I love this vac. I use it every day, twice a day – lots of dog hairs. Brilliant customer service. The charging lead stopped working and I got straight through to a helpful person who organised for a new lead to be sent immediately. Five stars.
Good suctio
I received this yesterday, so haven’t used it much. However, so far it seems to be good at its job. The suction is good, as you have several different levels to choose from. There are four different tools supplied, which some other cordless vacuum cleaners don’t have. It seems to pick up everything from the hard floors and the carpets, which my old hoover had stopped doing. I think it will do an efficient job in my flat.
Works on dog hairs
This product works great. We have a long haired dog and it picks the hairs up well.
We do have to empty it after every use, but it is better than any other hoover we’ve had.
It is light, strong and easy to use.

The performance of this hoover is amazing! And the battery life is also just the best, I live in a house with three bedrooms and I hoovered all of them and the living room and everything and the battery was still over 70 percent, I was obsolutely shocked. As you can see in the video the hoover is incredibly powerful and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Its appearance is really nice too and the attachments for it are really handy for smaller places or hoovering the couch or anything. This is definitely the best value for money option.
Easy to use vaccum for a fair price
I got this vacuum last December and I am very happy with it as it does excatly what we needed it for. We have a small flat and I like the fact that it is quite compact to store away. It comes with many accessories and a wall attachment. We have manly carpet in the flat and it works well on it.
Great value
This is my 3rd cordless vacuum in the last year. Have replaced shark, which was more expensive. I have two golden retrievers and have to vacuum every day. This product is very light and almost feels too light, but it does the job, the variable suction is great for different Floor types, the hair doesn’t get clogged around the wheels. Battery is good. Would recommend.
Lightweight and easy to use
Lightweight and easy to operate, even has a light. Suction is quit good. I gave budgies and a cat and it picks up the feathers, seeds, fur and litter. Ideal for a flat ir small house. I get quite a few vacuumings from the battery charge.
Surprised by quality
I order one of this for my son, as I have Tineco one which I pay 220 last year.
When arrived I try it and I was surprise by the quality so I order one for me too. Paying like half money for this one was not the only thing what makes me happy.
The power/suction is super good, you can increase or decrease power suction, brush is very good too, removing it is easy with no effort. Also easy to empty/clean it. I leave my Tineco for ligh jobs as is not useful at all for things like a little seed on the floor or dry leave.
I also use this Buture for cleaning interior of my car as battery stay charged enough.
Anyway this vaccuum is great ,light, easy to use,easy to charge battery. I just remove it and charge it then put it back. Overall I’m.very happy with my purchase.
Actually a decent vacuum
I’ve had to unblock it a couple of times and has suffered suction loss a couple times.
Saying that a quick clean seems to have fixed this and it is a great vacuum.
It seems to last awhile before needing a recharge and doesn’t take long to charge either.
I do have a small apartment that only takes a few minutes to clean and I make sure to clean it out every so often.
I haven’t had a need to replace this item after using it for about a year, very surprised how decent it is for the price

