I have sudden serious collapse of my knee ( surgery waiting list very long) the tape gives excellent support making walking less painful. Ask a physio to show you how to use the tape for maximum support.

Following knee surgery last year and being told about arthritis I purchased this tape, have since bought it again and again. Works exactly how it is meant to. Didn’t think it would but so glad I bought it! Highly recommended

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’ve found this tape has been really supportive for my foot injury. Adhesion is good and it is waterproof but would need replaced often, at least once a day. It is a bit thinner than other tapes I’ve used but easy to fix by doubling up if extra support is needed. It hasn’t caused any problems with sensitive skin.

When it comes to stretching and sticking, the tape is great. I cannot fully evaluate its ‘healing’ and pain relief properties but once I put it on, it stays for a couple of days without a problem. Perhaps a specialists application will make it more useful but I did follow the instructions.

It works for me, I have a broken shoulder which has metal plates fitted. tape supports the soft tissue in upper arm.

Nice range of colours but a bit stretcher than other brands I’ve used. Did a reasonable job of holding my arm joint in place if I used extra strips.

This is the best tape I’ve used in years, really good to help muscles recover & fixes any muscle strains & pulls. I’ve tried a few different brands but this is the best by far.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersKinesiology tape only works if you know where to put it, but after a few tries with the help of tutorial videos I got it right! After crushing a muscle it really helped support me as it healed…

But after it healed, I still had a bunch left over so used it to support my boobs, and it worked a charm under strappy dresses! My only issue was getting it off, but olive oil did the trick. It’s very strong and breathable bandage-like material.

Not a great deal I can review on the tape other than it sticks well, stayed on all day and done what it needed to do. Which was support my knee. Instructions on where to put it for the best support would have been handy, but I just ended up getting the info I needed off of you tube.

I really struggle with this stuff.

My physio does an amazing job of strapping me up but I just can’t work it out! Even when I try they just unpeel so easily

However, I KNOW this is purely user error because when my physio does it I SWEAR by these!! They are so brilliant for holding joints in place and replacing the muscles to give them a break!!

The tape is great and is definitely helping me run and cycle as I return from a knee injury. It is thinner than tapes I have tried in the past so took some getting used to with how much to use and how tight to apply the tape, but now works just as well as any other.

I use this tape for patella tendonitis and it works perfectly.
    Stretch and adhesion are good.

My only complaint is that it isn’t possible to tear the tape and it’s a little too tough for scissors so I have to use a sharp knife to cut the strips, other than this I would highly recommend.

My husband injured his archilles tendon, and was getting severe pain around this area. He was referred to physio and is waiting for the appointment. Our neighbour recommended he try this tape while waiting for his appointment.
It is very easy to use (did follow a YouTube video for tips on how to apply), it sticks well and lasts.
The difference after applying it was amazing, the pain had gone and he was able to go to work where he is on his feet 8 hours a day. Will be definitely buying more.

I like this tape because I’ve got oily skin and the others I’ve used before don’t stick for long or very well. This stuff sticks very well and keeps strong while it’s on. I bought camo style and it’s rather cool. It’s easy to apply and remove. Great value for money I’d say.

I’ve used a lot of different kinesiology tapes. Usually I buy the pre measured strips as I like the ease on not needing scissors etc, This one I have on my ankle which gets a lot of wear with movement clothing and showering. Two days later it was still in place! I needed to change and felt it would have stayed on placed longer had I needed to. It’s a nice bright orange and I am impressed with the quality and price. Will buy again.

Purchased to try taping my wrist area because of carpal tunnel. Easy to use tape, sticks and cuts well. Recommend taking it off in the bath or shower as it comes of easier. Whether or not the taping actually helps remains to be seen, but the tape itself is perfect for the job and good quality.

Hand grip on an elderly relatives walker.
Chain guard on a bike (wrap on frame)
Anti slip for a squat slant board
Wrapped a friends vintage car steering wheel as it was very grainy.
    Lots of craft uses too.
Always have a couple of rolls in the cupboard.

I have plantar fascitis and over the years I have tried almost every tape possible. This tape is without a doubt the best you can buy. Price wise you cannot beat it. It is one long tape so you can cut just what you need. It sticks to your feet through thick and thin and the support it gives is spot on. I’ve been in tears with the pain in my feet and this is a godsend.

