I bought these for use in my home. And they are brilliant. Quite literally plug and play, mine is set to 23C and it just sits there doing nothing until needed, it clicks on, yes it makes a noise but mine is above the tv, and I don’t need to adjust the volume, it runs for a bit, until it’s at temperature, ie 23c at the heater, so around 18-20c at the floor, which I find comfortable. On the few hotish days we’ve had I turn on the blower, whilst it doesn’t cool the air it circulates it so pulls cool air in to the room. Absolutely love this heater, also have one in the bedroom.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best heater ever!

Simple effective heater easy to install (3 screws and wallplugs supplied).
Cable comes out top right, above the display panel.
A lot of buttons on remote control for the Timer I will never use, but the basics are easy to find.

We bought this to keep the chill off our front porch and it’s very easy to fit and easy to use.

    THE CONS
Really only that the power lead isn’t long enough, so we (like a number of other reviewers) had to use an extension lead to plug it in.
It loses it’s settings if you power it off. Not a problem if you just leave the power switch on, although if you get a power cut you would need to set it again.

    THE PROS
It’s easy to install. 2-3 screws in the wall and hang it on.
Turning it on and setting it to a set temperature, so it comes on automatically when the temperature drops below that is very easy using the remote.

I note some reviewers mentioned it’s a bit complicated working out how to put it on a timer, but we haven’t tried that.

That’s it really. It’s a bit smaller than I thought but perfect for our front porch and does the job nicely.

Nice unit- blends in to the kitchen (an extension with no heating) takes the edge off when cold. Circulates quite well. Only issue really was had to fit a longer lead to power up. Who has a socket near the top of a door?

We use this in our conservatory. It’s discreet, quiet and warm! We love the auto on/off when it gets to temperature. Tip – remote control – you need to be pointing it right at the heater in front of as it isn’t sensitive. Great product does the job

This heater is amazing we now have 2, unfortunately the second arrived with the box damaged and the plug prongs were bent,if I did not know how to change a plug I would have sent it back,so not happy having to buy a plug, however the product itself deserves 5 stars.

For me to install it where I did I chased the cord into the wall along the top of my kitchen cabinet for about 18″ then used an extension lead to plug in the heater, only thing I would have liked is a longer cord lead then I would not have to use the extension lead, all said and done I am please with this heater and easy to use the remote, as you higher up the heater it will bleep every time you press it to go up or down by a degree, but very pleased with my purchase, Regards Ro

Does not blow out chilled air, only circulated air when on low temp.

After many varying answers I asked about this item, as to if the fan stops, doesn’t blow cold air after your desired temp is reached I decided to purchase the item as the majority of the answers said ‘Yes’ even though a lot said ‘No’.
Anyway, the truth is, YES the fan does stop blowing cool air once your desired heat temp is reached, temp drops by 2 degrees then the heater kicks in again blowing hot air. Awesome heater for the price and very easy to use and install, heats up our conservatory very quickly.

I use this in my bathroom to keep the room warm while im showering. Works really well! temperature goes to 59C so plenty of heat and if i wanted i could stand underneath it to dry myself! easy to mount and install .. its made from cheap plastics but its not something youre going to be touching anyways because of the remote so build quality isnt really an issue! would be nice if it came with a second remote just in case the first was lost but otherwise its perfet and does exactly what i need it to do!

Probably a little to early to review as I don’t have any idea as yet, what it costs to run. Have it set up at 24 degrees and it will operate until it reaches that set temperature before going into standby. Well made product, operates as described. Just hope when my bill comes in it won’t hurt too much as this product was the solution to very cold kitchen with no wall space for any heating. As this is fitted above the kitchen door, it ticked all the boxes in both size and ease of operation.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this heater for my kitchen as it is only 10×8 and there is no central heating in it. This heater works extremely well at heating my kitchen but also I leave the kitchen door open and it heats my sitting room too!

It has 2 heat settings, I believe 1000w and 2000w. There is a noticeable difference in the heat it gives out on the higher setting but is no louder. My Tv is close to the kitchen door and when watching tv on a low volume I can just hear it purring away. I would say the loudness is comparable to most heaters of this type.

It has a timer function and a swing function so can project the heat to the floor as well as above your head.

Installation was simple just 3 screws. I have mine just above the kitchen door. Bear in mind when installing it must have 8 inches free room above it to disperse any heat from the elements.

It comes with a 3 pin plug so no need for an electrician and it also comes with a remote control.

All in all a great heater for the money, it works really well, blows out loads of heat and is relatively quiet.

Glad I purchased it especially now were into winter!

Nice compact unit, fits above the door in my garge and chucks out enough heat. Quiet in comparison to previous heaters I’ve had.
Fitting involves drilling two holes in exactly the right place to then hang the unit. A bracket is then used to secure it, with some flexibility on hole position.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our Usersim 18 and i live in a 2 bedroom log cabin on my parents back garden, my main living area is un-insulated 14ft square and gets cold especially on nights like this were its 6C but in the room in writing this review it’s not too hot and not too cold, it’s perfect.

this is a godsend compared to other heaters i’ve had that just keep pumping heat while im sleeping and baking me alive, i set it to 27C and the room never gets cold, the heater turns itself off when the rooms adequately warm, people saying its not a good fan is just mad that it’s not an ac, it pumps air with its fan not too aggressive but it’s there and warms rooms up quickly, onto the noise, you can hear it, but not that loud and it’s easily muted out against a very quiet TV.

the settings are complicated and the instruction book is confusing, but the remote simplifies everything, just turn it on and +/- (temperature) heat until your happy with the temperature and the heater will work to keep the room roughly at that temperature.

on its max its very very warm and lowest setting which is basically just the fan, its whatever the room temperature air is. (basically don’t rely on it to cool you down.)

i think this is a good option for anyone looking for a small heater with big results. very pleased.

