No More Restless Nights
My wife suffers from restless nights and so I decided to buy this blanket due to the excellent reviews found here on Amazon. It did not disappoint. She says (like many reviewers) it is like being hugged and kept safe, so I can only take that as a positive 🙂

This gravity is very heavy when the cover is just opened, and it is not suitable for it. After waiting for 3-5 days, it feels very comfortable. The quality of the quilt itself is very smooth, which is very suitable for the weather that is not very cold, and makes people feel very safe.

I suffer Fibromyalgia and restless legs. This weighted blanket is like a miracle, the weight on my legs seem to calm down the restlessness and I have actually watched TV. Listened to music and read my book without having to get up and down, for me the weight on my leg’s calm’s nerve endings down. I have bought another one for bed and I have slept better with the weight on my legs! A miracle!!

Bought as a gift for hubby who’s had trouble sleeping. Researched the weight given his size but it was very heavy. In fact, too heavy for him so he didn’t give it a decent trial in my opinion. I thought it was quite reassuring, I certainly slept well and may well try again with a lighter weigh

Such a good sleep
Bought for my brother for Christmas. He has bad anxiety and has trouble sleeping. I thought this blanket would be worth a shot. He absolutely loves it! I made sure to get the right weight for his size so I ordered the 11kg. He said it’s such a comfort and has helped him sleep. The blanket is good quality and delivery was quick too.
This is heavy
After using my girlfriends blanket and finding it a little light at 7kg I did the obvious thing and went straight for the 15kg. In my defence I am about 1.88m and 100+Kg.
When it arrived and I was unpacking it I started to have doubts as it really is heavy. I decided the only way really know was to set it out and get under it. Well having now done that it’s the perfect weight. You can really feel the presence of the blanket without feeling crushed.
Probably not suitable for smaller people, but for larger guys it’s well well worth it.

I am not really one for writing reviews but after a very long time of unsettle sleep, severe hot flushes and waking up feeling groggy every morning, I decided to take the plunge and order a 9kg weighted blanket. I honestly thought that it would be too heavy and I would roast underneath it but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I have slept like a baby since I received it 5 days ago. I didn’t think it would be possible as I suffer terribly from hot flushes throughout the night. According to my Fitbit I am achieving up to two more hours of REM each night too. I am now considering whether to get the 15kg one too. These blankets really have made such a difference to my sleep. I can’t thank you enough. A well slept mummy & wife is a happy mummy and wife 🙂

I suffer from severe chronic insomnia , so I’m always looking for ways to combat my sleeplessness , and thjs weighted blanket is definitely something in my arsenal to combat my sleeplessness. This alone won’t solve majority of chronic insomniacs sleep , but it is one piece of the puzzle to cure insomnia. I received this weighted blanket yesterday 1 Oct 2021,after ordering it at 5.30am ! I slept quite well today with good deep sleep , I didn’t take any supplements , I have stopped 5-htp as that’s not recommended for long term ,it’s a temporary solution max 2 weeks otherwise it can cause problems like headaches etc . I use a revolutionary holistic approach to my sleeplessness , and it’s working better than any other system I have read in a book or from sleep experts , although this is my own approach ,so it’s not to taken as medical advice,please consult your doctor If your have any medical conditions including sleeplessness.
I currently do not take any herbal or pharma sleep meds as they stop working after a while.
I am using these systems and it’s working , eventually I will be able to sleep without any of these devices or systems ,as I want to train my brain to sleep naturally without relying on devices.
The following is list of devices systems used to combat sleeplessness :-
1. Earthpulse sleep on command Pemf system v5.3 pro ( sleep setting #4 at 10% intensity ) / one can use the flexpulse / Neorhythm Pemf system/s instead of a earthpulse Pemf.
2. White noise generator , like a LectroFan Evo , set at pink noise ,playing ALL night , research suggests pink noise playing at night helps to get more DEEP SLEEP.
3. Black out blinds or a eye mask ( sleep in a 100% dark room )
4. Play a sleeptape ( MP3) recording in the low voice to help with sleeplessness , with the pink noise in the background the audio will be picked up by your subconscious mind , thus re-enforcing your natural sleep system to work as it was intended , when you used to sleep like a baby when you were younger .
5. Have comfortable mattress and pillow decent memory foam could help.
6. Have a small meal before bed ( cherries help sleep , eat a few , grapes drink a glass of water ,don’t try sleep on empty stomach , eat your main dinner meal 2to 3 hours before bedtime , sleep by 10pm if you can .
7. Use a Sota bio tuner Bt7/ bt8 , with setting # 1/4 at around 3-6 hours before bedtime if bedtime is 10pm , this setting will give deep sleep and will eventually make you sleep naturally without using this device or other devices.
8. Urgonight. , Use this to train your brain so you can sleep WITHOUT any devices, search on Google or YouTube for this device .

My first weighted blanket and I love i
I’ve not had a weighted blanket before so can’t make comparisons but I can say that I absolutely love mine. I got the 9kg one and find that with a regular blanket and the weighted blanket that is plenty for a cold night. The weighted blanket is just fine on its own most nights. Soft and warm. I’ve not had it long but so far I feel like I sleep better. Lovely blanket and if you want a weighted blanket this is one I would definitely recommend.

