FOR PREFERRED BRIGHTNESS.
So pretty and easy to use
Just got it! Haven’t had chance to use it as I’m doing a set but when trying it out I kinda loved how much light it added to my plant and may double as a plant light! So many settings and rotates and moves so easy! Really worth the price
Pretty good, but wobbles
Seems pretty good. But my one won’t sit flat on a desk – it’s like the whole bottom is slightly deformed. Can probably sort with a bit of blu-tac rather than sending back, but makes me suspect it’s not as high quality as it looks! But other than that it seems good, not hugely bright but enough for me, and really nice to be able to make a warmer white in the evening.
It could do with being a higher energy saving rating
I found this easy to use and charge and was delivered promptly and well packaged though the post man had broken the cardboard when shoving it through the letterbox no internal damage though
Sleek and good looking
Good bed side addition. Different color settings to meet different need. Adjustable brightness settings is so cool. Touch buttons works like a charm. Folds and fits easily to save space. Metal finish is sturdy.

Really like this. I had re ordered this because I loved the previous one and wanted two. This one though was different than the first one. The first one was better, hence only 4 stars
This is a very nice, bright light! It takes a little time to realise how the controls work but, once mastered, it’s great! However, leave it off for any length of time and it won’t switch back on; you need to remove and re-connect the power for it to wake up again. I did write to the UK distributor to find out if this meant I had a faulty unit but they ignored my request!
That doesn’t detract from the fact that this is an otherwise great desk lamp!
Really Good
I was amazed at how good this lamp is for the price. I bought it to replace a flimsy plastic thing which cost the same. It is sturdy, stylish and offers a whole range of lighting options. I would highly recommend, I use mine for working from home but it would be a good hobby lamp or even a night light on a bedside table. Really pleased.
I use my light for painting hobby, offers great light. I have used it for reading with the different warmth setting and for streaming too works well with everything.
However I have 2 major complaints:
1: so swivel on the lamp, would be very handy to be able to tilt the lamp, but since it’s not heavy I can just move it when using it to paint miniatures.
2: at the max setting the light works great, however when you use the dimmer it makes a very high pitched sound that is very very annoying if you don’t have headphones on. For me it’s a non issue since I’m always watching videos or listening to music but for readers I wouldn’t recommend it because of that.
This lamp does what it says, with a convenient design for a study desk and a wide range of brightness and colours. On its brightest setting, it sometimes flickers; however, if I adjust the brightness to just under full the light is steady. The colour adjustment allows me to select a bright white or a range of warmer reds, but to be honest I never use anything but the default white. The USB plug provides a handy charge point on the desk, but it is only rated for 1A and won’t rapid-charge a phone or tablet. I did have an audio device powered from it, but the power supply has some 50Hz noise which limits its use.
I have never used the sleep feature.
It’s still going strong after 2 months of daily use. I expect it to last much longer, of course, but some LED products I have received failed only after a few hours.
Quality is good and same as seller mention.

If you want a nightlight that’s bright enough but not too bright for the eyes, this is perfect. It’s a lot bigger than I thought it would be and great quality. It doesn’t get really bright but that’s what I wanted. It changes from warm to white light and can be bent into position. It’s very modern looking which fits the theme in my house.

Very handy light-weight desk/bedside light. Various light settings- from white to warm orange. Intensities from full on to restfully dim. Touch switches an added bonus. Slight downside is you need a mains 3 pin with usb socket but can use the lamp [as I some times do plugged into my laptop usb port. all in all a good lightweight light. would recommend.

Very bright but makes noise
This light is very good, lots of good settings and features. However it does often make a high-pitched continuous noise when on, which doesn’t stop when the settings are changed and can get a bit annoying.

