Due to the great customer service I am being sent a new model of the mattress that has the edge support. I am very satisfied with the quality and the price of the product. I hate buying mattresses on line because being an older guys it reminds me of the true blind dates of the 70s and 80S. My problem is I ruined my back lifting heavy items for many years and the mattress I need, has to be SUPER soft but still providing necessary support. This mattress meets both conditions and my lower back is not all stiff when I get up from bed which is great. This bed unfolded perfectly, the price was affordable for such a comfortable bed. I don't like firm mattresses and I don't like sinking into the mattress and not being able to get out of bed easily. This mattress didn't disappoint. Medium-firm, super comfortable, and easy to get in and out of bed. I highly recommend it! Buena compra Nos gust mucho,tuvimos por dos aos uno de solo foami y mi esposa no aguantaba el dolor de espalda,parece que no escojimos el espesor ms adecuado pero igual decidimos cambiar por ese hibrido y estamos muy contentos. Lo nico malo es que no se “inflo” parejo, dos esquinas quedaron sumidas, no se notan ni afecta en realidad y eso de hacer devolucin de un colchn no es lo mismo que devolver un juguete, adems que cumple con su funcin. This mattress exceeded my expectations. It is very deep and quite firm. I needed to add a 1.5 inch memory foam pad to add a little softness for my joints as it is very firm. It starts to make noises after a couple months I absolutely loved the comfort of this mattress but now in February 2-3 months later it’s started to make noises while getting in and out of bed. It’s annoying!!
Customer service deserves 5 stars for helping me get the issue solved fast and they are so nice at getting back to me in a timely manner!!

Good value for the price! So far, so good on the new mattress. My only disappointment was that it required a mattress topper (1.5″ memory foam–not expensive) to be truly comfortable for me. Without it, it is a bit too firm and plays upon my older pressure points. But overall, this Kescas Hybrid is a genuinely good product for its price, comparable to mattresses three and four times its cost. And I found it is very easy to receive in shipping, to open the carton (the company even provides a safety razor knife so you don’t damage the item), and set-up.
I have no reservations about recommending this product.

Mattress is as advertised. When I first sat on the edge of of the bed, I first thought oh no it is way to soft. But then remembered it doesn't have a heavy wire frame like a traditional mattress. Once I laid down on it I knew it was what I was looking for, a comfortable firmness feel. I have a very bad back and this is better then my old traditional bed. Good company, good mattress So far, after 2 weeks – there is no medium firm feeling. It’s more like extra firm. Maybe I need to give it more time to soften. My back hurts, doesn’t adjust when sleeping on my sides, hurts to lay on my stomach. Guess we’ll give it another few weeks.
***Update 6/22/21 – the mattress feels much better. The company also contacted me to see what they could do to help and is providing me with a mattress topper to help to provide more comfort. I can appreciate a company that cares about their customers.

I end up buying two of them one for my sisters guest room (the one I used while visiting) and the other one of course for home. Just love it, I will recommended for any one that need some back pain relief with a softness matress but on the safe side hard enough for a pleasant night. The most comfort mattress I ever had, we are in totally love with the rest and peacefull nights we are having in our kescas mattress. Bought this for my sons bedroom. He’s 180 pounds and he loves the bed. Couldn’t be happier. I am going to test it out and take a nap on it one day. I was hesitant to buy a hybrid mattress at first because I’d never had one before but I was very pleasantly relived when I got mine! I love the bounce I get because I’m a mix sleeper, like I switch between back sleep and side sleep, and that’s where the memory foam top comes into play for me. I’d highly recommend the mattress! Super Awesome Mattress with box spring combo!!! Ok …so my son is 9yrs old but a tall, and stalky kid. He was growing completely out of his full size bed so for Christmas I wanted to get him a new bed…..BOY were they expensive! Firm but not too hard, perfect mattress Love the mattress!! We bought for my 7 yr old, Full size. Fast shipping, Easy to unpack and place o. bed frame. My only dislike is it slides around easily, on frame. We are using a bed skirt but didn’t make a difference. I will attempt to use some anti slip mats, usually used for rugs.

This bed has softened up a bit. It is still firm, but now has a nice give to it. Still very comfortable and is holding up well. This may be due to the fact that it is used mostly by my child with an occasional adult laying on it for a half hour a day. Still rate it 5 stars for price and how it’s holding up.

Comfy mattress for the price. Has a good bounce to it. Doesn’t have as much memory foam as I thought it would but price reflects that. Firmer than I thought it would be but still works well for my child.
Only complaint would be the use of the the outdated fire retardant (glass fibers). There are better ways of doing this in 2021. The fibers SHOULD be fine as long as the mattress is not opened up or ripped open.

