Work well, good space, the only issue was when it was windy, as it can be on the beach, the top kept collapsing, we resolved this by wrapping a T shirt around the mechanism at the top, will use a split plastic tube next time if windy. Would recommend, great with small kids.
Add velcro
This product could do with some velcro instead of the ribbon to keep it together just like an umbrella after falling away

Excellent just what I need for me and my family of four, light yet steady, easy to open upanywhere out there on a beach or park or forest by the lake or a river in seconds you have your private space. A perfect shelter in the sunshine or the rain. Equally easy to pack!

Great for the beach
Like the ease with which it goes up. Big enough to sit in comfortably. I put large pebbles in the pocket to anchor it down on the beach. Used a few times and seems to be good
No front cover up
It is what it is..I hadn’t realised (due to purchasing on the beach on my phone….) but this is open at the front so no good for changing youngsters. Good size as a shelter…not quite sure why it has a side zip as the frontbis already open though… however easy enough to put up and down and light enough too.

Wow- Never having owned a beech shelter before and after spending ages reading reviews and surfing the net I opted for one of these. Simply amazing. I have only used it twice but this is my opinion. Super lightweight and easy to carry in the holder. It can be erected in seconds once unpacked. You literally unfold the sides and lift the top up.Don’t forget the ground pins for added wind protection. Once up its great, the vents work well and you can unzip one side if required. Used it in the recent hot weather on the beach and it keeps you very sheltered from what has been extreme heat. Once up it seemed sturdy despite my kids best efforts to destroy it. Dismantling again is very easy. Lift the lower roof hinge up near the top hinge and it just collapses. The legs are easy to unfold. Then you wrap all corners in and fold the tent around the centre. It is a little tight to get back in it’s bag but not impossible. I recall watching many people trying to erect beech shelters all around me for ages, trying to fix poles together and hold their tent down. So glad I purchased this as you have none of that hassle. My biggest regret being not having brought one earlier. Well worth the money.

Perfect beach te
We have found this a perfect beach tent. Lightweight to carry and so quick to ‘pop’ up and down. (No taking a bag of poles and putting them together). The shelter front is wide which enables two full size beach towels to be laid out side by side, with space in the shelter for storage. It is good both to provide shelter from the sun as well as when clouds come across.
We use ours with a sand free mat to extend the sitting out area with the ground sheet slightly overlapping – perfect beach accessory.

Spacieuse et légère
Cette tente est spacieuse, c’est une bonne surprise. Elle est trs compacte une fois plie et facilement transportable grce son sac.
Pour la dplier, la premire fois a demande un peu d’entranement. Ensuite une fois qu’on a compris le principe a va vite. Pour la replier c’est un peu la mme chose, a demande le coup de main.
La tente est lgre, ce qui peut poser problme en cas de vent, je recommande de bien la fixer au sol avec du poids.
Les matriaux sont correctes, mais restent fragiles notamment la toile.
Le rapport qualit prix reste correc

Very easy to set up and fold away. Light weight and save space in the car. The size of the bag is just right and I have no problem to put the tent back after every use.
Super easy to use and great size
Love the erection process. Just flop it out and pull up and it’s at full height. Just check the joints lock in place. Quick squeeze and it’s down in no time. Fold in legs wrap around and bind for stuffing back in bag. Goes back in bag OK once you strengthen bag entry seam.
Dislikes:the bag strain points at opening need reinforced and the fly away binding for the tent I replaced with a wide velcro one I had spare.
The inside pocket on the base of the side looks useless in the pictures and it is totally pointless as it just sags but it’s really no loss at all.
I’ve used it in garden all summer and it still seems great. Can’t wait to go to Greece and get it on the beach.
Worked well on a windy beach
I chose this tent after a few summers on windy Greek Islands cowering under flimsy beach umbrellas which kept turning inside out or flying away. I was paricularly pleased with the light weight (1.6kg from memory), fitted easily into a check in suitcase and did not use too much of the weight allowance.
On a windy day, it really helps to have two adults ready with rocks/ wet sand to put in the attached pockets. On a calm day, one person can put it up.
A great feature is that there are sewn on straps which the tent poles go throug which you can tie the 4 loose guide ropes to. All the flaps and windows can also help manage with windy days.
On one occasion we managed to handle it too roughly and one of the hinges popped out. With trial and error, it was possible to fix it and i was impressed that it was ultimately easily fixable by one or two people, with the means to loosen the one screw at the top.
only one tiny thing could be improved is the loose grey strap of fabric which is used to tie up the folded tent, so it can fit in the carry case. This frays easily and a webbing strap with a D loop would be easier.

