Easy to install, make sure you loosen the shower hose holde
Easy to install and easy to move around. Be sure to loosen the screw on the shower hose holder so you can angle the shower easier. It was quite stiff at the start.

Arrived on time. Well packed. Easy to attach. Did not realise at first that the shower handle receiver had two different diameters to suit different thicknesses of shower handle, so thought it was useless at first. Duh! It looks great and is very cheap for a good looking product which works.

I bought this to replace a tired old holder. Easy to fit and holds my shower head perfectly. Instructions are on packaging outer so don’t discard until fitted if you need them
Saved buying whole shower rail kit.
Old worn shower head holder removed, new one fitted easily. The only btw is don’t over tighten when moving position, just needs to be finger tight as could crack if over tightened.

So easy to fit and holds my shower head up perfectly. I wish I had seen this part sooner as I have bought the whole raiser kit a few times just because this part seems to be the only bit to break. Made from plastic so be be careful not to over tighten but for me it has done the job!

I’ve had this in place for a couple of months and it hasnt moved. No issues at all. For a low cost fixing, I would have been okay with it not being super tight, but it’s everything it needs to be.
I take the shower head out with every shower and with the training I do, that’s 2-3 times per day.

I bought this shower holder for my new shower head (new shower head is heavy) which was not fitting in my old shower holder and kept falling out. This new shower holder is a perfect fit meaning no more shower head sliding out or falling. The front and back diameters which are slightly different sizes (because one end of the hose has a conical shape) which sits into the shower holder. This did confuse me at first but I worked out which way round to insert the shower head larger diameter at front and smaller diameter at back. Everything is ok. I am very happy.

Likes my slider rail is of a small diameter so I left the removable grey piece in and it grips ok. Dislikes shower head kept dropping I had to tighten a screw to remedy. So far so good time will tell.

Quick to install and tool-free.
The mechanism does not feel like it’ll stand up to regular movement; if you live in a house with people of varying heights, you may want to look for something a bit more robust. As a “get out of jail” product or for a shower that does not get adjusted much, it’s a great buy.

It doesnt move very freely up and down but that may be because I do not unscrew it enough. Do be careful to order the right one as there are 2 sizes

I must admit was slightly sceptical, however product works well -as it should and it keeps my heavy shower head in place
Only negative is a relatively small holder diameter as I can’t fully insert shower heads connector in, nevertheless it feels secure enough

Works well enough and is good value but is definitely on the small side — the 25mm size will only accept a narrow bore shower hose and the clamp is on the very edge of its adjustment with a standard Aquastream rail. Would be so much better if both sides of the clamp were 1mm bigger!

Easy to install very lightweight I don’t expect it to last for that long but luckily it only needs to hold the shower head at bottom of rail to give me second position. I doubt that it would hold my very well made shower head without slipping down, my shower head is a metal one so I imagine this would hold a lightweight plastic shower head.

Really nice product, our existing one broke and the pipe is hard to remove to insert a new one so this came into its own having no back. the only trade off is the release to move it up and down takes quite a few turns and its quite an effort but the product itself is flawless

Very easy to put on very pleased with this product.
My two recent shower accessories have been outstanding. The Shower head and the Shower rail head.
Great value and really made showering a special experience.
HOWEVER, as other purchasers have mentioned, the Rail head can be a bit tricky with a heavy Shower head.
So, I put my Baldrick ‘cunning plan’ head on and came up with this wonderful solution.
I wrapped three layers of Dental Floss to the gap that made the heavy head fall forward. Now it’s as solid as a rock. Perhaps the manufacturer might take this onboard, and show their appreciation for my remedy?

Great replacement for my previous one, was really easy to install and holds the shower head well. Ideally I would like an extra mm or two on the shower head end (remember there is a thick and thin end) to push it in deeper but it has not fallen out yet so maybe it is just my paranoia 😉

A lifesaver and money save
The shower head holder in our static caravan broke, unfortunately they are not a simple undo a screw and remove pole then fit a new one. So I needed a solution that did not mean dismantling my entire shower. This was a lifesaver and so easy to install. To be honest the hardest part was breaking the old one off. I know they are push fit poles but everyone I know who has tried to remove them in their caravans have landed up breaking them and had a very expensive bill, hence a lifesaver and a money saver.

I really wish that these were automatically fitted onto a shower rail rather than the ones which you need to slide the fitting into – they are such a good idea. This is so simple to fit and is sturdy once in place. Much simpler than having to remove the fixed rail, remove the faulty item and then fit a new like-for-like. Obviously, you will still need to remove the pole if you want to remove the old fitting. I would recommend this product.