Buying a mattress online is often not a great experience, but I have to say, we really like this! I would agree it is more of a medium firmness - which is great! So many compressed mattresses end up being very firm, which is not my cup of tea. Our 11 year old is lucky winner of this mattress, but I would happily sleep on it. I was able to remove it from the box at the front door & slide it to my bedroom by myself. In the bedroom I removed the outer plastic wrapping. I propped it up on the box springs & then "wiggled" it to the center of the springs. Heavy, but not that hard to do. Using the tool that came with it I carefully cut away the plastic. It began to expand immediately! It was expanded to the full 10" in minutes. Four hours later I made the bed. There were no odors. This matress isn't rock hard, but very firm & supportive. I think the matress top makes all the difference! The mattress is well made & looks and feels like one costing much more. I would definitely puchase it again. A great value. Due to the great customer service I am being sent a new model of the mattress that has the edge support. I am very satisfied with the quality and the price of the product. Can't wait to get the replacement.

This mattress is wonderful. I did my homework, looked at a lot of mattresses, read the reviews and this one seemed to be a good value. So far we have not been disappointed. It was a purchase for my teenage daughter and she loves it. It’s soft but medium firmness. Very comfortable. For the cost I think it is a great product! I’m very pleased!

I hate buying mattresses on line because being an older guys it reminds me of the true blind dates of the 70s and 80S. My problem is I ruined my back lifting heavy items for many years and the mattress I need, has to be SUPER soft but still providing necessary support. This mattress meets both conditions and my lower back is not all stiff when I get up from bed which is great.

I purchased this mattress in June of 2021 and waited until now (May 2022) to write a product review, because I wanted to make sure that the mattress retained it’s shape and didn’t sag on the side of the bed that I sleep on and also stayed comfortable. I don’t like firm mattresses and I don’t like sinking into the mattress and not being able to get out of bed easily. This mattress didn’t disappoint. Medium-firm, super comfortable, and easy to get in and out of bed. I highly recommend it!

Nos gust mucho,tuvimos por dos aos uno de solo foami y mi esposa no aguantaba el dolor de espalda,parece que no escojimos el espesor ms adecuado pero igual decidimos cambiar por ese hibrido y estamos muy contentos. Lo nico malo es que no se “inflo” parejo, dos esquinas quedaron sumidas, no se notan ni afecta en realidad y eso de hacer devolucin de un colchn no es lo mismo que devolver un juguete, adems que cumple con su funcin. It starts to make noises after a couple months
I absolutely loved the comfort of this mattress but now in February 2-3 months later it’s started to make noises while getting in and out of bed. It’s annoying!!
Customer service deserves 5 stars for helping me get the issue solved fast and they are so nice at getting back to me in a timely manner!!
I’ve had this mattress for about a year now and am extremely pleased with the level of comfort it provides and the quality of sleep I’m getting. The hybrid design provides just the right amount of soft and firm, and you can feel that your body is fully supported in all the right places. I also purchased a mattress topper from Kescas which I ended up not even needing because the bed is already plenty comfortable. Excellent customer service, not something you see every day. 10/10 no complaints here.

Originally, the product did not meet our needs. We let the manufacture know about our concerns and they stood behind their satisfaction guarantee. You can buy with confidence knowing that there is a company behind this product that wants to ensure you are happy with your purchase. I think this mattress would work best for a bunk bed or other solid foundation. We had ours on a box spring and there was just not enough firmness.

So far, so good on the new mattress. My only disappointment was that it required a mattress topper (1.5″ memory foam–not expensive) to be truly comfortable for me. Without it, it is a bit too firm and plays upon my older pressure points. But overall, this Kescas Hybrid is a genuinely good product for its price, comparable to mattresses three and four times its cost. And I found it is very easy to receive in shipping, to open the carton (the company even provides a safety razor knife so you don’t damage the item), and set-up.
I have no reservations about recommending this product.

I’ve owned this mattress for exactly one year now. Bed came in compact box. Very easy to unpack and took about a day or so to fully rise. I bought it because it said medium firm but it is pretty firm to me. If you like firm mattresses, this is a good value bed for you. My hubby likes it but I think I prefer a softer mattress so I may add another layer of memory foam topper. They also have great customer service.

Good company, good mattress
So far, after 2 weeks – there is no medium firm feeling. It’s more like extra firm. Maybe I need to give it more time to soften. My back hurts, doesn’t adjust when sleeping on my sides, hurts to lay on my stomach. Guess we’ll give it another few weeks.
***Update 6/22/21 – the mattress feels much better. The company also contacted me to see what they could do to help and is providing me with a mattress topper to help to provide more comfort. I can appreciate a company that cares about their customers.

I end up buying two of them one for my sisters guest room (the one I used while visiting) and the other one of course for home. I was hesitant to buy a hybrid mattress at first because I’d never had one before but I was very pleasantly relived when I got mine! I love the bounce I get because I’m a mix sleeper, like I switch between back sleep and side sleep, and that’s where the memory foam top comes into play for me. I’d highly recommend the mattress!