  43. AnthonyGMZ says:

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is just what I needed, the tape really sticks on and gives support. I’ve found that other brands don’t always give lasting support like this, they start to peel or loosen.
As for value, I think the price is worth it. I bought the tape in black and this looks very discrete under my black leggings.
You can’t peel this tape off normally, you need to shower to loosen it and do it carefully. Otherwise it HURTS, so no peeling off like a plaster it’s more like a saniderm peel.

WARNING: as shown in my photos, I left this tape over night (I was sooo tired and couldn’t be bothered to go through the peeling off process) and it caused my leg to blister. This was actually very painful for what is essentially a little blister. Now I’m too scared to use the tape, but to be fair- it’s never ever happened when I’ve worn it for say 6-12 hours in a day. It was that over night bit where I felt it go hot and itchy and then burnnnnnn.

    This stuff sticks well!

Advised to use tape on knee by physiotherapist, so got the cheapest tape I could find. This tape does the job as advertised, but does not feel as thick, strong or supportive as the tape used by physiotherapist, possibly due to cost. It stretched and stuck well, beginning to peel by day five/last day. Good choice of colour.
I would recommend this tape based on quality and cost, just be aware it may not feel like the professional stuff.
The worst aspect of this purchase was the awful delivery, the driver did not knock on the door but merely dumped the package on the doorstep for anyone to steal, which seems to be the norm for Amazon deliveries recently.

I’m pregnant and used this to try reduce some weighting off my back as I’ve been having trouble as baby is putting on the pounds. This is really good and it did the job on my back but it’s uncomfortable after a while and it also took some time getting it off, I followed the instructions but it’s still left the imprint of the stickiness backing on my pregnant belly and this was just over 2 weeks ago .

I have been in complete agony for over a week with cracked and bruised ribs, im self employed so I was willing to try anything just so I could get back to work! 2nd day of tape and I’m meds free and back in business!!! This stuff is AMAZING and the neon green is quite fetching
Day 2 and still super adhesive, no perling corners, no over stretch and best of all hardly any pain.
LOVE this stuff and I’m forever grateful
Just an update it did cause major blistering so although it works be prepared for the aftermath

Great stuff but may cause blisters

I had a slight accident involving a sledge, a steep slope and a brick wall which resulted in a sprained ankle lasting months! I tried this tape as I needed to do a long drive but my ankle was struggling Tape actually helped a lot and gave some relief and support Meant I could do a 4 hour journey that I needed to do. Unfortunately I had some kind of allergic reaction to the tape which made my foot itchy, swollen and red (hives) and couldn’t use it again
Tape had good stretch, stuck well, offered support and did feel like it eased the pai

Due to a recent knee injury I had to use this tape to get some more support for my knee. I have bought this after I have received the first taping from my physiotherapist. This tape was very similar to the one they used and did the exact same job. I would recommend this product. However I also want to say I have never used any other tape or tape in general before but for my purposes it was perfect and arrived quickly.

I recently review this tape and only gave it 2 stars, but I’d like to review it again!
I’ve had to wear the tape constantly over the last few months and this is by far the best tape. Other more expensive brands are not as kind to the skin as this one, and it stays on far better and longer than the leading brand( In my opinion )
I’m converted! Also it comes on a roll so you can cut to size you need.

So, for the time that i was able to use this, it was great and did the job, however, i had a nasty blistering allergic reaction that has now scarred. This is NOT THE SELLERS FAULT, allergies happen. I should’ve patch tested but it just didn’t occur to me i needed to. So cut off a very small amount, put it where you plan to use it and leave it for however long (within the guidelines) you plan to leave it on your skin when you actually use it, don’t make my stupid mistake! My joints didn’t dislocate whilst i wore it though lmao.

Used the tape as a strap for for belly due to being pregnant worked brilliant.

Excellent product which has helped me greatly with my strained MCL.
The adhesion of the tape is 5 star and lasts a good 3 days which includes training and showers. I took the tape off after 12hrs once and it was difficult to get off!!!
There are plenty of instructional videos to assist with application.
You have to cut the tape to size but the additional costs of precut tape is not worth it.
This is my second purchase and I will definitely buy again as and when I need too.

I don’t normally write reviews but have to mention this product. Over the years I have ordered many different brands of tape for my children who are very sporty and suffer with Osgood Schlatter. (growing pains) This is the most adhesive tape ever bought from Amazon site. It lasts through a two hour swim session easily and sweaty team sports. Excellent. I would however not use this tape if I was elderly, had thin or sensitive skin as I could see that it has the potential to cause damage to those skin types.
I see other reviews that complain it doesnt stick. It is important to follow the rules when sticking on tape including not stretching to the very end of piece of tape and also rubbing on the tape after sticking to activate the adhesive.