Easy to use – not that manual helped as no indication as to which socket to use for power (micro-USB into lamp, normal USB into some power source). No independent transformer!
I loved the instruction: ‘According to personal use of anger, you can adjust the height and direction of the luminaire to achieve the best use’ – no amount of shouting and swearing made the slightest difference! Perhaps it is a particular sort of ‘anger’ that is required? I am desperately try to make sure that I ‘do not let product explode’!!
Good news base is reasonably heavy in proportion to the weight of the arm. The different light tones facility is definitely useful. Dimming and ‘sleep’ modes not of great interest to me, but perhaps good for children.
Lamp is at advertised- has a nice range of brightness and light warmth options, and can be moved around easily. Comes with a useful USB port, but sometimes when I plug my phone for recharging when the lamp is at maximum brightness, the phone stops charging (you have to tone down brightness to mid-level if you want to avoid this). Also, weirdly, the lamp sometimes turns on by itself in the middle of the night or else abruptly changes the light colour or brightness level (again, this only happens if the phone is plugged, and rarely). As others have noted, the lamp comes without a plug and may topple over if you try some rather extreme angles. Despite these minor setbacks, overall I like it.

It’s a lamp
Nice lamp, not heavy at all so can get moved around accidentally. The light features work perfectly. Considerable variation between cold & warm, low & high level.
On the minus side, the charge function stops working when the lamp is on, most of the time. But most annoyingly, because there is no actual switch on the unit to turn it on, in the dark the touch icons are invisible. So, much feeling around the base to get it to switch on.
Oh, and if you hadn’t been aware, this lamp does not plug into the mains, nor is it chargeable/rechargeable. You will need a spare usb charge outlet nearby.
Overall, for me a good purchase.
Nice ligh
A nice light that looks great as well. Love the different lighting functions as well as sleep mode so no complaints.
I’ve seen some reviews expressed that it didn’t stay in place but I’ve had mine for 2 months and a few days now (always opened out) and it stays in place whatever angle I move it to.
I will try to update review if I do find it’s becomes slack but so far, so good.

Good lamp
I didn’t want a rechargeable lamp and even though this doesn’t have a plug it is plug-in via usb cable. There was no adapter plug supplied.
I like the choice of brightness available. I use it at my desk because the room light puts me in my own shadow. I have it set to the lowest in terms of brightness and that is more than sufficient for my needs, even with the room light off. It’s a good sturdy lamp that’s bottom heavy and doesn’t make me feel like it’s going to topple. It’s very slim and quite tall so takes up very little space on my desk. It throws out quite a lot of light for the size of it. It has a usb charging socket in the back to charge a phone or speaker or some such thing, but I haven’t had cause to use it yet. It’s a handy feature.
I wish it had a normal plug, but I’m a little old-fashioned.
All in all, I think it’s a good buy. It’s certainly made my life a lot easier.

