Comfortable and cool
I bought this item as I’m a long distance lorry driver sitting for many hours a day and am a sciatica sufferer. This cushion is superbly designed and is very comfy. It’s design and gel layer keeps my behind cool and ache free thankyou so much !
Good produc
This was a very good product and great value for the price.
Unfortunately it did not suit my needs. I am awaiting hip surgery and also sciatica. I have extreme pain when driving. Although the cushion was very firm it did not alleviate the pain. Nevertheless other reviews are very positive.

A nice product, comfortable and well made. Brought this to add to my dining table chair for when I’m working at home on the lap top. Was suffering from coccyx pain which this relieved immediately and which eased off completely within a matter of days. Also use the cushion when driving now and this also helps. I think it really makes a difference the most when a chair cannot be adjusted to get rid of hip tilt and the cushion just relieve the resulting pressure from the coccyx. A great product and a good use of memory foam technology. The seller was great as the item arrived within 24hours, well packaged and prompt.

This is the third type of cushion I have used following surgery. More expensive than previous ones, but very comfortable. Probably worth the extra cost. Will buy another.

It has been very useful for my husband who is suffering from a bad bout of sciatica, but as far as pain relief is concerned it can’t remedy that. Very useful in the car.

The cushion is an attractive design and it’s quite comfortable though quite pricey. The coolness is good and makes long journeys more comfortable but I’ve noticed one side doesn’t plump back fully Into shape after use.

Pain relief for my sons scoliosis
I bought this for my 13 year old son who has just been diagnosed with scoliosis. It gave him immediate relief. He is very tall and slim so the cushion is wider than he is- but it still worked. Highly recommended and good value for money.