Luckily I found Queen Mattress, Kescas 10 Inch Hybrid Memory Foam and Pocket Spring Mattress, Medium Firmness on Amazon , and I couldn’t have made a better choice! My son was more excited about the bed than his Oculus Lol! I had to try it out myself. Perfect amount of firmness and comfort and this is without the 2 inch topper, but when I added that……Now it’s a bed fit for a King Lol. Awesome buy. I thought it was cool that it was all in one

Greetings,,, people out there, this has been my best purchase yet, because I sleep longer and better, I get up every morning without any joint pain, because has the cooling features, so I don’t have to by any extra mattress pad, it’s medium firm is soft And firm at the same time, perfect combination, the mattress doesn’t retain any smell, because the cooling air comes in and comes out, in a nigh time the cooling sensation help me decompress my body so I wake up nice and refreshed, I love love the mattress now my family all my family wants to get one, my family are getting rid of there mattress to get mine, n the one that I bought from you guys, every time any family or visitors come over , it’s funny because they want to lay down on my bed especially my family they all wanna lay down on my bed I highly recommend it you will love it, the only thing you need is is the matter you don’t need the platform you don’t need the bottom part of the matter is that all you need, because it has so many features for your body like that cooling system is help you with your joints make you sleep longer is wonderful, I love love love thank you so much for making it thank you.

Love the mattress!! We bought for my 7 yr old, Full size. Fast shipping, Easy to unpack and place o. bed frame. My only dislike is it slides around easily, on frame. We are using a bed skirt but didn’t make a difference. I will attempt to use some anti slip mats, usually used for rugs.
Overall very happy. Love when he wants someone to lay with him, so cozy and comfortable.
Update after 9 months:
This bed has softened up a bit. It is still firm, but now has a nice give to it. Still very comfortable and is holding up well. This may be due to the fact that it is used mostly by my child with an occasional adult laying on it for a half hour a day. Still rate it 5 stars for price and how it’s holding up.

Comfy mattress for the price. Has a good bounce to it. Doesn’t have as much memory foam as I thought it would but price reflects that. Firmer than I thought it would be but still works well for my child.
Only complaint would be the use of the the outdated fire retardant (glass fibers). There are better ways of doing this in 2021. The fibers SHOULD be fine as long as the mattress is not opened up or ripped open.

This is an excellent mattress for an excellent price. I’ve been sleeping on it for a couple months, and without getting into all of my sleep issues, this mattress made a world of difference. I chose it specifically because I wanted a hybrid, love the pocket coils, and the top is just a perfect firmness for me. The details and instructions are definitely not written by a native-English speaker, but they do have the best warning phrase I’ve ever heard. “…may have a risk of smacking people…” So apparently this mattress is also my spirit animal, lmao! Would definitely recommend (and have, although they’re currently out of stock, much to my housemate’s chagrin).
Buying a mattress online is often not a great experience, but I have to say, we really like this! I would agree it is more of a medium firmness – which is great! So many compressed mattresses end up being very firm, which is not my cup of tea. Our 11 year old is lucky winner of this mattress, but I would happily sleep on it.

A great value. Ordered the queen size which fit perfectly. It is truly 60 x 80. Received two days earlier than expected. I was able to remove it from the box at the front door & slide it to my bedroom by myself. In the bedroom I removed the outer plastic wrapping. I propped it up on the box springs & then “wiggled” it to the center of the springs. Heavy, but not that hard to do. Using the tool that came with it I carefully cut away the plastic. It began to expand immediately! It was expanded to the full 10″ in minutes. Four hours later I made the bed. There were no odors. This matress isn’t rock hard, but very firm & supportive. I think the matress top makes all the difference! The mattress is well made & looks and feels like one costing much more. I would definitely puchase it again.
The mattress we received was great and expanded in less than the 24 hrs specified. No chemical smells of any kind. The bed quality was great and had no issues. After sleeping on the bed for several weeks we could not seem to get comfortable and the firmness of this model wasn’t the right fit for us. We tried several different pillows to see if there would be any better results, but it seems we need a softer mattress. After contacting customer support after 3 months of trying this mattress they were very understanding and helpful with the return/reimbursement process! Five stars for their customer service and help. If they offered a softer option we would definitely have tried it.

I was skeptical, but after sleeping on it- WOW! Couldn’t believe the comfort for what I paid. This is for a guest bedroom that I use from time to time. I’m over 6Ft 250lbs and have had back surgery. Switching mattresses often leads to pain in the morning but this one is great. I’m not a fan of the memory foam mattress, but this “hybrid” is not too hard and not too soft. I would buy it again.

Absolutely love this mattress!!! Changed my life..seriously! I was sleeping on my couch until making this purchase. Very soft, yet firm. I look forward to sleeping on it every night. Highly recommend to anyone.
