This has a non stretchable belt and therefore not suitable for the larger waist. It comes in one size only.
Wont give you abs thats all diet but it will help them feel firmer as an extra training device with no effort.
Did exactly what it said and gave me some popping abs for summer thanks so much definitely a lot more powerful than I thought it was going to be !
I was curious having read product reviews and overall am very satisfied – the range and variety of stimulation is good and I am seeing results after 1 week of using
Bought this thinking there was a good chance it wouldn’t work. I am about 10stone and 5ft 5in. It won’t give you a six pack unless you control diet but what it does do is tone your tummy so looks less flabby. It does need to be used everyday for about an hour to get that tone. Also other exercise is needed but that doesn’t mean you need to be sweating it out in the gym, a walk will do. It helped with my lower back pain as my core is now stronger. Highly recommend it if your core is weak and you hate doing crunches or gym exercises. The setting can be fairly intense at first but after a few wears you get used to the sensation and I actually like the feeling now. I haven’t been able to go beyond the 7 setting. So lots of room to go further. Been using it a month now and very happy with the result. Also ladies it helps with cramps. The material does look a bit cheap, I would say more expensive than it needs to be. if you have a small waist, smaller that 28inches the belt might be too big. I find I can just about get the Velcro to stick and I’m a U.K. 10. Overall happy with my purchase.

Basta solo acqua per gli elettrodi. Meglio se spruzzata anche sull’addome. L’ho preso per una convalescenza che mi impedisce di andare in piscina. Consigliato vivamente ( unica pecca: non prende gli abs obliqui)
Lo compr por las reseas , dejo tambin la ma, peso 65 kg, luego, el cinturn no es solo para tallas grandes…lamia es la L y me cierra perfectamente, lo pongo al 6, ms no aguanto, intent al 8 y dile bastante, me lo pongo dos ciclos seguidos en el mismo lugar y el da despus, tengo agujetas, luego…funciona…llevo solo tres das, an no vi los resultados visuales, pero se trata de constancia, total, solo hay que ponerlo mientras ves la tele, o estudias… Muy contenta con la compra. Barato, bueno y prctico. Perfecto. Totalmente recomendable.

Je ne regrette pas cet achat. Je l’utilise quasiment tous les jours depuis 2 mois et il est vrai que mes abdos se sont endurcis. Cependant il ne faut pas croire que vous aurez des abdos sculpts sans faire de l’exercice ct ou en mme temps. Dans mon cas je n’ai pas de graisse au niveau du ventre, je suis plutt svelte et pourtant malgr une utilisation du matriel pendant 2 mois, je n’ai pas les abdos apparents. Donc il faut faire des exercices en parallle si vous souhaitez avoir une forme athltique.

Works fine, a little difficult to put around your belly/abs.
I can’t fault it very nice easy to use with water instead of gel pads there is 15 levels I couldn’t go over 9 you really feel the work in ur muscles impressive change in my big belly in short time so if u are someone who doesn’t have the time to work out or can’t work out because of health issues then this belt is a must have to keep your belly under control.

This product is brilliant. You need to use it for 3 to 4 sessions per day. But it actually helps to pull your stomach in. You notice the difference over several weeks. Accompanied with a sensible diet This product is marvelous.

Ordered this two days ago and was so excited for it to be delivered, so I can start on my abs tone up journey. I used it for the first time last night and I am very happy with it. You can really feel the muscles in your abdomen contracting. I am very excited to see how my abs look in a few weeks/months time. Ot is really easy to set up and use, and so much better than the traditional stick on gel tabs, which would need to be replaced often. Value for money and would recommend this product to others.
Thought I was being electrocuted on the first use!! Then realised my belly button bar was in contact with it. That said it was easy to set up and use and started to see effects of my daily 30 minutes after a couple of weeks.

Used these years ago, works the same so I can feel the benefits. I barely notice it’s on whilst working but can feel the muscles have had some use.

It’s very simple to use and you feel heavy pressure from the current to burn fat, and after regular use I’ve noticed my stomach is flatter. Much stronger than others I’ve used in the past. I love the fact you can recharge it and not need batteries that’s an important benefit of this product. Great value for money.
Great value at a great price
I bought this to replace a popular branded version that had broken as they has increased in price dramatically.
It has to be admitted when I first saw it in person was a bit disappointed by its looks. However it does just as good a job as the more expensive brands, and it needs no expensive gels or replacement pads.
I’ve only uses it on my stomach but would highly recommend it.
Excellent stimulato
I have been using the belt stimulator 3 times a day for a period of 3 weeks. I am surprised of the results. I didn’t expect it to work but the results are amazing. When using use the higher programs, it can be uncomfortable but you will be amazed from the results.

The ab belt is fantastic, by just using water in a little spray bottle last for ages, the power of the pulses are very strong.
Many different modes and levels to use which suits you best.
Great product! - Much better than gel pad versions
If previously used gel pad versions and they ALWAYS lose their adhesion and are a pain to replace.
This is a much better alternative and stays on securely due to the fantastic Velcro strap at the rear, you can tighten or loosen as much as you want.
The electronic unit has a good variety of modes and intensities and I can real feel my abs contracting when using it.

Really comfortable and not having to use a gel is great. I’ve started to notice a difference with my abs, so very happy.
Very quickly delivered. The main reason I purchased this version is because it doesn’t have the gel pads that need replacing and it comes with smooth pads that you just need to spray with a little water and then attach the belt around your waist. Once the pads have a little water it helps to hold the pads against the skin, so it doesn’t come away or move around. The many different modes are a great way to set it up to whatever best suit you. I have noticed great results after a month of using. The fact that you don’t need batteries is amazing and you just need to recharge the internal battery pack. Excellent build quality.

Fantastic belt. I’d had others in the past but this is far superior. No obnoxious sticky pads that wear down, attract dirt & need replacing. This belt has a layer of fabric that stays clean & has no parts that need to be replaced. It even comes with a cute tiny water bottle to spray the water on. So good.
Best part is that after using the belt it genuinely feels like you’ve had a really intensive workout, but without the effort or the sweat.
My only regret is that I didn’t buy this sooner. Very noticeable results on my abs. I love it.

This item is working perfectly with my body. I feel the difference in my waist shortly. It has different levels, the higher levels have better effects. I started with level 6 ad today I am on level 9 because my body has weak muscles, but I am building in day after day. I definitely recommend this product. You have to use it everyday at least an hour to see the difference.

Works great, takes some time to get the sensitivity right but once you find your own sweet spot, you’re away and it’s very easy to pick up and use. Just make sure you’re doing the work it aid’s muscle growth it doesn’t do it.

Came quickly. Great stimulation belt, seem to be helping but very early days, good that you don’t need to use messy conductive gels just water and a small spray bottle is provided with the belt. Large belt size so will fit most people, very easy to use and chargers via a usb so no batteries to keep changing which is another bonus. Very happy with this product.

I bought this product as reasonably priced and I wanted to tone my mid section after having a baby. I found it convenient as I could put it on and continue with other things. The belt is a little hard to stretch all the way round behind you but it is snug.
The vibrations focus on the front on my abs and have been wearing it all day most days.
It does stimulate the muscles and will hopefully see results soon! It’s a great product for anyone looking to get fit and look good !