So yeah, fits the rail but the shower head hose fixture does not fit the holder, but I can push it in hard so it holds it a bit enough , more explanation on both the rail width and hose fixture part that is held would’ve been nice.

Good little bit of kit. Saves trying to unscrew & remove (and possibly having to redrill into tiles) a new riser rail. Just clips around and holds the shower head in place.

It’s a brilliant little item. We bought an ‘upmarket’ shower pipe but it was only possible to put the head in 2 positions – either directly down at an angle where it wasn’t possible to stand (due to the valve protruding from the wall) or at the very end of the bath!, A call to the manufacturer told us that it would be possible to purchase a slider on a ratchet system at 40-50 minimum. So we bought this one, super-easy to attach and with a completely full range of movement/position selection. It looks great in position with the rest of the shower. Very happy, thank you!
Generic fit made installation easy
Replaced broken shower head holder and an improvement in that regard.
Due to a biggish shower head, need to hold fitting in two hands when changing the height – not massively stable.
This is down to the generic nature of the fitting, supporting a range of upright diameters.
With hindsight should have invested time getting a holder with exact fit.
Has a bit of wobble. It saved replacing the whole rail.
This arrived an was fairly quick and easy to install. Not sure how it will stand up to the test of time. We have a large shower head which means the so weight on the small joint. Despite it being a little wobbly, working well so far.
A little bit precarious
Very easy to install, just twist to widen, fit it on the shower pole and then twist towards the wall to tighten. The opposite end holds the shower and you can also twist this up and down. I have to have it right up though because only the shower cord fits in so it’s kind of just sitting in it. It would be handier if this part was wider or adjustable to fit the actual shower head. If it got a knock it might fall. Hence only four stars. But I’m happy enough so far for such a cheap and easy to use solutio

Incredibly easy to install and does exactly what it’s intended to do. The shower itself does seem a bit loose in it but I’m just careful when moving it. My only issue is you can’t change the angle of the shower head without a screwdriver which isn’t practical when in the shower.

Easy to install but install the right way up as the shower head only fits in one way. I found it to be wobbly compared to the original holder that broke. Does the job though…
False economy
Not very sturdy and not sure how long it will last although it has lasted a couple months so far. Will buy the official replacement part next time.
Finally a replaceme
My shower head holder just kept dripping the shower on my head. And also soaking the ceiling at random times so I decided to replace it with something that would stay out.. this came to my rescue as I didn’t want to get a new pole and holder, then go through the hassle of putting a new one up, leaving more hole in my bathroom than a colander.. this item is really good just fit to you existing pole and away you go.. I have a lager shower head and it holds this securely and no more bangs on the head or soaked ceiling so I’m very happy with this.. it also looks good easy to fit and install so I would really recommend it.. advice to measure your pole first is a good idea to ensure a secure fi
Simple fix to an annoying shower.
Simply unscrew old shower head holder, no need to remove the bar and fit this in its place. As you screw it down the rubber gripper inside is pushed against the raiser bar and secures it in place. Easily adjusted in the same way. Some people have said that the shower head didn’t fit in? I suggest they spin it 180 and then it may fit…. the holder is tapered to accept the shower head. My only gripe is that sometimes when you turn the shower off the head drops from the loss of pressure. Doesn’t do it all the time so may just be less fiction after the height being adjusted between people in the shower. Nice easy fix for an annoying problem and didn’t have to break out the tool kit.
I had a problem over at my girlfriends house….. her shower head from a previous relationship (one of those big ones that dishes out a million PSi and passes the water through some kinda filter stones) vitamin C was attached to a wonky plastic pole.
I came along and changed the pole for a much sturdier model.
Unfortunately the receiver clamp it came with couldn’t sustain the weight of the mighty shower head and it sagged down in a droopy sulking manner as it succumbed to the effects of gravity every time it was placed in its receiver. Rather than get a new girlfriend, or successfully negotiate for my girlfriend to use a lighter, more modern shower head amazon delivered a solution!
I can confirm that this shower head receiver holds her shower head without any drooping whatsoever – the grip it has simply defies gravity.
It’s adjustable for all sized poles. I’m not one to boast but it was installed on at the thicker end of the size guide and it clamps that pole really tight.
It is plastic but sturdy enough to deal with most weighty and mightiest of shower heads.
