Simply the bes
Fantastic CCTV system, only fault I had was no instructions with it. Managed to set up by just playing around with it but a while down the line I had power cut and had to try reset it all. Ended up with support and with the assistance of a very helpful AMY I managed to reset my password, learn about set up and she even sent me a guide to my email. All in all this system is fantastic clear and bright video during the day and perfect night vision when the sun goes down. Have used video footage to assist police and neighbours when there has been trouble afoot as I have a very good coverage of my street and friends cars and gateway’s. Best purchase I’ve made for security and has worked brilliantly since I bought it. Ps thank you again Amy from Zosi support was so impressed by how quick help was given….

Good CCTV system, the cameras are light so can be used and placed wherever needed. Instructions for software not easy to follow
Smaller than my previous DVR and was able to plug in and see all cameras. Need more time to get to grips with the software setup to suit my needs

Considering the price this is a good CCTV system, the cameras are light so can be used and placed wherever needed. You can get a signal to the tv even if using a low quality long hdmi cable so dvi can be placed anywhere. I mainly communicated with Rainbow, I had no issues with communications so the customer service is really good, its done through whatapps however they are always available during the morning and respond quickly, politely and with a sense of humour so my experience with Zosi has been positive.

Not too hard to set up but unable to connect to internet wirelessly unless I get a wireless adapter which I didn’t realise. Apparently I need to get a ZosiSmart but it’s proving difficult to obtain.

having purchased the above 4 camera security system from Zosi, I found it to be a very easy install and essentially plug and play. images and setup are excellent and would recommend for your security needs.

The unit and cameras are easy to set up and use with clear images, the BNC connections make them simple to plug and use units. Logging into to software its asked you for a password, but its seems you don’t need one!
The support team have been great over whatapp in particular Leonard and Rainbow advising on setting up the system and viewing the recordings
Watching the record back is easy via a monitor with HDMI connection ,it’s a pity the unit does not have built in Wi-Fi to review the footage over a phone ( I have this on my car dash cam which was much cheaper ) You have to hard wire the unit to a router to remote view the footage via the app ( not tried this yet) .
The big issue for me downloading the footage to archive it, as the disc writes over itself when full, this can only be done to a max 64gb SD card via a USB/Sd card reader adapter and its not possible to plug an hard drive in to back up the data too as a result transferring the data from 4 cameras in max 1 hr chunks will take some time!! I have therefore replaced the unit with the same item without a pre-installed hard drive and added a 2TB drive which I can replace every 2 months & retain all the original footage
It works as it should
Installed 2 of these in the last 3 weeks. Easy set up, etc.App works well with quick review winding back on individual cameras. Obvs easy to install.
For network connection I used net gear power line adaptors so zero delays.
Well worth the money, let’s see how reliable they are in the coming months

Equipment is easy to set up, motion detection is great I get alerts through the app on my phone. I can watch it live also. Video quality is good for the price. Had some issues with one of the cameras but Rainbow from Zosi Customer Service was extremely helpful with helping me overcome this. Zosi customer service is one of a kind! Would definitely recommend.

Great system at a great price. Easy to install. Packed with easy settings to customise to your purpose, functions and environment. I recently had one issue with phone app dropping out, customer service were fantastic. We were not able to resolve the fault. Honoured the warranty with no problems and sent me a brand new unit.

Overall quality is ok but make sure you keep the manual! Its not as simple as most! Pic quality night/day is good. Cameras are nice and modern. I have 2 of these systems one front rear and one covering my garden buildings. I would purchased again if need so I have no issue with quality or value for money!
Excellent CCTV system
I wanted an easy to install CCTV system for my home. I purchased this product and it was extremely easy to install and setup. It connects to WiFi and i can watch the cameras whilst at work and on my phone from any location. The daytime picture is clear and excellent quality and the night vision is also very good. Playback is excellent quality and easy to operate. The customer service I received from Nikki when i had a question was extremely quick, friendly and very thorough. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Had a small issue with setting time and date. A quick email or two with Yoyo at support resolved this for me.
Pleasantly surprised with the picture quality especially night vision. I like the way the IR LED’s are gently visible when you look at them at night making them clear to any would be trespasser.

