Great little hoover!!
Got this to pick up little bits here and there and it works so well. Easy and quick to charge, comes with different attachments and is great for getting to difficult places. For the price, it’s such a good bit of kit!
5.0 out of 5 stars Replacement Vaclife Cordless Cleane
Very pleased with the after sales service from Flora at Vaclife dealt who with my battery issue by replacing the cleaner promptly
So Impressed
I had a problem with my vacuum that was under guarantee. I dealt with Lily who was so helpful and replaced my product with a new one within a couple of days.
Great Customer service
he Vacuum wasn’t charge after 8 months, so i contacted the customer service and explain the issue. They were really quick to sort it out and send over a new one after 3 days. Really great service and amazing communication. the new vacuum is working just fine now.
Excellent customer service
Easy to use. Customer service is excellent! Had some problems with my purchase but they sorted it out very promptly! Would certainly recommend
Amazing customer service
Had an issue with the motor and emailed Customer Services. Got a response from Lilly straight away and she was fantastic. Replacement sent quickly and it works perfectly well now.
Customer service
Required a replacement due to charging issues with the product and the customer service was excellent. A replacement was received and Lily was amazing throughout the entire process.
Bought to hoover sofas with indents
We bought this a year ago to hoover three new sofas (after trying to brush them for six months). It makes the job so much easier (and better). Recently wanted to buy a new filter and was kindly sent one for free. So very please with the product and the support.
Customer support was excelle
Lightweight with good suction. Customer support was really helpful. Somewhere I lost a part which made the cleaner unusable, allempted to find part on internet without success. Emailed my problem to customer support and within a week or so sent me the part I was looking for. Thank you and. Well done.
Amazing!
The vacuum is brilliant! The company is also extremely reliable, I had an issue and they went above and beyond to resolve it for me, Lily was extremely helpful and made sure to check in after, the vacuum is super useful for small messes, but in a pinch, it can hold its own! The battery life is impressive too, I genuinely have zero complaints!
Have had this vacuum for a a couple of weeks and I have to say that it is an amazing little machine. So much so that I have hardly used my Dyson!! No star for stairs as I live in a single storey annex but for my carpet and tiles it works really well. Took it to pieces a couple of days ago to empty and clean, took me little while to work out how to put it all back together but not the fault of the vacuum just that the printing in the booklet needs to be larger for us golden oldies!! Lily is terrific in after sales and all emails and questions are dealt with promptly- so five stars to this firm.
5 stars for excellent customer service, dubious about lifespan of the vacuum...
I’m mainly here to say how excellent the customer service is (thanks Lily). My vacuum stopped charging after 12 months or so of light to medium use. I got in touch with the company after seeing on here that they have good customer service, and they sent out a replacement after asking for a short video – the customer service couldn’t be better.
However, after seeing a few reviews on here I wonder whether these things have a short lifespan.
The vacuum itself is actually very good and does the job I need it to do. I mainly keep it in my car and it sorts out everything needing doing there, and use it for bits and bobs in the house too. Will see if it keeps charging after another year… If it keeps breaking down it’s just too wasteful to continue getting replacements for…
hand held cleane
I find this hand held cleaner is just perfect. Light in weight and has a strong suction. Would recommend.
Crumb clearing
Good looking product, easy to use, very efficient in picking up debris around the house. Good nozzle head for difficult areas in the car. Easy to clea
Service team 5 stars
Really easy to use. Small and lightweight, just what I needed to clean my car and annoying areas in the house. Suction is ok, but could be better. What I was really impressed by was the VacLife service team (Lily), I had a defective vacuum but Lily was super helpful and the process of getting another working one sent over was quick and painless.
.
Simple to assemble, tools were very useful. The company support line were very helpful when the product arrived without a small component. I contacted them, and the part was with me within 5 days.
Excellent customer service & a good vacuum!
