Installed the windows drivers, had the printer up and tested in 10 minutes, seems to be running smoothly. Will not really know until I actually print a shipping label. . Printed the test label, clear and print is dark. I’m sure this is going to be a great purchase and will save time printing shipping labels, which I was doing on a regular hp printer, having to cut and tape labels on packages. I’m not giving this 5 stars only because I have not used it to print labels yet.

Works fine
I snagged this printer when there was a mini sale so I can’t complain about half off. But this printer works fine for me. I have another thermal so don’t use this one for printing all of my daily shipping labels so unfortunately, I can’t speak to how this holds up to major printing jobs. But when I do use it for stickers or a label here or there, it’s as expected.
I use it off of a MacBook and have had no issues.
I love everything about this label printer .....the only issue that I had was the driver would not download onto my Chromebook. I think there is a Bluetooth version of this and it might be worth the extra dollars to be able to print them without a PC. I also used it to make Venmo qrcode labels so people could pay me at my events .

5 weeks and working fine so far.
the printer is easy to usse but if you using it for mercari all you need is adode acrobat for easy printing just save the label to be open with acrobat , with ebay and facebook it just work without any problems because they give you 4×6 labels
one thing is the software You just need to download the software from their website instead of using the drivers on the usb drive
because the one in the driver dont work at all, its not updated
you can get free labels from ups website, dont need to buy them get them for free

I print about 5 labels a day and have been using this printer for about 2 months and have been extremely happy so far. Like others have said I did have to go to K Comer’s website and download the latest driver. After this no issues what so ever and the printer just works. The days of taping on labels are in the past and this unit is well worth the money.

Such a lifesaver and time saver!
I normally sell products online and this label printer have saved me so much time. Before this, I used to print on a generic paper, cutting and taping it onto my package. With this label printer, I am able to just print and stick it onto my package.
I love how easy this was to set up. Just connect to computer, install software and and you’re basically good to go.

I use this for my small business and let me tell you I have not loved a product so much. Setup very easy. It runs perfect with all Mac devices. It prints in seconds and is clear and crisp. I was using ink before and a printer wasting paper and tape. Now I’m just printing and done.

I purchased this product to get started printing shipping labels for my newly created Amazon and eBay business. The install was somewhat easy (I’d prefer to use Windows default drivers, but this isn’t an option). I was able to download the drivers off their site.
Easy install and it prints very well! For the money, especially when comparing to other 4×6 thermal printers, it’s great.

At first I was sketched out about this little printer because it was cheaper than most, but it was worth it. It prints out the labels so nicely and smooth, the noise it makes is annoying when the paper runs out but that’s about it. Just make sure it’s compatible with your computers/laptops.
Had trouble at first because nothing printed out but after playing with it, I got it to work. It does print the label but print is rather light. If I had it to do over I would have gotten one with Bluetooth
It does what it says, but it’s a hassle to print labels since you have to make sure they are all pdf files first and then cut them electronically using label.kcomer.com to ensure things print properly. The customer service department lacks in their english a little bit, but they are very good at what they do. I would highly recommend this product for not only its quality, but the quality customer service that comes with it.
This must be hooked up to your computer in order to use but let me just say it works awesome! I have printed over 100 labels with this thing and it spits them out super fast in a split second! I have saved so much money on ink thanks to this product!

Great printer, doesn’t take up much room on desk.
Print quality quite good, although I have not worked out how to get labels to cover full area, presumably I will find out how to do that at a later date, overall very pleased with printer.
This was my first time purchasing a thermal printer for my small business and this couldn’t be more perfect! I got it on sale for $99 and it was a steal. Came fast, easy to install and set up. Saves me so much time versus printing and having to cut all of the labels and wasting a lot of tape.

I purchased this for my e-commerce shop and I have to say it is a life-changing. Firstly, I am not good at technology at all. I can work social media like a pro, but anything related to my computer + accessories always gets me lost.
The set up was very simple and included very easy to follow instructions. Other than the initial set up, all you have to do is change your paper to 6 x 4 or whatever size label you were using. I would definitely say I have seen other printers print a clearer quality label, But if you are just using this for shipping labels, this is the best quality for the price!
Probably one of my best purchase decisions in a long time. This saves me SO much time and money printing labels through PirateShip. Prints super fast, no issues with setup, I’m so glad I ordered!
This printer is compact, fast, and once you set your FedEx, Paypal, USPS, and UPS accounts to use a thermal 4×6 printer, it saves you a ton of time compared to printers that either don’t natively support Mac Big Sur, or don’t support 4×6 labels. I’m impressed by the speed, quality, and ease of use.
This laser printer looks pretty generic but I picked it up on sale during prime days. It works great, my only gripe is that I have to edit some of the labels to make them fit properly. Other than that the printer is awesome.