Montage et démontage rapide et facile
Super pratique, rapport qualit prix plus que convenable. Nous l’avons utilis la Rochelle sur la plage pdt de forte rafale de vent. Une fois bien leste avec des pierres ou du sable l’ensemble ne bouge pas. Le montage et dmontage sont trs rapide et la taille une fois dplie permet dacceuiller sans pb 2 adultes et un enfant. Mon fils de 2 ans a mme fait une de 2h dans la tente ! Je recommande vraiment. Deouis notre retour de vacances mon conjoint l’utilise galement pour aller la pche car une fois plie elle est trs compac

Pour commencer, elle est trs facile mettre en place sur la plage ( ou autre)
Elle est assez grande, parfait pour les adultes et pour protger les enfants.
Moins parfait pour les autre personne sur la plage a qui ont peux gner.
On peux aller facilement l’intrieur 1 adulte et 2 enfants sans problme.
C est trs facile transporter et trs lgre.
L air circule trs bien grce aux fentres et aux ouvertures dont la tente dispose.
C est livr avec des sardines.
Avec toutes les qualits de cette tente, je trouve qu en plus, elle est trs styl et trs belle !

Trs bonne tente, facile monter/dmonter/ranger. Assez spacieuse, je dirai idal pour un couple et 1/2 enfant(s) ou 3/4 enfants seuls. Petit rangement intrieur, 2 fentres avec moustiquaire et un ct qui s’ouvre. Attention, elle ne se ferme pas devant.

Pouvoir se protger du soleil la plage, c’est exactement ce qu’il me faut pour les enfants, mais j’attend s impatiemment le matriel idal qui serait ultra lger et utilisable d’une main en deux secondes plier/replier…
En attendant, cette Glymnis Tente de plage pour 3 4 personnes — Protection solaire automatique UPF 50 + anti-UV — tanche avec sac de transport pour camping, plage, pique-nique, extrieur, maison, jardin, intrieur remplit ce rle presque la perfection: je ne la trouve pas si simple monter/dmonter.

Ce que j’ai aim :
-Lgre
-Fournie avec un sac bandoulire pour pouvoir ranger et transporter facilement
-Se monte assez rapidement
-Les ouvertures/fentres sur les cts qui permettent d’arer si on le souhaite
Ce qui devrait tre amlior :
-le systme de pliage qui n’est pas si vident au dbut
-quand on le plie et qu’on essaie de le remettre dans le sac, on sent que si on tire trop le sac risque de se craquer et du coup la qualit du sac mriterait d’tre revue
-les picots jaunes n’ont pas l’air trs solides
-tant donn la lgret de la tente, cette dernire a failli s’envoler en cas de coup de vents un peu fort et du coup on a d la replier
Dans tous les cas c’est bien pratique et a remplace le parasol qui prend un peu trop de place dans le coffre de la voiture et qui est plus lourd transporte

Nice v large sun tent ! Much better than my last smaller popup tent although slightly trickier to fold than the popup tent (when the popup can be folded, that is). It’s prob more consistent to put away though than other popups which sometimes just won’t fold up !
The only minor complaint would be if they could add a door on the front for when it’s raining or you need to get changed. (Never know when the sun tent has to double as a rain tent in this country )
Super tente solide, facile à monter et plie
Une des rares tentes du march rsister au vent sur les plages de l’Atlantique car on peut ouvrir des fentres ou mme chaque ct en cas de grand vent , ce qui laisse passer l’air et donc vite que la tente ne se transforme en grand voile comme la plupart des autres. Protge bien des UV et lgre . A recommander !

Used this quite a few times on our holiday,, doesn’t look much in its bag but once you open it up the clever design gives you quite a large ‘tent’ ….four adults managed to cram themselves in when we had a quick shower and came out 10 Mins later dry..if it had a door on the opening our grandson would have slept in it,,,to give an idea of size an inflatable single air mattress fits inside,hence the grandson want to live in it,!
To sum the clever sturdy design is a winner,, little bit of a faf to get it back in the bag but it is possible..