I bought this vacuum about 7-8 months ago & was thoroughly impressed at how well it cleaned the inside of my car & my working desk. I had left it a while before I attempt to use it again & noticed unfortuantely, it would not charge no matter what I did. I contacted customer service who replied very quickly. After speaking about the issue over a couple of emails, I was sent a replacement and everything was handled for me. Would highly recommend.
4.0 out of 5 stars A handy cordless vacuum
Hany little cleaning tool, especially good for cleaning the car.
Not as strong as hoped
Bought this handheld vacuum based on reviews. It’s lightweight, easy to use, quite quiet but not as strong as I hoped. It’s ok but not sure on the longevity of i
Average car vacuum
Great car vacuum, suction good enough doesn’t seem that strong, have to go over the carpet a few times but very lightweigh
I am writing this review because of the excellent customer service received after the product actually failed. I think the way a company responds to customer issues says a lot about them. And I found it so refreshing to receive quick responses and a quick solution compared to the palava of dealing with most customer service departments. I ordered the Vaclife just under a year ago and it stopped working in month 11 but was still in warranty. I contacted Vaclife by email and got a response from Lily immediately, asking for a short video of the lights on the Vaclife. I sent her the video and she determined the battery had failed. A replacement Vaclife was sent within a few days. I rarely write reviews but was so impressed by the way this was handled and thankful to Lily in particular that I have made this small effort :). Based on my experience this business deserves success!
4.0 out of 5 stars Useful small vacuum
Customer service were really helpful when there was a fault with the battery and got everything sorted quickly
4.0 out of 5 stars 👍🏾
Just got a replacement from last week, I received it the next day.
It’s working well.
The customer service was great. Alice was helpful and kind.
Excellent customer service
This only came with one filter and not the spare. After a while we couldnt use it as the filter split. We had to wait for stock to come in of these filters as you cant just buy them on their own. Customer service kept in touch until they came in and were then sent promptly. Very pleased to be able to use this machine again. Being disabled its so much easier and lighter than a big vac. Thanks to Lily for everything.
Great customer service
I was happy with my handheld vacuum until the battery stopped recharging after 10 months I reached out to customer service who were very responsive and they sent a replacement in 2 days.
4.0 out of 5 stars Portable vacuum o
Efficient and effective with small areas, suction outer could be bette
4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use, good value for money
Bought this as my upright Hoover too heavy to use for car . Good price and suction seems good
4.0 out of 5 stars Perfect hand held hoove
A light weight hoover just perfect for all those little crumbs or whatever end up on the floor or carpet
suction just right would recommend gladly.
Bought this a few weeks ago. Pleasantly surprised by the suction, and the little led light on the machine is handy for dark corners and the car. Recommended.
Spare filter aids maintenance
Very good handheld. Perfect for use on hard floor and carpet. Did have an issue with charging before warranty ended but was speedily sorted my Lily at Vaclife. Very good customer service!
I love it for sweeping up crums in my kitchen small solid spills in the rest of the house. Quick and easy to use.
I was a bit unsure about this vacuum as reviews were a bit mixed but I am really happy with it and think it is excellent value for money. I bought it to suck up the dust round our wood burner after cleaning it out, it does that really well and is so light and easy to use. I tried it in the car as well not expecting much and it did a very good job, yes I did have to go over the carpet several times but it picked everything up so I’m really pleased with it. Only had a few days so not sure yet how well it works over time but so far so good.
Top retaile
Great customer service by Lily – replaced faulty product without issues and very quickly!!!
Great customer service
Small but functional vacuum. Product broke after a year of using it but was sent a replacement swiftly after contacting support, love it.
Value for money
Pleased so far but I’ve only had it a month !
Handheld hoove
Just what we need around, primarily the kitchen but also the rest of the house. Light and very easy to use.
Powerful little vacuum!
This little vacuum is so powerful especially great with the dog hair that I bought another one for upstairs.
Their customer service is excellent, couldn’t recommend it enough especially for people with pets.
