Knives seem excellent quality and I have never had a knife block before which is so much better than having knives loose in a draw. They look very smart on my worktop and so easy to reach for when you need them. Very pleased with my purchase x

These knives are great.
Love these knives. I was hesitating buying but glad I did. These look and feel good quality. I’m most definitely avoiding putting them in the dishwasher and will be expecting them to last along time. I ended up buying two sets and returning one as the first set came with two carving knives and no bread knife!

This is a good purchase for q hobby cook. Basically for most households:)
Reliable, strong shape. I wish they were sharper. I ean the blades are safely sharp. Is just that I like extra sharp knives. Tomatoes were cut easily btw, so no prob here:) But I can sharpen them myself, which one has to do anyway once in q while. For the price paid I think it is a good deal.
I was also looking for Svenjberg(or similar) German brand… they didn’t have a holder really. So decided to get this one.
The only thing here is: not sure where the product is made actually. This is not mentioned anywhere.
So I will test them further and hope the quality stays. For now: satisfied.

Cet ensemble de couteaux est trs recommandable. Notez qu’il est quand mme important de suivre les instructions d’entretien. Si vous laissez vos couteaux dans le fond de l’vier , il est probable qu’ils deviennent tachs. Aussi les asscher est aussi important pour les mmes raisons. Jusqu’ prsent je suis trs satisfait de la quantit de couteaux fournis par rapport au prix qui est trs raisonnable. La qualit est au rendez-vous surtout si l’on compare avec des ensembles de couteaux plus dispendieux.

Good little knife set for the cost. This isn’t a high end set but rather a nice everyday set. The block is slim and a good weight. The knives have a nice weight and cut smoothly.
Definitely hand wash these, no dishwasher because I think the handles would fade and the knives would dull easily, but the company states this in a book that is included.

I was iffy about buying knives off the internet because last time I did the knives were dull. These was are very sharp and the weight of them are nice and balanced. Good looking and quality sharp knives in attractive block.
A good looking block and knives set.Not easy to find a 5 knife block which is all I required for general kitchen use. The block itself is quite tall and with the knives, just fits under my cupboards. So you need to pull it forward in order to release the larger knives. The knives are very sharp and look and feel good quality. Only negative is everything usually goes in the dishwasher and the advice given is to NOT do that and to wash by hand/dry straight after use. A compromise worth doing to keep them looking their best.

Everything seems to be of high quality on initial uses. The knives are very sharp, heavy but balanced. The handles are nice to hold and the knife block really looks great in the kitchen.
My 8 inch Chef Knife arrived with a bit of damage on the tip end. Appears it was not packaged correctly. Scratches and gouges in the blade near the tip. Not a big enough issue to return the set.
Don’t be fooled by all the German language on the knives, these are 100% made in China.
