I am so happy with my purchase. Using it for getting rid of bubbles on my epoxy resin projects. Leaves a mirror like surface. Powerful little tool. Follow instructions though, It’s butane gas operated. Bought the gas in a little DIY shop, cheaper than Amazon. Overall great value & can be used for so many things. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Looks fine and it does appear to work perfectly well. It is, however, very awkward to fill. The plastic bits that came with it were completely pointless (in more ways than one). Were they supposed to assist with the filling? We’ll never know… My son eventually managed to get some gas in but doesn’t know if it is filled up or not.
It was very useful for lighting a piece of charcoal to smoke a dish we were making and I’m sure it will be used for this again as well as for finishing recipes. So I’m happy to have it but nervous about trying to fill it when it runs out!

Good value. The on/off switches and the safety switch are adequate but would benefit from being more durable. Used it effectively and overall am pleased with it.

his is such a versatile product and can be used beyond the kitchen. I used it for some wiring loom and heat shrink to give heat protection. Also can be used to heat nuts up (not ideal) but it does the job. overall I would say you need do trial and error to understand the different flames heat levels for your use

Gorgeous blow torch
Gorgeous blow torch – a lovely rich red colour. I’d be tempted to keep it on display if it weren’t so appealing to my children too! It has a safety lock, but I wouldn’t put it past them to work out how to unlock it so I have to hide it away… So far used for creating cells in acrylic pours and for making creme brulee. It was perfect for both jobs, easy to fill and easy to use. Highly recommended.

Easy to Use
The Renfox blow torch is so comfortable in the hand and not so importantly looks good too. The ignition system is simplicity in itself with lock on/off easy to use. The slider control to adjust the flame is accurate and gives a good span from a soft flame to full flow blue flame for maximum heat. I purchased this item to do handyman jobs and occasional plumbing jobs using self soldered joints and happy with the puchase.

It arrived today and I have just finished gassing it up.Lightweight and sits nicely in my hand. It has a powerful easy to control flame and it’s a fetching metallic red so my wife’s happy as well.

Difficult to find which nozzle was the right one for refuelling. Once refuelled, it was very easy to use.

Compact, smart design and effective blow torch!
I bought this to light the wood, kindling and firefighters for my wood burning stove. It is very effective in carrying out what I needed it for. For a small, smart design and compact blow torch it still delivers on function. It requires a standard butane refill which I bought from a local pound shop. You need to play around with the adaptors. I found a very slow press allowed it to fill.

Love the feel of this product easily held in the hand and operation is 1 switch to open the lock and then push the rear trigger button keeping it pressed to continue a good flame.
Easy to fill with gas too.
Lasts for ages only filled once and were lighting stove and candles with it all the time.
RenFox blow torch, used on Aberdeen Angus burgers… browned each side to finish the cooking of them to give them that grill/barbecue taste – look.

RenFox blow is light to hold/use, easy to light and control the flame, steady when just sitting on the worktops and nice colour than standard silver…. [ I wonder if RenFox have others colours that could be introduced as have only seen available on Amazon ]
I bought this torch to replace an old and somewhat useless one I have had for a while but was never happy with. This new one ticks all the boxes for me, I have used it in the kitchen and also in my workshop. The flame is so easy to control, just a slight amount of rotation on the adjuster and you go from quite a strong flame to a smalll one. I used it to de-solder and the resolder a switch on one of my tools and I have also used it in the kitchen for caramelised tops on some puddings.
All in all I can’t fault this torch, buy one, you will be glad you did
Good product, exactly what I was looking for. Was hesitant in terms of ordering as I was scared to get more like a lighter type of tool, but the flame is nice and strong perfect for burning Italian meringue!
Very useful
Use this a lot for my acrylic pours for popping bubbles. Works fine, my only minor criticism is I wish when you release the button that the shut off was immediate rather than dying down for a few seconds. I can live with it though.
I bought this blowtorch specifically for sealing paracord ends when making paracord braids like bracelets, key fobs etc. As you can see by the picture, the key fob I made worked really well and I sealed the ends with the blowtorch. It’s adjustable flame meant I could control very closely the area where I burnt and not damage areas nearby. It is really good and arrived very early this morning. Thank you.
Great product, easy to use and very effective with little effort and time. I have some allaminium flux low heat welding. Rods. So I clean a surface heat it up and drag there’s to make the seem. So for my craft use this will be perfectly splendid. It is light and has a good grip. The controls are arranged nicely and is definitely value for money with out a doubt. I would highly recommend this as a top quality product at a very good price. I will use it to light the Christmas pud in style,creme brulee’s all sorts.

