NVR issues

Great system at a great price.
I replaced my swann system with this because I was sick of all the false alarms from the swann system. The false alarms now are much better. One camera went faulty but was replaced without any issues thanks to Ariana dealing with my problem.

Ideal for a basic system
Does what it should, really easy to set up and the app is ok. I had to contact customer service as the DVR unit stopped working, they sent out a replacement and it’s working brilliantly now.

A great product and does exactly what it says on the description.
Very easy to install and set up and the picture quality is very good considering the cost.
I did have a small issue as the power supply that powers the IR part of the night vision stopped working but after contacting Aimee who was absolutely amazing kindly sent me a replacement power supply within a few days and this fixed the problem.
Aimee always replied to my emails within a day and was always on hand to answer any of my questions.
If I had to recommend this product I would certainly put this to the front of the list.

I purchased this item thinking i was getting 5 mp cameras as it says in the title but after further inspection i noticed in the package contents and specs info they are only 2mp cameras its to late for me now i have installed them they are ok but not as good quality as the ones i have taken down will keep them up for the night vision. But would not have purchased if i had realised they were only 2mp. Seller should change the title description as is misleading.
Well Worth the Money
Very easy system to install also price was really good the only thing I can find that I was not happy with was the camera’s themselves I put 3 camera’s on my front of the house 1 in the centre to focus on our cars and 2 each side of the house so anybody approaching the property can be caught on camera but you cannot rotate them and the picture from the screen is on a side the camera’s would have been better to have a rotating ball so you can angle them in any angle but the system itself is very easy to understand and use I have bought another 2 camera’s the Dome type hoping this will sort my issue out as shown in the last picture

Very good cameras from Rainbow
The cameras work as they should
I had a bit of trouble setting the cameras up but the customer service representative for ZosiSmart called Rainbow was very helpful and once I got them set up the work very well
Simple Setup
This Zosi 8 Channel Our-door CCTV system is almost Plug & Pay. A very simple to install system, ok a little effort to run the cables in, but we’ll worth the effort. Clear images from the cameras.
The aftersales service from Rainbow was fantastic. So happy we went with the Zosi system, would highly recommend and value for money.

Perfect up grade from 4 channel to 8 channel went with zosi as I knew what I was buying good quality cameras and easy to set up running the cable is the hardest part of the set literally plug and record

I was looking for a cctv system and when my neighhour bought one I was really impressed with the quality for the price so I got the same system.
Very easy to install, the hardest part was climbing through the loft to run the cables to the dvr.
Set up was simple and the phone app makes reviewing the cameras really easy.
Picture quality is good and night vision is excellent.
ZOSI customer service centre is brilliant and Cathy was so helpful when one of the cameras stopped working in the dark.

Clear camera feed and very easy to install.
This system is very easy to install. There is ample length of cable to cover a large house. Our house stretches 60 meters from front to back. The cameras are robust and the picture is very clear and in colour. The night vision is very clear too. It was easy to download the app on to your phone and it works with the system.
100 % customer service
Purchased this item in may 2020. And was surprised to find it was very easy to install. Customer service was 100% we had a power cut a couple of days ago and the system wouldn’t go back on due to a fault in the power plug. I contacted zosi / rainbow and they were more than helpful even sent out a new power plug free of charge

This cctv system works well, although I had a bit of trouble with first box as we had a power cut and stopped working, contacted zosi who were very helpful, they sent me a link for firmware upgrade which unfortunately didn’t work, so I had to send box back bit of an inconvenience due to lock down, however they refunded postage promptly and got new box within the time they indicated it would take, all in all very happy with product and service received, well done zosi

This is a great system for the price and brings considersble ease of mind.
We got the system for an elderly relative living alone and who was being talked out of money by unscrupulous people. It was such a delight to see their faces when they realised they were being recorded when we used the playback function and they have not been back since. The quality of the picture is good and the fact that it is recording on a ongoing basis means you can check what is happened in the past, while the remote access over the internet is something that is very important. The hardware arrived well packed and feel good quality in the hand and the installation is quite simple, just connect up the wires. However, adjusting the system to your particular preferences is quite complicated for a non-techie and there have been some difficulties with the software. In those instances, contact with Zosi Support is by email and very efficient and their technician, Coco, is very helpful and resolves issues. After a couple of months, we installed a second system in our own house.

The description needs to be more accurate
The product is good quality for the price iv had several systems for around the same money and seems to be the best by far. The only issues I have is the ptz system is a bit more fiddly than others and also it could really do with a wifi module to add ip cameras to the system as well hard wired

This is the second one of these systems we have purchased. Bought one for our house back in August 2017 and it’s still going strong without any issues. We have been so happy with ours that when my elderly mother needed a cctv system we bought her a slightly smaller version of ours. She is really happy with it, it was easy to install, has good picture quality and is easy to operate. I am happy to recommend this system and if I was to purchase more cameras or another system, this would be my first port of call. It comes really well packaged too.

