Nice sturdy furniture, not too heavy so easy to move, cushions are good quality, it is a bit of a nightmare to build due to space to get screws in but great once it’s built, takes 2 people to build but also holds 2 people comfortably
Great Customer Service
This set is cute and sturdy. Amazing price and great quality. Some minor issues with the holes not lining up with the screws in a couple places, but easy to correct. Had a missing piece, but customer service was quick to respond and correct the issue right away. I’ve had it a month now and it’s weathered well, and still looks great! Love it and would recommend!

Like the design easy on eye, but it’s also easy to keep clean. Flat pack text instructions boggled me building two chairs. Table was unbuilt due to shortage of bolts needed. I would recommend using furniture with sunshade due to Rattan getting very hot in heatwave weather . Caution….
Easy assembly, low holding strength
Assembled in under 1 hour with ease. Instructions and Amazon video clear and precise.
Seats are held in position by screws alone, thus all a person’s weight are balanced on said screws. Dare not risk two 14 stone people on the double it creaked and croaked with just one.
Overall I would consider this practical for a family of two adults and kids , build quality is good for the price.

Bought this a few months ago and it was easy enough to put together after figuring out which screw went where.
It’s still standing so fits the bill well, although it took two of us about 4 plus hours to build it.

Bought a couple months ago now and all is great with this garden furniture set so far! Very sturdy, nice design and a lot cheaper than other sellers on the market! Paid extra to have it assembled so cannot comment on this – took the delivery men about 45 – 50 minutes to assemble. Great product and very happy with it so far!
Quite small
A great garden set, good value for money, as with all flat pack furniture, it’s awkward and all Allen key screw type things! Just be aware that it is also pretty small in size I am 5′ 5″ my hubby 5′ 8″ if you are taller then it might feel like a child’s set of seats!! Lol
We love it. Actually we use it just about every night. We do take the cushions in at nights, but also if you need a moment you can sit without the cushions. For us a great summer buy. Believe we looked compared and this was a good choice. If you are looking to make your garden a paradise or get away, go for it. Quality is great and it is what they say in the details. The only thing is when putting it together make sure they are fitted properly and once done…enjoy!
I can highly recommend this patio set which I purchased to replace an identical one purchased a good 10 years ago. I have only given it 4 stars however due to someone being too zealous at the manufacturers because they secured the table glass so tightly to the sofa back it has damaged the webbing.
Apart from that, if you are considering this product, go for it. You won’t be disappointed.
Footnote: After a day in the sun, the weave had gone back to normal and the “damaged” area had disappeared.
We were looking for garden furniture on a tight budget so went for this even after reading the reviews.
This took some building as the holes didn’t seem to match where they were on the instructions, my partner had to be creative but eventually manage to build the set.
Once built it looks good and definitely looks like an expensive set, the chairs feel solid to sit on but quite small which wasn’t a problem for us but something people might want to be aware of.
All in all once dressed with cushions I find this a good looking patio set and worth the money we spent.

I was dubious about buying this set due to the up and down reviews, however it was easy enough to assemble myself. Looks lush and a hell of a lot more expensive looking thank I thought it would be. Arrived three days after purchasing so a lot quicker than it said it would.

Rattan Patio Set (Good Value for money)
Although a bit tricky to assemble with two sizes of bolts the set went together fine. The bolts are quite easy to round off if you are too heavy handed so align allen key carefully. After a couple of days use its worth checking the bolts are all still tight. Works fine and I was so impressed I brought another set. Cushions are a bit thin. I brought a cover to ensure its not exposed to all weather conditions.

After reading some negative review and some positive reviews,I ordered a black rattan furniture it was easy to put together and looks very expensive a bargain for what I actually paid for it.only slight downfall is you can’t put hot stuff on the glass but it hasn’t become a problem.fast delivery.

Excellent for the money..
This 4 piece garden set is good value . The instructions to assemble it were not right , the screws to fix the set were labelled E and F one was 30mm the other 35mm but they were the wrong way round on the instructions. Never the less it all got put together is is now out in the garden, and we have sat on the chair and the 2 seater.

Found it tricky to assemble but got there in the end.
With a two seater sofa and two chairs plus the glass top table found it was great value for money.
Looks really nice with pale cushions.
In usage we have found that you need some cushions on the backs to make it comfortable if sitting for longer periods.
We use it mainly for morning coffee time and use a heavy duty dining for evening seating.

The delivery company was not as easy to deal with, after delivering to the wrong address twice I fully got my furniture a day late and had to sit in my front garden to stop the van, this was all on Hermes and nothing to do with the furniture company

Great little set for a good price
If you’re after a big posh rattan set this isn’t for you, if you’re after a nice table and small sofa/ chairs set then this will be perfect.
All parts came as described with instructions and was assembled but one person in under an hour.
Has survived the British weather well and other friends have had this set for years with no complaints.