I purchased this system in June 2020 and have been very impressed with it. Arrived before expected date, setup was easy and fast. In November I noticed that one of the cameras was faulty so I contacted customer service and was contacted back within a couple of hours. I was contacted by Doris and I have to say that the service was excellent, she was very knowledgeable and after I had done some checks for her it was decided to replace the camera at no cost to myself. If you need to contact customer service I hope that you get Doris to deal with your problem as I can highly recommend her.
I Have a 4K hikvision system at home and wanted a cheap and simple system for my boat. This ZOSI system works perfectly. Cameras have been installed for the past 12 months in all weather without any issues. The NVR is near silent and hooks up to the HD TV with a HDMI cable. The phone app is simple but works. Not as functional as hikconnect but for the price of the system is more than enough.
The only criticism would be when moving the angle of the camera, there are several rubber guards in the outer shell that can detach easily so doesn’t hold its position. I have had to glue them back. So be careful when rotating the camera when in position!

I have been using this dvr since December 2019. It was easy to install and the picture quality was better than I expected.
The only problem I’ve had is i forgot the main password. So no fault of the device. I contacted Zosi customer support. I was able to message them on WhatsApp and they gave clear advice and helped me to reset it.
Easy to set up and operate.
Although the unit was easy to install and operate, I was a little miffed because I selected the wrong product for my particular need. Had DOSI (or Amazon) included the model number of the unit in its description I would have made a better informed choice relative to my needs. Nevertheless, the surveillance unit does function well and I have no qualms over the unit that I have.
I did have a couple of minor technical concerns over the product but these were resolved by Technical Support (Doris) in a timely manor. Doris also informed me that if there were any upgrades to the product and operating software, I would be informed by email.

Great price. Night vision isn’t perfect, but still, a wonderful deterrent. Had an issue with Passwords, and was dreading the usual no reply to emails etc. Send Zosi a message, and within a few hours Ada had replied. Ada was knowledgeable and quick to follow up with further messages checking that all is ok.
With people like Ada on their helpdesk you can’t go wrong.

EASY TO INSTALL
I LIKED THE RTODUCT EASY TO INSTALL, GOOD VALUE FOR REALY GOOD SYSTEM
I bought this product in jan 2018 installed it in a day in our bungalow with the hard drive in the loft. I installed a wifi extender to a socket in the loft and connected the ethernet cable from the dvr, the other extender behind the tv and connected to router by ethernet. I then ran an hdmi lead from dvr to tv in the lounge so I could watch the images on a large screen. So I didn’t need to go up the loft I fit a bluetooth adapter to the front usb slot so I could use a bluetooth mouse to watch recordings/set-up/alter settings etc from my armchair.
After setting up recording which I found to be a bit difficult as I didn’t have an instruction book (later found it on the internet),the system worked very well, recorded everything picture quality is superb even at night until 3 weeks ago (Christmas) when the hard drive started making a noise.I contacted Zosi by email and got an almost instant response from a person called Slina, who helped me fix the problem. a new hard drive purchased and emailed the receipt for a full refund including postage the faulty hard drive to their customer services and the dvr is back working perfectly.
A great product with great pictures, the phone app is brilliant you can check home when your on holiday or away, very happy 5 stars at this price.

I recently had a problem with my password and had to contact Zosi Technology for assistance, though a time difference and using Amazon services what a nice experience. Easy quick DIY installation.
From having no Cctv to having this is great once installed it is so easy to set up everything is clearly labeled and it does what it says. Only negative is I should have went HD but will upgrade in the future. Zosi is a good reliable brand.

These items were purchased to replace some faulty cameras of other makes. They were fitted very easily – took less that 30 minutes to install each one and set it up. Time will tell if they are reliable . The picture quality is good
This has been installed for a week now and I am very impressed. Firstly, installation complexity is all down to your house layout. I have very deep soffits, which made chasing the cables difficult. The cables are a very good length so should be capable of most situations.
Secondly, camera quality is very good. Clear during the day, and sharp enough at night. The night vision works up to 50m which is more than sufficient.
Things which need improvement which detract from the system. The UI is clunky, but managable. WiFi connection needs a specific chipset, a quick Amazon search and 4 and I had the relevant one. The Zosi app is terrible, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
Finally, you must configure the motion detection otherwise the default will send alerts continuously. I recommend a sensitivity of 4-5 for a quiet street.
All in all, very good for the price and I am impressed. It has already been earning it’s keep, catching “knock and runners”, and other shady characters.
I am a newbie installing this cctv in my home. Fairly easy to install, the zosi smart app is very straightforward but u have to plug into a tv and plug it into internet. Log in and activate the internet access before u use the phone app.
I am happy coz I chose 5mp and anything less will be very pixalated. The infra-red is very good in the dark and record very clearly. i am gonna attach a video and a picture so u can see for yourself on quality.
Good product for price, good quality
Easy to setup, good quality, had issues after 4 months where it froze and did not record, contacted ZOSI and eventually had to update the firmware and the product has been working fine ever since. I did add a WiFi dongle as I did not have internet upstairs and it works brilliantly.