But when you put the brightness on anything between the lowest and highest level you can hear a nasty noise from what I presume is the resistors in the light…
Good but the fact that I can only have it on lowest or highest without my brain exploding form the noise is disappointing.
No Standard Plug
Purchased this lamp to use while on my laptop does everything I require.
Beware it comes only with USB cable not a standard 13amp plug and cable.
Not a problem for me as I only use the lamp while working on my laptop.
SO GOOD
I’ve only had it for a day, even less than that, I thought this so I could complete puzzles in the bad lighting we have where I live, and it works! The settings works I’ve not gotten around to using the timer just yet, it was delivered with care and delivery was on time, packaged good, easy to set up, good instructions, you do have to keep it plugged in whilst using I thought you wouldn’t have to because in the product pictures it’s on but with no lead in, but it’s fine, it doesn’t affect too much and it’s a great product still!
This is a Desk Lamp Powered by a USB Cable
On unpacking the lamp, I was a little surprised to discover that it is powered by a USB cable. This is not made clear in the product listing, which only refers to it being “Corded Electric” and I assumed this meant a conventional plug. On rechecking the listing, to determine if I had misread the details, I discovered that some reviewers have complained about the absence of a USB power cable however, in my case this was included.
I have now been using the lamp for three weeks and consider it to be perfectly acceptable; the option to adjust the brightness enables me to tailor this to the task in hand and the flexibility to retract and fold the lamp when not in use ensures that it is not intrusive.
Must be plugged in all time
Good lamp for reading different touch settings bright light or yellow the only drawback is it must be plugged in to USB adapter all the time I did not read the reviews properly and didn’t know this I probably wouldn’t have bought it other than that it’s a good reading ligh
Not much to complain about for the price
Not much to complain about for the price, as others have said the light will fall over if angled incorrectly for not an issue for myself, everything else was as advertised. People complaining it doesn’t come with a plug didn’t bother reading the description. It is a USB light!
Nice lamp
This is now on my desk and it provides a much softer light and is more energy efficient than my old 25W desk lamp. Just make sure you have a usb power supply close-by as the lead is quite short.
Practical
Small, easy to fold, looks as on the pictures. Comes with two outputs on the base of the lamp – one USB to the laptop and one opposite. One didn’t work though which is disappointing as sometimes all USBs are taken up on my laptop so would be nice to have the other option. Sorry, I don’t know the technical terms!
Exactly as expected
Very discrete desk lamp, slim and well weighted. I love the different modes for colour and brightness and disagree that they are difficult to use, they are sensitive but work very well. I love the timer function as I don’t always want to switch it off but trust it to do this itself after about an hour.
Could do to be brighter on the highest setting but this is the downside of modern lights. The white light is clear and illuminated my area really well. The other settings might be useful as a night light.
I am very happy with the height and it does fit well next to my monitor setup and is very adjustable as I expected.
Would recommend it if you are in a limited budget as it does what I want it to and the discount makes it very affordable.
I believe it would be at home in other domestic settings not just the office for example to enhance mood lighting or by a bedside as q reading light. It would not irritate a partner due to being very adjustable.
Installed today as a desk lamp for working at night. The lamp arrived very quickly and was well packaged. It was super easy to set up and has easy to use controls – including brightness and white balance options (choosing between bluish hue or more classical orange, etc). That was useful, since it helps reduce strain on eyes working at night. The light is very stylish and looks nice on my glass desk! My only small concern was the use of cable. It’s a micro usb to usb cable with no AC plug. I have loads of usb to AC plugs at home, so it was no bother, but not always convenient for those who want to plug it into main power. If you’re thinking to plug this into a computer – or have usb sockets installed in your mains – then it’s no problem.
Overall, great lamp at the right price.
PLEASE NOTE! This lamp DOES NOT come with a power plug. It comes with a 1-metre USB to micro-USB cable which you can plug into any USB outlet (like a PC, for example). If you want to plug it into the mains, you will need to buy a USB charger plug. Not sure why this isn’t made clear in the product description, but there you go!
Love this lamp. Bought 2 as I have a workbench and a computer desk. The brightness is good – I personally would prefer a little brighter, but that’s my preference and the default brightest setting is perfectly fine. You can scale and brightness and change the warmth of the light (white to yellow) which is really useful. It also comes with an extra USB port on the base of the lamp so you can plug in your phone to charge, which is really cool! I have nothing bad to say about these, really – they’re super flexible positioning-wise, I like the settings you can choose, and they also have a timer which you can turn on which will turn the lamp offf after either 30 mins or and hour (whichever you choose). Great product!
Like many I have been working at home during this pandemic. What was my dining room is now my full time office. It’s a room without much light and the way my desk fits into the room leaves me facing a corner. I wanted more light and it to feel as natural as possible at good value, so I looked for a desktop lamp that was fully adjustable. This lamp does an excellent job. It has sturdy construction and easy touch controls. The light rotates and also tilts in two places. It obviously cannot be fully folded over back on itself but otherwise it can reach almost any position. This is valuable feature to me to direct the light exactly where I want it. It comes with USB power lead, for me this is perfect as I have power with USB points already. The black finish is stylish. Really only a remote control handset could improve the lamp but it does have a convenient timer function. The light itself is adjustable in its brightness and I was able to find a natural feeling setting that I’m very pleased with. Finally even the packaging is considerate with minimal use of plastic items, just a small packing piece and a cardboard box. For me this is a five star product I’d have not hesitation to buy again, very pleased with my choice.

Tidy, handy, good reading light. My only reservation is that it is not very bright. OK for reading but not if you want to do art or have poor eyesight. Other LED desk lights are much brighter and heavier (and pricier).

