X3 won’t turn on or drain? Possible causes and basic troubleshooting methods
1. Power light and operation light flashing:
- The air outlet air inlet is blocked by foreign objects; (NTC Thermistors detects abnormal temperature in the area of the heating plate.)
- Abnormalities of the fan motor lead to temperature can not be effectively released, over temperature alarm;
2. Power light and water full light flashing:
- Water tank float is not installed or installed in reverse (float sometimes absorbs full water will be stuck in the induction point, need to manually press down the bottom);
- Water tank is not installed in place or not installed water tank; or Tank full alarm;
3. Power light, automatic light and humidity light flashing:
- Temperature and humidity module connection cable loose or Temperature and humidity module damage; Sensing board signal detection abnormal;
4. X3 The water pipe is not draining properly:
- The water outlet may be blocked by air bubbles or water mist generated by water pressure;

I really love this thing it will help my skin and my furniture! So humid here in San Diego lately!
i have two Dyson fans, and this unit, when on low setting is quieter than the Dyson on ‘night auto’, when this unit is set to ‘high’ it is not as noisy the Dyson on ‘day-10’ (maximum)
I did my research and made sure to buy a decandecent humidifier as there’s no gas leaking out over time, no filter to replace and it heats up my room!
I use this on the clothes drying setting which is basically full blast. It sucks out so much moisture and relatively quickly. I suggest spinning your washing twice to make sure there’s as little water left as possible and then placing the dehumidifier pretty close to the clothes.
I have a payment metre so I can work out exactly how much this costs per hour which is about 20/25p an hour to run. I have solar panels so I run it during the day time and it’s free.
It is quite loud on high but as someone with sensory processing disorder I can handle it fine. It’s a bit annoying to move. Would have been better on wheels but ah well. It comes with a handle and is light to pick up and super easy to empty.
In short I would recommend this to anyone who will be struggling to dry clothes this winter. Not only does it dry but it warms the room and it’s a one purchase with no other additional purchases to keep it functioning.

This is the fourth dehumidifier I’ve tried in order to keep the RH% between 40% – 60% in my bedroom which also houses my (pretty darn expensive) guitars. First one, too small, too weak. Second one TOO LOUD…SERIOUSLY…TOO DADGUM LOUD. Third one, same issue as the first, too small to have much effect. But this one is PERFECT. On low it’s running at 39 db (a soft whisper), and never really needs to be set on medium or high. But FYI, on medium it’s only 53 db, on high a slightly irriatating 59 db, but still way below the 67 db of the GE I returned. By the way, for reference every 3 db is a DOUBLING of the effective noise at 4″ from the source, so 67 db is 9 times as loud as the 39 db! When coupled with my virtually silent Levoit humidifier, both on automatic, I can rest assured that the RH will stay in the safe range for my instruments and allow me to sleep as well.
It is amazing the amount of moisture in the air in my house! It has helped so much!

I bought this for my bathroom after the bathroom fan vent stopped working. I wasn’t sure it was working though once spring and now summer arrived it definitely pulls water out of the air. I use it while I’m showering and leave it on a couple hours longer. It has made a difference.
Did a lot of research looking for a cheaper dehumidifier, wasn’t about to drop hundreds of dollars but also wanted quality. This is a good compromise, small and inexpensive but works well.
Put in a bathroom to help cut down on tank sweating on hot days. Works fine, not noisy. Happy with purchase

This little dehumidifier is perfect for my bathroom with no ventilation/airflow. It’s a little bit loud, but is pretty much like white noise. I ran it overnight and it had pulled out a significant amount of water and helped with the overall humidity in the bathroom already!

This Dehumidifier is not big just perfect size for the room. Doesn’t make much noise at all. Its has pretty good capacity to hold the water, no worries of water overflow as it has auto power off.
The product works well. Easy to move around. Sounds like a fan running in the background not bad.

I am very pleased with this product. It runs quietly and is easy to empty. It is lightweight and has a long electrical cord so I can reposition easily if needed.
Reservoir fills quickly. Sign that it pulls a lot of water out of the air. Reasonably quiet.

These are inexpensive and effective. I have one in every room and also move one into the bathroom every morning after showering to combat mildew. We live by the ocean and get mildew if we don’t use these.

