I bought this camera to capture underwater photos on a holiday to Greece. I was a little concerned about the price but I had nothing to worry about. It did not let us down in any way, and far surpassed our expectation. The camera itself is easy to use and offers a lot of additional features including time lapse, slow mode, video, and it will even act as a dash-cam; auto switching on in loop mode when set from the menu. It comes with a lot of various attachments to enable the camera to be mounted on helmets, flat surfaces and tubing, plus a spare battery. The water-proof capsule is easy to use and was fully waterproof down to the 5m we reached. It will no doubt go deeper even if we didn’t!
The photo quality is really good, as can be seen from the photos. I honestly cannot fault this little camera, particularly considering the price, and look forward to using it again on our next adventure.
Super wee camera! Used for some great underwater photos on a recent kayak trip. A bit fiddly to change settings but fine once you’re used to the camera. The underwater case is fab and these photos turned out way better quality than I expected for the price of the camera!
Writing this to help people with the app! The actual camera is great, absolutely love it. Unfortunately the app XDV pro is a bit awkward. The memory card may need to be formatted, this was easy just a click of the button. To use the app firstly turn on the Wi-Fi on the camera in the camera settings. Make sure you link your phone/tablet Wi-Fi to the camera Wi-Fi in Wi-Fi settings on your phone/ tablet, when the app is open you should see the cameras name not your Wi-Fi address. If when you download the videos you are having problems viewing the videos on your device, it is likely your device will not support 4k, go to the camera settings and drop to 2.7k, this worked for me and the picture quality was still great. Also make sure you put the EIS on also in camera settings ( this is the anti shake ) makes a big difference. The only downside to the actual camera is the battery doesn’t last to long, especially when connecting to Wi-Fi, plus side the camera comes with 2 batteries so make sure you charge both. Hope this helps someone as I spent 3 days trying to figure it out ( particularly the download issue)
This camera is great amazing picture quality and battery lasts good
Not a bad alternative to the expensive more well known brands, good on my motorbike, however.. the attachments are a bit fiddly & wobbly due to 2nd rate manufacturing, camera’s well worth the buy, just get the better brands attachments.
A great value camera, we used it mainly for snorkeling, kayaking etc and the watertight case held up really well.

Firstly, it’s not a GoPro, but then it’s not priced like a GoPro. At less than 70 (with the discount applied) it’s amazing. Good image stabilisation sound and outdoor colour. Not to good indoors at low light levels unless you have a light. The app is fairly easy to use and it’s great for making instagram reels examples are on #rusviking_uk
If your after a decent camera for a good price then this is the one for you!

Good value for money camera. I use it documenting my travels using a lightweight body harness which keeps my hands free. It has many features in video mode and has reasonable good image stabilisation for the price. A good alternative to the more expensive Go-Pro.
As the camera screen is small, I have found that using wifi with the phone is better as
(a) the options are much easier to see and navigate and
(b) the time/date function is automatically updated.
Campark 4K, 24MP, I bought one of this on my outdoor adventure trip, the pictures quality was superb 24MP photo shoot, the video recording is also very good, Campark offers various recording options loops, slow, lapse, timer , and the motion shooting stability is great and so is the battery life, it comes at an affordable price with two batteries enough to last over 6hrs plus compared to other products offering similar quality Campark is good value for money.
Wanted a waterproof camera that I could take swimming in the sea with that I could operate with neoprene gloves on and that didn’t have a touch screen which would be a no no with gloves on – this little beauty ( and I mean little ) has buttons and all aspects of settings can be accessed with the waterproof case on and with gloves on – WiFi connected to my 6s I phone and you can transfer images via the WiFi to your phone – you can also use your phone as a remote control for the camera – simple to use – I LOVE it – does exactly what I wanted it to do and comes with loads of fixings for helmets – handle bars and everything else – couldn’t recommend more highly .

I’ve been testing this little camera out the last few days. I am very impressed with the video quality. With the front screen it’s ideal for vlogging purposes although an external microphone socket would have been nice but for this price you can’t expect everything. The built in mic is pretty good but you could always use a separate recorder digital recorder or your phone and synch up in editing anyway. The slow-motion is excellent. I will mainly use it for video but stills were sharp and well saturated but it was a rare sunny day so ideal conditions.
The camera is ok for the money everything works as it should, my only complaint is the sound quality when on the move.

Have only used briefly snorkelling but was really impressed with the quality of video,there’s a lot of extras in the box, brilliant waterproof housing it really works well
This one is a little more refined, with a better battery hatch, smoother design but still very easy to operate.
Very simple to switch between photos and videos, and also easy to change settings. Microphone picks up a surprising amount considering it was sealed in the waterproof case.
It comes with everything you’ll need including 2 batteries.
I tested it at our recent flag football game and was very happy with the results.
I’ll be using this next season to record all of our games.
If you can’t justify the steep price of a GoPro or another ‘named brand’, and as long as you don’t require specific features, this is a great, more budget-friendly alternative that offers 2/3s the performance and 1/3 of the price.