A good product for the price, works ok on carpets and rugs, I like the verable speed as you don’t need full speed on plane floors.
We live in a bungalow and the battery is good enough to clean the hole place, I am not sure if the battery on full charge would clean a house on full power.
I purchased the Honiture S12 cordless vacuum cleaner last September. I then went abroad for 6 months, on my return the battery would not hold its charge. I emailed customer services and Bella replied explaining that they don’t like not being used for long periods of time. She kindly sent me a replacement battery and now it works a treat. Very happy.
We purchased this vacuum when our cordless dyson broke and we didn’t have the spare money for a new one of those. I was a little sceptical as we have 3 dogs including a long haired German shepherd but I needn’t have worried. Vacuum is fabulous! It’s coping well with the dog hair on both hard floors and carpet. Easy to empty, battery lasts a reasonable amount of time, useful selection of tools. Vacuum is easy to move about and the addition of a light in the front is useful for spotting dirt in dark corners. Adjustable suction power is useful and the digital display telling you how much battery life is left is very handy. It’s slightly heavier than expected but only slightly. I would certainly buy again!
Quiet as a mouse
It came with the rubbish container already attached so it was a little difficult at first to find out how it clicked on or off but once that was sorted it’s been great. Good variable suction, picks everything up and my favourite thing is that it absolutely purrs along. After my old Dyson you can hardly hear it and you won’t disturb the neighbours any more
It's cordless
Easy assembly and instructions. 4 to 5 hour charge as advertised. However on a full charge at 100 percent I hovered downstairs 2 rooms in 5 mins and went down to 60 percent. Does not hold charge well. Nice and light with loads of attachments though.
S12 Review
Opened the package took it for a spin on the stairs,good suction and light weight for the power. Had it on full power and lost around 20% in around 5-10 minutes of use. Comes with Lots of attachments. Ill update this review in a months time. Wall mount comes with a 3m sticky pad which is a nice touch.
Can’t argue for the money!
If you have thick pile carpets this isn’t for you! It’s not the most powerful but if power is what you’re after you need to spend more. This is comfortable to hold and lightweight. The battery power is good. We’ve had it for several months and we can get 20 minutes on full power which is enough to whip round our downstairs – we don’t have carpets. If we did, It wouldn’t manage on one charge.
It’s easy to clean and take apart/put back together. Make sure to clean the filters regularly to get maximum suction.
My biggest gripe is that you don’t get graduated power as advertised. It’s either on minimum or maximum no matter how hard you try. The slider doesn’t really do anything.
All in all, good for the money and easy to use but you get what you pay for.
This vacuum works pretty well for the price! We have a lab who sheds a lot, and it works quite well to pick up the hair. I do have to charge it pretty often, but that’s not a huge deal. I’ve had an dyson in the past, and this really isn’t much different in style or how it works. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase!

Our “main brand cordless vacuum cleaner” was having issues. This vacuum cleaner seemed better than average cordless vacuum cleaner. Thought to try it out. I and my family members are impressed by this machine. It’s light enough and nimble. Even on low suction mode it picks up all the dust and sand. At high suction mode it is very powerful but battery will drain a bit quicker.
Only real negative I found compared with our previous branded cordless cleaner is a station with all the bits and pieces on. This one only comes with a piece of plastic where the vacuum cleaner with long brush attachment would lean on. So we have to get a box to have all the smaller bits together.
Still 5stars from better. Very good value vs performance. 3 year warranty has been activated as well.

Very happy with this vacuum cleaner, its lightweight and easy to get under furniture etc. Seems well made and I expect it will last a good amount of time. Suction is powerful and picks up a surprising amount of dust. battery life is more than enough to do my whole flat in one session with battery power left over. Only slight negative is that when switched on it starts on low power and needs to be turned up every time, but this is very minor and isn’t a problem
Great versatility
Comes very well packaged with lots of accessories, a relatively small, compact box which shows the versatility of the vacuum. Good for the home, reduce the length for stairs and car.
Overall, a very light vacuum with good suction for dog hair.
Decent little hoover for the money
This is as good as suction as my gtech handheld i had as a package before is packed in..
So I replaced it with this product..the battery won’t last you as long as the expensive brands possibly but the suction is as good as any others
The only thing so far after a couple of times using it the settings are the suction starts at lowest setting and you have to swipe to get the power up
It would be best tobe on full suction as default and reduce power where required for more delicate jobs and save battery life but you would find yourself turning it up full every time
The bracket for wall mounting is awful..after mounting on wall the hoover would of fallen straight off..it will attach but a little finger push would have ot fall to the floor so beware..iv left mine on utility room surface instead..not as space saving but nice and safe

Better than a Dyso
It is incredibly quiet and I’m not used to that as I’ve always had a noisy Dyson stick. I wondered if quiet meant weak but I was wrong. I tipped the contents out onto the dogs dinner tray (sorry pup) and was amazed at just how small the dust particles were that were being sucked up. The big lumps were the front door mat which gets covered in grit but the small dust was quite eye opening, I think it came from the same area but my Dyson never picks it up. My pictures show this. If you spend longer than twenty minutes hoovering I advise you buy a second battery. The battery lasts about twenty mins on full blast.
Pleasantly surprised
I’ve always brought the top brands but decided this time not to spend as much, I’m loving this hoover highly recommended, I charge overnight and haven’t lost power during the day, it’s more powerful than I would have thought and easy to empty and keep clean, attachments are easy to remove so tug of war to free them.