Nice product.
Brightness is adequate for a desk lamp, with no harshness or excessive spill.
The colour changing is smooth and subtle, but with a nice effect. Dimming etc works well and I have no issues.
Update: after 2 months of fairly light use, this started to flicker for a few days until it just stopped working… I contacted the seller a few weeks ago who offered a replacement from China.
Received 3 weeks after requesting a replacement and sent directly from Amazon UK.
I have marked down to 4 stars, as the item is brilliant as long as it works.
If the new item works better (I plan to use for 8 hours a day and see if it becomes faulty) the last one took maybe 24hrs over a couple of months.
I am an artist and needed a lamp to go over my work area, my brother bought a similar lamp from the same buyer, I chose this one because of the colour and the fact it has so many variations on the settings, also which I live, it has a usb outlet so that you can charge your phone or in my case plug in my small air spray compressor.
The settings are so simple to use and has many, from very don to very bright, more than enough to illuminate my workspace. Another great thing, the lamp doesn’t have to be put together, it folds up snugly to fit in one small box.
Over the moon with this lamp, my son wants me to order one for him too to put on his gaming pc tower so he doesn’t have to keep getting up to turn the light on and off ( don’t know what he would have thought of having to stand up and walk to the tv to switch channels like we did lol).
Stylish Good Value Desk Lamp
This desk lamp looks modern and emits a good amount of light. You can direct the light where you want without moving the base, as the upright is on a pivot-hinge at the base and the light is also hinged at the top of the upright. The functions are simple to use and you can adjust the light’s brightness and colour from white to warm white. There is also a timer function which you can set for 30 minutes or 1 hour, when it will automatically turn off. All in all, this is a good desk lamp and is excellent value for money.
Lamp looks very sleek and works very well. The different lighting levels and the colour shades are very nice so that you can adjust it to exactly what you want. Haven’t tried out the timer settings though.
There’s also a USB-A port at the back of the lamp that you can use to charge things. I have a bluetooth speaker on my desk which I keep plugged into my lamp- I didn’t have a long enough cable previously to plug my speaker in permanently so always had to charge it every few days overnight- now I never have to charge it!
Lamp can be swivelled around and the head of the lamp can move up and down. This works great so that you can get the light exactly where you want it without having to move the base.
The 1 star docked is because the slider for brightness doesn’t work very well for me. It works but it doesn’t always register and if I want to change the brightness, I usually have to try a few times and go slowly, or try and press very hard to get it to register. When it does work, it can be a bit jittery and stop, and I’d have to try and carry on sliding it to the level I want again. I never change my brightness levels though so this doesn’t matter much for me but people may want to consider this.
All in all, I’m very pleased. Would buy again.

