This is very sturdy a little bulky but I really like it.

I bought this on a whim, seeing it had money off. Being more on the expensive side. It does not disappoint. It’s sturdy, moves well and the height it goes it is perfect. It goes to many heights and angles which is perfect for lighting. I would recommend 100%.

This stand is perfect for the laptop ensuring air circulation helping the fan. It is sturdy and is a little stiff to move. It is also not the slickest in means of portability. I decided not to take it with me when working at the office but I do use it when working from home. This is mostly due to the amount of things I take to work with me. However it is a great little stand if not requiring to be potable

When I first got this I feel my life changed dramatically for the better, its a great product, it’s utility was way beyond what I expected, I use it all the time and loved it, but then after a few months the bearing for the top hinge seemed to have lost its stickiness, so now I put my laptop on it and it just sinks. It seems like I can no longer use it. This is a great sadness.

Update: This might be important for people, I’ve managed to fix the problem and alleviate the sadness in my heart, although it wasn’t easy. For anyone struggling with the same issue, you need a stanley blade to pop off the little metal circular things which are only stuck on with some kind of glue. Underneath you’ll find a nut that can be tightened. The frustrating part is that it cannot be tightened by a regular socket, it seems like a 10ml nut but a 10ml socket wont fit in the gap between the nut and the metal. I’m not sure why they made it like this. The cynical side of me thinks it could be so that if it loses its grip you just buy another one. Which if true I have lots of opinions about but not the will to share here.

After trying long nose pliers and other such things to no avail, what I ended up doing was buying a very small thin file, that I stuck in the gap between the metal and the nut, held with my thumb and twisted the mechanism which lo and behold tightened the nut for me! And thus my laptop stand was again restored to its former glory. I will keep the four stars as the product is great, but the lack of ability to tighten it should it become loose with a regular tool is somewhat incomprehensible to me. Either which way though, I am now typing this review from substantially elevated laptop, which fills my heart joy and deep sense of satisfaction.

I loved it for a few months, but...

I really like my stand which I use with my MacBook. It’s robust. I find it so much easier to use my screen for Zoom meetings and watching films now the screen is at the right height. It’s so much easier for my neck.

Really nice looking stand, raises laptop to a good height, useful if you like to stand up to work sometimes during the day (im not very tall though). The arms dont lock but cant forsee issues with drooping as the joints are nice and stiff. Flat base so it creates extra space on your desk. Great price would recommend.

I was worried this product would be flimsy, it isn’t, it’s a solid bit of kit. Also I like the design, I’m just hoping it holds up over time. But initially I’m very impressed

This laptop stand is great quality. It does the job as intended, but also looks nice. Is easy to fold away and because of the way it opens, it doesn’t take up masses of room on my small desk.
Lap top stays in place and I can achieve the perfect height I need.
    I’d definitely recommend.

This is the one! if you want a stand that will hold your big or small laptops then this is the stand that will do it! well vented for air curculation, very light in weight, strong and keeps its position, grips the laptop well and doesnt tip over like most of those fold out stands you see on amazon! You will not be disapointed!

I use this for a 17″ heavy laptop at work daily. Never any issues with tipping, holds up great.

The grey stand perfectly matches space grey laptops and compliments it well. This is very handy for zoom calls, no longer need to elevate laptop on a box. Stand is very sturdy and not too heavy.

As mentioned, the item is a little stiff to open and close… But I think that’s more a feature than a defect so it can stay in position. I mention it in case the intended User has issues with Arthritis or similar.

That said, the design is simple and effective. I use it with my DJ controller which sits on the base of the stand when it’s in use. It’s light enough and folds down slim enough to transport easily. The frame is metal and has not yet taken any cosmetic damage, despite travelling with it in a backpack without a special cover.

    A solid purchase!

I love this stand. You can angle it in various ways and it lays flat for carrying around. A little bit pricier than most, but well-made and will last years.

I needed something to lift up my laptop for working from home, and help keep it cool. Previously, I’d used a plastic frame but needed to use a book for the height! This is perfect for my needs, is very lightweight and easy to transport around for when I’m on site soon. Plus, it looks really good!