I bought this hoover a few days ago and so far so good. Not as lightweight as thought it would be, however does the job and for what I need is more than enough! Although if you use it on max power the battery goes very quickly but I think it is the same thing with all the cordless hoovers!

The cleaner performance is excellent.The dust filters are easy to access and the amount of dust collection is high.
The cleaner is a little heavier than our last cleaner but it’s build is much more sturdy.

Really happy with this hoover for the money glad I shopped around rather than just going for the well known brands twice the price. Makes life so much easier was struggling to carry a standard hoover up and down stairs. You don’t need to keep your finger on the on button either like a Dyso
This is a very stylish, lightweight but very sturdy vacuum cleaner. The suction is tremendous even on the low power, it will pick up on hard floors. We have carpets and a dog, the carpet was first hovered by another vacuum then with the honiture S12 and we could not believe what it picked up from what we thought was a clean carpet. I can highly recommend the s12 and also the seller customer service , very quick response to my question. I also like the extra tools that come with the S12 every thing a person would require for the various jobs.

Great battery, I can do my two bedroom house and not even used 50% using different speeds for each area. Once finished, I just plug the machine back in ready for next time. Heavier than I expected but solidly made and you don’t have to keep your finger on the button to make it work, like a Dyson. Easy to change speed by just touching the panel. Fantastic on wooden floors, picks up everything also small and large bits of cat litter but not as great on thick carpet. The head doesn’t have a brush but blue bits of felty type material and one of red rough that doesn’t really get into a thick carpet and pick up cat hair. Feel the head could have done with more weight or some kind of brush. For the price I am very happy with it.

Nice for hardwood floors
I’m not sure why I waited so long to treat myself to this vacuum. Prior to this, I’ve been using a canister, which has been doing the job but lugging that thing around, especially on stairs, hasn’t been fun. This nifty device is terrific on floors and atop baseboards. Nice suction and the battery lasts about three-quarters of an hour.
My only criticisms: A) The on/off switch is in an inconvenient place (right at your trigger finger), so it’s easy to keep depressing that w/out meaning to. B) The floor head just isn’t that large, so while this works well on flat floors (if you don’t mind spending a lot of time in a big room), there’s not quite enough suction for things like larger rugs and I certainly wouldn’t expect this to work well on wall-to-wall carpeting. You’ll need a more powerful canister or upright for that. This does work fine, though, on smaller, low-pile area rugs.

Seems to be well made, charge indicator displaying battery status during charge with 3 LED’s. Vacuum battery % left display on top of the vacuum. Extendable length is a nice touch. can’t say if its better than to others only time will tell. But on first impressive.

My expectations for a cordless vacuum in a fully carpeted house with two large long-haired dogs were not high- but WOW …. the HONITURE S12 has blown my mind! This vacuum is incredibly stylish , lightweight and user-friendly. Everything arrived carefully packed and the box contained some great attachments for the home and the car , even a spare HEPA filter was included. I usually struggle with gadgets so I absolutely love how everything clicks seamlessly together and that you only have to press a button to empty the larger than usual 1,2 litre dustbin and change filters.
I have used the vacuum for 4 days as a full length as well as a hand-held and it hasn’t ceased to amaze me; it even removed pet hairs from my carpet after I had throughly hoovered with a corded Pet Dyson. I must say that the suction is super powerful on max and the lights on the turbo brush show up every speck of dust.
The only negative (for me) is that the battery doesn’t last longer than 15-20 minutes on max suction power and that recharging the battery takes time. But, to be fair, I tend to use it on max power because of the dog hairs. This is easily resolved by my buying a 2nd battery . And, the battery actually does last a good 40 minutes on normal suction .
I am absolutely thrilled with my S12. Price wise it was great value and considerably cheaper than its well known competitors. Overall this vacuum delivers what it promises. If you are looking for a lightweight, powerful cordless vacuum that is super easy to use , you will not be dissappointed. Well done , Honiture! 🙂