I’ve had the same desk lamp last 20 years – one of those common extendable types with a gu4 20W halogen bulbs and a simple on/off switch at the bottom. Inexpensive, robust but also very inefficient and very uncool. I always wanted on of these LED ones – but it was always a case of ‘reuse’ winning over ‘reduce’. I changed the bulb for a 3v gu4 LED and that made things much better, but still it was uncool for sure.
Then this deal came up and yep – it’s very cool to look at, and very versatile as the lamp can twist in the base itself, making it possible to fit into the last patch of free space on my work desk at home, which is otherwise taken up by laptop, docking station, keyboard, multiple screens etc. This is great. Also because it works off USB – which I already have at the desk to charge my phone etc – so now I have the phones charger powering the lamp and the lamp charging the phone. Less clutter and more room on the extension lead.
Lamp came well packaged, the touch sensitive buttons are really nice (nothing to fail when dust collects there) and being able to set a warmth is a really nice touch.
The only improvement suggestion would be to add a lip around the led part so that the light source is out of the eye line at different positions – the light source directly the line of sight as you move around isn’t that comfortable. Minor detail really.
Very happy with this lamp. It wasn’t the style I was going for but it arrived quickly, was quite cheap and had some interesting features.
I love the ability to alter the angle and position without needing to move the base. Can be completely upright if needed, which was so handy when the upstairs lights weren’t working!
It can be a soft glow, or very bright. The colour of the light also changes from a harsh bright white light, to a soft warm orange colour which is ideal for changing between needing to see clearly and having some background light when reading at night.
I am happiest with the automatic switch off though. I always start to fall asleep before turning the lamp off and now I don’t need to worry! Set the timer and forget about it.
Also very happy with the additional USB charging port, which is great for plugging in my phone or kindle. Would be even better of there were 2 but that’s not even an issue really.
I’m so happy with this that I’m considering not getting a more aesthetically pleasing lamp!
This lamp is compact with lots of options which much more expensive lamps were offering. I was struggling with lighting at my ‘temporary’ work station at home and was having headaches so thought a new lamp was needed. This is just the ticket. You can angle the lamp head and swivel the arm to a wide variety of angles and it folds shut when not in use. The base is sturdy but small so great for a compact workspace and you can have many hues of light and brightness. It comes with a USB connection for power so you do need a plug for the mains or in my case i had a triple plug and USB socket adapter which is ideal and keeps all wires tidy. You can also plug in a USB cord into the base itself and charge mobiles etc that way. So all in all, everything i needed and at a really good price – highly recommend
Purchased for home office
Purchased this lamp for home office, as I am permanently working from home now, I needed one with the option of “soft” lighting as I am working on a laptop all day.
This lamp is very good for the price, the touch controls are good enabling you to control the brightness. It also is able to swivel and adjust height which is a good feature.
There are around 5 different light options ranging from bright white to an orange glow ensuring that your eyes aren’t strained when using a monitor or laptop.
The timer feature is a nice addition, although I don’t use it.
I would recommend this lamp for a home office.
versatile and usefull
Overall the lamp does its function perfectly. In terms of brightness for me, it’s more than enough. In fact, I don’t even use the maximum brightness. Though I’d point out that the brightness control isn’t the most sensitive and progressive to the touch when adjusting.
The color temperature in these LED lamps is very useful. This model, in particular, has a good range of five stops not too many, neither too few. I always use three but is good to have the rest for when the occasion comes.
The materials and assembly seem good quality, the design turns out to be very versatile and elegant. The only thing that could be pointed out, and this is by trying to make a counterpoint to all the good stuff, is the weight distribution in the base that when leaning the lamp shaft backward you have to hold the base, for it lifts up.
Even with the minor faults I’d say this is a very round product and recommend it.
I brought this lamp as a replacement to a similar styled lamp that I only purchased last October and for some strange reason that stopped working after two months. First, this one is much smaller and lighter and if generally easy to manage. Compared with my first ever table lamp had only one setting “on & off”. The functions are numerous, as you have various light settings which can provide you with a rich warm light down to a cold white light. I estimate that you can get in the region of 28 different light settings, which should be sufficient for the average person. You also have a sleep timer function, although I am not sure exactly what you would use this for, unless using as a security device. Another handy feature is the USB port so can charge up your mobile or other devices.
Whilst this is still early days, If I had any criticism of this product it would be that the instructions are poor and as for my personal preference would be if this lamp were four inches taller to make it much more comfortable for reading.
It is still early days, but so far so good; generally LEDs have a long lifespan so I am hoping for many years of good service.
I really like this little lamp. It does everything it says it does. It is lightweight, yet stable. I like that it has two different light modes, and that you can adjust the brightness. It also has a sleep mode, which I tested and it works, but it’s not something that I am likely to need. You get a USB charger lead, but no plug, which actually wasn’t a problem for me as I have an adapter that allows multiple USB cables to be used at once. The arm itself is adjustable. I have used it in various positions and haven’t experienced any problems with it moving from the position I put it in. The join at the base of the lamp conveniently swivels too.
The only thing that would make this lamp better would be if you could pre-charge it and use it without the cable. But that may just be me. For the price I am happy with it, and would buy again. I bought this product to test it and am super happy with it in every way.
I have purchased this specific lamp as I struggle with space on my desk and having a movable arm was a big plus for me. The price is definitely adequate for this so I ordered one.
Overall impressions
The lamp is well build, comes in a generic cardboard box but it’s what’s inside that counts. The light is quite bright and has 5 modes (Cool, Warm and both – which provides the most powerful output). The producer doesn’t mention any Kelvin or CRI but I’m presuming it’s 3500K & 6500K with a CRI higher than 90 (Most Led SMD’s are nowadays).
The lamp is easy to fold, can rotate (around 70 degrees) and can fully fold which is great as it makes it quite portable. It also has a nice USB 2.0 output which you can use as a daisy-chain to power other devices such as a phone.