Pleased with this buy
Pleased with this. It’s smart and easy to use and does the trick. It makes a nice sound – not too loud
This is a nice lightweight little vacuum. It did a good job on my stairs. The only fault I can find, is that when emptying it, the fluff and dog hairs get trapped in the front and you need to get something long like a knitting needle to drag it out. Apart from that I can find nothing to complain about.
Good second vacuum for small jobs
Got this to keep the area around the litter box clean but now we use whenever we need a quick clean up. Good suction for small jobs and decent battery life considering we use it for quick tidies. Small & lightweight.
I have had several hand-held vacuum cleaners over the years and this is by far the best. The suction power is great. I am able to clean my car with it which previous hand-held vacuum cleaners have failed miserably at. I love the light on it too. It was not at all a requirement I had for selecting a hand-held vacuum cleaner but I find the light feature surprisingly handy when you are hoovering under tables and chairs where your room lighting doesn’t reach. It has umpteen attachments also which cover all your hoovering requirements. Al in all I am delighted with my purchase. Having bought cleaners in the 20 range before, I really think spending a little extra is worth it to get something that actually has decent suction power.
Really grea
Really great little hoover. Good suction. With the added brush attachment it picks up cat hairs off the sofa really well. The light to show battery life is useful. Charges v quickly.
Customer service.
I bought this product and had a problem with the battery. I contacted lily at vaclife.uk who quickly dealt with this problem. I received a replacement product within days. I’ve had no problems since. Great service.
Great customer service
I bought this handheld which was great but stopped charging after a few months. I emailed VAC as as always (I have other vac products) their customer service is exceptional! They respond quickly and friendly andI got a replacement delivered the next day. Thankyou Lily!
Handy little vacuum
Really pleased with the suction, weight and easy emptying. But to me a design fault is the position of the light switch which is next to the vacuum push-up on/off button that can accidentally switch the light on. I’ve even put it away not noticed that the light switch had accidentally been pressed until it lit the room up that night!
This vacuum cleaner is light and powerful
I like the Vacuum because it makes short work of all our 2 cats hairs, my Craft bits , our car interior, rugs etc
Battery Powered Vac
Easy to handle, small suction mouth which gets even smaller with use of the accessories. Reasonable suction but only lasts 20 mins or so before a recharge is required which takes two hours. Not as good as a mains machine but convenient.
Lightweight & easy to clea
Very happy with my purchase. Really useful for a quick clean up in the kitchen & on the stairs. Lightweight & easy to empty & clean.
For the price and convenience it’s great. Not as strong suction as I was hoping but for the price it’s hard to complain. Had a battery issue after 3 months. Customer service was very helpful and efficient. Replaced the unit promptly. No issues since. So to summarise for small cleanups and smooth surfaces great if you’re wanting to remove pet hairs from carpet you prob need spend more on a dyson type machine. Happy cleanups!
Suction strong and good extras
The product met its claims. The suction was good and the extra attachments made it easy to use down the sides of armchairs and narrow openings in the car.
Great Little Vacuum
We had an issue with our first vacuum, but soon as I contacted (the amazing Lilly) in customer service, she replaced this for us without question & in the quickest & most helpful way I could of hoped for, very pleased with the product & the aftercare. Couldn’t ask for more 🙂
Brilliant easy-to-use vacuum cleane
Good value, easy to use and lightweight vacuum cleaner. It really does the job.
I ordered it in May and it arrived quite fast but it stopped charging after a few months so I contacted customer service and they were all very helpful so my vacuum was replaced in less than a week. I am really happy with the vacuum cleaner and with all the help and support I got.
Small, quite powerfull and rather silence handheld vacuum
I have to admit this little one surprised us, quite small, light and yeap, quite a silence vacuum, it dealt with a lot of things and still goes.
Very good
To be honest I wasn’t expecting very much from this but it is actually very good. Surprisingly powerfully, easy to maintain and charges quickly. Some have said it is difficult to clean but the plastic sleeve that the filter fits in can be pulled out too so it can be emptied easily.
Can’t recommend this enough
Can’t recommend this product enough. Fantastic suction power and easy to maintain and clean. Ideal for getting jobs done quickly without having to get my large vacuum out!!