well packed, arrived on time, hoover easy to put together, cleans well, battery lasts well if you do not use the maximum power set, seems very solid, gets the dog hairs up which is the reason i bought it, the only problem is registering your applians with the qr code, would of like a little video (on you tube??) as the only form of contact seems by e mail
Decent but not very lightweigh
Overall, this is a good product, but it isn’t as lightweight as I hoped and the battery does run out quickly as you up the power. However, I would still recommend.
Have had this hoover for about a month now and so far, haven’t had any issues with it. It is good for the price and does its job pretty well. Sometimes the suction fails a little bit in terms of that you will have to go over an area several times because it hasn’t quite cleaned it well from hairs and puff, but I’ve had that with all hoovers I owned previously so I wouldn’t say that it’s a huge problem. It is extremely lightweight which is exactly what I needed because walking up and down the stairs with a heavy hoover is honestly probably one of the worst experiences one can have, so I’m completely satisfied with this Hoover’s lightness. Battery life is probably the only concern I would have with this hoover, but I did do plenty of research on cordless hoovers and this one probably had the longest battery life, one thing they don’t warn you in the description about is the fact that it dies a lot quicker if you have the suction power on maximum which is probably the case for most of the time because otherwise your carpets simply won’t be clean from dust and crumbs and hair. I would say that if you have the suction power on max it lasts about 20-30 minutes, it has not once died on me yet so I’m still happy with it, but it is something to consider if you have a bigger area to clean. Extremely easy to clean, just follow the instructions or the pictures and you’ll be able to clean it. Also doesn’t take long to clean which is another bonus. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend buying if a cordless hoover is preferrable but would advise to consider its battery life if you own a big house.

This vacuum is really good. It works on hard floors and carpets, It also works on long pile rugs. Its not too noisy either. The power is adjustable by just running a finger along the touch screen. The parts are easy to swap, they just click in. All in all a great value cordless vacuum.
Have wanted to get rid of the corded vacuum for a while now but was a little concerned and a bit sceptical on how well battery powered vacuums held up against my corded one. Didn’t to pay the price of a Shark, Hoover or Dyson version for an “experiment” so spent a lot of time searching and weighing up all that was available for the budget I wanted to spend. Eventually decided on this model as it had 5 suction power settings along with the most overall power by a fair margin compared to the others within its price range. Pleasantly surprised and shocked at how good this actually is and the number of included attachments )even a spare HEPA filter included). Very well put together with a decent build quality. Everything clicks together smoothly and solidly. Click of a button to eject filters and to change attachments that it is supplied with. Looks great and very stylish for a vacuum. Only have a week or so use so far but on initial and current impressions, I am very pleased with my decision to purchase and definitely recommend. Very close in power if not better than my corded vacuum although running on full power does drain battery fairly quickly but mid power sufficient for most jobs. Cant see many others beating this for the price.

Long lasting battery and strong suction power!
The suction power of the hoover is very strong and the battery lasts very long. The previous Hoover i had used to die very quick as i used to clean my car with it. However, this one only needs to be charged once for me to use.

Perfect for my needs i struggled with my last hoover because it was heavy i have a chronic illness and i struggled so went on the look out for a new cordless and came across this one and im glad i did! Great little vacuum cleane
I had been looking for a cordless cleaner for a while, also something that is light weight and easy to use. I came across this cleaner and I read the reviews. I was still unsure but I couldn’t afford a Dyson or shark. My corded clean is a shark given to me by my mum. I decided to go with it it had money off and also a voucher. I vacuumed my living room up with my corded cleaner then I used this one and there was still dirt in the carpet it picked up. It’s light weight easy to use on the stairs. I have tile and carpet floors no pressing buttons to go between the two. I use the power setting on full the battery does run down more quickly, I guess you get that with other cordless cleaner. Over all I am personally very pleased with the cleaner.

