My son set just few minutes to assemble so~ easy and perfect for excersize in small room it make you sweat!
Does the job for me (zero fitness!) it’s sturdy and easy to move around, and no assembly needed. Nothing fancy – but gets the blood pumping with stepping routines. Only gripe is the electronic counter is very cheap and doesn’t really work so use my phone. And beware, it’s making oily marks on my carpet so put something underneath it. Other than that its a good way of keeping moving.
Very good value keep me a little fitter during pandemic
This is a great machine. As I am over 70, it has just the right amount of resistance for me. However, may be too light for younger fitter people.
Takes up little space;will give you as much excercise as you want in 10mins.Especially good when opportunity for outside activity is limited and for those who like a leg stretch in the colder weather.Good for OAPs like myself.CGD
However, it dropped one star due to the following
1 – the instructions are in German. Ok, there are diagrams and even without them or any instructions it would be a very intuitive build. I should say that “build” is very much overstating the process. You raise the handle and add a couple of locking bolts.
2 – the electronic counter is useless. It lights up so the battery is ok, but it doesn’t count or time or give celeries, it also wasn’t shown where it goes in the instruction diagram. However a quick closeup look at the Amazon image showed it goes to the front of the right step.
3 – it is a bit noisy. After a couple of minutes it warms up and the noise eases off, also liberal application of WD40 helps.
The above three points are in my mind fairly minor. Even without the counter I’d have bought it. The handle is a huge advantage. I’ve had a similar stepper before without a handle and this is far easier to use and keep your balance.
I’m 5′ 9″, 95kg (just under 15st) and find it perfectly stable and the handle should be good for anyone easily over 6′.
Its sturdy and well made and certainly gets you sweating and short of breath.
As a piece of equipment, if you can ignore the above problems it’s very well worth the money.
Great value for money as have seen ones not as good at higher prices. Glad I bought it.