Great Sucke
This is an impressive hand held vacuum. The suction is really good. The run time allows me to do my entire car or stairs in one go.
Handy device that doesn’t take up a lot of room and for the price range I would definitely recommend.
This vacuum cleaner works really well.
We take care to keep it fully charged and to clean it and the filters after every use as it really does pick up some dirt.
It is particularly useful on carpeted stairs and furniture.
I’ve since been in touch with Vac Life to get a replacement filter and they have been very helpful in supplying one.
Great Service All Round
I ordered a hand held Vaclife, from Amazon, what a lovely piece of kit it is, really good suction, I had a few queries with it so contacted the seller, they answered almost straight away ,,,was conversing with Lily who went out of her way to sort things out,,,Thanks Lily, the customer service is brilliant, and am so happy with my purchase.
LIFE SAVER!!!!
I have to very young kids and 2 house rabbits and this little hoover is a life saver for picking up crumbs from under our kitchen table and bits of saw dust that gets about. I like a clean house and this makes my life so much more easier, It’s quick and easy to use. But make sure you empty it regularly for stronger suction.
Still going strong, still holding a charge
Since this was not expensive I have been quite impressed. It holds a charge well when you are not using it.
It is a lightweight little vacuum, once wouldn’t use it for general floor cleaning, but its great for dead flies, cobwebs, spills, settee corners etc.
The only real negative is it can be quite hard to shake out the contents
Outstanding Customer Service
A great little vacuum cleaner and absolutely outstanding Customer Service. I had a small problem with my charger and the aftersales service from Lily was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product and the Company. Wonderful!
Excellent customer service
Product very good, although battery failed within few months, however supplier provided replacement within a few days, so far, so good. Great customer service, thanks.
Brillia
When my hand held broke I was reluctant to go out and spend the same amount again over (150) as I’d never been all that impressed by it anyway. I just needed something to go around the edge of the kitchen to get the bits up so opted for a cheaper option. I was a bit dubious but it’s absolutely fantastic it’s so good I’ve even used it on my stairs around my skirting boards, around the edge or my carpets in all my rooms. I think it’s brilliant and would 100% recommend.
I purchased the vac for the purpose of cleaning my home office desk each morning. With 4 cats in the house who like to sleep on my desk overnight I needed a “dust buster” that could handle the amount of work and that could handle cat hair.
The vac arrived. Packaged well. And was delivered before the estimated time scale.
The vac was spot on. Worked wonders. I hoovered the desk every morning. And my keyboard. I was delighted with my purchase.
Then came a shock, it stopped charging.
And wow! I got in touch with Amazon who said the seller will be notified and will be in touch, I again I can’t remember how many days they said, but the reply from the seller was so quick.
I emailed them noting the problem.
They asked a few questions.
And within two emails they offered a refund or replacement without any hesitation. I’d been so delighted with the vacs performance, I chose the replacement.
Within a day or so the replacement was delivered. An email from them to check that id received it.
I will definitely purchase other goods from this seller.
The replacement is going strong and is doing a spot on job.
It’s always great to see customer service done well.
Thank you
Love this
I have an older version and thought that was good…spent the extra and bought this also and the difference is….a light (very handy) and the filter is encased which is a better design. More suction power which is great….we all want it to do the job so suction should be good and not something you have to score!! Would I recommend? YES. Would I buy again? YES. If it packs up anytime soon, I promise to come back and change my review
This is a light-weight, hand-held vacuum cleaner, chargeable battery operated, and is especially suitable for older people and for use on the stairs and in tight places in which you cannot use a push and pull full size model. The suction is good and the additional tools, especially the brush, very useful when dealing with pet hairs on furniture. Furnishing can be cleaned quickly and easily. Simple to take apart and clean with only one criticism in this regard … contents do get clogged around the base of the dirt container which you might need to loosen and remove from that area with something like a knitting needle to shake out the dirt into a bin. You are provided with two filters so have a spare when you have brushed and washed one and are waiting for it to dry. I had a question to ask about the filter and got immediate and helpful support from the firm with extra filter liners posted immediately. A first class tool at a very reasonable le price.