I’m delighted with this stand. It’s an attractive design and good quality. The non-slip features work really well and it manages to be both solid and light. I don’t think it could be improved upon and highly recommend it. For me, it’s perfect.

Premium feeling product. Great quality and very sturdy can handle very heavy laptops too. Fast becoming my favourite item in office. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent laptop stand who doesnt want to spend massive and after quality.

The stand is excellent, exactly what I was looking for, and, in fact, it exceeded my expectations.
It is lightweight yet sturdy enough. It is quite stiff to adjust but that’s exactly what makes it sturdy and well balanced on a desk. I love the ability to adjust to different levels and angles to support ergonomic posture whilst working.
I am extremely happy with this purchase, especially as I got it at a discounted price which is 7-10 lower than its competitors.

Due to lack of space , I had to think of something that would carry the dfam above my Moog grandmother on my sideboard. It took absolutely ages, but as soon as I got this out of the box it fitted straight away . Also fits old drum machine as someone above kindly pointed out . Straightforward no messing about . Fantastic purchase

Holds my HP 15 in laptop with no issues. It folds up to hold computer and compacts down for travel. Simple to use and stable. Lots of range for different angles of your laptop. The air vents are great for not overheating the laptop. Highly recommend if you need or want to elevate your laptop off the table!

This was delivered even more quickly than stated. It is very lightweight, feels sturdy (quite stiff to move – which is what you want so it doesn’t move by itself!), and is so much better than my old triangular stand in terms of placing my laptop at the right height to help my posture. All in all, great!

Puts the laptop in the perfect position for my head and neck and has helped greatly with neck strain.

I have only had this a little while, so I can’t speak for how it will hold up long term, though my only concern is that adjusting the height and angle takes a lot of pressure, as it’s friction that keeps the settings in place. If you are someone who will want to fold you laptop holder up when not in use (and this one ‘flattens out’ very well), I wonder if doing that a lot will eventually make it less stays-set-like-a-rock than it is now. I plan on just putting it away when not using it left in the position I want to use it.

IMPORTANT issue for people with large-ish hands: Many of these stands have two little pieces that jut out that keep the laptop from sliding off as the edge of the laptop rests against them, as do almost all types of these sorts of stands and they make sense. However, I was wondering if (given that they are stick out much further than most laptops need) if it would be unpleasant to use in that they would get in the way of my hands. They do, and I don’t think I would be comfortable using the laptop keyboard for a long period on these stands. However, many people use them with external keyboards and mice, in which case this is no issue.

A couple of minor issues/thoughts: It’s awfully bright-and-shiny, and I’d have rather had this in a darker finish, as some of these types of things provide. I’m not taking a star off for this as 1) I knew it when I ordered it and 2) it’s just preference.

The other probably minor issue is that while the design of the air flow vents on the surface holding the laptop is attractive, depending on where your laptop actually sucks in air (which is not, for many of them, the entire area that looks like venting) is unlikely to align all that well with the flower-like design. I suspect that less attractive stands with larger open areas are more likely not to have this issue. On the upside, the silicon pads (so the laptop isn’t touching metal) aren’t very thick, but they are a decent surface area and will hold the laptop well. I might have wished they were just slightly thicker to provide more air movement, though this is only relevant for those with laptops that pull air in from below.

However, when all is said and done, as I type this the price (with the little coupon) is about $23, and this is a good product for that price.

I got this stand for my workplace. If it’s my laptop perfectly. The stand is sturdy but can also be adjustable with enough pressure applied. Overall I find it very useful and functional for work.

Bought for my other half when I started working from home and stole the office space … She wishes she had this sooner and is as happy as Larry.. No more neck or back ache.

I chose this laptop stand because it didn’t look to big or clumsy with loads of ratchets to adjust the height. It looks good, has non slip pads and ventilation. It’s exactly the same colour as my Macbook so it looks really professional. Love it and recommend it.
