The heat is much better on this one.it blows from below instead or on the too by the hood on My old one that made it feel like it didn’t work the bottom foot of the room only the top. My feet actually get warm now very happy looks lovely. my only complaint is the name on the door really gets to me ruins the look but nothing my Sharpie can’t fix lol.

Great for the money Warms up my conservatory in around 5 mins, and looks good too. Lightweight and easy to move around or simply redirect – yes, it blows out heat and makes a bit of noise, but not too bothered about that.
So far so good! I bought this fire just as an attractive source of back-up heat and the warm glow of the artificial flames. This replaces my Beldray version which only failed as the flame bulb is not replaceable… this fire seems to have the same issue of a non-replaceable bulb so I’ve taken out insurance for when it fails. It looks good and works well. Great value for money.
A little noisy Used for heating 20ft square conservatory with normal plastic roof, not insulated roof. It’s ok but fan a little noisy. Heat output is bearly ok on high, but a couple of minutes off and the conservatory cools down quickly. Maybe this fire would be better in an insulated room not cold conservatory. Nice price, good for taking the chill off but not up to the job in my opinion unfortunately.

Wonderful buy Very happy makes the room cosy. The heater is efficient and certainly a good valued buy. You need to use a crew driver to add the feet to the unit, which is a little fiddly.
The item arrived the very next day which was a lovely surprise, bearing in mind it was scheduled to arrive the following day.

Smell Edit: It seems to have been a ‘new’ thing. So far we’ve really only used it for the fire effect.

It’s been on for 2 nights – flame effect only – and there is a definite ‘burning plastic’ smell.
That slightly fishy smell you get when a lightbulb is too hot for the fitting.
Thia is very disappointing, I hope it’s a ‘new’ smell and will subside – if not, fire is going straight back.
Apart from that, it’s a lovely looking fire. Legs slightly fiddly to fit because of positioning but straightforward in theory.
Perfect for a cheery glow, and extra heating in winter. Looks great in a revamped fireplace. Legs are the only assembly, but no problems. Gives a good flame effect, and heat settings are good, and quick to kick in too. Great for decoration, and a burst of heat too. Love it!

Had some difficulty getting the legs on but eventually managed it ok. Overall very happy with fire..it looks very cozy when lit and is very good value for money.
