If the case is too cold they will not charge
I contacted their customer service by email as the earbuds were not charging. The customer service is absolutely amazing as I got the issue resolved in 2 days.

Great budget earphones
For the price these are perfect. Ordered 2 pairs few weeks ago. Even though I returned 1 pair as it was faulty, I am very happy with the other pair. They stay in the ear well, the sound quality is nice, not perfect but good enough to enjoy watching movies. The design of the case and the headphones themselves are also very clean and modern. I love the little screen showing charge levels
Great headphones
Bought for my daughter for school ad she has tourettes and sometimes needs distracting from her tics with music. These are fairly discrete with not having wires and last a decent amount of time. So much so that I ordered a pair for myself too!
Great for their price
Cannot fault these for their price. The battery life is brilliant, easy to connect and use. Great for walking or the gym. I have had some problems with the case not charging however it seems to work again after a little while.

These head phone work really well in cancelling in out the noise and work really well. The fit in your ear very nice and do not fall out. They are easy to use and come in nice chargering case. Easy to keep clean and easy to setup. Would buy these again!

Bought these as a treat for myself and I haven’t been disappointed, so no complaints from me. I’m not technically minded and I think the sound quality is good, likewise the noise cancelling. The charging case feels sturdy but compact so easy to have in a pocket or bag and the earbuds are very comfortable to wear. I’ve had these for a few weeks now and use them everyday for at least 2 hours and the battery life is excellent. I keep the earbuds in the case so they’re always ready to use. The charge on the case lasts for over 2 weeks. The display on the case is a useful feature. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Considering that the big brands are charging hundreds of pounds for earbuds, I didn’t expect much at this price level. I was pleasantly surprised.
Setup was simple, connection is really reliable and battery life is good. The percentage display on the case is really neat.
I mostly use them for talking books, but music quality is good enough too. They’re very light and I forget I have then on sometimes.
A great step up from my previous wired buds
Easy to operate
Love these wireless headphones. So easy to use and great for cancelling out surrounding noise. Excellent sound quality too. I use them to walk with my favourite podcasts and relax while listening to audio books. Also listen to music in bed that blocks out my husbands snoring.

I bought these for my Granddaughter for her birthday thinking they would suffice, but have found them to be an excellent bit of kit, easy to set up and use straight out of the box (came fully charged) they have the same features as many other more expensive products at a fraction of the price, well worth the purchae
Not only do I love these headphones for the way they fit, the sound quality, and good volume I also love the seller!! I unfortunately received a set of headphones where the case was having charging issue’s so although I was really enjoying the headphones I couldn’t actually charge the case up, so once the case had died, no headphones. I spoke to the seller through amazon and email, the easiest way I can put it is they gave me advice on what to try to rectify the problem, these suggestions didn’t work. I’ve now after 2 days received a brand new set today and I’m really looking forward to using them again!!

Right earphone disconnected entirely
The right earphone disconnected entirely and wouldn’t reconnect. I fixed it the first time it happened by resetting the earphones but no amount of resets could get it to pair the second time. It just stopped outputting noise.
The little mesh parts fell out of both earphones. One of them fell out in to my ear.
The sound quality on then is good as is the controls and noise cancellation. But the build quality is horrific.

The seller reached out and stated that they now use a different manufacturer. The seller compensated me for the time wasted seeking out replacement earphones and returning the faulty pair that I had.

Great value great sound and can confirm they are waterproof as one shot off and fell in my bucket of water removed and are still working and they only fell out because I got them in the wrong ears

I owned Apple AirPods which broke after a year. Brought these to replace them and I’m honestly shocked at how good they are for the price! Don’t waste your money on AirPods, just grab some of these! Honestly can’t fault them! The sound quality is perfect!
Battery for days
I don’t know where they got the battery life number for the description but it is way longer. Haven’t charged for over a week and use for maybe 8 hours a day. Love having the display to see the battery percentage too, much more helpful than a little led.

The best earbuds I've used
The earbuds are amazing. It is the best one that I have used. The sound is excellent and I can talk with them very easy and clearly. The only minus is that I cannot make volume down, every time I press the volume goes only up.

So, these are cheap an cheerful, sound quality in good, build quality is ok, the volume control is a little fiddly if you use the buds to adjust the volume, pairing is easy enough although unlike my previous Bluetooth earbuds I can’t change from my iPhone to my iPad easily, I have to get one or the other to forget the earbuds to listen on one of my other devices, battery life appears to be great I have not had to charge them yet! So that is a bonus

I bought this with the mindset that as quite cheap earphones, they might not be great, but when I got them I was delighted to discover that they work perfectly;the sound quality is wonderful, they automatically connect to your phone when taken out the case, and the touch control, contrary to other reviews is very responsive. The charging case is an added bonus, as it charges the earphones when they are inside, and kept only lost 50% of battery life from a one week holiday in which I used them frequently. All in all, I think that this is one of the best earphones on the market and a great product.

