This is a neat alternative to a big water tank, which wastes a lot of money heating a lot of water unnecessarily. But, it took my plumber a lot of pondering before he realised the device can be stood on the ground – doesn’t look stable but is okay. There are no fittings or brackets and the instruction booklet is very simplistic. But otherwise it’s good.

Fantastic product which provides instant hot water in our holiday let. Located under the sink and set on ‘economy’ so guests can wash dishes without waiting for water to heat. Wish we’d changed the old one sooner. Just a small issue finding correct fittings to install as ones provided not entirely suitable.

I was very impressed with this and now wonder why something like this hasn’t been offered before. I am considering buying another one or two for sinks in my house which require the hot water to be run for a short while before any warmth comes through. I should also save on my heating bills as the boiler won’t be stopping and starting to produce small amounts of hot water which will mostly lie in the pipes, cool off and be wasted.

once installed worked exactly as advertised. ideal for uses where 10L of water is enough. (don’t try to fill a bath with it!). perfect for hand washing or a sink full of reasonably hot water. also has an eco setting which appears to save power when it’s not in use.
finally, unlike instant water heaters you get full water flow at temperature. great.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersVery easy to install. Whilst you do not need to install a pressure reducing valve i would say it’s a worthwhile expense. You wont need a plumber necessarily. I had to return one after 6 weeks of operation but it was promptly replaced by their customer services. Time will tell if they last but either way i think its relatively good value for money. Thank you Michelle .

Heater is really good and was easy enough to install, but I did put a PRV and relief valve on as I think their advise isn’t quite to UK spec, especially with regards to putting water into existing waste pipe. I put new pipe to outside for relief valve to drain water into as to not contaminate with waste.

It has just been installed in our parish church and initial reaction is that it is very efficient. It heated up from cold very quickly and the temperature had to be turned down to position one to ensure the safety of operators. I just hope it has a long shelf life

Easy to install with 2 flexible tap connectors and a 13A plug. (Unlike my previous one this doesn’t have a wall mounting bracket but it sits happily on a shelf). I use it to heat water in an outdoor workshop for feeding lambs and calves. It heats quickly and doesn’t need the thermostat on full to give really hot water. The old one rusted through after 12 years, I’m hoping this will do a bit better, being stainless steel.