The system is not fully up and running yet but the first camera is performing well and very clear. We have to up-grade our router before we can use it on line but every thing seems good up to now. The only gripe I have is that the lan cable is not supplied as it has to be connected to a router for external viewing via iPhone or android.
I must say I’m very impressed with this system so easy to set up and fit it took me nearly a year to make my mind up because so many to choose from this time I got it right fab set up software on my phone is crap but everything else 5 *
A CCTV SYSTEM WORTH CONSIDERING
Delighted with this product. It replaces another make which failed some weeks ago so setting up was not a totally new experience for me. Cameras provide good quality definition. WiFi and phone set-up requires a degree of patience as the instruction manual wording could be improved. However, perseverance and YouTube visits will get you there in the end. A very neat and well-presented Chinese product. So far so good.

Bought after a bike theft and it provides good peace of mind. Good quality picture. Had a couple of suspicious callers and this recorded them clearly. Had fun getting the android app working but now it does its great and I can watch my drive from work or from the garden.

I placed the four cameras outside on the four corners of the house, I ran the cables through to the attic then down through to ground floor.
Picture quality is very good,…glad I bought this setup.
After a lot of research I decided to go with the Zosi kit with 4ch/4x1080p/2.0mp cameras with 1tb HDD.
Fantastic price, well packaged and you get a lot for your money compared to similar products. After an increase in anti social behaviour in the local vicinity and a theft from my own back garden, it more than meets my needs to keep an eye on things and act as a deterrent.
I have to say I’m really impressed with the clear, crisp images both day and night. The night vision is much better than I expected giving clear views for about 20m. The motion detection, like other reviews have stated, is very sensitive and there are plenty of settings to tweak once you’ve worked out the user interface and menu. Some settings are obvious, others are not! It takes a bit of getting used to. I haven’t set up the alerts but wanted it to capture recordings on detecting motion, which it does do brilliantly.
The only let down and why I haven’t given 5 stars is the ridiculously frustrating instructions and app/software to support remote viewing. They are pretty useless and not intuitive at all. I couldn’t get the Zosi view app to connect at all and ended up trying the Zosi Smart app, which worked first time but is not advertised anywhere to use? A lot of guess work was needed.
The PC software is equally as rubbish with no intuitive menus or proper English explanations. I’ve given up on that one.
Out of the box set up and recording/viewing is spot on if that’s what you want to use it for.
The additional apps/software could be a challenge for remote viewing.
Overall great value DVR and cameras and I would recommend for basic viewing and recording with crisp, clear images.
Easy to set up, easy to use great qulity pictures
The hardest part of setting the system up was laying the cables and drilling 16mm holes through the exterior walls. I have three camera’s which took around 5 hours to set up. The setting up of the video recorder/control unit was quite easy. Even the night vision is clear and well focussed.
The system arrived promptly and was neatly packaged into two boxes, one with the PVR, one with the cameras and cables. The way it all connects together is logical and nicely colour coded. The instructions are simple and straightforward. There are just two sheets – one for installing the cameras and one for the PVR.
If you want a system that needs a lot of set up, where you can tune every aspect to the last detail, this probably isn’t for you. For example, the cameras automatically switch from day mode (colour) to night mode (infrared black and white). There is no way to change this or tune how soon they switch from day to night – it just works out of the box.
I like the way it only needs two power points, one for the PVR and another for the cameras (single power supply powers all 4). The system draws very little power – the maximum rating of the power supplies is 12V 2A, which is to say, you could run this system off a12V leisure battery for a while if you needed to. The entire thing uses less power than a light bulb!
One thing I haven’t tried is the networking – in fact most of the instructions are about connecting to your router and viewing it on your phone. If you don’t want to connect to the internet, the main system is very simple to set up.
The final thing to note: I hadn’t appreciated the amount of cable routing I’d need to get this set up how I want it, so I am probably going to return it and get a wireless system where the only cabling needed is between each camera and a power supply, although of course it will use up more plug sockets than this system, which really is brilliantly designed.

Arrived well packaged. All components feel decent quality. Easy to install, the hardest bit is routing cables in the house. Once wired up I started it up and worked perfectly. Easy to navigate around the system.