Fantastic earbuds. Bought to my wife and after 2 weeks of use she concluded that she love it. Very confy to her ears and the sound quality is very good. When she walked on the street I called her end I couldn`t hear any outside noise just her, so the noise cancelling effect is very good. For this price its a steal.

Brilliant earbuds, great value
I’ve been using these for a couple of weeks now and they’ve been great. I was a bit dubious as they were so reasonably priced but I have to say these are very good. Sound quality is great, background noise is reduced, battery life is excellent. I’m very impressed and would recommend.

The EarPods are easy to pair up, great sound quality. Love how comfortable they are in my ears. Charge left in case shown digitally so no guessing how much charge is left. Well worth the price and am ordering a pair for my daughter. Pair with IPhone and android.
Fab sound
Great little headphones, the sound is great, they’re comfy and I love the colour! I did have a moment when I was connecting them initially as I need them for work with my laptop but I just couldn’t get them to connect, evening realised they’d connected to my phone first without me realising, disconnected from that and all sorted!!
Great pair of pods
Love these earphones, they look great and fit well. Sound is very excellent. If I have one negative thing to say, it would be that to play or pause a track you are listening to, you need to touch the pod twice quickly, and if you hit the wrong bit or a the wrong speed, you just end up turning the volume up or down. I feel that it should be tap once to answer, play/pause and twice to change volume.

I bought these for holiday, they kept the noise out on the plane. They were already charged which lasted the holiday (didn’t use them much during our stay) I haven’t had any before so nothing to compare to but I am happy with this. They was very easy for me to set up I’m not very tech savvy

Great headphones for the price!
Good sound quality and a brilliant replacement for my Google Pods which died on me. Charge seems to last forever and can get quite a few gym sessions in before needing to charge the case. Only issue I’ve had is the only USB cable that charges the case is the one they supply.
Really good ear buds
I bought these to replace my Samsung ear buds that I misplaced. I didn’t want to spend much because I was hoping the Samsung ones would turn up. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how good these are. I actually prefer them to the Samsung ear buds now that I’ve finally found them. So I’ll be using these as my main ear buds. The sound is great and they fit much more comfortably in my ears.

I thought I may as well try them as she just needed a pair for listening to music from her phone. The upshot is she loves them and is really happy. The charging case is really good as it displays the current charge. The price is amazing and I’d urge anyone who’s thinking of getting more expensive ones to try these.

Can’t believe o bought spend money in another phones for nothing. At first was really good battery was lasting and the volume was amazing. After about 3 weeks all changes. Battery don’t last and volume is so bad that is so hard to ear music

I have now purchased 3 lots of these headphones! They are Perfect for my kids who were desperate for AirPods but I refused to buy them at the price apple charge! These headphones are great in the fact that they work well and they come in different colours making it easy to differentiate between each pair.

What can I say! As i have very small ears i was hoping that these earbuds would fit and not fall out (my last 2 i have lost because they were too big for my ears). Love that the battery is digitalised
These earphones have a great sound quality and are comfortable in the ears and I dont usually use bud type ear phones. My son has a similar set which are a different brand and he never knows how much battery he has left, these ones are great as you know exactly when to charge the holder. They have a decent battery life. For the price they are great quality and highly reccomend.

Sounds fine and fits well in my ears
Had these for a couple of weeks now and they work great. Sound fine although they don’t noise cancel as well as over-the-ear headphones, but that is to be expected. Battery life is great and to be fair I tend to put them back in their case throughout the day when I’m not using them and just charge the case when the battery gets low so I never find the earphones themselves running out of battery. The touch pads on the sides of the earphones that are supposed to allow you to lower or increase volume as well as pause and play and answer phone calls aren’t the best. I usually find myself having to press them multiple times to get them to work so I usually just end up doing it on my phone instead. All in all good for the price and useful for when you are out and about and away from your computer.
Good quality but.....
Cannot fault the sound quality or the battery life, both are amazing.
However, they are not proper in-ear buds, they sit just inside the edge of the ear canal and can be prone to falling out if your activities are a little too zealous. Fine if you’re walking leisurely but no good if you’re a fit freak.
Ok but not great.
Was awesome at the beginning but after a few months the volume kept getting low. I had to keep putting the volume up to red levels in order to have decent level of sound. Better to invest in a higher quality model.
I purchased different earbuds because I like the type you get get with Apple headphones. I don’t like the type that seem to drill into your head. The first set went through the wash and didn’t work and the second set I dropped and the bottom of the ear bud popped out and they wouldn’t charge. So I looked for a different make and saw these on an offer and I’m glad I purchased them. The sound is noticeably better and I like the fact that you’ll get a 100% countdown when you need to recharge as opposed to just a little blinking lights. The first thing I noticed was how small the little boxes and the headphones are slightly smaller than my previous and fitting better into my ears. I have dropped my earphones numerous times and not one single sign that they will not work. on one occasion I dropped them and was shutting my shed door and they caught under the shed door and scrape the long with the door and they still work I would highly recommend them

Great sound and super easy to connect, but one side had stopped working after a few weeks. I’ve just had them for about 6 to 7 weeks.