This is my second machine because I loved the first one. Great product to keep in a closed off room or humid bath area. Units are sleek and clean looking, and easy to position and empty.
Within the first day, I was surprised that so much water had already filled up the container. Within one week, the container was almost full. It was super easy to drain the water, just pull it out and drain the water and then slide it back in. The noise level is very low as my closet is just 7 feet away from my bed. I would only recommend this for a very small space but we are more than happy with this. And i have noticed that it is cheaper than the others which with the same capacity of water tank.
This is a good product thus far! Meant for a bedroom or office. Does relieve a good deal of moisture from the bedroom if the door is closed! I happen to live in a hot & very humid area. The product is quiet, easy to use, able to recycle water it pulls for house plants, huge plus to be able to recycle water!!!

Seems to be removing a some water from the air. I only need to empty it every 2 or 3 days. The humidity is the bedroom was 80% which is much to high. Now it is between 70 and 75% which is an improvement. 50-60% would be better but at least it is helping a little.
Smaller than I thought, but works great! Very very quiet and an extra long cord to put basically anywhere!
I’ve had this for about 10 days now. So far so good. I empty it every night and get about a cup of water. Which I suppose is good. My bathroom is pretty small with no ventilation or windows.
Quiet. But not made for big jobs. Bathroom, closet type thang.

Works well to dehumidify a humid apartment and bathroom. Runs quietly. The lid can be difficult to take off though.
Living in Florida, humidity is always an issue. I use in my bedroom to keep humidity and moisture from the bathroom at a minimum. It may not have capacity to pull our a lot of water on a daily basis, but it does pull out a lot of moisture for small size.
Bought this for my son and his girlfriend. Seems to be working great in their tiny SF basement apartment.

Product is great. I could not keep the moisture down using the ceiling fan in my small bathroom especially after a shower. This product has solved the problem. Keeping the room dry!
I bought one for the laundry room and months later bought three more for other rooms in the house. We live in an extremely humid area so these come in handy. The only downside is that my husband thinks they are noisy, inho, I can live with that!
My home is near the ocean and have spent a lot of money on Dryel bags. I purchased one unit for an eave storage area where moisture is an issue because it is behind the stem wall and only insulated on the inside wall. I ended up purchasing a second one for a bedroom where I store family photos. I collect 1-2 cups a day in the storage area and about 2 cups a week in the bedroom unit. These units are quiet and I am happy with the purchase. My only complaint is I find the cover for the water storage a bit difficult to remove for emptying.
I bought this because f the good reviews and the description of being super quiet. The dehumidifier works great and is easy to use, but it is not super quiet. I would describe it as “not extremely noisy.”

This amazing dehumidifier removes the wet of my bedroom very soon and obviously. My wet clothes were dry in 1 hour after it was operated. Besides, it is lightweight and easy to carry. Most importantly, it is very quiet so that I hardly feel any noise, even if I turn on it all evening during sleep.
I use this in my bathroom because our fan doesn’t work very well and our shower makes the entire bathroom damp. This dehumidifier is perfect for smaller rooms and it worked like a charm. It makes some noise but it’s not nearly as loud as our bathroom fan.
Works good in small shop behind garage. Collects about a half a tank a week. Air is much fresher.
We bought this to keep our travel trailer dry in So Fla. It’s been about 10 days and it pulls out about a cup a day. Empty it every 2-3 days. Perfect for our use. Only 4 stars since I have no longevity data yet.

I needed a small dehumidifier for our camper due to limited space. This one needs to be emptied every 2 days. It is easy to use and move around. I recommend it.

Good for living room. Thinking about to get another one in bedroom. Quite and efficient.
Tiny, almost silent, but works really well. I have a small basemant with no vent and sealed windows so I was concerned about mold growing and the mildew smell that builds up when it’s humid. With this running there’s barely any smell anymore and it makes my workouts in my basement gym so much more bearable. It is perfectly sized to fit on a small wall shelf and it’s very light and portable.
Got this to help solve the moisture and condensation in our underground storm shelter. Between tornados, dangerous thunder storms and the usual high humidity, things can get a bit damp. The small size is perfect for cramped quarters. Better yet – IT WORKS! The shelter is now dry.
The dehumidifier is twice the size than the one I bought before (500 ml), and the sound is much louder. The sound wouldn’t actually give me trouble to fall asleep, but if you have a hard time to get asleep, you probably need smaller version. I usually just turn it on till whenever it is full, and it is pretty convenient.

Easy to empty, since the entire tank cover comes off and not just a little plug like the former one. my laundry room sometimes smelled like a locker room – it’s back to normal now keeps it dry and durable.Very happy with the purchase.