This is perfect for the small patio area, it is cheap but I didn’t want to spend a fortune on outdoor furniture. It’s sturdy, looks nice and does the job. It’s a bit fiddly to assemble to start with but once you get going it’s not too bad. It makes it easier with two people. We’ve had a few rainy days and so far it’s weatherproof. I’m happy with this purchase.

I was only looking to buy 4 chairs but for the money this liitle set is perfect, sturdy and comfortable sitting position.
Follow the instructions and assembly time is about 90 minutes using a ratchet screwdriver.

A really great little set for the price
I bought this set for my little patio as I only have a small garden. It fits the space perfectly. Some of the bolts are quite hard to put in with the supplied tool however we had our own tools and put it together in no time. It also arrived way before the delivery date which was an added bonus. I’m very happy with the set, just a pity it’s rained most days since I bought it.

It is on the small side but is still comfy enough. It’s not a 1k rattan reduced to 150 it’s a 150 rattan set. But fiddly to line up but I built it within an hr. Don’t tighten the nuts as you put them in, get all nuts in place then go back round and tighten. More than happy with the purchase. If you want a 1kvrattan set best to buy a 1k rattan se

Was much harder to put together, some of holes etc not properly aligned! Some Screws had no grip so had use others! When finally put together it is strong & looks good in garde

The set is just the right size for our patio and is light for storage.
It takes time to assemble, and seems to be waterproof, but dose blow over when it is windy.

Better than expected
So this arrived in one large box. Assembly was relatively straightforward especially after watching a YouTube video. Tip. Don’t overtighten the screws until all are in. I used a power drill to finish them off.
Good size. Table is small but perfectly adequate for a cup of tea /gin and tonic. Will it last? Maybe but probably no more than 3 years.
Chairs are reasonably comfortable but you’re not going to fall asleep in them.
During the great pingdemic and shortage of basic materials these are reasonably well priced. In 2 years time it’ll be less than 100 methinks.

It’s smaller than I expected but it does the job, wished that I didn’t have to put it together, it needs extra screws some didn’t have holes in the top for the the Allan key.
Had some issues with delivery- said on hold and it was all very confusing. However seller was amazing, offered loads of help and kept me updated on delivery progress and made sure it arrived when it was meant too. Really appreciated.
Only reason for a lower star rating-
It was a NIGHTMARE to build and was missing a screw. One of the legs had the material unravelling which isn’t great for the price paid.
The material itself even for brown heats up insanely in the sun! Beware of your back if not wearing a tshirt.
Its an OK rattan set. Its a temporary measure until we get a better one.

Good value for money
I’m very impressed with the furniture given the relative low price of it. It was a little fiddly to put together.
Garden furniture set looks good, quality is reasonable for the price, and size of each chair is a little bigger than expected, given previous reviews stating how small they are. Table isn’t huge though.
Took just under two hours to build. Would probably have taken a fair bit longer if I’d used the supplied Hex key, but instead I used a bit-holding screwdriver plus 4mm Hex key bit, which made tightening the bolts a breeze.
That said, two of the bolts (of which there are 42 in total) refused to fully tighten, so I had to add some spacer washers to ensure a secure joint. I can see how others have managed to damage the bolt threads, and they certainly wouldn’t stand up to over-tightening or being cross-threaded. It was also a bit of a task trying to do up the bolts on the chairs so as to end up with the legs even, ie. with the chairs flat to the ground instead of rocking, but I got there in the end.
The furniture is made of steel frame wrapped with Rattan-effect plastic. I suspect some of the metalwork might eventually begin to rust, particularly around the bolts, if left outside during prolonged wet weather. Time will tell.
The single chairs are more than big enough for the average adult. The “sofa” could accommodate two people who are happy in close proximity to each other (!). It’s not very comfortable sitting in the middle of the sofa, due to the support bar underneath. The supplied cushions are not particularly thick or dense, but they’re ok to sit on for an hour or two. We’ll probably add a few small scatter cushions for added comfort.
In summary, if money had been no object then I would’ve gone for a more expensive furniture set, but for the price, this set does the job and will hopefully last at least a few years.

Lovely garden set, after struggling to find one in the shops we thought we’d take a chance with ordering one online. We were a little nervous what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The set is lovely, sturdy, comfortable and the colour is really nice. Very easy to put together and fits perfectly in our garden. Really happy with it!

Love this little garden set. My husband was able to assemble the set quite easily on his own. There were alignment issues with the screws and I had to sit on the chairs before he tightened them, so they wouldn’t rot. Great that the cushions are washable and perfect for our little garden. Very prompt delivery and very good value for money.,Highly recommend.

Great little set for 4 people to sit on , comfy for price I use cushions for the back when sitting on it as can get hot in sun , great for a small area . I put it together myself and it was bit annoying to get screws in at first but once you do first one it’s quicker , I had to use the bigger screws for top end of chairs as it states the smaller ones but they didn’t fit , the larger screws fit it perfectly and the smaller screws I used for under seating as it was fine . This set is great and sturdy once together , would recommend this set , it only took 4 days to arrive too
Really nice, affordable furniture
I am so happy with my beautiful garden furniture – I liked it so much that I bought it for my nephew too. The only down side is that it’s a bit awkward to put together – but once that bit is done, it’s fantastic. I’ve bought some different colour cushions and you may want to add extra cushions to sit on if you like to sit on a very soft sofa. Recommended.