the only small thing is the viewing angle of 90 degrees 120 would have been better!
I have had this system since 2017 and I am very pleased with it’s performance. The reason I am writing a review now is because I recently changed my TV to a Samsung smart TV and I could no longer get the system to display even though it was still working and my Samsung phone showed all four cameras.
I e-mailed Zosi and what a refreshing response these days. They went out of their way to sort out my problem and I am now up and running again. Thanks Zosi.
Great bit of kit. Easy to install (I already had an idea where I was going to be positioning my cameras, dvr, wires ect). Plug and play. Camera quality is superb. App support is a great feature. A bit fiddly to set up sensitivity and email notifications but got there in the end. Immediate tech support. All in all very impressed. Expandable too up to 8 cameras! Will be adding a further 2 to my system. Highly recommend.
The cables are more than long enough
This took time to install because of the running the cables through the house and inside the walls, as it’s currently a building site. Once I’d worked out where to fix the first camera, the rest were straight forward. The cables were a big thing for me. I had plenty of slack leftover at the end, and the plug and play was great. It worked from the off. No messing about. The camera is clear in the day. I haven’t fully tested the night vision with someone walking around yet. The place looks very dark on the screen, so I might place some lights outside to bolster the quality. But for the money, this kit provided everything I needed. I only had to add a monitor and router. It’s that simple.
Zosi easily matches upto if not better than most leading brands.

Price is brilliant, nice cctv kit, cameras made in plastic not in steel hopefully will last, but definitely never rust. Cameras at day is good, but at night very poor. Will change cameras to better ones. Dvr recorder is one of the best, but fan is little bit noisy. Customer service is best on Amazon top class! I did changed from 5 to 4 stars, because cameras are very poor at night.

Really good product at a very very good price was recommended by a friend really happy I bought it 4 cameras that give out really good quality viewing.was surprised how much coverage you get with just the one camera really impressed.really easy to set up also with the instructions you get given also really good zosi app for out and about viewing of your system.only time will tell if it lasts but up to yet really happy.
Hi there: I just wanted to thank the support team at Zosi for their prompt response to the problem I had with my zosi dvr. I bought this machine a little over a year ago, and it had a simple fault developed,I got Intouch with the support team,explain the problem and with in a week I had a replacement . Am so great full to the support team. I like the zosi dvr better than the kguard dvr I had before. I will recommend this make to my friends and family. Superb system
Great system I’ve never set a cctv system up before so was completely new to this , however it’s very straight forward and easy to do , I did have to set the dvr up on a monitor to enable me to access the menu so that I could change the resolution in order for my hdmi lead to pick up the signal the default setting when new is to low , this took about 2mins to complete and the system works great , the after sales team are fantastically helpful and will always respond to your e mails , thanks again to Crystal .
Good value for money
Fantastic product for the price, I couldn’t connect mine to my router (didn’t have a long enough cable) bought a WiFi connector of here for a few pounds and problem solved. Excellent system , straightforward to put together (I found it a bit easier because I have installed a previous cctv system before). I plugged it all together and put cdmi cable to monitor to make sure it all worked beforehand, It did. so I have now completely installed it which took about half a day.
I must say the cameras are a better quality than the expensive swann system that it replaced so overall I am very happy and would recommend this item and for the price I feel is excellent value.
However I did have a lot of fiddling about trying to get it to connect to the app, at first I could not do it but after contacting zosi I was helped by a very friendly and helpful Lucy who was determined to help me and she did as promised so thank you zosi and thank you Lucy.

Superb system for the price. I did a lot of searching through reviews before buying this system because of all the horror stories I had heard about connection issues and complex installation. I found this system very easy to install, the hardest part being the routing of the cables.
We have a very large property in France and I found that I had to buy extra cable for two of the very remote cameras (more than 30m from the DVR) but the price of this from Amazon was not excessive. There are sockets on the DVR for another 4 cameras (8 in total) so it is up-gradable in the future which is a big plus for me. The installed 1Tb hard drive is ample for my use but this could always be easily up-graded as well. I have set mine to overwrite when it is full. With 2 cameras working (at the moment) I expect to get at least a month of recording before it is full.
The app on my Samsung phone works well but is a little slow. I will use the provided program (ZOSI View) on my Windows 10 pad when we are away from home as it is much faster.
All in all an excellent purchase highly recommended.

Brilliant Product. Very clear in the night. It was really easy to install. I recommend this product.I had an issue with remote view. The customer care team was brilliant. They fixed it very fast. I am giving this 5 stars.after 6 months I lost my password and customer support team helped me to upgrade the software and reset the password. Now it’s all sorted. Such a dedicated team. I deleted my ZOSI App login and i was having issue to log in view from my mobile, i contacted the company and the technical assistant Ayami was really good and knowledgeable, she helped me to reset my password and now i can view my cameras again in my mobile.
The instructions might throw you when you first open the box, it almost leads to believe you have to install the app and the PC software but I can confirm this is wholly plug ‘n play. Had three cameras up and installed in an hour without installing an app or even touching the laptop. I’m still learning all of the tools built into the DVR but it seems easy so far. The camera quality is exceptional for the price, particularly impressed with the night vision. I couldn’t recommend this more.

This set is amazing, exotically for the price I was not ecpecting a lot when it arrived but the 720p cameras are good quality and the recorder can manage up to 30 days recording on 4 cameras.

I was looking for a cheap solution for home CCTV, and with this product I found it. For the price, this is a very good system. Easy setup and operation and easily connected to the App so it can be viewed from anywhere. Picture quality is good (not excellent, but it did only cost 120) even in little or no ambient light. Footage review is simple to use. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.