What can I say. For the price its at, this vacuum is outstanding. Only had a couple of days and it has far better suction than is better than my old Gtech. Only time will tell how good the battery is but, loving it so far.
Brilliant for the price!
Only used this a few times but it seems great for the price. Really good suction power, much better then my vistefly that died recently. The battery life is good, around 15 to 20 min on max power which is what I tend to use it on, easily enough to vacuum my house. It’s a bit cumbersome but not heavy and easily comes apart to do stairs etc handheld.

Good suction for a cordless
My wife pimarily likes this because it is light and maneagable.
Even so it feels robustly made and nothing has fallen off so far,
It sucks our dog’s hairs up no problem, which is our main gripe with previous vaccum cleaners we have owned.
Good lightweight Hoove
Having bought one from another manufacturer which stop working after a week this one is still going strong a month later. does what is supposed to do we have enough battery power to do the whole house on one charge.
Better than expected
Lightweight and easy to use, light on the front and unexpected extra. Suction good for a cordless, does dog hair and kitchen mess easily. Has made it so quick and easy to hover my flat without having to lug my giant, heavy old hover all the way up the stairs. I empty and clean filter after each use (bit of a ball ache) to keep suction. Better than expected and pleasantly surprised.

Love this little hoover as good as the more pricier brands I’ve previously purchased that have broken in no time. Was very easy to put together, didn’t even need the included instructions. Filter very easy to clean and very easy to empty, so sure it will last a lot longer than my previous vacuums, particularly like the display screen very handy to see battery level, and lasts for a very long time. Impressed with the follow-up customer care to register the g’ tee as I usually forget to do this if I have to send off a card or telephone. This is a great vacuum cleaner, but the battery life could be better. Thankfully, Honiture have emailed to say they will send me a free battery!
I used a similar vacuum by Dreame (owned by a friend) and I have to say the Horniture exceeds in sooo many ways.

It’s very lightweight, and has a fantastic maneuverability. The build of the flexible, but strong neck connecting the roller to the aluminium pipe is awesome. Far better than the dreame one. I can easily clean stairs and get under furniture.
I don’t need to keep the trigger pressed all the time. Just click once to start, and click once to stop! This was a pleasant surprise!
The suction is very good. The low suction is decent for hard floors. Carpet needs a little higher.
Has good extra attachments for all sorts of jobs. The ultra thin one is very handy.

The S12 lives up its reviews and is worth every penny.
This became an impulse purchase, as a result of our acquiring a large breed puppy. We already owned a good plug-in traditional vacuum cleaner which performs very well, however it’s always a bit of a performance getting the vacuum out. So it seemed a good idea with our new puppy to have a ready to go machine on hand would make life easier, with the added advantage of upgrading my car hoover without the wife noticing/complaining!
The Honiture S12 has exceeded all my expectations and reservations. It’s light, power-full and is versatile whatever the surface. I’ve had contact with Honiture’s customer service department and can report they are extremely responsive and helpful. In my opinion, the S12 lives up its five star reviews and is worth every penny.
Works a charm
This cordless hoover, has a beautiful design with a handy power regulator adjustable on a well presented, front facing display (it even shows the battery %).
It’s body feels sturdy and well built. The telescopic tube is made with strong aluminium, whereas the hovers handle, dust collector and connectors are crafted using a durable plastic compound.
I found the overall battery performance lasts between 20-40 minutes depending on the suction strength required during its use, typically on a hard floor, you wouldn’t need the maximum power as the vortex roll does it’s job adequately, on the carpet however, the suction depends on multiple variables I.E., carpet thickness and length, pets, receding partner etc
The weight of this hover is relative to the size of your biceps, if you’re built like Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay it’s feather like, but even if you’re not him, you will find this appliance to be a rather lightweight regardless (according to my wife, you can feel it after some time).