Very handy
I’ve got 2 of these. One for my bedroom as I have laminate which shows all the dust and bits making the place looking messy. I also have one for my kitchen to pick up bits and pieces off my counter, toaster and bits off my table and floor.
Came with accessories which I doubt I’ll use as it’s quite effective without the attachments.
It has a light which is good for dark areas.
Suction power works really works for me and so much more convenient than getting a broom or my large hoover out.
Really pleased with it and I would recommend
I hope you found this review helpful
It's only good for picking up crumbs.
It does what I wanted it for, which is mainly picking up odd crumbs, and stairs, but wouldn’t, advise to use, for water spillage.
Good handheld vacuum
Good item, handy and lightweight, we had a problem with ours after a few months and it was replaced with a new one with good customer service, thank you
Would recommend it!
Suction is good!
Battery is good.
Easy to clean! I am surprised that it picked up so much dust and hair from my carpet!
Have not used it for car yet.
I went with it because the attachment tube was the black plastic and not the see through one which cracks easier.
Grea
I’ve never used this type of vacuum before but despite it being totally alien to me it’s very easy to use. If I can do it, you can! Great suction, so much so that it nearly sucked up one of the older thinner looser carpets I have I was amazed by it straight away! Sucks up thin dust, bigger clumps of dust, little bits of things like paper and crumbs, hairs, works well on carpet and on hard surfaces. Very useful bright light built in to see those dark areas. Easy to charge. Easy to take apart when emptying the dust and stuff. Lightweight, not too small not too big. Looks good. Not very noisy too, quieter than other vacuums I’ve seen. I can’t comment on battery life as I’ve only just used it for the first time for about 10 minutes after a full charge. I recommend for sure!
Good suctio
Bought this to replace a worn out hand held Dyson. It’s got good suction and is lightweight. The battery life is good and is suitable for doing the car and odd pick ups around the house. My only disappointment is having to wash out the filter after each use. Bit of a pain but then it’s 75% cheaper than the Dyson.
Great little vacuum
This is a great little machine for picking up little bits of things. The suction is not the best but what can you expect for the price! I generally use it with the little brush attachment and works perfectly well in the car, under sofa cushions, around picture frames and is absolutely superb to remove the dust on top of books.
We bought this machine to get into little nooks and crannies that our Dyson can’t get into. The machine does do a good job, and you can tell this when you open it up to empty it. There is a filter which is easy to clean but the dust that collects in the pointy nose of the machine is difficult to remove. It doesn’t come out by banging the container on the floor, you need to have something long and thin to hoik out the dirt. The inside of the nose part is a strange design in order to accept the accessories. The accessories are easy to fit and remove, it is only the removal of the dust that has built up inside which is tricky to get out.
Subsequently I have been in touch with the supplier who has been extremely helpful in suggesting alternative solutions to the removal of the fluff. I recommend VacLife vacuum cleaner which is lightweight, reasonably quiet and gets the job done. Although the instruction suggests keeping the rechargeable battery topped up, I have not had a problem with it as there is an indicator showing how much power is left. If you are vacuuming in dark places, the VacLife has a torch embedded in the handle to make things easier to see.
I am very pleased with this handheld vacuum. Great suction power and lightweight to use. The power lasts well and it’s easy to charge when needed. It sucks up all sorts of fluff, crumbs etc. and is very handy for keeping the stair carpet looking good. We have a stair lift so not very easy to use the large cleaner. The light is good for seeing in the nooks and crannies and the attachments are also handy. It came with a spare filter but they do seem to be rather delicate so not sure how long they will last. Am hoping to buy another vacuum to keep upstairs, so one up, one down for convenience but before then have enquired about getting hold of spare filters if needed and am waiting for an answer. The vacuum came quickly, well packed in a nice cardboard box which it resides in when not in use. Very pleased with my purchase.