Don’t know why people are saying this is difficult to assemble. I’ve put together many flat pack furniture packages and this is one of the simpler ones. For the money this is excellent value. Yes it’s not massive but what do you expect? It’s comfortable, looks good and does the job. Feels quite sturdy too. Would recommend to anyone wishing a nice basic rattan furniture set.

Excellent value for money, hard to assemble with one person, but once I used a different tool instead of one provided, was great going, just don’t tighten up until assembled. Very pleased, great value for money, not the sturdiest but efficient .

Once we figured out how to assemble first chair and follow instructions by not tightening all the bolts until the end it was fairly straightforward. One of the parts arrived damaged however a replacement was sent out fairly quickly. A few spare nuts and bolts would have been beneficial as a couple got damaged when assembling. It’s sturdy though glass for coffee table is placed onto suckers so not sure how durable that part will be. We added some black tape round short edges to make more secure. It does look nice when built. We have used a couple of times so far and is quite comfortable.hope to get lots of use out of it.

What a lovely wee set – such great value for money. It all came delivered in one box and I was convinced that I just be missing a box but everything was just so efficiently flat packed. As long as you get your ducks in a row and make sure you know what parts are what before you start it should be straightforward to assemble. Took me (lone female) around 90 minutes to put together on my own (put screws in loosely and tightened up once done).

Not the easiest to assemble and quite complicated. Its also a bit smaller than I thought but that said its a beautiful piece of furniture.

This arrived within 5 days of ordering. Well packaged, no damage and nothing missing. Everything screwed together perfectly and only took less than 2 hours to complete. It’s only small, but we didn’t want anything bigger. Even the cushion pads are good for the price and we will add some pretty cushions to add some style. For this price we didn’t expect such a good service and excellent product and we are delighted.

Contacted customer services who were excellent with communication and rectified the issues.
Aside from that, dont complain about the size, the dimensions are there to look at prior to purchase.

I had a bit of a problem with the assembly of the two seater as the nuts in the frame are close to the corners and the rattan is effectively at least 4 times thickness in the corners and I couldn’t get the screws in far enough to use the screw to pull the frames together. I had to borrow a pair of G clamps to squeeze the frames closer together. Also, make sure you don’t mix the screws as there is a 2mm difference in length and is important. All in all though a good buy compared to some other sites.

Really good value for money. Really nice looking and the quality feels good. Other reviews on how “hard” it is to assemble have obviously not read the instructions properly, and should read more before complaining. Very comfortable, yet the sturdiness can be improved as it does feel slightly wobbly.

The allan key supplied isn’t great, but the set went together well, all the holes aligned and there’s no rocking on the chairs. My only gripe is the table isn’t quite square so there are odd gaps at both ends. But I confess for the price I thought it would be crap, but I am surprised at how good this is. I doubt you’d want to spend too many hours in the chairs but that’s nothing a cocktail or 3 won’t solve.

We totally love our new garden furniture. It is comfy enough. Very sturdy. Just right for our family of four. They have transformed how we use our garden. I keep the cushions inside away from weather but the few times I’ve mistakenly left them in the rain they have just been like soggy sponges with washable covers around them. They absorb a lot of water. It wasn’t a problem. They dry out quick and then cover can be popped back on in time for next use. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. And they were the most affordable like this that we could find. Would recommend.

Good product, more comfortable that other cheap alternatives from B&M /range this shouldn’t take any longer that a hour and a half to put up , if it’s taking you 4hours you must struggling in your day to day life
Very slick delivery by seller, arrived within days and well in advance of noted delivery date. Comes in a few parts but but all numbered so easy to follow instructions. Patience is key to assembly!! Take a bit of care to align all pieces and work from the middle out (if there is a middle screw for the chair for example) Also some other reviews suggest that screws don’t line up. This might be the case if one screw is fully tightened before moving onto others. Trick here is to put all screws in finger tight all over then tighten fully when aligned. Also helps if you have a hex ‘bit’ screwdriver rather than use the allen key provided. Very fiddly to use this and time consuming. Overall really pleased. Only slight improvement would be thicker cusions but at this price I can more than live with it!
Does the job!
Having read other reviews of this product I decided to purchase it and on the whole it’s been an ok buy. Putting it together was relatively simple and could be done by one person.
Sadly the table was already damaged even before assembly which was disappointing and the cushions are rather flimsy and could be more comfortable
On the plus side it was inexpensive and whilst the cushions are thin, the covers can be removed and are washable.
The product is ok really but we are a bit disappointed at how thin the product is ….. the table isn’t as long as it looks in the image. Like I say though its ok .. Shame really and I should have looked at dimensions.