Cette tente trs simple dplier et mettre en place est conue sur le modle de ces tentes dpliables en un tour de main et en quelques secondes . Ce systme d’ouverture est topissime ! Pour la replier, il suffit de suivre scrupuleusement le mode d’emploi en video prsent sur la page du produit et de la ranger dans son sac de transport .. En ce qui me concerne, au dpart j’ai un peu cafouill mais aprs 3 ou 4 essais, tout roule !
Elle est prsente comme une tente de plage pour 3 4 personnes mais cela me parat bien optimiste. Quatre enfants la rigueur mais pas quatre adultes.
Elle est parfaitement conue avec ses huit sardines en plastique jaune (bien reprable) et ses quatre cordelettes rglables pour la maintenir en place en cas de vent (ce qui est souvent le cas sur la plage). Malgr la matire des piquets, ceux-ci m’apparaissent bien costauds !
En tant que tente de plage, elle pourra avoir de nombreuses fonctions : se mettre un peu l’ombre lors des priodes o le soleil est son znith, protger le pique-nique ou encore les boissons fraches, etc…
Pour ceux qui aiment dormir la belle toile mais qui aiment aussi se protger des conditions climatiques de fin d’t et notamment de la fracheur nocturne, cette tente est un bon compromis car on pourra se protger tout en contemplant le ciel toil !
Un crochet intrieur plac la cime permet de suspendre une lampe et cette tente qui ne dispose que de 3 cts ferms peut tre ouverte sur un ct de plus grce une fermeture clair ..
En rsum, tout a t trs bien pens au niveau de cette tente de plage et esthtiquement, je la trouve trs jolie et fun .

TENTE DE PLAGE
Voici une tente de plage des plus intressante pour une session pique nique la plage ou la campagne.
Elle est relativement lgre avec un poids de 1.62kg, mesure au sol 150 x 215 cm et en hauteur 115cm, le montage est simple et se fait via les arceaux de la mme manire qu’une tente classique, ces derniers sont toutefois conus en fibre de verre.
Une fois monte, des petites fentres peuvent s’ouvrir. On peut mme y accrocher une lampe de camping l’intrieur. Une conception bien pens puisque les arceaux se replient sur eux mme, voir prsent leur dure de vie.
En tout cas le tout est de bonne qualit et s’avrera trs utile pour vos piques-niques.
Plastic joints a bit flimsy.
The item is very fast to deploy from the bag as the video shows. Folding up again is a bit trickier than shown but not too bad. When it’s been on the beach all day and some sand is in it then we’ll see.
I wonder how long the plastic joints will last given they seem to have a mind of their own at times, refusing to fold the right way.
Overall it’s a good product and big enough for 2 adults to lay in if required.

Facile à monter et à range
Une tente ou un abri de plage ? Pas tout fait l’une ou l’autre mais un auvent qui serait presque les deux.
Cet auvent a pour lui d’tre la fois solide et d’une facilit d’installation dconcertante, on le sort du sac, on droule le rouleau de toile et hop le papillon sort de la chrysalide, il suffit d’ajuster en tirant vers le haut le sommet qui ressemble de loin un rotor d’hlicoptre pour qu’on y soit 90%. Reste fixer selon qu’il y ait ou non du vent, sardines, sacs lests de sable faut voir selon la mto du moment mais les deux sont disponibles et livrs avec la toile.
On rgle l’accessibilit et la pntration solaire en ouvrant ou refermant avec une fermeture clair un ct latral de ce porche en toile de camping.
On tient 2 adultes et un enfant sans problme pour passer un bon moment la plage ou sur le pr aux abords du lac en montagne. Lger on peut le poser en travers en haut du sac dos.
Si il survient un grain de peu d’importance on pourra s’y abriter le dos tanche face au vent, faudrait pas cependant que a dure trop longtemps, question de confort et d’humidit.
Pour remballer il faut suivre les images commentes, en gros il suffit de replier les baleines puis de rouler la toile qu’on vase comme une jupe, on roule le tout et le tube rentre dans son tui, simple et rapide, prt pour le prochain dballage.
Cet abri de plage et de balades est parfait pour se protger du rayonnement solaire quand il est trop agressif, on peut viter le sable pour un picnic et s’assoupir sans crainte de l’insolation, l’ensemble est bien ventil seule la canicule torride pourrait rendre cette tente inconfortable.
En conclusion, lger et peu encombrant c’est un bon quipement pour 2 ou 3 personnes, pour une pause la plage ou en balade, cet abri s’adapte tous les sols sauf des plaques rocheuses pentues videmment. Soleil ou pluie resteront vos amis si vous consommez avec modration, cette tente vous y aidera.