My husband had a great night’s sleep with the blanket although I would prefer a removable cover for wash purposes
Does help with restlessness
It works well, although during a Fibro flareup my wife cannot use it due to pressure sensitivity. Overall though it has helped her get a full night’s sleep.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter as it was on her wish list.
As I haven’t given it to her yet, I can’t really comment about the use of it but I am happy with the service and the quality of the blanket, so I would buy from this company again.
Makes getting up harde
I bought a blanket as work has been really hectic for me the last few months and there’s some nights its either woken me up or literally kept me awake. A friend suggested that I buy one as he found it helped him sleep. It is early days yet, I’m still at the stage of getting into bed saying blimey!, this is heavy but so far I’ve slept through every night and I certainly don’t want to jump out of bed in the morning so maybe there is something in it after all. Who knew something so light could actually be so heavy? I read all the reviews, I bought one that is just over 10% of my weight as there wasn’t a lighter one from this company and I bought a single which sits perfectly across my double bed. So far, genuinely happy with this purchase.
I have had my weighted blanket for around 2 weeks and am very surprised really at the benefits. The 9kg blanket just covers my small double width wise and I have my normal duvet underneath.
It’s heavy for sure! But as a terrible sleeper who wakes up countless times a night I have now had some really good night’s sleep which is a real plus!
I suffer from anxiety and this blanket just makes me feel safe and relaxed, hard to explain but as soon as I get into bed under my duvet and weighted blanket all my tensions and stress ease and I relax quickly and easily.
Definitely a good purchase, not the prettiest of grey cotton quilted blankets but add a couple of nice cushions and it’s fine!
One good thing is ….. it doesn’t slide off the bed as too heavy and if I get too hot I just fold it back until ready to pull it back.
I’ve gotten two of these – one to use, one to wash – and they’ve wound up being excellent.
In the past few years I’ve found quilts to be uncomfortable during almost everything except late Autumn / Winter. I looked for alternatives and discovered weighted blankets. I knew I wanted something good quality and eventually went with these. Since I’m a large man I went with 15kg ones and they proved perfect for me. I’ve been falling asleep quicker than I remember doing in years with these blankets and sleep better more often.
While I wouldn’t recommend them during a heatwave (like the UK had Summer 2021) as they don’t seem to have much of a cooling affect they otherwise provide an excellent nights sleep.
I would definitely recommend these.
Feel more rested and less fidgety.
Good stitching and well made. I use this on a double bed and it fits the top perfectly without overhang or slight overhang if I turn it the other way. I’m less fidgety and more rested. A lovely reminder of feeling tucked in at night as a kid.

Used for the first time and woke up feeling so well rested. I am hoping that it stays! I never got too hot or too cold and I slept with just the blanket. It’s incredibly heavy, but it kept me in a really good sleep which I very very rarely get!

If you like a bit weight to help you sleep, stop your knees from jumping. Also good so the other half can’t attack you in the night. you need a small crane to remove this.
Firm weight, quality materials
I bought this product due to long term insomnia, having heard of the benefits of weighted blankets.
Since using this blanket, I have noticed an improvement in my sleep pattern. I am waking up less often in the night and when I do wake, I fall asleep more easily than I did before.
The blanket itself is heavy but not enough to restrict movement if you really want to get out from under it, the material is soft and feels well made, and the neutral colour goes well with my existing bedding.
It did get slightly too stuffy when placed over a winter duvet but I found swapping the winter tog for a summer version improved this significantly.
Would recommend for anyone looking for a non-medical alternative to sleep issues.
Not fully king size
Says king size but does not fit over a double bed because of this it does not keep the warmth in. Has helped sleep and the weight is good just wish it was bigger.

Great product for anxiety and calming. However , can get slightly uncomfortable at times when sleeping due to the heavy weight. But has improved both my anxiety and sleeping pattern! Would recommend
I’ve had the super king for a month, thought that would be a reasonable amount of time before reviewing it.
The blanket is the exact dimensions of a super king and doesn’t over hang at all at the edges, so need to keep that in mind.
The blanket is pretty heavy when held as a single piece but when it’s over the two of us the weight is extremely comforting.
I use a fitbit often and wear it during my sleep, I noticed a significant increase in recorded sleep quality when we started using the weighted blanket. The main thing I noticed would be that it really minimised my fidgeting and I was able to fall to sleep faster.
The two downsides I didn’t expect though, unlike a normal blanket it is next to impossible to kick the blanket down the bed if you accidentally drag it up by rolling. The other is if the other person pulls it whilst rolling over, say goodbye to your side of the blanket. I think the second is mostly down to the blanket not being designed to hang over the edges so there is no surplus to defend.
Finally, the blanket adds a surprising amount of warmth, through this cold spell in Jan ’21, I’ve not used anything else other than this blanket.
Ultimately, I would and already have recommended this to friends.
Treat yourself if you love sleep.
Nice comfy and cosy blanke
Nice , comfy and cosy blanket. When I used it for the first time it soft touch and keeping warm ability is the feature I like the most about it. Worth trying it.
Great item, reasonable price, warm and snug, although a little smaller fits a double duvet cover.
I love this weighted blanket warm and cosy, very comforting still getting use to sleeping with it but this will take time as I am also on medication that disturbs my sleep. Definitely would recommend this item as I am an autistic adult with mental health issues.
The customer service that I received from the company I bought it from was awesome because at the beginning I had an issue with it not being delivered. But contacted the seller directly explaining that I still wanted the blanket but had to reorder as it got lost. I explained that when I 1st ordered it was at special price. They were amazing and still let me have it for that offer.

King size is not the same size as a king duve
Ordered the king size, however, sizing was slightly smaller than advertised and not the size of a king size duvet, but a king mattress so quite a bit smaller than I was hoping for. Also confused as I wanted to order the cover for it but the same size (in cm) was described as a double!
Overall though quality seems good, having the first night sleeping under it so will see in the morning if it helps with sleeping.