Spent hours online and drove to 3 different electronic stores to research my options.
Nothing to wireless print a label correctly.
To make this work right, You have to take a screenshot of the label online, open in Preview & rotate if needed. Set paper to 150 & it should line up & print correctly. It’s really easy once you know what to do.
There’s no other I could find that could do this for a reasonable price.
It has to be plugged into your laptop/computer. Can’t do it wireless from your laptop, much less your phone — hello inventors, lmk when you get that made— But all the other thermal label printers have the same limitations and are no betterso out of all the limited options out there, this one is great. Can’t do better with what’s available currently.
The printer set up was pretty easy. I had it up and running very quickly. Once I got my shipping label settings on ebay set to 4″ x 6″, everything runs smoothly. It is fast, and the print quality is very good. We’ll see how it holds up after a few hundred labels.
Bought this so I could ship packages from my RV while on a cross-country trip. Worked perfectly. Super easy to set up! Had to move it around a lot, put it away and re-set it up a lot, and it worked like a champ over and over.

I bought rollo first because it had very good reviews but I had so many problems with it. I
wanted to give this unit a chance. I am so happy with the results. it prints better in quality and faster than Rollo. It also accepts almost all thermal 4×6 labels on Amazon which Rollo doesn’t. I bought the second unit and it was the same experience. Highly recommended

This is a Pretty good label making machine! I use it to help making shipping labels when the terrible COVID-19 days. It helps me to avoid person to person for the stuff selling. This printer was an amazing deal! I used the thumb drive to install the divers and it was ready to go! It works perfectly and the print quality is amazing. All of my shipping labels print clearly and dark! I am very happy!

Everything works fine. I couldn't figure out why it will beep and not stop but paper must be loaded in it at all times or it will beep. Print quality is great and prints exceptionally fast.

Does tend to print patchy labels at first when it’s off for several days but that disappears after you print a couple times.

It came with a USB with further instructions and the software which can be reused for my projects! The printing quality leaves some gaps here and there but it does not affect my packages.

Why did it take me so long to buy this?!?! I really love this little label printer. I have an iMac and it was completely compatible and easy to set up. I sell on eBay, Mercari and OfferUp and it does take a little work to get the labels to print 4 x 6 but there are a lot of YouTube videos on how to do it then once you get the process down it is pretty easy. It basically amounts to shrinking the label view to “actual size” and then taking a screenshot of it and then printing out the screenshot on the label printer using “scale to fit.” Sounds complicated but it’s not. Just google the directions. And it does take a little bit of time to learn how to tear off the labels quickly and evenly but once you get that down it’s super easy & convenient. Beats dealing with a regular printer that jams, uses expensive ink, and having to cut out labels. Speaking of labels—-Make sure you line the labels up straight going into the printer and nothing is in the way of them rolling smoothly or you will end up with a jam. My only suggestion to the maker of this printer is to make a different location for where you plug in the power cord. The cord plugs in too close to the labels and can get in the way. Other than that, it’s perfect!

I love this printer. My only complaint is how some times there are patches in the print. The patches are never bad enough to have to reprint. It’s easy to use for Shopify and that makes the purchase worth it.

I run a small online boutique and I have recently ramped up in productivity. I was looking for a thermal printer that would not break the bank, but was compatible with the major platforms ( ebay, shopify, etsy). This printer did not dissapoint. First of all it came with the label stand which I was very pleased with, I was going to order one seperately. Its small and easy to install, I had no problems figuring out how to load the labels and was up and printing in about 5 mins. the only thing I had a problem with was figuring out how to get the labels to print the right direction on shopify, which was easily solved by watching a youtube video and learning it wasn’t software related, it needed to be changed at the time I purchased the label…easy fix. The only thing that would have made me love this printer more is if I could have printed via bluetooth or wifi but for what I need it for, its perfect.

Mac users: The third party software won’t open unless you right click and click “open.”
Excited when it finally came! Really wanted a good label printer that’s not expensive and found this! It’s nice and simple, pretty straight forward. And love the size because it doesn’t take up so much space and also love the simple design!