Recently purchased June 2018. Had planned to use lap top to function as monitor/screen but had many issues with software on minidisc and password any my abilities – support from manufacturer good – seemed to me that instructions are more comprehensive than what actually is required Went back to basics used old tv to function as monitor and software on DVR – took minutes to set up once connected – really pleased with end result. Good quality pictures for this price, took an afternoon to mount 4 cameras in soffits and guttering. Overall excellent value!
The camera is excellent, given the price. It gives a clearer picture than the last camera I bought from another seller costing twice as much. Although it worked perfectly, there was a small issue with the mounting so I emailed the seller immediately. I got an email straight back asking for a photo of the problem which I sent and, without further discussion, a replacement camera arrived 2 days later. It was a pleasure to deal with such efficient and friendly people. Well worth 5 stars!
cameras easy to install with great picture quality
Fabulous kit for a reasonable price, cameras easy to install with great picture quality. Had a couple of issues setting up the DVR to work as we wanted (the instructions included are very basic!), if you have any problem contact Zosi via their facebook messenger service, person helping there was brilliant and sorted us out sending links with clear instruction.
Camera’s are great for the price. It has been set up for 4 months and not a problem from the camera themselves.
Set up is easy. Plug and play more or less. Hardest part was running the cables but that’s down to my house. I have added a cordless mouse which makes it easy to use while the unit is hidden.
Only issue I have had is the remote viewing on the app. It was working great until the update and the support team is as useless as a chocolate fire guard. For 1 month I have got no where with them. I have sent pictures and emails and all I got back was try again.
Over all smart cameras and I think I will update them to infrared next year only if I get the remote viewing to work.

Buy this system omg it’s the best!!!! 100% top notch, Excellent system, crystal clear picture. Bought the 4 cam system. No problems with set up, installation, night view is great too clear. Top quality cctv pics and recording too. Easy install and very easy to navigate through system menu. I fitted in 2 hours you can buy a dongle if not near wifi router.
Updated 2 years later…..the system is reliable, still running after 2 years, reason reviewing now is i cracked one camera by mistake and I emailed zosi asking to buy another off them. They sent me a replacement within 2 days, no charge, how good is that. Such a great company, you dont get that nowadays. I would recommend buying this system as the after service is responsive, and second to none. Great reviews from me and my family who bought this system. Bless them I wasnt expecting them to send me anything, but they did. So happy now. Thanks zosi
We had trouble setting this up but we are not technically minded.Contacted customer services on Messenger, can’t fault them. You can see when they are online, we had help every step of the way with the added bonus of being able to send photos in our conversation, sorted very clearly and quickly. Top marks for the customer services helper . Highly recommend this

Great product, it really is plug and play and with the Zosi view app (available free) you can view your camera from anywhere on your smart phone or laptop if you are not at home.
I had a small problem with one camera and Zosi replaced a perfectly good camera quick smart even though I offered to fix it myself.
Picture quality is great and just as good when it switches to infrared at dusk. Cameras display a ring of infrared lights at night which I liked as people then know that they work. Rewind and zoom and select camera all very simple to use on home screen.
I should also add that there are extensive Zosi installation videos on You tube if needed.
Very happy to have this as people view house alarms going off these days as a nuisance and instead of saying “Alarms going off, we better do something” they say ” Alarms going off for ages now. I wish they would get home and turn the bloody thing off so we can get some peace” .

Such a good deal!! The quality is amazing a lot better than I thought it would be fantastic price easy to use and well packaged worth every single penny the app to download on your phone or tablet is also amazing, I would recommend using Google cloud as that very odd chance of burglar to steal the device you have a backup of all the recordings you have on the cloud
Good cheap system – up and running in no time and I can watch the live stream via my mobile or PC over the ‘net. Day and night pictures are good, but beware white walls in view at night as it can’t cope with the contrast.
One issue I have with the cameras is their viewing angle – if you put them flat on a wall or under the eves then they struggle to angle sufficiently. I ideally need them to angle to 45 degrees, but they only adjust to around 30 degrees. so the ones under the eves point straight down and the ones on the wall point straight out. I’ve resolved this by attaching them to a 30 degree block of wood – this also reduces the strain on the unit and the cables as they do sit better when they are perpendicular to the mounting.
I’ve seen various solutions regarding the cable connectors – I got around this by drilling an extra hole in the soffits and pushing the cable inside and then using mastic to seal the hole.
The cables are easily long enough – fitting them to my old house was a pain, but nothing you can’t achieve with a garden cane, string, masking tape and perseverance.
I’m sure that I haven’t used all of the functionality yet and there is more I can achieve (alerts etc) but just knowing that it’s recording makes it great value for money.

As usual a great camera from ZOSI, I bought two of these type and as yet I am very impressed.
Night vision is unbelievable.
Make sure you get the correct lens there’s two version from what I see 3.6 and 4.6mm, the first being slightly more on the wide angle side.