Cette tente de plage s’installe vraiment trs rapidement et me rconcilie avec la plage. En effet ayant la peau blanche et hyper sensible au soleil il faut que je sois bien protge pour pouvoir y rester la journe. Grce cette tente je peux m’allonger sans avoir peur de me relever rouge comme une crevisse en faisant toutefois attention l’ouverture sur le devant. Ce qui est pratique c’est qu’il y galement des ouvertures sur les trois autres cots donc je ne me sens pas oppresse et je vois la mer. Cela permet galement de protger les enfants quand une sieste s’impose. Il est possible de glisser des choses dans les poches sur le ct pour tre certain qu’elle ne s’envole pas. Je la trouve super et vous la recommande. J’espre que mon exprience vous sera utile.

Très bon modèle de tente de plage
C’est un trs bon modle, compact une fois plie mais trs grande et confortable dplie. La toile l’air plutt solide et rsistante. Rapide et facile monter grce son systme de dpliage, pas besoin de mettre des arceaux car elles sont intgrs suffit juste de les depliers. Elle est par ailleurs ultra lgre ce qui n’est pas ngligeable pour le transport. Un gros point est son niveau de protection UV et son efficacit coupe vent. Ce que j’aime aussi son les fentres que l’on peut ouvrir ou fermer selon l’intensit du soleil et galement l’ouverture sur un des cts.
En conclusion c’est une tente de plage de qualit et trs bien conue.

Cette tente de plage n’est pas utilisable en tente de camping car elle n’a que 3 faces qui se ferment.
Elle est de bonne qualit et les finitions sont trs correctes.
Le montage est facile et ne prend pas des heures mme pour des dbutants.
Elle filtre bien les UV car j’ai une peau trs claires et brle au moindre coup de soleil, ce qui m’arrive rgulirement sous les parasols 1er prix. Ici, aprs un aprs-midi plage, j’ai eu chaud mais pas de coups de soleil et pourtant je suis reste sous la tente (chaleur caniculaire). Donc elle respecte bien les critres annoncs.
On tient bien 3 personnes en tant l’aise, 4 en tant plus serrs.
La toile isole bien de l’humidit du sol.

Avec ce produit , j ai clairement chang d avis .
Dj , la tente est trs lgre , donc facile transporter , elle ne m encombre pas .
Ensuite , son montage est rapide et facile grce un systme de pliage / depliage
Enfin , elle est anti UV , avec une protection textile indice 50 . Ce qui est trs important pour moi . Je ne veux pas qu elle garde la chaleur mais qu elle la renvoie et nous protge .

Perfect for the beach
This tent was an impulse buy but it is so much better then we thought. Its easy to put up, a little trickier to put away but its superb. We use it at the beach and its perfect and in the garden for a bit of shade for a toddle

Having previously bought a shelter with flimsy fibreglass poles that split on first use, I decided to splash out on this shelter and wasn’t disappointed. Used it for a week holidaying in Cornwall. It is constructed to a high specification, lightweight, pops up easily and the poles look very durable. Stayed cool inside even when the sun was hot. The only improvement I would suggest is to have a closable front to facilitate changing. Staycationers should note that it is not waterproof (as evidenced by a wet afternoon on Sennen), but that’s not what it was designed fo

Great item, it really does take about 30 seconds to put up. Sturdy and good quality. Hard to get back in the bag after but I’m sure it will take practise!

Finally an awesome product. Very easy to assemble and put down. So so quick. Exactly what we were looking for.
Good value, though it needs larger carry bag.
Have used this for the last week on a sandy, rainy, windswept beach.
Simple and quick to unfold and erect, under 30 seconds. Room for 2 adults and a couple of bags. Again simple and quick when folding after use. Carry bag would be far more useable if it was 2 or 3 inches bigger.
When wet, it dries quickly. Pegs adequate for sand.
If carry bag were larger, it would rate 5 stars.

Really pleased with this purchase, have used it indoors and outdoors. Only takes.a few minutes to make it ready for first use, next time it only takes a minute to erect and a minute to collapse. Grandchildren absolutely love it, would also be great for the beach!
Nice but if kit at a good price, does everything I wanted.
A great bit of kit, used a couple of times since getting. Not used in the beach yet, just on grassed areas. Unfolds and folds easily and packs away nicely in bag. Very light weight and great for a shelter (toy storage) for my daughter on picnics.

Fantastic tent made for the beach. We used this today on the beach and have to say I’m pretty pleased with this Tent. The windows do help ventilation in the hot weather and the side zip door also if you need it.
I would say though, that this tent is for 2-3 people at most and not 4.
If you are looking for something more private with a zip front, you need to get a proper camping tent.
All in all, this is perfect for the beach and light weight. Although, good luck getting it back in it’s bag once you’ve taken it out.