In use
The lamp is bright enough to light up your whole desk (depending on placement) and the fact that you can fold, rotate and reposition it most angles is a big bonus. The dimmable buttons are quite nice to use and they are very responsive which means you can slide your finger left-right and it will adjust accordingly.

Cons
– The lamp won’t stay fixed in every position. If you want it to extend fully and you have a sharp angle for the hinge at the bottom the lamp will just move. This could be easily solved by the manufacturer by tightening the base hinge a bit more for it to stay fixed in place.
Conclusion
For 20 you get a nice lamp to use on your desk or nightstand. You get some nice options such as dimming and timer for 30 or minutes paired with the fact that you can use it to charge your phone from its socket.
Made of aluminium on the arms, with a weighted plastic base. Arm is positionable to most places where you would want to use it.
Has two strips of LED’s that can be turned on, cold white and warm white. The mixer button gives you five stages of mixing from cool to warm. Light is pretty bright on full power, the slider gives about ten stages of illumination. It won’t light up a room fully but for use as a desk lamp for embroidery, work, reading, crafts, it is plenty bright enough.
It doesn’t come with a charger and a 1A charger will not be enough. You really want a little bit more. If you are going to use the external charging port on the back to charge a phone then you want at least a 2A charger – I used an old HUDL tablet charger I had and that worked fine. An old 1A iphone charger wasn’t able to drive the LED’s at full brightness. The supplied USB cable is a little short though so you might want to get a longer one.
For the price – most impressed. Just debating if I buy another one for the den as well as the front room.
Like half the country as my home has become my office, I’ve been searching for a lamp that will take me out of the darkness when on a video calls. This lamp is perfect for that.
You can change the brightness depending on the natural light in the room and also select a more flattering tone of ‘yellow’ than having white light.
Things I love, I can angle the light onto my face so it’s more flattering, the timer is a great idea but I don’t use it, ability to choose a colour tone depending how bright the room is.
It’s also sleek so won’t take up a lot of room on you’re desk width way but is tall when full stretched.
Dislike – the usb charging slot in the base won’t power my keyboard or wireless mouse but it will give a very slow charge to my phone.
Over all – this was still a great buy.
Great lamp for a desk, reading and even as face light...
The product feels well built with a stylish design that would fit well into an office, study or living room. It is also lightweight and can be folded to a compact size, allowing it to be transportable if required.
The strip of LED lights provides a bright wash and the ability to vary the colour temperature of the light is useful. I have also found that when angled towards my face, it significantly improves the quality of my webcam image when video conferencing. The memory function means that when turning the light on, it will recall the last set colour temperature and brightness while the timer function could be useful if using as a bed side light.
The only way I would improve this product would be allowing the arm to bend backwards at the base as this would allow the light to sit lower if required in smaller environments. It can bend forwards from 90 degrees from an upright position to flat on the base.
I wasn’t expecting much from this item when I ordered it, but I was pleasantly surprised when I took it out the box. Actually that’s a lie, I was initially frustrated because it didn’t come with a plug, just a USB cable – however I have so many different USB plug adapters lying around from different phones it meant that I was able to make use of one. So that meant that I was also able to not build up more electrical detritus around the house. So, given that I’m also trying t reduce my waste at the moment that actually worked well.
The actual lamp itself feels really sleek and solid, I was expecting a small plastic thing to use as a stop gap, but I’m really happy with it so may end up using this properly and get a couple more for other places round the house. The variability of the lighting warmths and brightnesses allows for a lot of viability to suit your wants. And the sleep timer is a handy feature. If it could also natively be connected to smart home features and wirelessly charge it would be fab, but probably not feasible at this price point. Overall very happy, great functionality, better build quality than I had expected, and looks really smart.