I was contacted by the seller following my review, offering a fix for the problem and if that didn’t work, a refund was offered.
I was very impressed with the seller and the courteous, helpful and prompt service following the contact.
they do exactly what i want.
I really like these! I find this style of “in ear” better for me than using the “buds” that you push into your ear. To me they fit well and dont fall out. I paired them up with these “ear hooks” and they dont move. This is how i will wear them when i run.
I have used them to make phone calls and i have no issues, and when listening to music the sound is good and has no distortion. I am sure you can get better for listening to music but they are good enough for me.

Good quality but low volume
It’s a good quality. No noise. But the problem is the sound volume is too low. You need to be in a very quiet place to hear the caller talking.
Failed after 30 days, was sent a replacement though
Headphones stopped turning on, tried contacting seller through Amazon but there was no option. Was contacted after leaving bad review.
Seller needs to update their contact details through Amazon to allow for support emails, not unhappy with the end result as I now have a working pair again.

They were good but came out of my ears easily so lost them.
I have since heard from this wonderful company and the after service I have received has really been helpful and shows how much they care about each individual customer. I highly recommend others to give them a try or contact them with questions as they do help quickly
Good but with problems
Had these earphones 6 weeks at first was really impressed with them. Battery life is good the sound quality is great, my only issue is the right earpiece mesh which covers the earpiece has become loose and has fallen off. The earphones are now not useable. I realise the price that they were was cheap but i would expect them to last more than 6 weeks.
I was contacted by the owner who asked about the problem I was having with the earphones.
He refunded me for the two pairs I bought even tho I was only having problems with one pair. He also sent me new pairs of earphones totally free. I must say that the after sales have blew me away and I have now give him a five star review.
I would definitely recommend, not often you get genuine companies.
Listening to music – Decent. I’m no headphone connoisseur; but I can hear the music absolutely fine.
Phone calls – Mic seems ok. People can hear me. I can hear them. Not much more to be said. It’s decent.
Battery – I’ve used a lot over the last week and battery is now at 63%. Is that good? Hard to quantify, but it doesn’t just drain in a few hours so I guess it’s decent.
Connection – instant, no problem. Proper decent.
Fit – standard size, no messing about with different rubber tips. Haven’t fallen out, even when running. Decent fit.
Overall: you guessed it. Decent.
UPDATE: 2 weeks on, and all what I stated above still holds true. However, couple of things that aren’t so decent 1. These are not noise cancelling. Unless volume is very high, surrounding noise is still quite audible. 2. The one touch controls aren’t great – need to get your finger on just the right spot or press with just the right amount of pressure. Volume up/down, skipping tracks, taking calls occasionally works first time but more often that not it’s unresponsive and takes a few goes. Saying that, I’d still recommend these but thought it was worth pointing out these flaws
There’s no room in this life for wires. I was using Apple’s wired hear buds for use with my Nintendo Switch Lite and just having the wire flapping around wound me up. A few reviews said these are as good if not better than Apple – completely agree. The sound is amazing, the connection is blistering quick and the quality for a call is immense – I was skeptical because I had a pair of buds years ago of a totally different style and they were rubbish for calling so far every call I’ve made has been easy (to connect the buds as the phone is ringing straight out the charging case) and I’ve been heard as if I was holding the phone to my ear
Charging time? 84% – 100% in 90 seconds with the buds in the case so quick to top up I doubt it will take long to charge from flat
Amazing for streaming and audio/music, case fits in you pocket so well it doesn’t feel like its there
Buy these, you won’t be disappointed
Received today and pairing was so easy. The sounds quality seems good and not sure about the call quality if the person on the other end can hear me well or not – yet to test. They are not completely black like the images on the other people’s reviews which were very recent. I saw the product images, the end bits are silver but all the photos by the reviewers showed complete black earphones which I prefer. So I cannot say I’m not disappointed. I bought these based on their reviews so it makes me feel like I didn’t receive the same ones as ones those reviewers received – I hope the difference is only the end bits of the earphones. The earphone feels very comfortable but not sure how securely they would stay in during exercise. Having said that they didn’t fall out when I shook my head a bit to test.
The earbuds paired to my phone straight out of the box, and I liked that the earbuds came pre-charged. This made the set-up very simple (I did not have to look at the instructions).
The earbuds sound good and cancel out noise well. The case is good quality (closes magnetically), and the earbuds fit inside my ear well. I intend to use these for exercise as they are sweat resistant.
The battery hasn’t failed me yet, but the case doubles as a charger, so battery life should not be a problem.
Charges via USB-C with a USB-A to USB-C cable supplied. A must-have nowadays.
Overall, these earbuds are excellent value, and I am happy with my purchase.