I bought it few days ago and have already fallen in love. Small, light, very easy to use and the flame scale is pretty big (in the picture is somewhere in the middle). The torch doesn’t get warm on the handle, it’s safe to use and to store because of the lock. I also love the colour, vibrant red parts give nice kick 😉

I liked this blow torch because it’s very easy to use. The flame is powerful and it has been perfect for caramelising and browning my creations in the kitchen, for which it’s been very useful the button for adjusting the flame intensity. Thanks to the lock button this torch is also very safe. It’s light and handy, I would definitely recommend it!
A Top Product and Very Easy to Use
Never had one of these before but needed it for some craft work. When it arrived, it could not have been simpler to fill and use. My O/H has now taken a liking to it and I suspect that when I cannot find it on my worktop, it will be found in the kitchen! Might just have to purchase another!

I had an issue with my first order of this item; it was damaged during delivery. However, I was quickly refunded so ordered the item again and it arrived in perfect condition and working order. Very lightweight and easy to use. Perfect for popping air bubbles and cells in acryllic paint pours/cell art, which is what I use the torch for.

This little torch does the job very well.
It works perfectly and I will never be back to lighters when barbecuing.
Just be aware that does not come with the Butane gas, but I managed to get one from Poundland at 1.00.

It has been very reliable for lighting at first click, so far.
This product arrived on time, well packed and in its hard plastic casing that you would see in the shops.(Remember those????) It was easy to fill using the long nozzle of my gas refill can, and produced an excellent flame. I’ve not tried a crme brle yet but it makes exceedingly good cheese on toast from the pop-up toaster, which was always a problem. I’m very pleased with it. I hope it lasts!
Powerful but not perfec
Surprisingly powerful for the price! Bought it as previous ones I have used for crafts had broken but this is much more powerful!
The only downside I found was filling it is very awkward as its base is similar size to the gas cans so loads seemed to get around the edges and takes a while to evaporate so it’s safe to use
High build quality and adjustable flame, most importantly for me you can use it in a dead man switch kind of way, so the flame is only on when you are pushing the button (but you can lock the button in place to keep the flame on constantly)
Large gas capacity means less refilling!

I bought this after watching a cookery programme and wanting to try out the recipe which called for a blow torch. For the price and how often I’ll use it, it’s is perfectly fine – fill up with lighter gas and you’re away. Safety lock and adjustable flame – I’m sure for the pro chef it wouldn’t be good enough, but perfectly adequate for my needs. Seems to be robust and hopefully will last, especially with the limited use it will get.

Really good product! I needed something like this for the kitchen, was looking everywhere for a good one and I absolutely love this one. It’s nice and solid and nicely shaped to get a good grip of it. However please note that it comes without a gas clipper, you’ll have to get one separately. I do recommend this flame torch!

Great tool to have in the kitche
Haven’t really tested it yet as it comes empty, you will need a gas can to fill is up, just like a lighter. From the weight and the way it works seems of good quality, can’t wait to use it.
Came in plenty of time and well packed. Was struck by the lovely rich red color finish, I would like my Car that color. Filling was straight forward and quick. Two clicks and it was working well. Controls easy to find and use. Plenty of controlled heat from the adjustable flame. It is nice to hold as it has a nice solid feel to it. Will find plenty to use it for, for some years. Excellent Torch, nice color.
Quality feel
The blow torch has a real quality finish to it that gives the impression of a much more expensive product. It operates exactly as you would hope and has been perfect for my needs (more arts and crafts than cooking in my case but I’m sure it would be equally good for either). The low price point makes it an absolute bargain!

We ordered this blowtorch to heat a tool that just wouldn’t budge and it did the job perfectly. We have also used it to crisp onions and peppers so it now lives in the kitchen. Would definately recommend.

Not much to say really…it lights my candles…that`s all I bought it for. Bigger than I realised but not an issue. The 1 slight issue…I have to turn the flame down to light candles as it`s so powerful haha. Nice and stable when it`s sitting on the table and easy to fill/use. Does what says.
I was looking for a small blow torch for the specific purpose of heating up an oxygen sensor bolt to enable me to remove it from the exhaust pipe. I do occasional plumbing work and the standard blowtorch I had was too big and cumbersome to be using underneath the car. Yes I could have taken the car to a garage but they were quoting me 7 times the price I could buy the part for, to fit it.
Having looked into small torches similar to the renfox, I found that the renfox received the best reviews. Going on the reviews mainly, as well as the size, I bought it.
Well, in honesty, I have not used it yet for the purpose I originally intended it for but I have freed up other outside bolts, bent plastic pipe and lit an outside fire. As the flame is small, it is easy to control without everything around burning up.
Would I recommend it? Definitely. What could you use one for?
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Not so easy to use and tricky to fill up with butane gas that you have to buy separately. The dispatcher just chucked it in my garden, American style delivery and I only discovered it by chance as I rarely use my garden and the packaging got soaked with rain for days, i am very cross and irate at this and have never had an item delivered this recklessly and carelessly. Shame on the dispatcher. The box and manual were ruined.