Only had just over a week but genuinely surprised at this product.
Power & variable suction features at the touch of the digital display are simple & effective.
No need to change anything when moving from hard to carpeted floors
Lightweight so no issue removing cobwebs at ceiling level.
Only downside for me personally is that because of the dogs hair the collection bin gets pretty full fast but rather that than not being picked up at all!
I made a request to Honiture to purchase an additional battery (which can be charged on or off the vacuum) which we have now received (the courier left it in an outbuilding!)
Lead from the charger is long, unlike many others, so easy to find a charging home for it.
I have 4 dogs, a cat and live on a farm so have previously only bought well-known branded products but based on the reviews & price opted to try this.
The head is multi-directional so easy to get into those difficult places. I was sceptical at the smaller motorised head but it certainly delivers the power & suction. The head is pretty much hair free too. Battery life is great – vacuumed a large house from top to bottom three consecutive mornings with power left in the battery (no charging between).
Other issue I have had is registering the warranty as the Honiture site is flagged as unsafe.
Certainly worth the money (so far) especially when there is a money-off voucher available that more than covers the additional 3-year warranty that Amazon offers.
Give it a go – better than any other we tried in various electrical outlets & big name brands too.
Fantastic suction powe
Absolutely delighted with this little beauty. Have wanted to ditch the cord for a while now as i have done with all of my power tools! Was a little concerned and a bit sceptical on how well battery powered vacuums held up against my corded dyson. Wasn’t willing to part with the price of a shark or dyson version so spent a lot of time searching and weighing up all that was available on the budget i was allowing. Eventually took the plunge with this as it had 5 suction power settings along with the most overall power by a fair margin compared to the others within its range. Had almost expected to box it back up before it even arrived for a return but pleasantly surprised and shocked at how good this actually is. Very well put together looking a quality build and piece of kit. Everything clicks together brilliantly and smooth and solid. Click of a button to eject filters and to change attachments that it is supplied with. Looks the part and very stylish for a vacuum. Only have a week but on 1st and current impressions i am chuffed and definitely recommend. Very close in power if not better than my Dyson although running on full power will drain battery quite quickly. Cant see anything beating this for the price.
Simple to use - read description!
Getting this vacuum has been very helpful. I am disabled and my automated iRobot/ customer service has been letting me down lately and having a pet dog means my home can get dusty/ messy quick.
Pros: not too heavy, easily chargeable and transportable/ battery operated, great on carpet (strangely need higher suction power on floorboards but no problem), multiple attachments, lights on the head is a nice touch
Cons: still a little heavy but not too bad, the head of the vacuum rolls a little too much for my liking/ control (not a huge problem and can be changed w swappable attachments)

After another 2-ish weeks of use, other issues knocked off 1.5 stars: dirt falls back out of vacuum head more than it should especially things like rice grains despite higher suction level, small dust collector means it needs to be emptied out more frequently, have to vacuum in a specific forward direction to get a good suction/cleaning instead of vacuuming at any angle which is strange.

I recently purchased the Honiture S12 Vacuum Cleaner having previously owned the H9 model I felt confident that the S12 would not disappoint. I am delighted to have made this purchase. I have a gorgeous indoor cat who leaves a lot of fur lying around and the 33K
Pa Powerful Suction leaves no visible sign of her hair around. The suction power can also be adjusted via the smart touch display. It also indicates if the brush is tangled and also displays the remaining power. Product comes with electric Floor Brush with LED light, suitable for
Carpet flooring and Hard flooring. I love the fact that the filters can be washed and reused. The telescopic aluminium tubes are great if storage space is an issue but it can also be wall mounted and there are a number of handy attachment to be used for different cleaning tasks. This is a bagless stick vacuum cleaner and disposal of dust is also via a one click system. So no messy work, just love a gadget which helps me not touch yuckiness.
The suction power of this gadget is 33K pa which is at par with some of the best in the market. I believe this is definitely one of the best affordable house cleaning gadgets that can compete with the best in the market. I would definitely recommend this S12 Honiture model and for those looking for more technical information there are details about filtration, cleaner air, suction power etc via the companies website. This model has made my work a lot easier and I am chuffed with my decision to buy. I have always found Honiture Customer Service to be fantastic, an added bonus.