  55. SterlinDiggs says:

I’d like to say I’m not a physio but I’m surprised to see some reviews that have used this tape as boob tape. Taping on delicate skin, especially at a high percentage is going to give you adhesive burns like seen in some of the other reviews.
I think this tape is good. I have used it for my runners knee and cuboid syndrome and it’s worked a charm. It lasted about 2 days with work outs and showers.
There are a few instructions but it does say to apply at no more than 70% stretch and I would add that I would only use this maximum on joints with thicker skin, so knees and ankles. If you’re using it for your shoulders or back, go much looser. My advice is, if you’re unsure about application, get a physio to show you how to apply it.
Also, apply to shaved skin and take it off in the shower – it’s less painful to remove this way.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersProbably not the review you would expect to see on here haha but I am a 34E and can’t find any boob tape that would hold me. Until I tried this!

Omg it’s amazing – I did manage to go through a whole roll on my practice round (with some mistakes) but it’s a lifesaver. I could tell by how strong the hold was that my breasts were not going to move.

On the same token, because the adhesive is so strong, please don’t use this without a nipple protector and consider removing it from your skin using coconut oil or something similar.

    Incredible !

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI brought this tape to use on a Tough Mudder run. It held its position and kept the skin underneath dry despite being soaked with water for the majority of the course. I have used the tape both for sporting injuries and for binding (a method used for reducing the size of ones chest)* the tape held its position extremely well and remained sticky throughout its use.

I had an injury that required stitches and I’d covered it with some gauze and put the tape over the top to protect it. At the end of the run the gauze was still bone dry despite being submerged in water. I know that this is not the intended purpose of the tape and I do not recommend repeating what I have done as it is not safe but a good example of the tapes water resistance.

Only negative is the price for the amount of tape you get.

    *DISCLAIMER*
I don’t endorse binding with this specific tape and recommend anyone who chooses to bind to seek medical advice first and to research safe ways to bind before using KT Tape as a method. I mention binding in my review as I know some people will be looking at this tape with that intended purpose, for my personal use it worked very well for me and I followed guided advice form professionals. Each body is different and I cannot say whether or not it would be safe for your personal use.

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersSaturday night I pulled my neck muscle yet again and Sunday morning I couldn’t even move my neck about 1 mm without a sharp shooting pain, to my horror I had booked in a big contract cleaning job Monday morning. After panicking for a bit I searched amazon for some kind of miracle cure, when I found this tape I was sceptical at first but seeing’s as I could have it delivered the same day I was willing to give it a go. As soon as it arrived I tapped my muscle up from my shoulder to the top of my neck and it actually felt a bit better being supported, but still painful to move left or right. Monday morning was still painful but it enabled me to go to work and do the job – just about. It took another 3 days of tapping up to finally feel better, but I am convinced that without the tape it would off been a slower recovery and impossible to go to work. A couple of points of caution, firstly the tape comes with no instructions as to usage so how long should I keep it on etc is anyone’s guess. Secondly I put some supporting runs of tape from my back over my shoulder to my front, when I came to take this off after about 24 hours it had burnt my skin on my front and took the skin off which left it quite a sore. This only happened at the front so it may off reacted with a sensitive area. Other reviewers have said the tape isn’t sticky, I found the tape did not budge at all and even after 24 hours it took some removing. Overall I would highly recommend this tape despite the irritation with certain sensitive parts of skin.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was advised by my physio to use tape to support my injured elbow. Initially sceptical about this I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much it has helped. The tape is stretchy so sits comfortably on my skin and moves with my arm. The backing paper is lined to make cutting easy so I use one strip and cut it down the middle. I’m also allergic to lots of products so I was worried I might react to the tape. When I put the tape on before going to work and took it off when I got home, I had no problems. There was one day my elbow felt particularily unstable and I kept the tape on overnight thinking the support would be good and it’d be easier to get off in the shower. It wasn’t! And I ended up with a bit of a red arm. I left the tape off for a few days and tried again and everything is fine. The tape doesn’t leave a sticky residue when I take it off which is good. It does mean that you have to get it in the correct position the first time as it doesn’t stick so well if you take it off and try again. I like that the tape is nice and bright as I was fed up wearing a clunky elbow brace and then black stretch supports. I did carefully look through all the colours the second time I ordered thinking I should ring the changes, but really can’t get past the pink!