    Very Good

Does what it’s supposed to. Very simple to install, and quick to get working. Installed in a 14ft x 8ft shed which is our darts den, and produced good warmth on the first evening of use.
Haven’t messed about with all the timers and settings, but for setting the required temperature and turning on and off, it’s great. Think it would struggle to warm a bigger shed/workshop/office quickly!! But it’s an over door heat curtain at the end of the day. So bought for the correct reason, it’s perfect. Now to see how long it lasts, but feel it’ll be just fine.

    Does what it does well.

I like the fact it does not switch on and off all the time. It also adjusts the power output dependent on the temp drop range. I have it mounted on a wooden wall in my office and its very quiet compared to the other floor fan heaters or the imatation wood burner. My main gripe is its rather over complicated to use and I suggest you save the manual. It’s not a simple switch on and set temp. I also sleep in the office and noticed the blue led temp display is Very bright. I am betting this will be the first thing to fail. The lead supplied is long enough to reach most sockets. The remote is tiny and not very intuitive. Bit for the price and the fact its saving me a lot of power is great. As heater is mounted high in room you do need set temp to say 26c to get 21 at floor level. However the height is a bonus as the temp does not have such quick variations as the floor. So you get a warm room without it turning on and off every few. Minutes. It also looks lovely and at last I ain’t scared the heater will fall over or I step on it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersPowerful output, relatively quiet, seems a good quality product. Easy to instal. Basic operating modes are easy to use/ remember. Weekly programming is definitely not intuitive, although instruction manual is relatively well written (don’t lose it!). Switching off power to the heater zaps any weekly programming (which isn’t good if you have programmed a lot of on/ off periods ).

The heater is well packaged and delivered on time. Unfortunately the cable installed is only about 2 mt. and fitted with standard U.K. three pin plug, I feel if about 4 mt. was fitted minus a plug it would be better for most installation as I have had to change the cable to wire the unit into a spur outlet which means I invalidate the warranty. I an sure that most installers would consider the price of a plug as cheap to maintain the warranty.

A nice looking unit that works really well. Only downside is it only has a cable that is approximately 1m long which is totally inadequate for a unit that needs to be 1.8m off the floor as a minimum

  44. Anonymous says:

We bought this heater to warm up a kitchen extension with no wall space for a radiator.
Installation was very easy however the cable was no where near long enough to reach the plug socket. My husband cut the cable supplied to an even shorter length and bought an in line electrical connector (costing approx 1 from Screwfix) a suitably rated cable and new plug…..30 minutes later the heater was installed.
Regarding the remote control..we dont want the timer so just use the on/off switch and heater output button. I dont find the beeping annoying.
Heater output is plenty to keep us all toasty and whilst you get some noise from the heater it isnt disturbing.
    Would buy again if needed.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersArrived in a timely fashion and represents good value for money. Wanted it for a garage which gets cold at times in the winter and given we keep a fridge and a freezer there the temperature needs to be no lower than around 8-10C and this does the job admirably. However it is interesting to note that whilst the Amazon information says it can be used in a garage the manual says it can’t, conflicting and confusing information. I have set the heater up to come on at about 8C which it does and stops the garage from getting any colder. Garage is used as a workshop, not for cars therefore the large door is never open which may account for the comment in the manual? I cannot comment on running costs yet, early days yet but time will tell and for much of the year it won’t come on at all. Does the job I expected it to.
Edit 1: 2 weeks after the warranty expired the fan started to run as rough as a butchers dog, appears to be a bearing problem? Took it apart and tried to fix to no avail, at just over a year old so I would question just how robust these units are? Brilliant when it worked but expected at least perhaps 3 years of medium duty use.
Edit 2: All credit to the seller, after contacting them they refunded my original purchase price without question. Excellent service.

Arrived promptly, well packed and undamaged. Slightly bigger than I thought (didn’t check the measurements). Haven’t installed it yet but plugged it in and tried it out. Can’t envisage any reason why it won’t do the job I need it for. Our hallway doesn’t have any radiators and despite having a upvc double glazed front door is very cold inside. Wanted to fit this to provide low level warmth just to take that chill off.

Golden Review Award: 34 From Our UsersNeeded some heat for the kitchen as the central heating doesn’t extend to that room.

Initially I was looking for a panel type heater being mindful that there was very little room on the lower half of the walls due to kitchen units.

I stumbled upon this heater and all the reviews were good so decided this would be the one, another plus point is it is reasonably priced compared to some panel heaters.

Installation was reasonably easy, for some reason if you drill the holes at the distance in the manual the heater won’t fit, ended up having to drill another hole? Once installed the heater is fairly straightforward to use and the remote control gives you more options.

I like the swinging blade as that helps to spread the heat around, it warmed the kitchen up quickly and once at temperature the heater goes into standby mode. I have set the programme feature so as it will automatically come on AM and PM for a few hours.

The only negative from my point of view is the annoying “beeping” noise when you press any control, it is a pity this can’t be disabled or the volume turned down, other than that no complaints.

    Very good!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe quality of the product is good, however it is complicated to use and you can not set up timer based on minutes, only hours. Nice and compact, I’m using it to keep an ‘insulated’ shed at a constant temperature (19*) for fermenting beer!
